Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City with big news breaking today -- "Idol" shockers. Yes, "American Idol`s" first ever Simon-less new season is off to a big bang today and it`s making big noise with its new judges, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler.

Now, Simon Cowell may be gone but there are already big controversies swirling around "Idol" today. Sixty-two-year-old Steven Tyler appearing to leer at a 16-year-old girl.

J. Lo expressing doubts about whether she`s up to digging in and throwing daggers at some truly awful contestants. And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell that you "Idol" began its new season with some SHOWBIZ TONIGHT tossed in for good measure.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: "American Idol" says goodbye to Jennifer Lopez before it even says hello.

BROOKE ANDERSON, CO-HOST: (INAUDIBLE) is in panic mode here.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. That was SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Brooke Anderson you saw there. And Brooke is with us from Park City, Utah where she`s covering this star- studded Sundance Film Festival. Hello, Brooke.

ANDERSON: Hi, there, A.J.

HAMMER: Looking fantastic, staying warm. I know it`s a balmy 24 degrees there. And I can tell you SHOWBIZ TONIGHT truly has an all-star panel with us today that I never thought was imaginable to even put together.

With me, in New York, taking on "Idol," two of the biggest teen idols ever appearing together in their very first TV interview, Deborah Gibson and Tiffany. They are co-starring in the SyFy Channel`s must see over-the- top movie "Mega Python Versus Gatoroid. It debuts on January 29th.

In Hollywood today, the always spectacular Debi Mazar. You know her from many things including HBO`s "Entourage." And she now has this great new show with her own husband every Wednesday night on the Cooking Channel. It`s called "Extra Virgin." Debi, I`m not going to touch your show`s name with a 10-foot pole. We`re just getting right into it here.

So they wanted something different. They certainly got something different. It seemed everyone was weighing in today on J. Lo and Steven Tyler on "Idol." But the headlines today about Tyler also had to do with him leering at the women who were auditioning, including an underage girl.

Check out the headline today in the "New York Daily News." It said this, "Steven Tyler praises 16-year-old girl, Victoria Huggins` skirt length."

All right. Nice for a 62-year-old. So what exactly happened? Well, take a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LOPEZ: It`s a yes for me.

VICTORIA HUGGINS, "AMERICAN IDOL" CONTESTANT: Oh, thank you! I love the skirt.

TYLER: Oh, yes. Just the right amount showing. That`s nice.

HUGGINS: I got it for the boy audience, but yet, I want to be a lady, so --

RANDY JACKSON, "AMERICAN IDOL" JUDGE: What a sense of humor.

TYLER: You pulled it off. An Italian with tattoos? I love you already. Sexy. Where is your pitchfork, you little devil. Angela. Oh. Yes.

LOPEZ: Oh, yes.

TYLER: Wow.

LOPEZ: Steven --

TYLER: Oh.

JACKSON: Should we -- Jennifer -- let the two of them conduct this?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: All right. Debi Mazar, let me start with you. With all deference to the fact that Steven Tyler is a legendary rock `n roll star, you can`t deny that`s a little bit creepy, no?

DEBI MAZAR, COOKING CHANNEL`S "EXTRA VIRGIN": You know, first of all, the mother of the 16-year-old let her daughter go out in that dress, which is not inappropriate. It actually was like a little `50s Sandra Dee skirt.

And I think if she`s putting herself out there -- and he`s just thinking that she looks attractive. I mean, it doesn`t -- it ends there.

HAMMER: Yes. But with him leering like that? I don`t know. It made me squirm a little bit in my seat. I want you to take a look at the poll that "The Daily News" posted today about what Steven Tyler said.

MAZAR: OK.

HAMMER: They asked people what they thought of his comments. Fifty-seven percent said they found the comments entertaining; 34 percent said they were creepy. Deborah, let me ask you. Entertaining or creepy?

DEBORAH GIBSON, SYFY`S "MEGA PYTHON VERSUS GATOROID": OK. It was creepy, but as I was watching. I thought, welcome to the music business.

HAMMER: Yes.

GIBSON: Honestly, it`s hard-core, real-life preparation for male record executives. Am I right?

TIFFANY, SYFY`S "MEGA PYTHON VERSUS GATOROID": I think so. And it`s Steven Tyler. Hello.

HAMMER: And you guys -- I`m almost loathe to say that you`re probably speaking from some experience back from when you were teenagers making hit records.

GIBSON: Oh, my god. I`m like, put her in a little black dress. You know, that`s all they kept saying --

HAMMER: All right.

GIBSON: When I was wearing the high tops and the sun dresses.

HAMMER: Yes. And he`s a 62-year-old --

GIBSON: There you go.

HAMMER: Kind like some of the executives you guys were dealing with. Well, here`s something else that shocked a lot of people last night -- J. Lo really having a hard time saying J. No.

Jennifer Lopez admitting on the show she could have a hard time giving contestants a hard time. I`ve got to say, I wasn`t entirely surprised when it appeared that she was having this tough time turning away contestants who didn`t really have the talent to make it, though. Take a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

LOPEZ: Oh, my goodness, gracious.

JACKSON: Jennifer, Steven, what do you guys think? Yes or no?

LOPEZ: No. Thank you.

JACKSON: Thank you.

LOPEZ: Oh, god. Oh, this is awful. Oh, my god. I hate this.

JACKSON: It`s not a good feeling, is it?

LOPEZ: Why did I sign up for this?

RYAN SEACREST, HOST, "AMERICAN IDOL": What do you think about not getting a ticket and heading home?

LOPEZ: I want to go home!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE CONTESTANT: I`d really love a golden ticket. I really want to go to Hollywood.

JACKSON: All right. Well, so it`s a no for today but --

LOPEZ: Give her a golden ticket.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. And she gave her the ticket. And I saw the singing. It was no good. She won`t make it into the finals.

All right. Tiffany, you heard J. Lo right there say, "I didn`t sign up for this," but she did sign up for this.

TIFFANY: She did.

HAMMER: I`m actually thinking if she doesn`t really have the ability to be critical and to turn people down, the show`s going to be kind boring.

TIFFANY: Well, it is. I mean, I would stop watching if she doesn`t really pull it out. And I mean, she`s got a lot of great information to give. I mean, really, she`s got a lot -- she can critique, which is what she`s there to do.

So I know it`s terrible. I would probably feel the same myself. But at the end of the day, you`re helping them. You know, you don`t have to be Simon.

HAMMER: No, you don`t have to be mean.

(CROSS TALK)

But you got to do the gig. You`ve got say, "No, you`re not going to make it." Brooke Anderson, let me go out to you at the Sundance Film Festival, covering it for us in Park City, Utah.

Now, the ratings we just got in this afternoon show that "Idol" is down 13 percent from the debut it made last season.

And with all the hype about J. Lo and Steven Tyler, I`m wondering if "Idol" should be worried that the worst is yet to come, because you know there were extra eyeballs last night just out of curiosity.

ANDERSON: I don`t think they should be worried quite yet. I found the show personally very entertaining. And the kids` stories, their background stories, were very compelling.

Yes, I think Steven Tyler should dial back a little bit on flirting with the teenagers. Other than that, I thought his energy and his enthusiasm were fantastic.

J. Lo -- my heart really went out to her, because you could tell it was extremely difficult for her to tell those kids, "No, you`re not good enough."

But she`s a professional. She`s been a fan of this show since it started 20 years ago. She knew what to do. She knows the show is not about her. It`s about these kids, realizing their dreams or reaching their dreams.

I think they`re still trying to find their footing. I think they were just trying to get their feet wet in the auditions that we saw in last night`s episode.

HAMMER: Yes. I don`t know. I think she is going to have to step it up, though, certainly ramp up how she is responding to some of these acts that are coming out on stage.

But let`s look now at what we`re asking today in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll. And we want you to sound off on this -- "American Idol" revamped: New judges J. Lo and Steven Tyler, what do you think? So much better than Simon?

I miss Simon. Debi Mazar, what do you think? So much better than Simon, or are you missing him right now?

MAZAR: To be honest with you, I kind of -- I miss a little bit of Simon`s negativity. He was always very negative, but he was also brutally honest.

And I think, you know, Jennifer -- you have to remember she just had babies and she still has that mommy softness. And I think that it`s really hard to look into the eyes of a child, a 16-year-old girl, and tell them that they`re bad.

But that`s kind of her job is to be critical. And I think she just needs to kind of come up with some more witty ways to kind of, you know -- to tip the scale a little bit and to make TV viewing a little bit more exciting.

HAMMER: Yes. And we need to keep in mind --

MAZAR: And Simon -- Simon -- I don`t know. I feel like with "American Idol," it was Simon, you know, for so many years.

HAMMER: Yes.

MAZAR: And people sort of liked that bitchy banter. And --

HAMMER: Well, he really did (INAUDIBLE) of the show. But we have to keep in mind it`s only the first week. I`m sure they`re watching all this coverage today and doing something with it.

Deborah, let me ask you. You and Tiffany -- you both worked so hard to become the stars that you became and the idols that you became.

Does it at all bother you now that there`s this sort of instant super stardom attached to something like "American Idol," or is it just the reality of the day?

GIBSON: Look, when "Star Search" was around, I auditioned. And by the way, J. Lo, I was rejected eight times and still had a career. So all the no`s toughened me up.

But I don`t begrudge anyone an opportunity, and if you`re going to take the opportunity and you`re prepared for it like Carrie Underwood, great. Use "Idol" as a platform, as a stepping stone and it doesn`t bother me one bit.

I do think that all of what we went through in building our audience like really slowly and we were kind of like in the trenches playing clubs and whatever. It definitely helped our performing skills, I would say.

(CROSS TALK)

HAMMER: Yes. And it`s something they`re going to miss out on, having their sort of foundation. All right. It`s so great having you guys here. Actually, please just stick around. Deborah Gibson, Tiffany, Debi Mazar, thank you all for being with us today.

We`ve got to move on though. You have to check out these jaw-dropping octumom fetish videos. The disturbing tape of octumom, Nadya Suleman, as a dominatrix.

Our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint today -- has the octumom gone too far? Or is this fetish stuff OK if it helps feed her 14 kids?

Sandra Bullock`s ex, Jesse James, engaged. Wait until you hear who he`s going to marry.

And Ricky fights back. Ricky Gervais` very first interview today since his take-no-prisoners Golden Globe star smackdown.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GERVAIS: I don`t think I did anything wrong. I honestly -- you know, those were like jibes at these people.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Oh, no. Ricky isn`t backing down one bit. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

It`s time for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" -- more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PIERS MORGAN, HOST, "PIERS MORGAN TONIGHT": George, I was going to start this final segment with you by asking you about the glory of being George Clooney. But you just told you`ve got a bout of malaria. Didn`t sound like great.

GEORGE CLOONEY, ACTOR: You know, even with malaria, it`s just good fun.

MORGAN: Oh, you look (UNINTELLIGIBLE). I thought it was down, but (UNINTELLIGIBLE). You do get malaria quite regularly, do you?

CLOONEY: No. I`ve had it twice. This is just -- I just, you know -- I guess the mosquito in Juba looked at me and thought I was the bar.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This in today, George Clooney`s stunning revelation. He tells CNN`s Piers Morgan he had malaria. At the time of Pier`s interview, anyway, Clooney was still sick. But I can tell you today, he is now OK. You can catch more of Piers` interview with George Clooney Friday night on CNN.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. Brooke Anderson joining us from the Sundance Film Festival.

And Brooke, I hear that the streets are already filling up with all kinds of big-name celebrities, the hobnobbing has already begun.

ANDERSON: It has, A.J. I`m at the Treasure Mountain Inn in Park City, Utah. And the streets are already bustling as this 10-day star-studded film festival gets underway.

A lot of people very excited for those premieres to kick off officially tonight. Some 200 films will be shown here. I`m talking feature films, documentary, shorts, installments from all over the world.

And A.J., while the mission and the focus of the festival is to nurture new talent and discover the next "Little Miss Sunshine" or "An Inconvenient Truth," I am sure those star swag, gifting suites will be in full swing.

And you know, Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton usually carve a little time out of their schedules to be here to make an appearance and take advantage of all the parties and all the goodies that are thrown in their way.

HAMMER: Yes. I`m so shocked to hear that. I do hear that there are already some films that are generating a lot of big buzz there. Tell me with them.

ANDERSON: Yes. You`re right about that. The first one I want to tell you about is called "The Details." A lot of these movies are really boasting big stars. "The Details" stars Laura Linney, Tobey Maguire, Elizabeth Banks.

And it sounds darkly amusing because it`s about this pesky raccoon that destroys grass, a crazy cat lady and organ donation among other things, so an interesting combination.

Another movie that`s getting a lot of buzz here is "Cedar Rapids." It stars John C. Reilly and Ed Helms. It`s about a group of insurance salesman who go nuts at a convention. So A.J., think Vegas in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

HAMMER: And tell me about this other movie I`ve been hearing so much buzz about at Sundance this year, "Margin Call" with Kevin Spacey and Demi Moore. And I hear you actually going one-on-one with Demi to talk about the film.

ANDERSON: I am. I do have a one-on-one interview scheduled with Demi Moore when she is here at Sundance. I`m really excited about that.

She`s actually starring in two films here at the festival, "Margin Call," which you mentioned does co-star Kevin Spacey. It`s a thriller about the economic collapse, about a group of key players at an investment firm.

Her other movie is "Another Happy Day" with Ellen Barkin, also Kate Bosworth. It`s about an upper class dysfunctional family. So I`m really excited to talk to Demi about those movies.

And A.J., I also want to let our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook fans know that we`re soon going to be giving them the opportunity to post on our Facebook page what they want to know from Demi Moore.

HAMMER: Oh, good. Well, I think Demi should tweet how good you look out there at Sundance. Brooke Anderson, thank you so much.

And Brooke is staying right there at the Sundance Film Festival through next week. Be sure to stay with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT for continuing coverage of all the hot headlines from chilly Park City, Utah.

As we move on, we`ve got to talk Regis. Who should replace him on "Live with Regis and Kelly"? Well, you know, the "Showbiz on Call" phone lines have been ringing and ringing all day today.

Regis Philbin saying he`s leaving the show after nearly 30 years. And one name being floated around to fill his chair, "American Idol" host, radio host, Kardashian executive producer, Ryan Seacrest. He`s super busy. But some people think he`d be great. Desiree from Florida doesn`t.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

DESIREE, CALLER FROM FLORIDA: Regis Philbin cannot be replaced by Ryan Seacrest. My god. You cannot turn on the TV or radio without seeing Ryan Seacrest everywhere. I think Kelly`s husband should be the replacement. They would be a cute couple to watch.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: Thanks, Desiree. We also heard from Joan in Pennsylvania who has some ideas.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

JOAN, CALLER FROM PENNSYLVANIA: Sorry to see him go. But I think Kelly would be good with either Mark Consuelos, her husband, or Jeff Probst from "Survivor." Always has good rapport with both of them. Thanks. Love the show.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

HAMMER: Love you, Joan. Thank you. You have an idea? They`re pretty, pretty big shoes to fill. Let us know what you think. Call me at "Showbiz on Call." You can leave us a message about your Reg replacement pick or anything at all.

The "Showbiz on Call" phone lines, always open at 1-888-SBT-BUZZ; 1- 888-728-2899. That`s where you leave us a voicemail so we can play your call here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

How about the octumom? Maybe she can take over for Regis. She`s definitely not camera shy.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

NADYA SULEMAN, OCTUMOM: Is the bottle good?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I think I just got a little sick. The jaw-dropping octumom fetish video. The disturbing tape of Nadya Suleman as a dominatrix. Is she way out of line here? Or should she be able to do what it takes to feed her family?

Kinky Khloe. I`m revealing Khloe Kardashian`s eye-popping, brand-new bondage video.

And SHOWBIZ caught on tape. The woman who fell in a fountain while texting -- today, she`s demanding to know who put this embarrassing video online for millions to see? This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, Cathy does make a good point. What if she had been hurt? It`s still on her for not paying attention to what she was doing. HLN`s Joy Behar and the rest of the ladies of "The View" agreed today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JOY BEHAR, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": Thankfully, she wasn`t at the Grand Canyon, OK? I`ve been there. Those mules better not be texting.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer coming to you from New York City with big news breaking today.

Talk about creepy. It`s the octumom in a new fetish video. I have to say this is something even our team of news veterans had a hard time stomaching today.

Nadya Suleman, the infamous mom of 14, appearing in a new video released today where she`s whipping a grown man who is wearing a diaper. Why in the world would she do such a thing?

Well, it`s looking like it boils down to one word -- desperation. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the brand-new details on the octumom`s disturbing new video.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) A SHOWBIZ TONIGHT warning: what you are about to see may be the most disturbing video ever shown on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

In this new fetish video posted today on TMZ, octumom Nadya Suleman, the unemployed woman who infamous used in vitro fertilization to have 14 kids, appears in full black bondage gear whipping a grown man wearing a diaper.

NINA PARKER, TMZ: People have been pretty disgusted all the way around with the video.

HAMMER: Just last week, we saw Suleman on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" revealing that two years after the birth of her octuplets made her the most controversial mom in America, she and her 14 children are now broke and at risk of losing their home.

SULEMAN: They did the photo shoot in January. That was -- I`ll be completely honest. That was $100,000. We have another month it. Now, we don`t have anything left.

SULEMAN: Is the bottle good?

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you this racy video revealed today is a serious sign that this infamous mother of 14 is truly desperate.

PARKER: Right now, she`s pretty strapped for cash.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Ga-ga.

HAMMER: The diaper wearing man in octumom`s new video is Los Angeles radio personality, Tattoo. Earlier today, he put on some clothes and told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT he and Suleman shot the video at her home this past September.

TATTOO, APPEARED IN VIDEO WITH OCTUMOM: There was nobody there. It was just me, Nadya and my morning radio crew.

HAMMER: Tattoo also tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT there was definitely a profit motive for this video.

HAMMER: She had signed off on the video because it was something that we were going to do together and try to make money off of. I made no money off the video and if there`s money to be made later with something with the video, Nadya knows I`m going to look out for her.

HAMMER: TMZ`s Nina Parker tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT money is something Suleman desperately needs right now.

PARKER: Unfortunately, for the last -- probably about the last year or so, she`s been at risk of having her house taken from her almost every month.

HAMMER: In the past, Suleman, who doesn`t have a steady job, has refused to do a reality show to make ends meet.

SUZE ORMAN, FINANCIAL EXPERT: Even though you could not afford those six, you decided to have more.

SULEMAN: Correct.

HAMMER: Last week on Oprah, financial expert, Suze Orman, told Suleman she needs to swallow her pride and use her celebrity to keep her 14 kids fed and off the street.

ORMAN: Whether or not you want to exploit these children, she has got to do something to feed them. So what is she going to do? She has to write a book, do a docu series, do something that is respectful of these children on TV, make some money.

HAMMER: Still when Orman told Suleman to make money, she probably didn`t have this in mind.

PARKER: A lot of people don`t like the fact that octumom decided to do this video shoot in her home, the fact that she was in the playroom that her children use with this grown man on her children`s toys, who is in a diaper and using her house basically for an inappropriate photo shoot.

HAMMER: But Tattoo tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT it was all one big joke.

TATTOO: If she would have done this on "Saturday Night Live," it would be funny, right? It`s the same thing. It`s not her taking her clothes off. It`s not her doing anything sexual.

It was just supposed to be like this mockery at like these porn companies that were offering her money to do this crazy sex video. And we`re over here making a joke out of it. That`s all it was. It`s a joke.

HAMMER: Whether or not this was a joke, watching a desperate mother of 14 in this kind of video is something a lot of people have a hard time finding funny.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

Purell, please, someone? I personally think the octumom`s behavior in this video is really sad. But today, let me please play the role of devil`s advocate and in that role, I`m actually going to defend the octumom.

So the first big question that I want to pose in defense of the octumom -- is there anything wrong with the octumom providing for her kids no matter how she does it?

Let me bring in HLN`s own Jane Velez-Mitchell who hosts "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL."

Jane, it is unclear how the octumom may ultimately profit from this. But is there anything wrong if she`s just trying to put food on the table for those 14 kids?

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HOST, "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL": This woman should have thought about how she was going to feed her kids before she had 14 of them, A.J.

She was unemployed, living with her parents and deeply in debt when she went on the baby binge, even after she had six kids, three of them were disabled, she proceeded to have eight more.

This is a cautionary tale for America. And now, she`s put herself in a corner and we`re supposed to co-sign all of her idiotic behavior because she`s in crisis? She created this crisis herself.

HAMMER: You know, playing devil`s advocate, Jane. I don`t see how you can call this whipping the man baby idiotic behavior. I just don`t understand that at all.

Octumom was just on "Oprah" last week. Money specialist, Suze Orman, told her do anything you can to provide for your 14 kids.

Today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT spoke with the man baby in octumom`s video and he tells us he totally gets why she did it. Take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TATTOO: I`m for the underdog and I have four kids of my own. I know what it`s like to be broke. I`ve seen my mom cry herself to sleep because we were so broke.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: So right there, Tattoo, the man baby, agrees she should do whatever it takes. I want to bring in family attorney, Vikki Ziegler.

Vikki, to my devil`s advocate question, is there anything wrong with octumom doing whatever it takes to provide for her kids?

VIKKI ZIEGLER, FAMILY ATTORNEY: Listen, I think it`s phenomenal for single women in America to take care of the children, to put food on their table.

However, A.J., there are boundaries. This behavior displayed lack of judgment. It was so inappropriate. I mean, her kids one day, I hope, don`t see this because I`m going to have nightmares about this video forever.

But if they do see it one day, they`re going to say, "Mom, you know, what were you thinking? What were you doing? It`s embarrassing."

HAMMER: Yes.

ZIEGLER: It`s portraying, you know, her feeding a man baby, as you said. I mean, it`s ridiculous.

HAMMER: And listen, Vikki, I`m awake right now and I`m having a nightmare. I want to move on to my next big question playing devil`s advocate.

It has been suggested today that the octumom`s behavior proves that her kids should be taken away from her. So I need to pose this to you. If the kids weren`t in the room when this video was being taped, what`s the big deal? Jane, what say you?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, these kids are old enough to start getting ridiculed by their peers. And they already live in a freak show environment. What a responsible mother would do is to try to normalize it as much as possible to make them feel like they`re not part of a freak show. And then she does this?

HAMMER: Yes.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: This has got to really affect their self-esteem. And this guy is running around, jumping on their rocking horse and getting into their play areas? That is obscene, in my opinion.

HAMMER: It is a little creepy, but I`m devil`s advocate and I`m taking my role very seriously today. So I do need to ask this next big question.

It`s obvious this was made as a joke to be funny, but it`s still quite graphic. The octumom dressed as a dominatrix with this whip. Are we taking this to seriously?

Let me bring the video up again right here. Now, let me show you what`s going on here. See if I can remember how to do this here.

OK. So can we stop this for a second here? All right. Whatever. Here we got, you know, the man baby. Now, I`m not going to be able to do this. I wanted to point out what`s going on here. Vikki, are we taking it too seriously? What`s happening?

ZIEGLER: No. Listen, I`m the biggest jokester in town when I`m not working. And you know what? I love a good laugh. This is not funny.

There are so many other things she could have done to make money, to put food on her table and take care of her children. Do an exclusive. Write a book. Go speak at colleges and talk about how difficult it is to raise 14 children.

There`s a lot of money in that. It`s outstanding. People want to look to her as a role model. Now, who would ever, ever think about saying, "Wow, one day I want to be octumom?" That`s not happening.

HAMMER: All right. Here we go. I figured it out. I`m just going to put a giant X right through here. There`s octumom. There`s the whip. There`s the man-baby. One more X, hold on. OK, we`re done. Jane Velez-Mitchell, Vikki Ziegler, thanks so much.

Got to play with the toys, right? As we move on, Ricky Gervais speaking out in his very first TV interview today about his Golden Globe star smackdown performance.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GERVAIS: I don`t think I did anything wrong. I honestly -- you know, those were like jibes at these people.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Ricky`s telling CNN`s Piers Morgan he`s not backing down at all.

HAMMER: And kinky Khloe. I`m going to show you Khloe Kardashian`s eye- popping bondage photos. Wait until you see this.

And Sandra Bullock`s ex engaged. You wouldn`t believe who Jesse James just popped the question to. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

It is time for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" -- more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CAMERON DIAZ, ACTRESS: We went to high school together. He was a year older than me. And you know, I remember him -- there was a lot of kids, like 3,500 kids. But I remember him. He was very tall, skinny, wore lots of ponytails in his head. I`m pretty sure I got weed from him.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GIBSON: It wasn`t enough that you had to kill your own fiancee, huh? You had to kill other innocents as well! You are going to get it, you Gatoroid (EXPLETIVE DELETED).

TIFFANY: Only in your dreams!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I could watch this all day. Exploding python, alligators the size of skyscrapers. You throw in former teen sensations, Tiffany and Deborah Gibson -- hey, that`s one rocking Saturday night.

This is your SHOWBIZ first look at Tiffany and Deborah starring in the hilarious SyFy original movie, "Mega Python Versus Gatoroid."

Now, they face off and settle the score, once and for all, who was really the biggest `80s teen queen? It`s the showdown to end all showdowns. "Mega Python Versus Gatoroid" airs on SyFy January 29th.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with Tiffany and Deborah Gibson.

And just in today, Ricky`s rebuttal. If you thought the gloves wore off when these two went at it or when Ricky Gervais hosted the Golden Globes, he`s got more where that came from today.

Ricky just sat down with CNN`s Piers Morgan for his very first TV interview since he basically eviscerated just about every big star in Hollywood during the show.

We`re also joined by the great Debi Mazar in Hollywood. Debi stars on HBO`s "Entourage." She has a great new show with her husband, Gabriele on the Cooking Channel. It`s called "Extra Virgin."

Now, ladies, everybody is still talking about how Ricky Gervais just railed on all of the stars about everything from their drug habits to their box office bombs.

Well, CNN`s Piers Morgan just asked Ricky if some of the zingers may have been too personal. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MORGAN: Is anything like that ever off limits? You care about what they might be going through in their private lives?

GERVAIS: I don`t have an addiction. I don`t know.

MORGAN: Would it make a difference?

GERVAIS: Also, I`m not judging them. I`m not judging for what they did.

MORGAN: You`re mocking them, aren`t you?

GERVAIS: No, I`m not. I`m confronting the elephant in the room.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. Well, that elephant trampled over just about everyone in sight. Debi Mazar, do you think the stars who may have been offended by Ricky need to just get a thicker skin? That`s what I`m thinking. Or do you think --

MAZAR: Absolutely.

HAMMER: Or do you think -- you don`t think he hit below the belt?

MAZAR: No. I think actually -- he quoted some facts. He said things that people wanted to hear. He`s a comedian. And I found it to be one of the most refreshing Golden Globes there were, because, you know, he was funny. He was witty and, like, he really caught people off guard.

And they`re huge celebrities that really need to, like, take a notch down. They`re just people and they`re out there and they`re very large. And Ricky -- he was very witty with it. I loved it. I thought it was great. He should do it again.

HAMMER: Deborah, what`s your take? Because I think he kind of leveled the playing field. I think there`s a lot of hypocrisy in Hollywood with people being all holier-than-thou.

GIBSON: I do, but you know, it`s a night of celebration. And to catch them off guard on a night where they`re there to celebrate their work and their successes -- maybe not their shortcomings.

HAMMER: But it was Ricky Gervais, though. This is his brand. They knew what was going to be happening.

GIBSON: I get it. I just think it`s comedy in general. There`s like -- there`s a fine line between comedy at someone`s expense and a real potshot.

HAMMER: All right. Well, look. Ricky`s not going to be coming back. And Ricky did also tell CNN`s Piers Morgan on "PIERS MORGAN TONIGHT" that the producers of the Golden Globes did know exactly what they were getting into long before Ricky lambasted the first star in his opening monologue on Sunday night. Take a look at this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GERVAIS: They hired me for a job. And if they didn`t want me, they shouldn`t have hired me. As I said I don`t think I did anything wrong. I honestly -- you know, those were like jibes at these people, and I`m sure they`ve got a sense of humor.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. Ricky`s standing firm, but he seems a little defensive about all the criticism, Tiffany. Do you think that Ricky has a right to be ticked off at the backlash he`s getting?

TIFFANY: Well, I think that he`s right. They hired him for a job. He is a comedian. They knew what they were going to get.

But it did take people a little off guard because they weren`t expecting it. So I think it was, you know -- it just was maybe wrong timing for that.

HAMMER: I don`t know. I think that`s what made it great. But we`ve got to move from Ricky unleashed to a Kardashian all tied up.

Yes. Khloe Kardashian`s provocative new magazine cover leaves, well, little to the imagination. Camille Grammer reveals whether or not she`ll ever marry again. And Anne Hathaway is about to sink her claws into a new role. All that making big news in "The Buzz Today."

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

(voice-over) Anne`s perfect new role. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that Anne Hathaway will star alongside Christian Bale in the new Batman film "The Dark Knight Rises." Anne has been cast as Selina Kyle, the character who eventually becomes Catwoman. The feline femme fatale has previously been played on the silver screen by Halle Berry and Michelle Pfeiffer.

Camille`s marriage confession. Camille Grammer says she`s done with marriage. The scorned soon-to-be former housewife of Kelsey Grammer revealed the news on "Lopez Tonight."

CAMILLE GRAMMER, REALITY TV STAR, "THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS": I don`t want to get married again. I need time.

HAMMER: Camille tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she hasn`t decided whether she will be back for a second season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" on Bravo if the show returns.

Kardashian bondage shocker. Khloe Kardashian is shaking things up in racy new photos on the cover of "YRB Magazine."

Khloe took to her blog to explain her wild new look, "It`s so different from anything I`ve ever done, which was what made the shoot so fun for me. `YRB` is known for being very wild and crazy with content they publish, so I jumped at the chance to work with them. I love experimenting with different looks and this was the perfect opportunity for me to do that."

Khloe says that the shoot was also the inspiration for her new short- lived red `do.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

Well, good for Khloe. Everybody is always saying express yourself. And I guess you can`t deny she was right there expressing herself.

All right. We`ve got to move on to a brand-new Sandra Bullock shocker. Talking about Sandra`s ex, Jesse James. Guess what? This guy is now ready to once again take a trip down the aisle. Wait until I tell you who this guy is going to be marrying. That`s coming up, next.

It`s time for the "SHOWBIZ News Ticker" -- more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

HAMMER: It is time now for the SHOWBIZ buzz list. You`re going to want to pay close attention because this is what the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT staff is buzzing about this week.

Season three of RuPaul`s drag race. It starts January 29th on Logo. As Ru would say, it is going to be fierce.

Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher`s new movie, "No Strings Attached" will hit theaters on Friday.

"American Idol" just premiered, of course. A new season and brand-new judges.

Well, the Oscar nominations announcement just days from now. We can`t wait to see who gets nominated.

And the season finale of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" will get explosive. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Here, Camille hands me this book on how to behave. I don`t know if she`s just trying to get under my skin or that`s her attempt at a sense of humor. I have not seen that. But clearly, she has not read this book.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Just in today, Sandra Bullock`s ex, Jesse James, is engaged. That`s right. One year after we all found out that Jesse cheated on Sandra, he found love again with 28-year-old tattoo artist and reality TV star Kat Von D.

Jesse tells "People" magazine this, "2010 was actually the best year of my life because I fell in love with my best friend, an amazing woman who stood behind me when the world turned their backs."

Yes. Sounds like the perfect match. I`ve got to say a lot of people are going to sneer at Jesse`s newfound love after the big cheating scandal. I want to turn to "People" magazine senior writer, Joey Bartolomeo.

Joey, Jesse also told "People" he`s never met anyone so kind and loving. I get the feeling he`s taking a dig right there at Sandra Bullock.

JOEY BARTOLOMEO, SENIOR WRITER, "PEOPLE" MAGAZINE: Well, it is a surprising statement. And you know, Sandra has kind of laid low, not said much about Jesse at all since this whole thing happened.

And then, for him to say this -- this is the guy who once called himself the most hated man in America. This probably isn`t sitting well with Sandra Bullock fans.

HAMMER: And this is just icky to me. What did Kat Von D say about the engagement, Joey?

BARTOLOMEO: Well, she told people that, you know, they`re very much in love, that he`s the one for her. She also talked about the fact that she won`t be moving to Austin, which is where Jesse moved with his kids after his split from Sandra. They`ll kind of go back and forth.

HAMMER: So they`re not going to be living together? They`re getting married, but they`re going to live in separate cities?

BARTOLOMEO: She said home is where the heart is, and so wherever he is, that`s home for her.

HAMMER: There`s a reason that`s called a cliche. OK, we know that Jesse and Sandra finalized their divorce seven months ago. Both of them seem to have moved on.

So, look, I`m OK with this engagement -- whatever. But maybe Jesse and Kat will now disappear is what I`m really hoping.

Brooke Anderson, let me bring new from Park City, Utah at the Sundance Film Festival where you`re covering it for us this week. You saw Sandra at the Golden Globes earlier this week.

She seems to be doing great. I`m betting that Sandra, being as cool as she is -- she probably wishes Jesse well despite all that he did to her. What do you think?

ANDERSON: Probably so, because she`s a class act. I cannot believe that Jesse James would say that 2010 was such a great year in his life.

I mean, that was the year that he caused Sandra Bullock`s world, as she knew it, to collapse around her. So I think he needs to have a little bit more tact going forward.

But Jesse James, Kat Von D -- they seem like a perfect match, good for them. Best wishes. I hope he remains faithful to Kat Von D.

I hope Sandra Bullock has not one trace of sadness and that she has completely moved on and saying good riddance.

HAMMER: Yes. Let`s remember the old phrase, "Once a cheater -- " Joey Bartolomeo, Brooke Anderson, I thank you, of course.

And you can pick up the brand-new issue of "People" magazine on newsstands on Friday.

All right. We`re about to name the most provocative celebrity of the week. Your nominees -- Howard Stern for calling Jay Leno a crook; Ricky Gervais for his controversial Golden Globes gig. Will it be octumom and her disturbing dominatrix video?

Text your vote to 45688 -- SBT1 for Howard; SBT2 for octumom; or SBT3 for Ricky Gervais. You can also vote on our Facebook page which is ShowbizTonightHLN.

And that is it for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thank for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is live at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Monday through Friday. And we`re still TV`s most provocative entertainment news show seven days a week at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific here on HLN.
