BROOKE ANDERSON, HOST (voice-over): Big news breaking today on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Charlie Sheen`s remarkable rambling out-of-control rant. Wild claims about whether he`s got a drinking problem claims that what he said was anti-Semitic, attacking the women in his life, and a startling attack on his boss.
CHARLIE SHEEN, ACTOR: I embarrassed him in front of his children and the world by healing at a pace that his un-evolved mind cannot process.
ANDERSON: Sorry, Charlie. Breaking news today. Your hit TV show is now canceled for the season. Can Charlie be saved? HLN`s own Dr. Drew right here on a headline making show business newsmaker interview. Why he thinks Charlie is in serious danger. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT dares to ask, is Charlie Sheen done in Hollywood for good?
SHOWBIZ TONIGHT breaks news today about Jennifer Hudson. Why J-Hud says there`s a big downside to her 80-pound weight loss.
And the brand-new take no prisoners battle between Eminem and Lady Gaga.
TV`s most provocative entertainment news show breaks news right now.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
ANDERSON: Hi there. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today.
When Sheen attacks. The damage on the battlefield that has become Charlie Sheen`s life was absolutely remarkable today following a radio rant that even by Charlie`s standards set new lows for being manic and messy. Nobody was safe. Not his boss, not the women in his life, not even alcoholics anonymous.
SHOWBIZ TONIGHT bringing you the latest breaking developments. Even CBS, which carries his hit TV show can`t take it anymore. CBS confirms today that it is canceling "Two and a Half Men" for the rest of the season, but a defiant Charlie struck back today. He says he`s going to show up for work next week, anyway, which should be interesting if he ran into his boss, executive producer, Chuck Lorre, because in his radio rant on the Alex Jones radio show, Charlie took his boss bashing to a whole new level.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
SHEEN: I embarrassed him in front of his children and the world by healing at a pace that his un-evolved mind cannot process, OK? The last I checked time, I`ve spent, I think, close to the last decade -- I don`t know -- effortlessly and magically converting your tin can into pure gold and the gratitude I get is this charlatan chose not to do his job, which is to write.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
ANDERSON: And Charlie was back on the radio this afternoon and we have that brand new interview, too.
With me right now in New York is Midwin Charles who`s an attorney with Midwin Charles and Associate. Also in New York, Michael Billy, who is a TV and radio host.
OK. Midwin, Michael, I could not believe my ears when I heard Charlie`s rant about Chuck Lorre. He unloaded on the guy, and today, some are suggesting that the fact that Charlie went out of his way to use Chuck`s Hebrew name could be taken as anti-Semitic. You`ve got to listen to this.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
SHEEN: Let me just say this, it`s nothing this side of deplorable that a certain Haim Levine. Yes, that`s Chuck`s real name, mistook this rock star for his own selfish exit strategy, bro. Check it, Alex.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
ANDERSON: Midwin, has Charlie lost his mind? He also called Chuck a contaminated little maggot in an open letter that he sent out.
MIDWIN CHARLES, ATTORNEY, MIDWIN CHARLES AND ASSOCIATES: Oh, he has lost his mind, but, Brooke, we all know that he`s lost his mind a long time ago when he thinks or thought it was OK to attack and abuse women. Remember, this guy has a long history of abusing women. So, yes, he`s definitely lost his mind, and this tape is indicative of someone who is clearly in denial and lashing out to everybody else and blaming everyone else for his problems other than himself.
ANDERSON: Yes, you said it, in denial, because Charlie keeps insisting he`s completely healed, doesn`t have a problem in the world. But I got to say, I`m really scared for the guy because it sounds like he has completely lost his marbles. Michael Billy, does Charlie sound all right to you?
MICHAEL BILLY, TV AND RADIO HOST: Not at all. I mean, look, let`s just say that he`s completely clean and he doesn`t have any drugs or alcohol in his system. If that was the goal of rehab, rehab would only last a few days. The whole goal of rehab is to adjust yourself mentally and emotionally to change your thinking, and obviously, by his acting out, even if he is physically sober, he`s not acting sober minded.
He hasn`t changed the thought process. It`s about anger. It`s about pointing the finger, whether it`s a woman or being anti-Semitic. I don`t think it has anything to do with that so much. It`s just about, you know, yelling and screaming. Like a child, I didn`t get what I want. I want it now. It`s your fault.
ANDERSON: Yes, and he`s hesitant to use the word sober. Charlie will say he`s clean, but he won`t say sober. I got to say, I really think Charlie shot himself in the foot this time. He cost himself some big-time money, too. You know, he gets a reported $1.2 million to $1.8 million per episode, and now that CBS put the kibosh on the remaining four episodes of "Two and a Half Men" this season, Charlie could be out, look at that, more than $7 million.
And this afternoon, Charlie was back on the radio calling into Fox Sports, Loose Cannon`s radio show with Pat O`Brien, and when asked about what all the people who worked on the show with whim who are now out of a job, thought about it, what he thought about those people who are now suffering. Listen to what Charlie said.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
SHEEN: I say, be patient, get focused. We are at war. And there are ways to deal with these clowns and take all their money. That`s what I say.
ANDERSON: Oh, him against the world. Midwin, he`s totally ticked off his bosses. I can`t imagine his co-workers are too happy with him right now. He`s threatening to show up for work on Monday. I`m thinking nobody is really going to ever want to work with him anyway right now, not in the state he`s in.
CHARLES: Exactly. And what I thought was interesting is in that last piece of clip that you played, Brooke, it almost sounds as though he`s interested or he`s going to sue CBS and this head producer guy by saying, you know, there are ways to deal with it. But how dare he after so many times that the show has been put on hiatus for him to deal with his problems, all of a sudden, he`s kind of aligning himself with the people who worked for the show by saying "we are at war."
I`m sure most of the people who work for the show are like, oh, no, Charlie, this is your war, and we are just casualties. We are innocent bystanders to your war.
ANDERSON: We`re going to distance ourselves from calling our boss what, a contaminated little maggot, among other things, a clown.
CHARLES: And why bite -- I was just going to say, why bite the hand that feeds you? I mean, remember, CBS stood by Charlie Sheen throughout all his nonsense and shenanigans.
ANDERSON: Through all of it. You`re right. This is the worst case of biting the hand that feeds you I have ever, ever seen. And you know, this rant really has a lot of people questioning whether Charlie is clean, whether he is sober. In his new interview this afternoon, he insisted he`s fine, and on his rant on the Alex Jones radio show, he even attacked alcoholics anonymous. Listen.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
SHEEN: It`s a bootleg cult, you know, arrogantly referred to as alcoholics anonymous, that supports a 5 percent success rate. My success rate is 100 percent. Debate me on AA right now. I have a disease? (EXPLETIVE DELETED) I cured it with my brain, with my mind. I`m cured. I`m done.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
ANDERSON: Cured himself with his mind. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT producer, Mara Wilcox, talked to HLN`s Dr. Drew who`s nightly show premiers April 4th on HLN and asked him about Charlie`s comments. Watch what he says.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
MARA WILCOX, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT PRODUCER: Dr. Drew, Charlie Sheen said some amazing things and calling AA a cult, saying he`s cured his addiction with his brain. What is your reaction to this?
DR. DREW PINSKY, CELEBRITY DOCTOR (ph): Well, addiction is a brain disease. So, it`s not something that`s ever cured, and certainly, the individual doesn`t cure it on their own. The fact is, though, he`s in an acute manic state now. So, on top of his addiction, he`s now precipitated acute psychiatric illness. He is what`s called hypomania or mania. So, he`s irritable, agitated, aggressive. His thoughts are lucent and derailed.
He jumps from idea to idea, big grandiose gestures. Mania does not go to a good players. People who are manic can hurt themselves, hurt other people. They often end up on 72-hour holds institutionalized. So, as we say, addiction ends up in either jail, death, or institutionalization. And this seems to be his road to institutionalization.
WILCOX: Well, no one knows how to deal with addicted celebrities more than you. If Charlie Sheen`s family came to you and they said what can we do to help him, will you help him? What would you do?
PINSKY: I would say we`ve got to get him. At this point, though, condition is he needs acute psychiatric hospitalization. And I try to find a way to maybe precipitate a crisis so that we can be put on a hold. I mean, I would get the law enforcement involved, and we`d try to bring him to a facility, because, look, as aggressive and awful as that sounds, when these people get well, and they look back at the condition they were in, they are so grateful for the people that intervened on their behalf, and they`re angry at the people that don`t.
This is a fatal disease, and you see him talking about how special and unique and different he is, and every addict feels that way, particularly, grandiose manic addicts. And that we call it terminal uniqueness, and the word terminal is there for a purpose, to remind us that this is a fatal condition.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
ANDERSON: Dr. Drew did not paint a pretty picture for Charlie Sheen. I hope the people who care for him, who love him, can get to him now. I hope it`s not too late. I hope they can get him the help he needs.
And you won`t believe this, but Charlie also launched a remarkable attack on all the women in his life. And he also made some brand-new revelations today to RadarOnline, including an offer to take a drug test to prove he`s clean. We`re going to be breaking news with a SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsmaker from radar. That is coming up.
All right. Showbiz breaks big news about Jennifer Hudson.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
ANDERSON (voice-over): Why J-Hud says there`s a big downside to her 80-pound weight loss.
The brand-new take-no prisoners battle today between Eminem and Lady Gaga. Oh, it is on.
And we are about to name the "Most Provocative Celebrity of the Week." Who will it be? Big surprise here. And who did you pick with your text and Facebook votes? That is coming up.
This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN, news and views.
And now the "Showbiz News Ticker," more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom making news today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
ANDERSON: Ooh, and we are packed for this Sunday as the "SHOWBIZ ROAD TO GOLD." We are going to have shows packed with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Oscar all-stars. "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, Camille Grammer, she`s going to be our fashion and celebrity commentator. We`ve also got acclaimed actress, Cheryl Lee Ralph and no holds bar syndicated radio host, Carlos Diaz.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
ANDERSON (on-camera): Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.
And now, more of the "SHOWBIZ ROAD TO GOLD." Facebook at the Oscars. "The Social Network," the film starring Jesse Eisenberg as Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, is up for Best Picture. Eisenberg also up for Best Actor, but there`s the controversy over this movie. Does it make Zuckerberg look like a hero or villain?
Here`s SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s A.J. Hammer.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
A.J. HAMMER, HOST (voice-over): It`s a blockbuster battle.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Welcome to Facebook.
HAMMER: In one corner, Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, the hero, an icon, held up as an American success story.
BARACK OBAMA, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES: We`re the nation of Edison and the Wright Brothers, of Google and Facebook.
HAMMER: In the other corner is Zuckerberg, the villain, accused of many wrongs, even of stealing the very idea of Facebook.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We know he stole our idea, and we know he lied to our faces for a month and a half.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We certainly see a person who is where he is today, absolutely, because we approached him with our idea.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There`s nothing normal about the way he conducted business. He broke the law, and that`s why he got ahead.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You guys were the inventors of Facebook?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You invented Facebook.
HAMMER: And now, the Oscar nominated film, "The Social Network," brought millions of spectators into this two-faced fight.
AARON SORKIN, SCREENWRITER, "THE SOCIAL NETWORK": He comes across in the film as a genius, but he spends the first hour and 55 minutes of the movie being an anti-hero, the final five minutes of the movie being a tragic hero.
HAMMER: A tragic hero whose star skyrocketed this year. Zuckerberg was named "Time" Magazine`s Person of the Year and appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" to announce a huge donation to the Newark New Jersey school system.
MARK ZUCKERBERG, FOUNDER OF FACEBOOK: A $100 million challenge grant (ph).
OPRAH WINFREY, HOST: $100 million.
(APPLAUSE)
HAMMER: Score two in the hero column, but probably nothing can settle a battle better than "Saturday Night Live."
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Have you two not met?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: No.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Awkward.
(LAUGHTER)
HAMMER: We may have to call this one a draw.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Good luck with your video game.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
FRANCO: It`s a classic bromance.
HATHAWAY: I totally am loving our bromance going on.
FRANCO: I believe, our comedy is, I think, completely dependent on the other, so --
HATHAWAY: I think we are -- I hope we`re funny as individuals, but combined, I think we make each other funnier. And that is -- so, it`s a good thing.
FRANCO: This is a closest rant (ph) and romance.
HATHAWAY: This is solid sibling love.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
ANDERSON: All right. So, lots of love for each other, but we had to ask James if he is afraid there won`t be love for his performance.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
FRANCO: No, I`m not, because, you know, nobody thinks that I`m Chris Rock or Billy Crystal or Hugh Jackman, you know, who like, they come from comedy worlds or, you know, the dance and, you know, musical theater world. So, I can try anything and nobody has high expectations. So, it`s fine if I`m not great.

ANDERSON (on-camera): Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood with big news breaking today. Lashing out at the ladies. Charlie Sheen is making big news today about his rant that cost him his job, but in that wild radio interview, Charlie is also verbally attacking the women in his life today from alleged porn stars to his soon-to-be ex-wife, Brooke Mueller. Today, Charlie is fed up with the ladies in his life.
He`s already burned big bridges with CBS and the crew of "Two and a Half Men," so the big, breaking question today is, why is he doing it with the women in his life, too? Right now, in New York, Midwin Charles, who`s an attorney for Midwin Charles and Associates. Also joining me right now in New York, TV and radio host, Michael Billy.
Midwin, Michael, Charlie Sheen called in to Alex Jones radio show, went on an expletive filled tirade against a whole lot of people, from "Two and a Half Men" creator, Chuck Lorre to Thomas Jefferson. And just to add more to his rampage, he attacked all those party girls, all those porn stars who filled his house on that fateful night last month when he was sent to the emergency room and an ambulance. He tells Alex Jones, nope, he was not happy that they sold their stories to the media. Sold them out. Listen.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
SHEEN: I`m excited to get back to work, and not to completely discount what you just talked about. It`s just if I bring up these turds, these little (INAUDIBLE), the losers, there`s no reason to then, you know, bring them back into the fold, because I have real fame, they have nothing. They have zero. They have that night, and I won`t forget about them as the last image of them exits my beautiful home. And they will get out there, and they will sell me, and then they will lose.
ANDERSON: OK. Nobody here thinks that Charlie should have called the radio show and ranted like he did. But, Michael Billy, I do get his anger at those women for selling information about him to the press.
BILLY: See, Brooke, I don`t know if it`s exactly about that. As you know, I`m a former alcoholic. I was a blackout drunk, and I can be honest with you and tell you that when you do -- let`s say that he is off the booze right now. When you`re off the booze, you`re still a dry drunk, and a dry drunk is going to be addicted to something else, and that something else is creating craziness and creating friction. He wants to -- that`s why he keeps calling these shows.
He just wants to keep involved and keep creating this anger, the hype, the excitement of being in the media is his next new high. Let`s explain it really simple. He`s a baby, a child, who hasn`t gotten what he wants, and he`s really angry about it and acting out and pointing fingers.
ANDERSON: Yes. He`s like a petulant child, and you`re right, Michael. It`s like he`s feeding off the craziness that he is creating with these radio interviews. And I got to tell you, his rant did not stop there. He also had words of warning for his soon-to-be ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, who is the mother of his nearly 2-year-old twin boys. He said today that Brooke was vacationing in the Bahamas with him and two other women but left abruptly. Listen.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
SHEEN: Brooke, you know, being a part of our crew and let me just say this, this is all I`m going to say about it was -- is that there were there four, there are now three. Goodbye, Brooke, and good luck in your travels. You`re going to need it badly.
ALEX JONES, RADIO HOST: So, Brooke did go along with you, but she`s not there now?
SHEEN: No. She`s not there now, and we are, and I don`t know, winning anyone?
(END VIDEO CLIP)
ANDERSON: OK. Who can blame brook for leaving? I was shocked she went, in the first place. Midwin, given that Charlie pleaded guilty to assaulting her, can you understand what she was even thinking by getting mixed up in this mess again?
CHARLES: You know, I can`t. It`s very difficult to do that, Brooke. But, I can guess the fact that she has two children with him might have contributed to that decision. But I think, again, we`ve all decided, and I think we can all agree that he`s off his rocker in doing these rants and for him to complain about the women around him, news flash, Charlie. You chose to fraternize with these women. You decided that these women should be around you, including Brooke. So, for you to treat them this way and call them "turds" is absolutely ridiculous.
ANDERSON: It is so deplorable that he is speaking this way about the mother of his almost 2-year-old twin boys. I mean, this really, really gets me. I can`t even believe he did that. But, you know, -- I can`t believe he`s doing a lot of things either, but Charlie is furiously denying that he is on drugs. But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that he has accepted a challenge today to prove, once and for all, that he`s clean.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline, Charlie says the very first thing he`s going to do when he gets back from his Bahamas vacation is take a drug test. And get this, he wants RadarOnline to be right there when he does that. With me, for this SHOWBIZ TONIGHT headline making newsmaker interview is Dylan Howard. He`s Radar senior executive editor, and he made the shocking drug test deal with Charlie.
Dylan, in the middle of Charlie going off on his boss, getting "Two and a Half Men" shut down, hanging out in the Bahamas, you and Charlie start texting. You text to find out the real deal, and then you become part of this wild story yourself. Did you really challenge Charlie to a drug test?
DYLAN HOWARD, SR. EXECUTIVE EDITOR, RADARONLINE.COM: We did, Brooke. This is the situation. Many production insiders were searching for answers as to why Charlie Sheen would go off on these crazed rants as some people believe they are. So, one person confided in us, and multiple sources also went further to suggest that he may have fallen off the wagon. We put that to Charlie Sheen.
Charlie and I have spoken numerous times throughout the course of the most recent scandals, and he vehemently denied it. The suggestion was put to me that he was going to pass the test, and he would submit to the test jokingly if I drank his pee as he called it.
ANDERSON: Ew!
HOWARD: Of course, I wrote back to him and said that`s not going to take place, Charlie, but this is your opportunity. This is your chance to deny, once and for all, through deed rather than word that you are, indeed, sober?
ANDERSON: So is it set? Is it 100 percent set? Is he going to do it?
HOWARD: It is. Yes. I spoke again to Charlie --
ANDERSON: Where, when?
HOWARD: It`s happening when he gets back to Los Angeles. We believe that`s going to be on Monday. Now, this was set against the backdrop of the announcement from CBS and Warner Brothers. This deal was made moments before that statement was released. Charlie has committed to it. He`s so confident that he will pass both a blood and urine test that he`s going to allow us to record it. He says the results will overwhelmingly prove that he was fit to return to work on Tuesday.
ANDERSON: Well, we will see if it happens. I hope the drug test happens, Dylan, for his sake. I want the guy to be clean, but we know he`s not the most reliable, so we`ll see if he actually follows through. But, Dylan, Charlie also sent you a text message later after you texted. You had a phone call. He sent something later saying he was in serious negotiations to star in his own HBO show called "Sheen`s Corner." Well, this afternoon, HBO told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT what? No, there`s no such thing. Why would he even say that? It`s a lie.
HOWARD: Well, we don`t know if it`s a lie. We don`t know the negotiations that are going on behind the scenes. Is he, in fact, dealing with a production --
ANDERSON: HBO said no way, there`s -- there`s no truth to it.
HOWARD: HBO said they weren`t -- yes. The HBO didn`t background the story and say whether or not they had had talks with Charlie Sheen previous to this. They said he won`t be on their network. Now, we only reported what Charlie Sheen told us. He said he`s inking a deal for ten programs and that will net him some $5 million per episode.
ANDERSON: That cat is used to a fat paycheck. Dylan Howard, thank you so much. Good to see you. Thanks for sharing your insight with us.
HOWARD: Thank you.
ANDERSON: All right. Moving now to Eminem-Gaga smackdown.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
ANDERSON (voice-over): You`re not going to believe what Eminem just did that`s going to have Lady Gaga`s little monsters up in arms.
SHOWBIZ TONIGHT breaks big news with Jennifer Hudson today. She tells us why she is losing sleep over her dramatic 80-pound weight loss.
And it is time to play "Showbiz Oscar All-Stars Roulette" with Joel McHale, star of NBC`s "Community" and host of the "Soup" on E!
KAREEN WYNTER, CNN CORRESPONDENT: I don`t if you`ve heard, but we are very excited. Guess who is joining our big special Oscar coverage this year?
JOEL MCHALE, HOST: Who`s joining the CNN coverage?
WYNTER: Yes, the CNN coverage.
MCHALE: Let me guess.
WYNTER: Reality show star, you talk about them all the time on your show.
MCHALE: CNN is really aiming high on this one.
ANDERSON: Come on, Joel. Here`s another clue. She`s a star on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Quizzing Joel McHale next.

We`re going to be live, two live shows packed with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Oscar all-stars, including -- there they are -- "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, Camille Grammer. She`s going to be our fashion and celebrity commentator. We`ve also got acclaimed actor, Cheryl Lee Ralph and syndicated radio host, Carlos Diaz. Great picture, Carlos.

ANDERSON (on-camera): Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood, and I got to tell you, Joel McHale is one busy guy. He hosts "The Soup" on E! He stars on the NBC hit show "Community," and he`s got three, three major films in the pipeline, yet, the funny man has time to host the Independent Spirit Awards on IFC this Saturday.
So, since he is hosting a big film awards show, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter decided to get his take on the big Oscar weekend and see if he could guess which "Real Housewife" will be a showbiz all-star Oscar commentator on Sunday night. Watch.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
WYNTER: Hosting the big show this week at the Independent Spirit Awards.
MCHALE: Yes.
WYNTER: I think you`re going to have a tough audience.
MCHALE: I might agree with that, but as you may or may not know, they serve booze the whole time.
WYNTER: So, the other big show this weekend, the Oscars.
MCHALE: Right.
WYNTER: Which film do you think will walk away --
MCHALE: I think "Spartacus: Blood and Sand Gods of the Arena"
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There`s only way to become champion, never lose.
WYNTER: I don`t think that one is on the list.
MCHALE: Oh, good. Lucy Lawless is awesome. "The Dilemma" or "No Strings Attached." It`s really a toss-up between those two. I loved "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen"
WYNTER: All right. So, I don`t know if you`ve heard, but we are very excited. Guess who is joining our big special Oscar coverage this year?
MCHALE: Who`s joining the CNN coverage?
WYNTER: Yes, the CNN coverage.
MCHALE: Let me guess.
WYNTER: Here`s the key, a reality show star. You talk about them all the time on your show.
MCHALE: CNN is really aiming high on this one. All right. So, it`s a reality star.
WYNTER: Reality star.
MCHALE: Brigitte Neilsen?
WYNTER: Another hit because this is going downhill. "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
MCHALE: All of them?
WYNTER: One. She just made headlines in a huge way because of her divorce from some famous, famous Hollywood star. I`ve given you the answer.
MCHALE: Right, yes. Way to go, and I`m so excited for you.
WYNTER: You are doing well with this.
MCHALE: I`m assuming you`re talking about Frazier`s wife.
WYNTER: Camille Grammer.
MCHALE: How did you get her? What a get. Way to go, Camille.
WYNTER: OK. So, we`re almost through this. What do you want to conquer next? Oh, and by the way, you`re a father of two, so you are extremely busy but you manage to juggle it all. What`s your secret?
MCHALE: Well, I don`t know if my wife would agree with that, but trying to get more than five hours of sleep a night. That`s my big secret. Just spending time with the boys is the most, you know, like important thing.
WYNTER: And "The Soup" has oftentimes been an excellent launching board to the film world. And I don`t think a lot of people may realize that you have, what, three films coming out this year?
MCHALE: Wow. So, you did do your homework.
WYNTER: I did a little bit.
MCHALE: Yes. Yes.
WYNTER: Talk about that.
MCHALE: Yes.
WYNTER: With some big stars, too.
MCHALE: Yes. None of them are porn like I used to do to make money.
WYNTER: Knock on wood.
MCHALE: And that was one of the names of the film.
WYNTER: This has been the most unique interview ever.
MCHALE: You`re kidding.
WYNTER: It`s very fun.
MCHALE: It`s good to talk to you.
WYNTER: Thanks for being a great sport.
MCHALE: You didn`t let me weigh in.
WYNTER: We don`t have enough time.
MCHALE: I can`t believe you didn`t let me weigh in on Lindsay and Charlie.
WYNTER: We`ve been here for two hours. You have work to do to get ready for the show on Saturday. All right. Go ahead, you have a minute. Weigh in on Charlie and Lindsay.
MCHALE: No, I have to go now, too.
(LAUGHTER)
(END VIDEOTAPE)
ANDERSON: That was one of the names of the film, Joel? You`re terrible. You can watch Joel when he hosts the Independent Spirit Awards Saturday, 10:00 p.m. on IFC.
Moving now to big news about a big ole smackdown between Eminem and Lady Gaga. Brand-new evidence today that Slim Shady is not about to back down from Lady Gaga`s little monsters.
Jennifer Hudson reveals why her slamming new body actually keeps her up at night.
And Sharon Stone speaks out about a brand-new stalker shocker. It`s all making big news in the buzz today.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Sharon Stone`s stalker scare. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has just confirmed Stone got a restraining order against the man caught trespassing at her home in L.A. In a brand-new interview on CNN`s "PIERS MORGAN TONIGHT," Sharon says she`s at peace now.
SHARON STONE, ACTRESS: We have described him as mentally ill, and he is currently in a lockdown of a psychiatric unit. So, we feel safe. No. My feeling was just simply to react logically, and we called the police, and the police really were wonderful.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Jennifer`s diet dilemma, but everyone should have this problem. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT breaks news right now about Jennifer Hudson and her 80-pound weight loss. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there with Jennifer at "Essence" magazine`s luncheon honoring black women in Hollywood, and Hudson tells us there just may be a downside to looking so fabulous.
JENNIFER HUDSON, SINGER: At night, I can`t even sleep till the next morning because I can`t wait to see what I`m going to wear the next day, and it does make it a whole lot easier like, now, my fittings aren`t that long. It`s like, OK, the first thing I try on, OK, that`s the dress. All right. Let`s go, and it`s that simple, and it`s fun, and it looks good.
Eminem-Gaga smackdown. Lady Gaga may be born this way, but Eminem is not afraid to be more likable on Facebook. We`ve just learned that Eminem is now more popular than Gaga on Facebook with nearly 29 million likes. But Gaga still has the most video views on YouTube. More than 1 billion.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
ANDERSON: One billion. Woo! All right. There`s another big smackdown brewing today. Who will SHOWBIZ TONIGHT name the "Most Provocative Celebrity of the Week? Who is your pick? I promise you, you`re going to be shocked.
This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN, news and views.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
Here comes the "Showbiz News Ticker," more stories from the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsroom, making news today.
VANESSA HUDGENS, ACTRESS: Very excited about it. I`m dying to show it off. It matches my dress.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Why did you decide to take the time (ph) and do that?
HUDGENS: I`ve actually wanted for years, and it kind of spontaneously happened. I`m all for spontaneity.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You thought we forgot to name the "Most Provocative Celebrity of the Week," but the time is now. Standby Brooke. Go.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Speaking of provocative, go.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
ANDERSON: All right. Let`s get right to it. Time for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT to name the "Most Provocative Celebrity of the Week." The nominees, Lindsay Lohan, Billy Ray Cyrus, Justin Bieber. You texted us and your text pick is Billy Ray Cyrus. On Facebook, you picked Lindsay. Drum roll please now. Actually, we say none of these. In a last-second upset, Charlie Sheen is the "Most Provocative celebrity of the Week" for his brand-new, out-of-control radio rant.
His show "Two and a Half Men" canceled for the rest of the season. It was last minute, but he is acting so egotistical, so arrogant, so manic. I hope the people around him who care about him can really truly get him the help he needs. He`s loved. He`s admired by so many people. Charlie, buddy, it`s not too late.
All right. Now, more of our big Oscar coverage. The "SHOWBIZ ROAD TO GOLD," now, that`s eccentric. I`m talking about Oscar red carpet fashion. Hairstyles will be dissected. Shoes will be scrutinized, and those dresses, well, they`re going to inspire huge debates. But there`s definitely one Oscar nominee who likes to shake things up and that is Helena Bonham Carter. So, is she just being daring or is she a misfit? I got the chance to ask Helena herself.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
ANDERSON (voice-over): The Oscar`s red carpet is home to the best, and sometimes, the worst of fashion.
HELENA BONHAM CARTER, ACTRESS: I think, I think I`m a Christmas tree.
ANDERSON: Academy award nominee, Helena Bonham Carter, is always pushing the envelope, but SHOWBIZ TONIGHT dares to ask if Helen a really fashion or misfit or an inspired eccentric?
LAWRENCE ZARIAN, STYLIST: When we hear that Helena Bonham Carter is hitting the red carpet, everybody looks, and we wait with bated breath.
ANDERSON: Red hot Hollywood stylists, Lawrence Zarian, says for Helena, it`s all about art.
ZARIAN: For the longest time, I thought this girl was whacked, but now, that I`m paying more attention to what she chooses, it`s all about having fun and making a statement.
ANDERSON: But when I spoke to Helena at the Annual Oscar Luncheon, she told me she`s not really trying to make a statement.
CARTER: I always get it wrong. Even if it is looking hopeful at the beginning and then it`s like to pull off and I go off.
ZARIAN: She adds a little bit of this and a little bit of that. And, you know, when you think about it, she could be considered, you know, the Lady Gaga of actressing.
ANDERSON: But while fashion experts are going Gaga for Helena, she tells me she`s not sure what all the fuss is about.
Do you consider yourself eccentric?
CARTER: No. I think I`m just being myself, I guess. I don`t think I`m eccentric. I think I`m -- most people who know me, I`m actually quite, you know, thunderously normal and very straightforward.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
ANDERSON (on-camera): And that is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thank you for watching. I`m Brooke Anderson in Hollywood.
