BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: Hi, there, everyone. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today - Lindsay Lohan`s secret obscene message in court.
HAMMER: An absolutely remarkable and head-spinning photo surfaced today of Lindsay`s middle finger in court as the judge threw the book at her and sentenced her to jail. Now, we all know what the middle finger salute means figuratively. Yes, it begins with the letter F and the F-word.
But we learned today that Lindsay`s middle finger was more than just symbolic because written in tiny little letters, two words. And yes, one of them begins with the letter F. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the incredible Lindsay Lohan F-bomb revelation.

(voice-over): A judge sent a message to Lindsay Lohan by ordering her locked up in two weeks for violating probation. Now, everyone`s talking today about a hidden manicured message Lindsay sent right back to the judge.
KATIE CAPERTON, ENTERTAINMENT EDITOR, CNN.COM: If you weren`t sure what the middle finger meant, Lindsay was able to spell it out for us yesterday in court.
HAMMER: Yes. This future jailbird apparently flipped the bird at the court. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT wants you to look closely at Lohan during her probation violation hearing yesterday.
Check out her middle finger. Yes, that middle finger, because scribbled on it is an obscene two-letter phrase that begins with the letter F. And it wasn`t "Freaky Friday." And today, on "Today," Lindsay`s apparent contempt of court made big news.
LINDSAY LOHAN, ACTRESS: I respect the order. I`ve been taking it seriously.
CAPERTON: The message on Lohan`s middle finger appears to tell a much different story.
HAMMER: Lohan`s fingernail message could have been a defiant response to the way she got nailed at yesterday`s hearing.
LOHAN: I did do everything that I was told to do and did the best I could to, you know, balance jobs and showing up. I`m sorry.
HAMMER: The sobbing star was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in- patient rehab for blowing off the alcohol counseling classes she was ordered to take after a pair of DUI arrests in 2007. The judge had clearly had enough ever Lindsay`s antics.
JUDGE MARSHA REVEL, LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT: It looks like somebody who cheats doesn`t think it`s cheating unless they get caught.
HAMMER: As if the judge wasn`t ticked off enough at Lindsay, imagine how she must feel today now that the world has discovered Lindsay`s hidden F- word manicured message.
CAPERTON: Maybe the judge would have given her 180 days in jail if she had actually seen that. I am dying to know what the judge has to say about this today.
HAMMER: Ask and you shall receive. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT also wanted to know how Judge Marsha Revel felt about Lindsay`s finger diss. A court spokesperson tonight tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT the court won`t be commenting on the matter because Lindsay`s gesture, quote, "speaks for itself."
As for the judge`s reaction, the spokesman would only say, quote, "Judge Revel is aware that it`s out there." And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT salutes for not replying to Lindsay, "Back at you."
CAPERTON: I hope the judge the next time she sees her lets her have it over this.
HAMMER: "CNN.com" entertainment editor Katie Caperton tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she thinks that one day Lindsay will have to answer to the judge for her finger message.
CAPERTON: She spends a lot of her time, her spare time in the courtroom. So yes, their paths could cross again.
HAMMER: Lindsay and her fingers are scheduled to begin the jail sentence on July 20th. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you the talk throughout all of Hollywood today is how much damage Lindsay`s jail sentence has done to her already battered career.
Lindsay`s latest movie "Machete" which also stars Robert De Niro and Jessica Alba comes out in September. But with Lindsay locked away in jail and in-patient rehab, don`t expect to see her on the red carpet. She`s also scheduled to begin filming her role in the upcoming bio pic of porn star Linda Lovelace, "Inferno."
CAPERTON: The director of the film came out yesterday and said, you know, "We`ll stand by Lindsay and support her." It looks like they`ll really wait for her to finish jail time, her rehab time in order to start work on this movie.
HAMMER: Another headache for Lindsay, her clothing line is scheduled to expand later this month, just around the same time Lindsay will be wearing less glamorous couture. But even with all her troubles, "CNN.com" entertainment editor Katie Caperton tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Lohan still hasn`t learned her lesson.
CAPERTON: It looks like, with this message saying, "You know what? F.U. I don`t need any of this. I`m kind of above it."
HAMMER: Just another sad example of Lindsay Lohan`s astonishing ability to make the worst of a bad situation."

ANDERSON: Yes, no kidding. The nails, the tears, and the punishment lead to our "SHOWBIZ Flashpoint" today - did Lindsay get what she deserved, or was she treated unfairly?
Right now, in New York, is Sunny Hostin who`s a legal contributor for "In Session" on our sister network Tru TV. And in Hollywood is Hyla who is an entertainment journalist for "5DollarPrep.com."
So Sunny, out to you first, did Lindsay get what she deserved?
SUNNY HOSTIN, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION" ON TRU TV: I don`t think she got enough. I don`t think she got what she deserved. I mean, when I heard her speaking in court, quite frankly, I didn`t hear true remorse. I didn`t hear an acceptance of responsibility.
What I heard was, "Oh, I did as best I could to, you know, balance my jobs and my career." What about you have to go to drug counseling from a judge? Don`t you understand?
She could have gotten 180 days in jail and then rehab. So I would say she didn`t even get what she deserved because, let`s face it, finding out about the fingernail thing, she`s just thumbing her middle finger at the court.
ANDERSON: Yes. Time to change is how a lot of people are looking at that apology she was making, that plea she was making to the judge. Hyla, what do you think? Did she get what she deserved?
HYLA, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST, "5DOLLARPREP.COM": You know, it`s so easy to dump on Lindsay, you know, blame her because she`s a celebrity or she wasn`t respecting the court. I mean, blaming Lindsay is like blaming an eight-year-old for finding a book of matches and setting the house on fire.
HOSTIN: Oh, that`s ridiculous. That`s ridiculous.
HYLA: You have to apply some empathy to the situation and understand, OK, there`s a reason for everything. There`s a reason she`s making bad choices. And it`s because she lives on an island in a bubble of enablers. There`s people around her that don`t step up and say, Lindsay -
HOSTIN: She has to take responsibility for her actions. She was the one with cocaine in her car. She was the one that was drinking while driving. She was the one that was irresponsible and then didn`t follow the judge`s order when you -
HYLA: But Sunny - Sunny, what you`re not understanding is -
HOSTIN: You make her take responsibility for herself.
HYLA: What you`re not understanding is, here`s a girl who entered into the business with lots of money, lots of fame, and then mixed that in with a dysfunctional family. And her whole life, she`s never been told or called out on anything. And we`re expecting her to -
ANDERSON: Come on, Hyla. No, no, no, no, no, no.
(CROSS TALK)
OK. Time out. Time out. I get that Lindsay has not had the guidance that she needed, obviously. But to say at age 24 she doesn`t know what`s right from wrong - my toddler is already grasping the concept of right and wrong, Hyla. And there has to be some culpability.
She got chance after chance after chance during her probation, to basically just show up, and she did not do that consistently.
HYLA: Yes. I want to be clear about something.
ANDERSON: So how many chances should she get?
HYLA: Listen, I agree with the sentencing. And yes, did she have cocaine in her system? Yes. Those are things I`m not going to argue with.
But you have to look at the bigger picture. If we really want to help her and we want her to get better, then, we have to understand why she is making these decisions.
And you have to look at the people around her. Her friends aren`t going to tell her what`s up. People in the business don`t tell her what`s up.
HOSTIN: When does she take responsibility for it? When does she take responsibility for being a clown, not following judge`s orders, drinking and drugging? When does she take responsibility? The time is now.
HYLA: But where is her example? Where does she learn? Where does she learn judgment? Her mom, Dina, is in the club with her drinking -
HOSTIN: Oh, please. She`s 24 years old. She`s a big girl. She`s a big girl. I was in law school at 24 years old. She`s a big girl.
HYLA: Her mom - her mom needs to go to jail with Lindsay as an accomplice.
HOSTIN: She`s not a little girl. If she were under 18, I would say maybe her mom should be held accountable. But she is 24 years old.
HYLA: It`s not about an age. It`s not about an age. You have to look at the bigger picture.
HOSTIN: Well, that`s what the law says. That`s what the law says.
HYLA: Do you want Lindsay to get better? Do you want Lindsay to get better, or do you just want to dump on her.
ANDERSON: I think - I think - according to the letter - according to the letter of the law, it is standard, the punishment that she received. But Hyla, if we gave everybody a pass who committed crimes and then said oh, darn, I just didn`t know what is right from wrong -
HYLA: I`m not saying give her a pass. I never said give her a pass.
ANDERSON: Then we would have a lawless society. And I - go ahead. Clarify.
HYLA: I agree with the sentence. And I`m not saying that there shouldn`t be some accountability. But you can`t put all the blame on her.
HOSTIN: Oh, of course, you can.
HYLA: Look at Michael Lohan, the only person standing up and saying, "Lindsay, this is wrong." And he got cut out. That`s why the friends don`t say anything. People in the business don`t say anything.
Even this Right On Program - they were trying to protect her and she has somehow glamorized them and convinced them, "Let me just go a couple times here, a couple times there," and wouldn`t even listen to the judge. You`ve got to have a little empathy for her.
HOSTIN: Hyla, attitude like yours - attitude like yours is why Lindsay Lohan is in the position that she`s in.
HYLA: No. No.
HOSTIN: She doesn`t want to take responsibility for her actions. She`s narcissistic and she has people around her saying, "Honey, it`s not your fault." Well, I`m here to say hey, Lindsay, guess what? It`s your fault.
HOSTIN: That`s my point. No, that`s my point.

ANDERSON: And I just want to say this. There are a lot of spoiled, coddled people in this world, people with strange family situations.
HYLA: You know what? That is a lazy -
ANDERSON: And they don`t all break the law and then make excuses and blame other people.
HYLA: That is a lazy stance. That`s lazy.
ANDERSON: No, it`s not, Hyla. It is not. I do have to move right now, though, to some big burning questions that everybody wants to know as Lindsay Lohan goes to jail, is Lindsay Lohan a big liar?
I`ve got to wonder if judge Marsha Revel is after my job because she did some digging and made some explosive revelations about Lindsay`s biggest lies.

REVEL: When it was finally identified she had been the driver, or when they came to investigate, she stated she was the passenger. So she didn`t take - not only didn`t she take responsibility on that date, she was blaming it on somebody else.

ANDERSON: Yes, A.J. Angie is fired up today. In a brand-new interview in the upcoming issue of "Parade" magazine Jolie says that her relationship with Brad goes way beyond their six kids, "The children certainly tie us together but a relationship won`t hold if it`s only about the kids."
"You also must be really interested in each other and have a really, really wonderful, exciting time together. We do. Brad and I love being together. He takes the kids to school. He visits me on set with the kids. I`m home for dinner, or I`m there for breakfast. We`re together all the time."

HAMMER: Big breaking Sarah Palin news today. Believe it or not, Levi Johnston is saying he`s so sorry. Get this. Levi is actually apologizing to Sarah Palin. After all the mudslinging in the media, Levi is calling a truce. But should Sarah accept his apology?
Right now from Hollywood Carlos Diaz, who`s a syndicated radio host. And Carlos, I have a theory here.
CARLOS DIAZ, SYNDICATED RADIO HOST: That`s right.
HAMMER: Either pigs are flying or perhaps hell hath frozen over. Because Levi`s really - he`s waving this white flag in this nasty feud he had going on with Sarah Palin. He`s issued a public apology. Brooke Anderson, please tell us what he said.
ANDERSON: Levi just revealed he`s already apologized to Sarah and her husband privately, and he tells "People.com," quote, "I publicly said things about the Palins that were not completely true. Since my statements were public, I owe it to the Palins to publicly apologize. So to the Palin family in general and to Sarah Palin in particular, please accept my regrets and forgive my youthful indiscretion. I hope one day to restore your trust." A.J., can you believe it?
HAMMER: I`ve got to tell you, Brooke - no, I think Levi`s apology was totally out of left field, at least for me. Carlos, where did this come from?
DIAZ: You know, I think it`s a genius move on Levi Johnston`s part - did I just say "genius" and Levi Johnston?
(CROSSTALK)
Sorry about that. Yes. No. But you know, he has to do this because, really, what else can you do? We`ve had the fighting. We`ve had the bitterness. Now let`s have the make up.
And you know, I mean, he has said he`s sorry to Sarah Palin. She needs to say, "I accept your apology. Let`s move on." But Levi Johnston and Bristol Palin have the chance to be the "it" couple in Alaska, something we just don`t have up north.
HAMMER: Yes, you got that right, Carlos. Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT did reach out to the Palins. They didn`t respond as of show time today.
But Bristol, who, of course, had Levi`s baby, did issue a statement to "People.com" and says this, "Part of co-parenting is creating healthy and honest relationships between the parents. Tripp one day needs to know the truth and needs to know that even if a mistake is made, the honorable thing to do is to own up to it."
So Carlos, do you think, hey, maybe they will reconcile, maybe not get back together but at least put on a friendly facade?
DIAZ: They`re saying all the right things right now. And you know, for Tripp`s sake - we have a lot of fun with this family. But for the baby`s sake, this is the best thing -
HAMMER: I agree.
DIAZ: To have parents who are not fighting. And I`m just dying to see that family photo of all of them around the Thanksgiving table.
HAMMER: Yes. Not happening.
DIAZ: Maybe Sarah (INAUDIBLE).
HAMMER: Sorry.
DIAZ: You don`t think so?
HAMMER: Carlos Diaz, thanks so much, man.
ANDERSON: Cameron Diaz just loves her wrinkles. Oh, and her butt, too. Why Camie D.(ph) is dishing today about her body. I think women everywhere are really going to appreciate this.

On this morning`s "Live with Regis and Kelly," Brand told the amazing story of how he planned to pop the question while he and Katy were on the back of an elephant. But when that didn`t quite work out as planned he went to plan B. Listen.

And me, I`m not normally lost for words. In that moment I spoke dead quietly, asked her to marry me. And she said yes. And it was very sort of sweet and tender and the world felt very small and perfect.

ANDERSON: Russell was so romantic. And you know, I asked Russell recently when they planned to tie the knot, and he was very silly of course. He said that it will be on a Wednesday because that`s the day of the week he was born.
HAMMER: Regis there - he looked shocked. Well, we are getting hundreds and hundreds of posts on our Facebook page today about Lindsay Lohan`s jail sentence. She got 90 days for violating her probation.
This makes Aisha A. want to jump for joy. "Hallelujah," she writes, "A spoiled brat finally gets served a good old-fashioned plate of American justice."
Now, Sabrina L. thinks this might be a good thing for Lindsay, "Maybe the time away from the temptations of the Hollywood scene will help her refocus."

OK. Sunny, Carlos, with Lindsay facing 90 days in jail, then immediately 90 days in rehab, my first burning question has got to be this - will jail set Lindsay straight?
Now, Carlos, we know that she`s only going to serve a fraction of that time due to overcrowding, due to good behavior. She`s a non-violent offender. But regardless, she will be behind bars for a little bit of time. Do you think some hard time, some hard rehab, will finally set her straight?
DIAZ: That`s a good point. The rehab portion which everyone`s kind of forgetting about - the rehab portion is going to be big because even though she`s done rehab in the past, it`s never been court-appointed, court- supervised rehab. So that`s going to be big to her.
But secondly, if you live the life of an entertainer in Hollywood, it`s like if you spend any time behind bars it`s like dog years, because her freedom will be totally taken away. She`s no longer in control of her life as far as what Lindsay says goes. So I think 23 days is going to really send a huge message.
ANDERSON: It`s a lot when you`ve got movie production schedules and people depending on you.
DIAZ: Yes, exactly.
ANDERSON: Yes, I agree it`s going to send the message. Sunny, do you think all this will set her straight finally?
HOSTIN: Oh, absolutely. I mean, there is nothing like a jail sentence. It will set somebody scared straight. I mean, there was a documentary on it. Look at what happened to Paris Hilton. I mean, have we heard anything about her since her jail stint?
DIAZ: Exactly.
HOSTIN: It really does teach people a lesson.
ANDERSON: Right. That`s a good point.
HOSTIN: I`ve visited various jails. Thank goodness I`ve never been a convict. But I`ve visited many jails. And although you`ll hear people say jail, you know, can be a decent place to be. It could be a country club. That really isn`t accurate. No jail is a nice place to be. And I think this is what she needs to set her straight.
ANDERSON: Well, I was at the courthouse yesterday, and I`ve got to say, I knew Lindsay`s goose was cooked when the judge laid out Lindsay`s litany of lies. The judge reviewed Lindsay`s famous car chase back in July of 2007 when Lindsay tried to pass the buck to somebody else in her car and then claimed to the cops that she was wearing somebody else`s pants. Watch.

REVEL: Going 80 miles an hour, going through several red lights, actually commandeering a car that wasn`t her own and finally getting stopped. Her first indication to the police was it was the guy in the orange shirt was driving.
Then when the person in the orange shirt said, "Oh, no, it wasn`t me," she then said, "No, it`s the guy in the white shirt." And then the guy in the white shirt said, "It wasn`t me."
When the police officer discovered an unknown white substance on a card in Ms. Lohan`s pants, she stated, "These aren`t my pants."
ANDERSON: So is Lindsay Lohan - this is our next big burning question. Is Lindsay Lohan just a liar? Carlos, it seemed pretty black and white. Is there any debate?
DIAZ: I commend her for using the Greg Brady defense. You know, it wasn`t my jacket that had the cigarettes in it, you know. And that`s the thing. It`s like, when she talked to the judge, she said, "If someone would have pulled me aside, someone, not me, someone would have pulled me aside."
No, Lindsay, it`s you. And she`s not taking responsibility. Is she a liar? I don`t know if she`s a liar. But she needs to take responsibility for her actions.
ANDERSON: For her actions. Well, the judge laid out more of Lindsay`s lies. And I`ve got to say, she didn`t hold back her contempt for Lindsay`s repeated disregard for the legal system.
I couldn`t believe my ears when the judge reviewed Lindsay`s first problem back in May of 2007 when she crashed a car she was driving and tried to blame - tried to place the blame on somebody else. Watch.

REVEL: When it was finally identified that she had been the driver, or when they came to investigate, she stated she was the passenger. So she didn`t take - not only didn`t she take responsibility on that date, she was blaming it on somebody else.
Also, it`s was a .16 blood alcohol. There was cocaine found. Fifty- nine days later, not even two months, on July 24th, 2007, she was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence again, being under the influence of cocaine and reckless driving.

ANDERSON: I know it seems like a rhetorical question, but Sunny, I`ve got to ask it because regardless of her problems with drugs and with alcohol, do you think that Lindsay just tries to lie her way out of problems so that she never does have to take responsibility?
HOSTIN: Oh, I think there`s no question about it. I mean, she just can`t take responsibility and she lies to get out of things. And I think what is really the most heinous about it is that she places blame on others. And that really is a problem for judges.
I mean, she`s been a repeat customer to our judicial system. I mean, this is not her first brush with the law. And I think this is the first time that she`s really had to sort of pay the piper and pay the price.
And I do think this will be very helpful to her. And perhaps she will get out of this vicious circle - cycle of lies.
ANDERSON: Yes. Yes, and you say she was a repeat customer. I think the judge had finally just lost her patience and everybody was talking today about how - before the judge handed down her sentence Lindsay stunned us all when she stood up and directly begged the judge not to throw her in jail. Watch this.

LOHAN: I`m not taking this as a joke. It`s my life and it`s my career. It`s something I worked for my entire life. And you know, I`ve learned from my experiences. I take responsibility for my actions.
And I`ve tried to do the best I can in the past few weeks since I was here last. Honestly, it did wake me up. Yes, of course it scared me. And it also confused me because I was there thinking it was OK that I missed those classes.
And had I known differently, again, like I said, I would have taken it - you know, I would have made sure that I was in town each week.

ANDERSON: Lindsay`s plea leads to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s next big burning question. Carlos, do you think it was all just crocodile tears, or do you think she was being sincere?
DIAZ: She`s an actress. I mean, it`s what she does. She acts for a living. It`s not that hard to cry on cue if you`re a trained actress. So I`m going to say that.
But what I`m also going to say is this - if you look at that video I have a feeling and I`m hoping I`m right on this one, that, say, March of 2011, we`re going to be sitting on this set, you and I, Brooke, and we`re going to be saying wow, look at Lindsay from July 6th, how messed up she was, crying in court. Now look at her, she`s on the straight and narrow, she`s got a career -
ANDERSON: I hope so.
DIAZ: Yes. That`s what I`m saying. Last night - yesterday was the low point, and hopefully she`ll begin the upward trend now, you know.
ANDERSON: I hope you`re right about that. Look at all the people who did turn their lives around. Robert Downey Jr., Mickey Rourke - they had troubled rocky pasts and yet here they are, with thriving, successful careers.
DIAZ: Is she going to be Robert Downey Jr., or is she going to be Heath Ledger?
ANDERSON: That`s true. That`s true.
DIAZ: There you go.
ANDERSON: And Robert Downey, Mickey Rourke - they`re living their lives as responsible adults. So it can happen for Lindsay, too. But I`ve got to say, I did not think she was completely sincere when she said that she respected the court, that this wasn`t all a joke to her, especially after we learned she had "F.U." written on her middle finger now.
But I do think her tears during the sentencing were sincere because she was scared. She was stunned. She didn`t want to go to jail. Sunny, do you think she was being sincere?
HOSTIN: No, I don`t. Maybe it`s because I`m sort of this hardened former prosecutor. But I`ve got to tell you, she still didn`t take responsibility for it. I`ve seen those tears, Brooke, with defendants, Brooke. And it`s the "Oh, my goodness, I am going down. I am going to jail. I`m crying for myself."
I don`t think that she was crying, you know, out of anything else other than "I am going to have to pay the price for this."
ANDERSON: And "Oh, my goodness. I cannot believe this is actually happening to me."
HOSTIN: "It`s happening to me." Yes, exactly.

HAMMER: What an admission. And while Cindy Crawford is talking Botox today, Cameron Diaz is talking wrinkles. Also, is Ryan Seacrest challenging Paula Abdul? It`s all happening right now on "The Buzz" today.

(voice-over): Is Ryan challenging Paula? Get ready for a potential TV dance show throw-down. The "American Idol" host has just announced that he`s creating a new show about dancers. The show he`s developing for "E!" will star Lady Gaga`s choreographer and may now compete with former "Idol" judge Paula Abdul`s new show. "Got to Dance" starring Abdul launches next season on CBS.
Prince`s shocking Net news. Prince has just declared the Internet is dead. In a brand-new interview, Prince is blasting all digital technology. He tells Britain`s "Daily Mirror," quote, "The Internet`s completely over."
He also slams MTV saying, "The internet`s like MTV. At one time, MTV was hip and suddenly it became outdated." Prince has banned iTunes and YouTube from using any of his music, and he`s even shut down his own Web site.
Cameron Diaz loves her wrinkles. Diaz is dishing big on beauty and her booty. In a new interview just out with "Harper`s Bazaar," she gets specific about her back side revealing, "I have a tiny little one but it is nonetheless juicy."
The 37-year-old says her body is only getting better with age, "I feel so much more attractive now. I`m appreciating my skin and my wrinkles and all those things."

And that`s not all Cameron had to say. Wait until you hear who she thinks has one of the hottest bodies in Hollywood.
But first, the big news that we just heard - Ryan Seacrest could be going head to head with his former "American Idol" co-star, Paula Abdul.
With me in New York Noelle Nikpour. Noelle is a columnist for "South Florida Sun Sentinel." Right now, from Hollywood is Hyla who is an entertainment journalist with "5DollarPrep.com." And Hyla, I don`t know why I just sang your name.
Well, as soon as I heard that Ryan wants to launch his own dance show, I couldn`t help thinking Paula Abdul is doing the same thing. She`s got a new show called "Got to Dance." Noelle, it seems to me Ryan could be challenging Paula to a little bit of a dance-off here.
NOELLE NIKPOUR, COLUMNIST, "SOUTH FLORIDA SUN SENTINEL": Yes, a little bit, you might say. You know what I think that these dance shows are kind of tired. But something tells me that you`ve got Lady Gaga`s choreographer, you know, that`s going to be putting this together with him. And something tells me you`re probably going to see a little sneak peek of Lady Gaga.
HAMMER: All right.
NIKPOUR: Which, you know - and all it takes is Lady Gaga promoting this show and telling her little monsters to get out there and support the show and watch it. And you`ll have probably millions of viewers.
HAMMER: And Ryan`s a smart guy.
NIKPOUR: Yes.
HAMMER: He wouldn`t be doing this if he didn`t think it was going to work.
NIKPOUR: That`s right.
HAMMER: But here`s the thing. I love Paula Abdul on "American Idol." We all know she is an incredible dancer. Hyla, do you think a dance show produced by Ryan even has a chance of out-dancing Paula?
HYLA: I know something in this business, and that`s to never, ever bet against Ryan Seacrest productions. And then you want to throw a little Lady Gaga as like, you know, an insurance bit on that? Absolutely not.
Listen, Ryan is a proven executive producer. He knows how to produce successful shows. Paula is a great personality. But she`s also an executive producer. Plus, she`s doing some creative responsibility on the show.
I don`t know that side of her. Ryan is a student of the business. If I`m going to put my money anywhere, it`s with Ryan Seacrest.
HAMMER: And the truth is, the show is for "E!" right? So it`s not actually in direct competition for Paula`s broadcast TV show.
HYLA: Right.
HAMMER: And look, you`ll never have Paula`s wackiness anywhere but on a Paula Abdul show. I`ve got to move on to Cameron Diaz` body revelation revealed today. It`s in the new issue of "Harper`s Bazaar."
Now, Cameron is 37 years old and, for my money, just a lovely woman. She says she`s got no complaints about her booty and she appreciates her wrinkles. Do you hear that noise, Noelle? That is the sound of women everywhere cheering on Cameron for telling it like it is.
NIKPOUR: Yes. Yes. Yes. I mean, you know, bravo to the cutie with a booty. I`ve got to tell you something. Look, you know, she`s got a great balance between being a celebrity and keeping it real at the same time.
HAMMER: Yes.
NIKPOUR: The only thing about the article that I think she was a little flippant on was the fact that what she`s doing with A-Rod. He`s a sexy guy, but I`d like to kind of know what`s going on with that?
HAMMER: All right. Well, separate from that, I personally always thought that Cameron Diaz was one of the sexiest women in Hollywood. But you`ve got to hear who Cameron thinks is one of the sexiest women in Hollywood, someone who is nearly twice her age.
I`m talking about 64-year-old Oscar-winning actress Helen Mirren, who, of course, just posed nude for "New York Magazine."
Now, Diaz says this, "That woman is drop-dead sexy. She`s not trying to turn back the hands of time. She`s just taking care of herself. She`s a nudist!" Hyla, I`m putting you on the spot, my friend. Are you with Cameron? Is Helen Mirren one of the sexiest women in Hollywood?
HYLA: I`m all about sexy grandmas. I`m not too ashamed to say that. No. Yes, I`m with you on that, Cameron.
HAMMER: I`m going to take that to you, Noelle. I mean, I think it is very sexy for any woman who simply embraces the aging process and says, "This is who I am," as opposed to covering it up.
NIKPOUR: Yes. I mean, look at Jamie Curtis when she did that spread and she`s had no Botox or no work done. And I love the fact that Cameron Diaz has got role models such as this. It`s not all like Heidi Montag out with all the plastic surgery.
HAMMER: Yes. I love Cameron. She can do no wrong in my mind.
NIKPOUR: Yes.

ANDERSON: More big dreams coming true for superstar Lady Gaga. She is playing New York City`s Madison Square Garden this week, something the New York native said she always wanted to do.
And right now, a brand-new revealing one-on-one with Lady Gaga today. And let me tell you, she`s got an explosive new message for all her critics. Here`s CNN`s Alina Cho for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

ALINA CHO, CNN CORRESPONDENT: The paparazzi is Gaga over Lady Gaga.
(on camera): What do you say to your critics who say this is all about shock value?
LADY GAGA: You are right.
CHO (voice-over): Gaga, as she likes to be called, is the master of performance art, a music and fashion phenomenon at age 24. Two Grammys, six number one hits, more than 15 million records sold. A bona fide talent. But this is what gets everyone`s attention.
(on camera): How do you even decide what to wear?
LADY GAGA: For me, it is important to always keep that connection with my fans. So, no matter what I`m wearing, whether it is high fashion and it was on the runway last week or it is a leather jacket that I found at vintage shop, I need to create things and wear things that they can always replicate.
CHO: But the truth is that most people in the world can`t do this. Right?
LADY GAGA: That`s not exactly true. The last thing you want to do as an artist is create something that feels like you can`t touch it or you don`t deserve it or I can`t have that. My hair bow - you can make the hair bow for $2.
CHO (voice-over): And Gaga fans - she calls them "little monsters" - do try to replicate her look. Whether it is that bow made entirely of hair or this red latex Elizabethan dress which she wore to meet the queen. Lady Gaga`s fashion choices always inspire, even make headlines around the world.
(on camera): And so what do you think the biggest misconception is about you?
LADY GAGA: I don`t feel like there is any misconceptions about me. I am whatever you perceive me to be.
CHO (voice-over): Today she has the House of Gaga, advisors who consult with her on her look. And yet, when asked who inspires her, she says her mother. But it is another mentor, Cyndi Lauper, who Gaga is teaming up with to promote AIDS awareness through sales of lipstick made by Mac Cosmetics.
CYNDI LAUPER, GRAMMY-WINNING SINGER: Does she do a little stuff like me and a little stuff like Madonna and a little stuff like David Bowie and a little bit of Elton John, but that`s what it is.
LADY GAGA: It`s not about money. It`s not about prestige. It`s not about class. It`s about having an identity. And the trick is to do that through pop music, through makeup, through femininity. You sort of encourage some people, no matter who you are and where you come from, harness your identity.
