Hello, I`m Carlos Diaz, in for A.J. Hammer with big news breaking tonight - Casey caught on tape.
Tonight, a brand-new frenzy is breaking out over a video that has never been made public. The video reportedly shows Casey Anthony in jail at the very moment she receives news that a child`s body has been found, a body that would later turn out to be her two-year-old daughter, Caylee.
Also, tonight, for the very first time since a jury found Casey not of murdering her daughter, the investigators who feverishly searched for little Caylee are speaking out, sharing their reaction to the verdict that is still sparking outrage coast to coast.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
SGT. JOHN ALLEN, INVESTIGATOR: I think all of us respect the jury system and we respect the jury`s verdict. You know, I would hope, you know, that people across - people who followed this, people in the community, would also respect the jury`s verdict and our process. But for us I certainly don`t have any doubt after working on this.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
DIAZ: Now, a jury may have already cleared Casey of murder charges, but tonight, a campaign to release the sealed video of Casey in jail is raising new questions. Could the tape have changed the outcome to this controversial case? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with the tale of the tape.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
(voice-over) Anyone who`s watched any TV over the last few weeks has seen endless video of Casey Anthony. But there`s one juicy bit of video you haven`t seen.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Skeletal remains, believed to be little Caylee, discovered.
DIAZ: Dramatic video of Casey Anthony`s reaction almost three years ago when she learned the body of her daughter Caylee likely had been found.
But SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you, you may see that video on TV news and countless Web sites pretty soon.
SUNNY HOSTIN, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION": An Orlando television station has filed a motion asking that the videotape be unsealed.
DIAZ: The video was ordered sealed two years ago before Casey was tried and acquitted of murdering her daughter.
HOSTIN: My sense is we`re all going to get the chance to look at this video.
DIAZ: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is asking, could this explosive mystery video have changed the course of the trial of the century? And will it prove or disprove the widespread belief that Casey may have gotten away with murder?
NANCY GRACE, HOST, "NANCY GRACE": Breaking news tonight in the desperate search for a beautiful three-year-old Florida girl, Caylee.
DIAZ: The day was December 11th, 2008. TV news stations were reporting that a child`s body had been found in a swampy area near the Anthony family home. And there were fears that the remains were that of little Caylee Anthony, who had been missing for six months
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We`d been searching for this little girl for months. I bet my bottom dollar that`s her they found.
DIAZ: Days later, medical examiners determined the body was indeed that of little Caylee.
CASEY ANTHONY, ACQUITTED OF MURDERING HER TWO-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER, CAYLEE ANTHONY: My only concern is that Caylee comes back to us.
DIAZ: At that time, Casey Anthony was sitting in jail having been indicted two months earlier for Caylee`s murder.
The video at the center of today`s court battle shows the exact moment Casey saw those TV reports that her daughter`s body may have been found. And according to witness statements obtained by SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, Casey freaked out.
HOSTIN: According to the court documents that I`ve reviewed, when Casey Anthony saw the news report, she started hyperventilating, deep breathing, red blotches broke out all over her face, her hands. She was sweaty.
DIAZ: Sunny Hostin is a contributor to "In Session" on HLN sister network, Tru TV. Sunny tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT the video was deemed too hot for Casey`s trial.
HOSTIN: The judge sealed it because it would be highly inflammatory and could possibly taint the jury pool. Well, we all know that`s not an issue anymore.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Not guilty -
DIAZ: That`s because, as the world knows, Casey`s been found not guilty of murdering Caylee. She`s due to walk out of jail this Sunday and can`t be tried again.
So today, a court is considering a request from an Orlando station to unseal the video so that people can judge for themselves if Casey`s emotional reaction is that of a grieving mother or of a woman terrified that her crime had been discovered.
HOSTIN: Certainly, in the court of public opinion, this could sway some people.
DIAZ: Already, TV analysts are having at this mysterious video, speculating on what it might say about Casey`s possible guilt -
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Her attorneys say that her child drowned. She knew her child was dead, so why would she hyperventilate and double over when she`s told that her child had been found?
DIAZ: Or her innocence.
HOSTIN: Bottom line is everyone reacts differently to tragedy.
DIAZ: And with this new video possibly seeing the light of day very soon, TV viewers and those still angry about the Casey Anthony verdict may get another piece of evidence to judge if the jury got it right or tragically wrong.
HOSTIN: People are looking for more information and more understanding as to what really happened here. And I think this video is going to give folks just a little bit more information into the mind of Casey Anthony.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
DIAZ: So if that explosion of video is released, the Casey hate factor across America could blow sky high. Or could it actually help change the way people see Casey?
With me tonight from Hollywood, our family law attorney, Debra Opri and investigative journalist, Pat Lalama.
The whole country is waiting to see this video of Casey Anthony that is so explosive a judge ruled it needed to be sealed.
And you can better believe people have a lot of questions about why Casey reportedly broke down on this police videotape when she heard a child`s body had been found near her home.
She didn`t even know if this was Caylee`s body at that time. So Pat, how do you read Casey`s reported reaction?
PAT LALAMA, INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALIST: Here`s the thing. I mean, this tape really - I think the judge made the right decision. It is so emotional, but it`s not necessarily emotional for one side.
As was stated in your piece, it could be that, "Oh, my god. They`re going to find me out." Or it could be, "Oh, my gosh. My child is dead. I thought maybe there was hope she`d be alive."
It could go either way. But the point of the matter is it had no probative value. I think the idea is this, meaning that, you`re not going to find any facts of the case as a result of her reaction.
So the judge rightly said, "Leave it alone. Nobody needs to see it," and I agree with that decision.
DIAZ: Well, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that Casey also reportedly asked for her lawyer, Jose Baez, as soon as she was able to calm down. I`ve got to imagine people are wondering why a mother would demand her lawyer if she was simply distraught that her child`s body may have just been found. Debra, what does that say to you?
DEBRA OPRI, FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY: You know, I have to give you the big picture. We have a First Amendment versus the due process constitutional battle. It`s the abuses and misuses of the system and this tape, which was found to be inflammatory for a jury.
What do you think it`s going to do to the mob mentality out there with a woman who has been adjudged not guilty? We have to complete this sentence, Carlos, "If I can make some money, will I?"
And this First Amendment demand for release of this tape - what is it going to accomplish? Why isn`t the public writing in to shows and saying, "Tell us more about Caylee`s Law."
I want to be out on every news show taking about Caylee`s Law and how we can prevent the death, in the future, of another child. Let`s talk about that rather than discussing whether or not an inflammatory video should be released to the public.
DIAZ: So Debra, you want to move forward. You don`t want to talk about the past. You want to move forward.
OPRI: let`s move forward and talk about Caylee`s Law. I`ll be on every news show tacking about how we can get this enacted in every single state -
(CROSS TALK)
LALAMA: And Carlos -
DIAZ: Pat - Pat, do you agree? Should we not look at the past at all? Should we not look at this tape?
LALAMA: Debra makes a really great point. We should move on. But there is an interest and, by the way, let`s not forget -
OPRI: Curious interest.
LALAMA: The court is very, very open - once that got - very open about disclosure, so it has been very good to the media in that regard. But I do agree, what relevance - because I really believe it doesn`t prove anything either way.
DIAZ: OK.
LALAMA: If you hate Casey Anthony, then it means it shows she`s guilty. If you`re for her, it shows she`s not guilty.
OPRI: Why feed more meat to the mob?
DIAZ: All right, guys. I will move on real quick here. Well, the investigators in the Casey Anthony case spoke out for the very first time today about their intensive work.
The team came across very professional to me. But at times, they couldn`t let their strong emotions about the case be hidden. Watch Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings - what he said about his dedication to finding Caylee Anthony`s killer.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JERRY DEMINGS, ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF: I`m a father and grandfather. I have a three-year-old granddaughter. It`s disturbing to me. I wouldn`t have wished what happened to her on any parent.
And so we responded to that. We gave it 100 percent of our effort trying to locate her and to bring to justice the individuals who were responsible.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
DIAZ: Clearly, this became a very personal case to a lot of people involved, including the investigators. OK. Debra, you`ve been involved in a lot of cases like this. How unusual is it to have investigators publicly share their reactions to a verdict?
OPRI: All I can tell you is, everyone is still having that residual effect of, "What happened? Did our system break down?" No, folks, it didn`t. A child died while in a mother`s care and she went to trial and the media made a lot of money putting it on television and she was acquitted.
She was acquitted, folks. We don`t need to feed any more red meat to the mob mentality. Let`s talk about Caylee`s Law.
DIAZ: All right. Debra - I appreciate that, Debra. Debra Opri and Pat Lalama, you guys were awesome as always. Thank you so much for your opinions.
More explosive new developments in the SHOWBIZ Casey watch coming up. Tonight, our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, should there be a Casey Anthony movie? And would any stars want to be in that?
Halle`s frightening new stalker scare. A man arrested at Halle Berry`s home. This guy showed up three times before he got nabbed. That`s coming up next.
Plus, Jen`s new breakup revelations. Tonight, Jennifer Aniston`s emotional new confessions about working on "The Breakup" after breaking up with Brad Pitt.

HAMMER: Tonight, the ugly new battle involving Beyonce`s dad. Beyonce fired her dad, Matthew Knowles, a few months ago. He was her manager.
But tonight, Matthew is going after Live Nation, the company behind Beyonce`s past tours saying they led him to getting canned by his daughter.
In brand-new court documents, Beyonce`s dad said Live Nation falsely told Beyonce he was stealing money from her and that`s why she fired him. Now, I want to tell you Matthew Knowles is no longer working with Beyonce professionally, but everything seems cool personally with them, which is good news.
Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Carlos Diaz. More on Beyonce in a moment. But first, Halle`s stalker drama.
Halle Berry has been living every celebrity`s worst nightmare, dealing with a stalker, who has returned repeatedly to her home and even looked into her windows. But tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you the stalker has finally been arrested.
Joining me right now from Hollywood with all the scary details is TMZ producer, Nina Parker. Now, police say Halle`s suspected stalker repeatedly jumped Halle`s security gate over the last couple of days.
And late last night, undercover cops nabbed him on Halle`s property after he jumped the gates again and arrested him. Nina, this is terrifying. What I don`t understand is the guy knew cops were looking for him after the first couple of times he jumped the security gates. What the heck is he doing coming back to her property?
NINA PARKER, PRODUCER, TMZ: I guess he figured maybe third time`s a charm. I don`t know. She definitely hired extra security after the first two incidents so they watched him on the security camera. They waited, watched him and then they went ahead and nabbed him and waited for regular police to come and arrest him.
But I`m not quite sure what he was doing. He told people he was there to visit someone. I guess that was Halle.
DIAZ: Was Halle home when this all went down?
PARKER: Yes, she was home this time again. So this happened about 11:00 p.m. on Monday night. And you know, this is a very scary situation. She saw him before and she was actually able to identify him this time, which is why they went through with his arrest.
DIAZ: Yes. I imagine Halle sitting at home watching SHOWBIZ TONIGHT and going, "Yes, that guy has been stalking me. There he is again, right there!"
PARKER: Exactly.
DIAZ: What do you think is going to happen to this guy now?
PARKER: Well, he was arrested for felony stalking, so this is a serious business. He also has priors. He has a battery charge from the past. He also has vandalism charges. So this guy has a rap sheet. So I don`t think the judge is going to look too kindly upon him.
DIAZ: All right. Let`s move on to another big story right now - Beyonce`s daddy woes. TMZ is reporting that Beyonce`s father has filed legal papers to explain just why his daughter fired him.
He claims he got a bad rap and that the tour management company, Live Nation, falsely accused him of stealing from his daughter, getting him fired as her manager.
Nina, what is Beyonce`s dad hoping to get from this legal action? Maybe his job back?
PARKER: Well, you know, it`s definitely a possibility. We know that he wants this deposition to happen so that he can question employees of Live Nation to see how they determined that he was a thief.
He`s really upset, obviously, and he wants to be back in Beyonce`s good graces, at least professionally. But she did her own audit. She hired a law firm. They did an audit and they concluded that they found he may have taken some money.
DIAZ: Nina, real quick. Ten seconds. Do Beyonce and her dad have a good relationship?
PARKER: Well, we`re told personally they`re OK. Professionally, she`s done.
DIAZ: All right. There you go. Nina Parker, thank you so much for all the information. I really appreciate it.
All right. Moving on tonight to Jennifer Aniston`s brand-new breakup revelations. Jen on working on "The Breakup" after breaking up with Brad Pitt.

DIAZ: Tonight, Jennifer Aniston`s brand-new bombshell about her painful split from Brad Pitt. Jen just revealed that her divorce from Brad actually inspired her in the hit movie, "The Breakup."
Jennifer`s breakup bombshell is making big buzz today after she gave one of the most open, honest interviews I think she`s ever done.
The interview was with "Inside the Actors Studio," James Lipton. And Jen seemed to make a pretty direct reference to her breakup with Brad Pitt.
We bring in Rachel Zalis, "Life and Style Weekly" editor, contributing editor, in New York.
Rachel, Jennifer Aniston got really personal with Lipton. Do you think these kinds of really candid revelations just make Jen more likable, even making her a bigger star?
RACHEL ZALIS, CONTRIBUTING EDITOR, "LIFE AND STYLE WEEKLY": Absolutely. I mean, we love Jen Aniston for all those reasons. She`s not perfect. She`s relatable. She`s the girl next door. We root for her.
And truthfully, the more raw and the more naked she gets, the more we love her. And I think that her fans really embrace her because she`s willing to expose those vulnerabilities
DIAZ: Yes. And when she exposes herself, when she opens up, I think that people can relate. Now, Jen caught some heat over her new beau, Justin Thoreau, who started dating her after dumping his girlfriend of 14 years.
But no matter what you think of Jen, her new movie, "Horrible Bosses" did pretty well at the box office this weekend. I thought it was hilarious.
So Rachel, should Jen keep talking about her personal life? It seems she`s doing pretty well after the movie and after doing this interview.
ZALIS: I mean, it`s good to be Jen right now. She`s got movies that are opening huge. She`s got her Hollywood Walk of Fame star. She`s got a boyfriend who is hot, who actually seems to be sticking with her, which is, you know, a big deal for Jen.
And I think she`s full of Teflon. It doesn`t seem to matter, like, you know, Brad cheated on her with Angie and she still was the one everyone was sympathizing with. This guy leaves his girlfriend for her and everyone still loves Jen. So she`s doing something right.
DIAZ: Rachel Zalis, thanks so much for joining us. I appreciate it.

ANNOUNCER: TV`s most provocative entertainment news show continues right now.
DIAZ: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It`s 30 minutes past the hour. I`m Carlos Diaz, in for A.J. Hammer with big news breaking tonight, Casey Anthony movie madness.
Since the Casey Anthony trial ended in a not-guilty verdict, people have been speculating if this trial of the century should be made into a movie. It definitely has all the Hollywood components that Hollywood producers dream up every day.
But Casey Anthony has quickly become the most-hated woman in America. So will people want to watch her life play out in a movie? We`re going to get to that in just a minute. But first, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter investigates this Casey Anthony movie madness.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We, the jury, find the defendant not guilty.
KAREEN WYNTER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Shocking twists -
CINDY ANTHONY, MOTHER OF CASEY ANTHONY: I recall typing in the word "chloroform."
WYNTER: Courtroom outbursts -
JOSE BAEZ, CASEY ANTHONY`S ATTORNEY: Whether this laughing guy right here -
WYNTER: And a young woman facing the ultimate penalty -
JOHN ASHTON, PROSECUTOR: Any way you put it together, Casey Anthony is guilty.
WYNTER: Packed with incredible drama, the Casey Anthony trial became the must-see television event of the summer.
JUDGE BELVIN PERRY, NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA: I don`t know the answer.
WYNTER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT wants to know, could this case become a must-see movie?
NIECY NASH, ACTRESS: I could not look away.
WYNTER: Actress Niecy Nash, who tweeted throughout the trial, says this story`s got it all.
NASH: This has the potential to set entertainment on fire. There`s molestation. There`s some sort of incest. And there`s lying. There`s this, there`s that, every time you turned around. It read like a Hollywood script.
WYNTER: Even trial watchers we talked to would give it the green light.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I think people would definitely eat that up and go right for it.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There`s no doubt in my mind someone in Hollywood is going to reenact that.
MATTHEW BELLONI, "THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER": I`m actually shocked we haven`t seen a movie announced so far.
WYNTER: "The Hollywood Reporter`s" Matthew Belloni tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT it will wind up on cable.
BELLONI: More than likely, it will be a television movie, probably on Lifetime.
ANNOUNCER: It was the case that captured the heart of the nation.
WYNTER: Lifetime`s already made sensational movies out of the Natalie Holloway and Amanda Knox cases.
UNIDENTIFIED ACTRESS: My conscience is clean.
WYNTER: But not so fast. When we asked Lifetime if they`re going forward with a Casey Anthony movie, they told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT nothing`s in development. The truth is Hollywood may fear a brutal backlash if it cranks out a Casey movie.
Millions are enraged at the verdict and the defendant. So is Niecy Nash.
NASH: Can I tell you how angry I am right now?
WYNTER: Niecy says Hollywood producers better think twice before they buy Casey`s rights.
NASH: If that girl makes one dime off of the death of her child, I`m just telling you that I just feel like America is going to just be like, we are so done with you. It`s going to be worse than it is right now.
WYNTER: But what if a movie is made? Who should play Casey? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is putting it out there.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The girl from "Gilmore Girls"?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Alexis Bledel -
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: They could be sisters almost.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Rachel McAdams? She brought some crazy at "Midnight in Paris."
WYNTER: Actor Joey Lawrence would cast an A-list star.
JOEY LAWRENCE, ACTOR: If they really pulled her hair back and no make-up, maybe like Reese Witherspoon. As an actor, she could definitely pull it off.
WYNTER: Social commentator Alycia Cooper`s pick?
ALYCIA COOPER, SOCIAL COMMENTATOR: I actually could see Alyssa Milano. You know, I think she has the acting chops, could pull it off.
NASH: To me, my knee-jerk reaction would be Katie Holmes, honestly.
WYNTER: And the supporting roles?
NASH: Cindy Anthony, perhaps Jamie Lee Curtis. I think there`s - I think she could do it, you know, whether or not she would want to do it. I also think that Meredith Baxter could do a wonderful job.
WYNTER: Who would play George Anthony?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Robert Blake. He kind of looks like Robert Blake.
WYNTER: He does have courtroom experience.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: People of the State of California versus Robert Blake.
NASH: Maybe John O`Hurley as the dad. It would work.
BAEZ: Did you have a romantic relationship with her?
GEORGE ANTHONY, FATHER OF CASEY ANTHONY: No, sir.
WYNTER: But if a Casey Anthony movie is made, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you there could be a problem. Despite her attorneys celebrating the acquittal, who in the movie is anybody going to root for?
NASH: Nobody wins. You don`t see the good guy in the end, you know, who rises to the top of all of this. You don`t see the bad guy get what`s coming to them.
WYNTER: Even for Hollywood, that plot point may be impossible to escape.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
DIAZ: That was SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter. And yes, it true. You don`t see the bad guy get what`s coming to him at the end of this movie. So here`s our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint - should there be a Casey Anthony movie?
With me right now from Hollywood Pat Lalama, who is an investigative journalist, and in New York, Rachel Zalis, who is a contributing editor for "Life and Style Weekly."
Pat, my friend, I want to start with you. To the SHOWBIZ Flashpoint, do you think there should be a movie about Casey Anthony?
LALAMA: Carlos, my friend, would you like to have this dance on the grave of a child? That`s what I feel like having this discussion, sad as it is. But it`s a legitimate question.
Here is the answer and the only answer I feel. This is America, the greatest, freest country. In America are tenets, free speech. And that means the piranhas, along with the responsible people, can say and do what they want.
And part of that freedom also is that we can choose not to buy it, not to read it, not to look at it. Having said that, I think there could be a responsible depiction of this case.
Listen, I was a correspondent for "America`s Most Wanted." Do you know how many sad, sad stories of people begging me to tell their stories of a lost child? Then they never got their kind of day, not because we didn`t care, but because there are only so many spaces for these kinds of stories.
DIAZ: But Pat -
LALAMA: What makes this interesting? The dysfunction of this family. The sexual component. That`s what makes this interesting.
DIAZ: I`m amazed at your reaction, Pat. I thought for sure you`d say, no way. No one should watch this. And I respect the fact that you are looking at this -
LALAMA: You don`t have to because it`s our freedom.
DIAZ: And I respect that you point out our freedoms and you`re looking at this at a very unbiased way. Now, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there at the New York premiere for the final "Harry Potter" movie. And we asked "Harry Potter" director, Chris Columbus, our SHOWBIZ Flashpoint. Watch what he said.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
CHRIS COLUMBUS, DIRECTOR: I don`t think they should make a film about it. I think it would be a mistake to make a film. And of course, couple of scumbags are going to get together to make a film about it. But I think it`s a waste of time.
And you know, it`s one of the biggest farces I`ve seen recently. I don`t need to - I`d rather watch a Marx Brothers movie at this point.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
DIAZ: Now, I`m torn here because I actually kind of agree with what Pat is saying. Pat is pointing out that as a free nation, we can do what we want. But Chris Columbus points out that, you know, it would be kind of tough to watch. Rachel, what do you think?
ZALIS: Listen, they can make the movie, but no one is going to want to see it. We all want a happy ending. And the only person who got a happy ending in this situation was Casey Anthony.
And there is not an actress in this town who is going to want to touch that project. I mean, Charlize was great in "Monster," but justice was served.
DIAZ: Yes.
ZALIS: In this case, there`s no one who`s going to want to play her.
DIAZ: All right. Pat, what if they change the ending? What if they say, OK, at the end of this movie, she gets found guilty instead of not guilty?
LALAMA: Here`s what I`ve got to say about that. If people at home are so pent-up about this they need to us rewrite history and change the facts just to help relieve their angst, then they need a psychologist, OK?
I mean, why should we change the facts and make it a happy ending for the people who want Casey Anthony to burn? I mean, I`m no proponent of her, but that`s just darn silly. Go see a therapist and get it out.
DIAZ: Yes, but you know, when "Inglorious Basterds" and they got Hitler in the end, I was like, that`s kind of cool.
All right. Rachel, if they change the ending, do you think - you`ve got 10 seconds. Do you think people will go see it more if they change the ending?
ZALIS: Oh, come on. They can`t change the ending to this story. And frankly, we`ve watched so much footage from the trial. No one wants to see a repeat.
LALAMA: Exactly.
ZALIS: Let Casey Anthony go away and never come back.
LALAMA: Exactly.
DIAZ: All right. Pat Lalama, Rachel Zalis, thank you, guys, so much.
All right. Linda Hogan`s bombshell new claims tonight to us about her ex, Hulk Hogan, cheating on her.
L. HOGAN: I knew he was probably having another affair. I thought, you know, I just can`t go on this way. My kids deserved better. I deserved better.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
DIAZ: Plus, why Linda says she`s feared for her life while married to Hulk. It`s our not-to-be-missed SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview, next.
This is totally cool. A United States Marine, who is deployed in Afghanistan, asked "Friends with Benefits" star, Mila Kunis, out on a date.

SGT. SCOTT MOORE, UNITED STATES MARINES: Hey, Mila. It`s Sgt. Moore, but you can call me Scott. I just want to take a moment out of my day to invite you to Marine Corps Ball on November 18 in Greenville, North Carolina.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
DIAZ: Dude, you are the man. Mila is smoking hot. But did she say yes? Find out next. This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

EMILY MAYNARD, "THE BACHELOR" WINNER: I don`t know how it happened. You know, I wish I would have known because we could have done something different. And nobody is more upset about it than I am. This is my worth nightmare.

DIAZ: Emily`s "Bachelor" nightmare. A shaken Emily Maynard just spoke out for the very first time on "The Bachelorette" about her breakup with last season`s "Bachelor" star, Brad Womack.
Maynard revealed that the paparazzi and other, quote, "red flags" contributed to the couple`s broken engagement. Emily said she doubted Brad would want to be with her for the long run, but that they are still texting and talking over the phone and she will always love Brad.
Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Carlos Diaz, in tonight. Hulk cheating mania. Tonight, the he-said, she-said mess between Hulk Hogan and his ex-wife, Linda Hogan, rages on.
Linda fesses up about her marriage to Hulk and why she says he cheated on her repeatedly. It`s Linda`s new book "Wrestling the Hulk: My Life Against the Rope."
She talks about cheating, the end of her marriage, and the new happy chapter of her life with 22-year-old fiance, Charlie Hill. As Linda tells A.J. Hammer in this SHOWBIZ TONIGHT newsmaker interview, getting to this new happy place was not easy, but she`s got a message of hope for everyone.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
LINDA HOGAN, HULK HOGAN`S EX-WIFE: Being married to a professional wrestler, an icon - he was a hero to millions of people around the world. And you know, it`s always scary to be the one to pull the plug on the situation.
But I realized at a time that I knew he was probably having another affair, I thought, you know, I just can`t go on this way. My kids deserved better. I deserved better.
And the message that I`m trying to put out there for people is that they need to look at my situation. It was a very messy public divorce. And I really think that, you know, the way I came out of it - you know, I`m not crying in my soup anymore, let`s just say that, OK? So I moved on.
A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Yes. Now, pretty clearly you have, and that`s good to see. But wow, you talked about some real hardships in the book.
And you really were very candid about the heartache you felt because you claim that Hulk was cheating on you for so long. You also say there were times that you were afraid he would kill you when he went into one of his rages.
Now, he flat out denies that. I do want to listen to a little bit of what he said about that on "Bubba the Love Sponge`s" radio show. Let`s roll that.
(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)
HULK HOGAN, PROFESSIONAL WRESTLER: Well, the truth is, it`s just delusional. I mean, the stuff she said about me is a total blatant lie. I never laid a hand on her. It`s a total -
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Why do you think that you slept -
H. HOGAN: It`s a total blatant lie.
(END AUDIO CLIP)
HAMMER: Linda, what do you say to that? Because he calls you delusional and a liar. What`s your response?
L. HOGAN: My response is that he`s got his defense mechanism going and that`s the only thing he can do. That`s all he has left.
You know, when you have repeated affairs and your family is shattered and you look back and you say, you know, was it all worth it? I don`t think you can say it was. You know, it was just something that I had to endure and hide from the public for a long time.
I took one for the team, so to speak. But it was not an easy break. I had to make a decision to say, look, you know, there`s an empire riding on his shoulders. We`ve got a family, but I`m important, too.
And at some point, I just can`t be treated that way anymore. And the violence and stuff that escalated in some of the arguments because of the testosterone, because of, you know, the painkillers or, you know, all this stuff that these guys do, made it like you just didn`t know what to expect.
And I`m not saying that I had no part in that. At some point in a marriage, you realize your husband is not being forthcoming and you`re not going to be the peachiest person, you know what I mean? You know something`s up.
And so it just, you know, disintegrated basically, and I was the first one to make the decision to go.
HAMMER: Yes. Well, and what`s crazy for us, for the people on the outside looking in, again, you were a very famous, very beloved family.
So for us, watching all of this implode and hearing some of the things that you say happened really strikes us as unbelievable.
And this is a very far cry from even as recently as back in 2006 when you and your family - it was Hulk and your son, Nick, and daughter, Brooke - you guys all came to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT and you were talking with us just as your reality show "Hogan Knows Best" was becoming this major hit on VH-1 that really let us into your lives.
I want to take a look at what Hulk told us then about how great fame was for your whole family. Let`s look at that.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
H. HOGAN: It`s been great for all of us. I mean, the show`s been awesome. We love doing it. And Nick now is inside (INAUDIBLE) and the youngest pro driver ever.
BROOKE ANDERSON, FORMER SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CO-HOST: Congratulations.
NICK HOGAN, HULK HOGAN`S SON: Thank you.
ANDERSON: Record deal.
H. HOGAN: Thank God, Scott Storch and Cecile Barker from Miami signed Brooke. And Linda is getting ready to do some of her own business with QVC. So we`re rolling. We`re having a blast.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: All right. So there you were, having a blast. That was about five years ago. And when you were all here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, I`ve got to say, looking around at you all, it seemed like you guys were one big happy family at that time.
But we all know things change rather rapidly. Linda, at least to some degree, do you blame fame for your family imploding?
L. HOGAN: I wish I could. But you know, we were no stranger to the fame. We were Hulk Hogan. We`re their parents. He was my husband since 1983, you know. And I met him in 1981.
All of this fame exploded after I met him. So this was just an extension of what we had already been surrounded by. I really believed that, you know, filming the show actually kept us together a little bit longer than probably we would have lasted, because, you know, you go upstairs.
And even though you`re fighting, you put your game face on and you go downstairs and film. And you sort of forgot about the problems that you were arguing about the night before and stuff.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
DIAZ: And you can read more about Linda Hogan`s trials and rebirth in her book, "Wrestling the Hulk: My Life Against the Ropes," in stores now.

DIAZ: Time for the SHOWBIZ buzz list. Here`s what the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT staff is buzzing about this week. "Breaking Bad" is back for season four and the SHOWBIZ staff will be watching this Sunday on AMC.
Our old friend, former CNN anchor, Kitty Pilgrim, has written a fascinating new thriller, "The Explorer`s Code." That`s available right now.
We`re downloading the new Songify app. The "Auto-Tune The News" guys figured out how you can talk into your phone and make up your own song.
I`m personally still buzzing about New York Yankees star, Derek Jeter, getting his 3,000th career hit, Saturday, against the Tampa Bay Rays. He did it in style, by the way, with a homerun.
And it`s one of the best things we`ve heard in a while. Beyonce`s second single off of her latest album, "Best Thing I Never Had." This is SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN news and views.

MOORE: Hey, Mila. It`s Sgt. Moore, but you can call me Scott. I just want to take a moment out of my day to invite you to Marine Corps Ball on November 18 in Greenville, North Carolina with yours truly. So take a second to think about it and get back to me. All right. Bye now.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
DIAZ: This is such a great story. A Marine serving in Afghanistan just asked "Friends With Benefits" and "Family" star, Mila Kunis, to a ball. And like a true patriot, she said yes.
Sgt. Scott Moore put this video on YouTube together to see if Mila would be his date for the Marine Corps Ball in North Carolina in November. Well, Mila just said, "Sure, I`ll go," after some prodding from her "Benefits" co-star, Justin Timberlake. Sgt. Moore, you are one lucky guy. And thanks for serving, by the way.
All right. Big "Harry Potter" news today as the cast says goodbye. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT catches up with the stars of "Harry Potter" for one final farewell. And Arnold Schwarzenegger big next big move after his big cheating scandal. It`s all making news today in "The Buzz."
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
(voice-over) Arnold`s last stand. Arnold is reportedly getting back to big time acting. "Entertainment Weekly" says Arnold is on board for his first major role since the love child scandal that imploded his 25-year marriage to Maria Shriver.
The former governator is apparently going to play an aging border sheriff in the western, "The Last Stand." This will be his first big-time role since he became governor of California in 2003.
Harry`s last hurrah. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there for the New York City premiere of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2," the last film in the "Potter" series. The stars told us the finale is an emotional and reflective time.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
EMMA WATSON, ACTRESS: It`s quite overwhelming. It`s been interesting doing this press tour because, you know, obviously, I talk about it a lot and I have to try and be professional and everything. But obviously, it`s emotional to me and personal to me.
DANIEL RADCLIFFE, ACTOR: It`s certainly been definitive for me. I mean, yes, absolutely, of course. It`s been the start of everything for me. There are no places more fun for a 12-year-old kid to be than on the set. It`s the ultimate play town. So yes, it`s been a wonderful, exciting, bizarre 10 years.

DIAZ: Monday, we asked to you vote in our SHOWBIZ TONIGHT exclusive poll. And just moments ago, we got the results, "Casey Anthony: Do you think she should get a reality TV show?" Eighty-four percent of you say, no, she`s toxic. But 16 percent think it will happen.
On our Facebook wall, Candy G. is outraged. Candy says, "Casey shouldn`t be offered anything. She doesn`t deserve an interview or reality show. She refused to testify in court and shouldn`t have those opportunities. It makes me sick to think anyone would offer her anything."
And check out this call we just got in the "Showbiz on Call". Monique from Arizona says Casey gone Hollywood? Bad idea.
(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)
MONIQUE, CALLER FROM ARIZONA: It`s absolutely disgusting that - if Casey Anthony goes to Hollywood. It`s absolutely ridiculous if anybody in Hollywood would hire her. I hope they won`t, because I would be boycotting that.
(END AUDIO CLIP)
DIAZ: That`s SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Carlos Diaz.
