Hello, I`m AJ Hammer in New York. We`ve got big news breaking tonight.
Casey wins again? Wow, what a wild rollercoaster ride today in the Casey Anthony case. Barely a month after a jury found her not guilty of charges that she murdered her 2-year-old daughter. A frenzy erupted today after seeing that Casey would have to return to Orlando, the scene of her murder trial and the center of the radioactive Casey hater nation.
And just as this brand new court drama exploded, new photos popped up online today claiming to show Casey hiding out in plain sight in Ohio. So is the hunt for Casey really over or has this new battle just blown this scandal to a whole other level?
SHOWBIZ TONIGHT with this explosive new round in the Casey Anthony drama.

HAMMER (voice-over): It`s another summer sequel, a follow-up to the drama of the year.
UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Will Casey Anthony return to Florida?
HAMMER: Today TV networks are gearing up for what could be Casey Anthony`s second biggest court battle ever.
Before, Casey was fighting tooth and nail to stay out of death row. Now she`s fighting tooth and nail to stay out of Orlando, Florida. It`s the state of Florida versus Casey Anthony part two.
JOANNE FOWLER, STAFF EDITOR, PEOPLE MAGAZINE: The court wants her back in Orlando.
HAMMER: But Casey in hiding somewhere in the U.S. isn`t exactly liked in Orlando.
CROWD: Justice for Caylee. Justice for Caylee.
HAMMER: And as new paparazzi photos released today may or may not show Casey hanging out in Ohio, one thing is clear, no matter where she is, Casey Anthony`s attorney Jose Baez stressed today she is not going back to the sunshine state.
MATT LAUER, "TODAY" SHOW HOST: By returning to Florida, do you think her safety would be placed in jeopardy?
JOSE BAEZ, CASEY ANTHONY`S LEAD DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Unfortunately, yes, sir.
HAMMER: The state versus Casey Anthony part two all stems from a crime Casey committed during her month-long party period while her 2-year-old daughter Caylee was missing in 2008.
FOWLER: She had admitted to forging checks.
HAMMER: Casey stole the checkbook of an ex-friend and went on a shopping spree at Target.
CASEY ANTHONY, MOTHER OF MURDERED 2-YEAR-OLD CAYLEE ANTHONY: I`m sorry for what I did.
HAMMER: By the time Casey finally faced a judge on check fraud charges she`d been arrested, charged and jailed for Caylee`s murder. Casey pled guilty to the check fraud, was sentenced to probation, and showed an emotion we rarely have seen from her. Remorse.
ANTHONY: I`d like to sincerely apologize to Amy. I should have been a better friend.
HAMMER: Now Casey`s side is arguing on the "Today" show that she served that probation sentence for check fraud while she was sitting in jail waiting trial for Casey`s murder.
BAEZ: She was exposed to probation, she completed it.
HAMMER: But the judge who issued that sentence sees things differently, saying he meant for Casey to serve probation in Florida starting the minute she left jail last month after she was found not guilty of killing Caylee.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Not guilty.
HAMMER: After her release Casey hopped on a plane and high-tailed it out of Florida. She hasn`t been seen since. But today TMZ posted brand new paparazzi photos that purport to show Casey in Ohio.
FOWLER: She`s wearing a baseball cap, she`s wearing glasses. But several people say, you know, it certainly does look like her.
HAMMER: Her attorneys refuse to confirm or deny Casey`s whereabouts in Ohio or otherwise.
BAEZ: We have an issue of safety.
HAMMER: This morning Anthony`s attorneys told "Today`s" Matt Lauer that all the anti-Casey vitriol out there means she has to stay in hiding.
BAEZ: The last thing we want to do is put Casey in harm`s way. But if Casey is forced to return to Florida for probation, not only will she be at the epicenter of the "I hate Casey" movement, her address now a secret would become a matter of public record.
Not a good thing for someone trying to stay incognito. And Casey`s attorney vowed today on national TV he plans to fight it.
BAEZ: It`s a bad situation. This thing is over and done and for some reason things seem to keep coming up again for no apparent reason. For absolutely no apparent reason and other than let`s just keep this thing going. Let`s just keep this madness going and engage in the circus-like atmosphere that is called the Casey Anthony case.
HAMMER: But if we`ve learned anything in the past couple of months, it`s that in a court battle against the state of Florida, it`s never wise to bet against Casey.

HAMMER: Well, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can confirm that Casey Anthony won yet another big legal battle today and for now she will not have to return to Orlando, Florida. The judge issued an 11th hour decision quashing that initial order for Casey to report tomorrow and is scheduling a hearing Friday to decide the terms of Casey`s probation.
I`ve got to figure this thing out. So did Casey`s legal team pull a fast one? And will this just fuel the fire against Casey?
With me in New York tonight, Sunny Hostin, legal contributor for "In Session" on truTV. Right now in Hollywood, investigative journalist Pat Lalama.
Look, we know that a whole lot of people are still very unhappy with the fact that Casey was found not guilty of the murder of her 2-year-old daughter. And now you got this, Sunny.
Do you think it was the right decision that the judge made to keep her out of Orlando for now at least?
SUNNY HOSTIN, LEGAL CONTRIBUTOR, "IN SESSION" ON TRUTV: I think there`s no question about it. Her safety is at issue. I think if she were to go back to Orlando. And the bottom line is this is kind of a strange thing that`s going on. If I looked at all these documents and it looks to me like she served probation in jail, even though that is inappropriate because probation is by its very nature supervision after incarceration?
HAMMER: Right.
HOSTIN: It does appear that the probation officers checked on her, they made sure she was in jail. They could have violated her if she did anything wrong. So she`s already really served probation. I think it`s the right thing for Judge Perry to hold a hearing to determine what`s going to happen.
HAMMER: So it`s really the legal system taking its own course here in all likelihood.
HOSTIN: They botched it. They botched it. No question about it. I don`t know what`s going on in Florida.
HAMMER: All right. Well, during a press conference today, spokesperson for the Florida Department of Corrections said their goal is to treat Casey like anyone else, Pat. Considering the high profile nature of this case, do you think that`s even possible?
PAT LALAMA, INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALIST: I can see it from both sides. First of all, the courts didn`t create the media monster that is Casey Anthony. The media created the infamous media monster that she is. Chasing her around, trying to figure out where she is, vilifying her, et cetera, et cetera.
I`m not taking her position. I`m only saying that she`s created by the media. It`s not up to the courts to provide any special protection for her because of it. But at the same time I`m wondering if in fact she does have to appear, why can`t they just make it happen by teleconferencing, do it from another state, save the taxpayers all the chaos and the trauma and the money. Do something to keep her out of our face for a while. I think that can be done.
HAMMER: Well, as I said, the next steps will be decided at that hearing on Friday. But, look, there is still a fascination. There are people who do want to see what`s going on with Casey. Everyone clamoring to see what would happen if Casey did have to check in for probation tomorrow. But as I mentioned, she is in the clear for now.
Sunny, right or wrong I have to imagine this kind of a decision will add fuel to the fire that Casey haters have.
HOSTIN: No question about it. It`s like she`s got 12, 13 legal nine lives. It`s almost as if Lindsay Lohan has her hand in it. I mean so many minds.
HAMMER: Yes. It is that kind of a thing.
HOSTIN: It`s almost as if she`s done it again, she`s -- you know, gotten out of prison, she`s gotten away with murder so many people think, and now she doesn`t even have to go back to see the court, doesn`t have to have probation, she can serve probation in jail, which no one ever really does.
I got to tell you people are hating on Casey Anthony even more today.
HAMMER: Yes. This is not helping at all.
Well, we have to get to these headline-making photos that TMZ posted today. Now these pictures supposedly showing Casey Anthony hiding out in plain sight in Ohio. HLN has not confirmed that it is in fact Casey in the photos. And her reps tell SHOWBIZ TONIGHT they cannot confirm Casey`s location.
I can tell you that the photos are going for a lot of money. And that is leading to a lot of people questioning whether or not this perhaps is a setup and now perhaps if it is Casey, she is laughing all the way to the bank. Pat Lalama?
LALAMA: Well, first let me tell you that she`s allegedly wearing an Ohio State University cap, my alma mater. And as a person from Ohio, why couldn`t it have been Michigan, OK? So I`m not very happy about that. But you know what? If she is duping the public, then shame on us.
HAMMER: Yes.
LALAMA: Shame on the people who buy it, shame on the people who fall for it.
HAMMER: I would like to believe this is not a setup, Sunny. But, look, I am cynical enough to think that it possibly could be. And quite frankly, nothing would surprise me at this point.
Well, what are you thinking?
HOSTIN: It wouldn`t surprise me either but I`ve got to tell you, the minute that I heard that there were pictures, I looked at the pictures. I immediately looked at the pictures. And I was trying to figure out, is Casey -- is it a Casey? And I think that means that if she does get that big interview and gets paid millions and millions of dollars, people are going to watch.
HAMMER: Yes.
HOSTIN: I think that -- there`s no question that the appetite for Casey Anthony is still very much there.
HAMMER: No. I think the fascination is very much alive.
HOSTIN: Yes.
HAMMER: And it`s an excellent point.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m AJ Hammer in New York.
And tonight it`s a new day. Yes, if you`re a daytime TV fan, well, you know it`s been a tough year. The reigning queen of daytime Oprah Winfrey has packed it in. Soap fans have been socked with the cancellation of "All My Children" and "One Life to Live." And now there are brand new battles brewing among the new shows and new hosts. Including one of CNN`s very own stars.
So who will be crowned the new king or queen of daytime? Here`s SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
KAREEN WYNTER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Caution, endangered species ahead.
SEAN KANAN, YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS ACTOR AND AUTHOR: Jobs are diminishing.
WYNTER: The bulls eye is on soap stars like "The Young and the Restless`" Sean Kanan, a dying breed. As daytime drama is still on the air but many other long-running soaps like "One Life to Live "and "All My Children" are being cancelled.
KANAN: A lot of women have had to go back to work in this economy. So that`s caused a decline in viewership. Talk shows and reality television are much more cost effective.
WYNTER: Not even Oprah could throw a lifeline after being enlisted by outraged soap fans who launch their own Facebook petition.
OPRAH WINFREY, TV HOST: Thank you for believing I could save them but I really can`t. There just are not enough people who are at home in the daytime to watch them.
WYNTER: With soaps disappearing and the "Oprah Winfrey" show gone, daytime is going through a cosmic change and SHOWBIZ TONIGHT brings you the burning showdowns coming to daytime. Brand new talk shows from television`s biggest names. Which shows will survive and which hosts will bring the drama to daytime?

ROSIE O`DONNELL, TV HOST: Here I am. My first day of work.
WYNTER: And unlike Rosie`s explosive days hosting "The View."
O`DONNELL: I asked you a question.
ELIZABETH HASSELBECK, CO-HOST, "THE VIEW": I asked you a question.
O`DONNELL: You wouldn`t even answer it.
WYNTER: Rosie is promising no controversy this time around.
O`DONNELL: Just an hour of hopefully enlightened entertainment.
WYNTER: Celebrity web sites like Popeater.com buzzed earlier this year about a possible Oprah/Rosie behind-the-scenes rift over the direction of the show.
Veteran entertainment journalist Mary Murphy tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT she doubts any claws will come out but --
MARY MURPHY, CORRESPONDENT, "ET"/"THE INSIDER": If there is a fight between Oprah and Rosie, Oprah is going to win hands down. There will not be tensions with Oprah because one thing Rosie knows, this is her last chance to make it as a talk show host.
WYNTER: Any tension from Dr. Drew`s new show "Dr. Drew`s Life Changers" --
PINSKY: You got to change, too.
WYNTER: -- will come from personal stories about conflict from love and compulsion to health.
PINSKY: Lots of talk shows coming out. But this is a little less talk show, a little more about change and the story of change.
WYNTER: CNN`s Anderson Cooper will also be bringing change when he launches his daytime show this fall.
ANDERSON COOPER, CNN ANCHOR: I`m not really trying to follow in anyone`s foot steps.
WYNTER: And change is what Katie Couric will be going through after nearly five years anchoring "CBS Evening News."
KATIE COURIC, "CBS EVENING NEWS" ANCHOR: I`m Katie Couric. Good night.
WYNTER: And then saying goodbye after she failed to make a dent in the low ratings, Katie will be jumping into the daytime mix in September 2012. And Couric will be getting additional competition from longtime "Survivor" host Jeff Probst, whose 2012 show will tackle newsmakers of the day and ordinary folks facing challenges.
SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you that the void left by Oprah has left a mighty big hole to fill. And the big burning question that remains unanswered is how much of that hole these daytime newcomers can fill.

HAMMER: I`ve always thought Christina Hendricks looked terrific as Joan on AMC`s "Mad Men." I think everybody agrees. But SHOWBIZ trending tonight, there`s brand new madness to talk about over the "Mad Men" clothing line by Banana Republic.
Now take a look at this. Christina`s sexy curves and then you have to look at the Banana Republic model in the Joan clothes. She`s super skinny. It`s just ridiculous.
SHOWBIZ TONIGHT first reported the story yesterday. Let me tell you there a lot of people, including myself, just fired up about this tonight. Look, I know the fashion world still has its hang-ups over using curvy models but if you`re going to use a "Mad Men" line, which by the way the show`s costume designer helped create, I think it`s a slap in the face to women everywhere to use only super skinny models.
Let me bring in CelebTV.com host, Kelli Zink in Chicago.
Kelli, you`re with me. This was not well thought out, was it?
KELLI ZINK, HOST, CELEBTV.COM: Not at all. And I love that as a man you`re fired up for the women.
HAMMER: Fired up.
ZINK: You know, she`s been named the sexiest woman alive by countless publications so there -- she`s doing something right. And Banana Republic isn`t a brand that`s known for having smaller sizes. In fact they have vanity sizes so they should embrace that with her and put a woman who has curves like that. Curves are sexy.
HAMMER: Yes. Absolutely. A lot of comments coming on to our Twitter page tonight, @showbiztonight is our Twitter account.
Tracy Lacy tweeted, "That stinks, Joan`s beautiful with her feminine curves."
Monica Ness, "No, terrible, Joan is gorgeous."
But we abqgofergal (ph) thinks the skinny Banana spread has appeal, writing, "Gorgeous fall fashion."
Now Kelly, we`ve got a no comment from Banana Republic. We still haven`t heard anything back from anyone on the "Mad Men" show. But does any of the bad press for Banana Republic even matter at this point? I mean here we are talking about the fact that they have this fashion line out.
ZINK: You know I wonder if a lot of curvier women will be a little bit more hesitant to go in and try on the clothing. And maybe some people will boycott. Yes, we`re talking about the brand but if you`re going to put these skinny women on, it`s not sending the correct message --
HAMMER: Yes.
ZINK: -- that this is supposed to be a "Mad Men" inspired collection. If you want to do it then do it for the characters that they`re supposed to be for.
HAMMER: Exactly. That`ll be interesting to see what happens.

Kris was a total at spotlight hog and what a shocker of course, it was all caught on tape on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

Come on, this is Kris Jenner we`re talking about, who`s often accused of pimping out her kids for fame.

It`s wonderful that she`s getting plastic surgery, it`s wonderful that she`s great in PR, but there`s a time and a place for everything. Let this girl just enjoy her day.
HAMMER: Yes, see, I think it is possible that she wants to steal the thunder and make it all about her. I actually do not think that there`s any way Kris can possibly outshine Kim especially on her wedding day.

Kelli, to our SHOWBIZ flashpoint, what do you think? Will Kris Jenner steal Kim`s wedding thunder?
ZINK: Absolutely not. There are going to be so many big personalities in that room. Kim`s assets being the biggest. I mean there`s no chance. And I think with Khloe, that was her first daughter to go and do that on TV. I mean I know Kim already had a wedding. So maybe Kris learned from the last one and she`ll kind of stay back and good for her, she wants a facelift, she wants to look great in the photos. Kim should appreciate that.
HAMMER: Kelli, you`re saying that Kim has big assets. You`re talking about her money and her bank accounts I`m sure.
The Kardashians are preparing for this wedding. And I can`t even imagine how this is going. It`s being dubbed the royal wedding 2.0. Just think about that for a moment.
The SHOWBIZ investigative team, by the way, did a little digging and we fond out Kris Jenner -- are you ready for this -- actually an ordained minister. That`s right. If she wants to, she can actually officiate Kim`s wedding.
Now Michael, I actually think that would be fantastically reality TV-like of her to do. But do you ever think she would truly stand up there and get between Kim and her future husband and say, I`m officiating the ceremony? That`s not going to happen.
BILLY: I don`t think so. But will Kris even be able to smile at the wedding or cry? What will she able to do with that face?
HAMMER: That`s true.
BILLY: She`s just having a facelift. Who knows what the pictures are going to look like in that wedding album.
HAMMER: We won`t know how she actually feels.
BILLY: Exactly.
HAMMER: And if she`s actually sitting there saying I wish this was all about me.
BILLY: Exactly.
HAMMER: All right. Well, as Kim and the entire Kardashian crew reveal some of their wedding secrets, today so many people I am hearing buzzing all about J.Lo`s big breakup bombshells, about why her seven-year marriage with Marc Antony just fell apart.
Listen to what she told "Vanity Fair" magazine. It`s so telling. "Sometimes we don`t realize that we are compromising ourselves to understand that a person is not good for you or that that person is not true to you in the right way or that he is not doing the right thing for himself. If I stay, then I am not doing the right thing for me. I love myself enough to walk away from that now."
Let`s keep in mind. This is J.Lo`s third divorce in addition to her very high profile splits from ex-boyfriends Ben Affleck and Sean Diddy Combs. And still it does seem to me like she`s managing to spin divorce number three into really what I take as a huge positive.
Kelli, is J.Lo coming off better than ever?
ZINK: She is but I wonder if this was plotted a couple of months ago, and then they started the PR push with being named "People`s" most beautiful, the "American Idol" renewed contracts negotiations going on. So maybe J.Lo saw this ahead and said, I need to start spinning this in my favor. And she`s doing it. She never looked better and we love her.
HAMMER: Yes, she`s such a bright woman when it comes to things PR and business related. But I want to look at this from the other side, from a man`s perspective, if I may, because since the divorce announcement, you know, there have been a lot of reports floating out there that Marc Anthony is controlling and that behavior is what led to the split.
But a lot of people say hey, you know, J.Lo`s track record speaks for itself. I have no idea what really happened in their marriage to break them up, but I got to think both J.Lo and Marc did play a role in the breakup. It can`t be all on one person. And J.Lo still winds up getting this big boost from the news, even reportedly getting now 20 million bucks to do another season of "American Idol" which is kind of the cherry on top of her year, I guess.
Michael, do you kind of see Marc as getting a raw deal here?
BILLY: Marc is kind of getting a raw deal here. Because let`s be honest. Look, she`s got a huge $20 million deal. She said we knew this marriage was over before we even announced it. There`s got to be -- she`s a smart business woman. OK? J.Lo is gone. Now we`re on to Jennifer Lopez. Big personality, American sweetheart, "American Idol." This a great PR move.
HAMMER: Yes. A lot of people aren`t really paying attention to Marc Anthony. But it`ll be interesting to see if he does speak out and --
BILLY: When did they?
HAMMER: Kind of defend himself. No, come on, he`s a star in his own right. Not nearly the superstar that Jennifer Lopez is, but let`s be serious about that.
But right now, let me move on to some more big marriage news breaking today. Vanessa Minnillo, speaking out about her and Nick Lachey`s TLC reality special about their wedding today. And I can tell you that Vanessa is opening up for the very first time about Nick`s ex Jessica Simpson who just announced she is about to get married herself to former NFL player Eric Johnson.
You knew this was going to come up. Watch what Vanessa says.

Yes, you know, coincidentally at the same time that our wedding is going on, his ex is actually also doing the beautiful thing of getting married herself. HAMMER: Yes, but I agree with Vanessa but in a way Vanessa has got to expect the comparison to Jessica especially when she and Nick decided to televise their wedding, Kelli, don`t you think?
ZINK: Yes, and she said, praying for their moment. You mean, I hope we both get covers of weeklies. You know it`s impossible not to compare. They were married on TV as well. But let`s face it, Jessica has had mom jeans, Tony Romo, and John Meyer between this. She does not care anymore. She`s focused on her own wedding, getting in shape, and at least Vanessa is not talking about her weight, she`s being positive, calling it a beautiful thing. We need to drop the feud.
HAMMER: Yes. Yes. It`s not really a feud anyway. Unfortunately it was a civil thing of her to say but she`s got to expect that people are going to make those comparisons.
BILLY: Yes, the people on Twitter. Everybody is talking about Jessica Simpson of course when they got married. But she has nothing to worry about. They got married on an island, for heaven`s sake. Meanwhile there -- Jessica and Nick got married in a church in Alabama or Texas wherever the heck it was. Nothing to worry about.

All this making big news in the buzz today.

HAMMER: O`Neal`s drug bust bombshell. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can confirm Redmond O`Neal has been arrested on drug charges in Santa Monica, California. Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O`Neal`s troubled son was pulled over for a traffic violation and gave permission for his car to be searched. Police then found illegal narcotics in his car, he was cuffed and sent to jail. Redmond has been dealing with an ongoing battle with addiction for years.
Selma`s supermodel drama. Linda Evangelista has just hit Selma Hayek`s billionaire husband with a big deadbeat dad demand. The "New York Post" is reporting Evangelista wants businessman Francois-Henri Pinault who happens to be married to Hayek to fork over $46,000 a month in child support for their son.
Linda claims Pinault hasn`t paid a penny in support since the boy was born four years ago. The "Post" says Evangelista is also asking for $175,000 a year for security and drivers, and another $80,000 a year for a full-time nanny so she can maintain her model image and get the gym and beauty appointments.

HAMMER: And that ain`t chump change. A drug bust and a big time daddy drama there.
With me in New York tonight, TV/radio host Michael Bill from Los Angeles, investigative journalist Pat Lalama.
So let`s talk about Linda Evangelista, what`s going on here. She`s asking the father of her son, billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault for a whopping $46,000 a month, that`s child support payments for their son. Now Francois is currently the husband of Selma Hayek. They also share a child together making this cozy A-list love triangle.
So Pat Lalama, off to you first. Linda of course is a multi-millionaire in her own right. I am happy she is going for the cash actually if in fact he is a deadbeat dad.
LALAMA: Right.
HAMMER: But do you really think a 4-year-old boy needs a half a million dollars a year to live on?
LALAMA: It depends on what 4-year-old little boy we`re talking about. If it were my 4-year-old little boy, no, he wouldn`t have those needs. But you`re talking about the rich and the famous and the lifestyle that these people are accustomed to. And judges for centuries -- not centuries, let`s say years and years have taken these kinds of needs into consideration.
How do they get to school, what kind of protection do they need? They`re special children, don`t you know? And I do think that if he is a deadbeat dad, absolutely he needs to be hauled into court and they need to dole this out, they need to dole it out fairly. But my question is why did she take so long to kick up some dust about it?
HAMMER: Yes. And I don`t know the answer to that. But also it is the beginning of a negotiation. So perhaps, you know, my father has said, you get nothing if you don`t ask. The worst they could say is no. So we`ll have to see where it goes from there.
But let me rundown a bit of why she wants to have that much money to past point. She is claiming -- Linda Evangelista says the financial support would be use to cover, you know, the around-the-clock nannies, the private school, the drivers, security staff, probably seems excessive to Pat`s point there to the average parent out there but Francois -- let`s keep in mind -- is worth an estimated $17 billion. So really, 46K, kind of a drop in the bucket for this guy.
Michael, I`m thinking Francois should just fork over the money and be done with it. Why haven`t his name dragged around at the time, and also if he is a deadbeat dad, should, you know, do the right thing?
BILLY: Yes, if he`s a deadbeat dad, absolutely pay it forward, give her the money. Let her have fun. I can`t see how a kid can spend half a million a year. But this is more about her, this isn`t about the child. Linda is asking for, you know, hey, pay up, buddy.
HAMMER: Right.
BILLY: Worth $16 billion. You can afford it. Not a big deal. Fork it over. Let`s just move on. Have a happy life with Selma.
HAMMER: Yes -- seems like she has every right to ask for it. All right. Let`s move to another big story that is making big news today. A lot of people is still buzzing about Farrah Fawcett`s son with Ryan O`Neal, Redmond, getting arrested again for drug possession.
Now we talked to Ryan and Redmond on the one year anniversary of Farrah Fawcett`s death. And at the time Redmond was sober and they talked about how proud Farrah would have been of him. Listen to this.

RYAN O`NEAL, REDMOND O`NEAL`S FATHER: Redmond is doing extremely well. He is recovering from a terrible disease. He seems to have cured himself. We`re thrilled about that. And that`s why he`s here because -- because --

HAMMER: I mean look at him then. And keep in mind this is a family that has been rocked by drug and alcohol addiction.
Michael, you`ve talked openly right here on our show about your on battles with addiction. Help us understand because this is so sad to me. What could have pushed Redmond back to this point? It is becoming this resolving door thing for him.
BILLY: Here`s the thing with an addict or an alcoholic, look, there doesn`t need to be necessarily a trigger but this guy, pick one. There`s tons of triggers going on in his life. He`s an alcoholic addict. I just want to say don`t give up hope. By the time I was 25, I was in and out of five rehabs myself. In and out of five rehabs.
There`s still an opportunity, still a chance there if the family and there`s support there. I`m just not sure he`s been getting it recently. So I wish the best.
HAMMER: Pat Lalama, very quickly, what do you think is next for Redmond?
LALAMA: Well, listen, you know, I`m not a therapist, I`m not a substance abuse specialist but when you cover enough of these cases, you get a sense. I think he`s in deep, deep trouble. I think somebody, something needs to happen, intervention, something. I think he`s headed down a really slippery slope of self-destruction like Amy Winehouse.
HAMMER: Yes. So sad, especially when we see how well he was able to be at one time. We`ll leave it there.

They all have bodies that a lot of women would kill for and now we can reveal their hot body secrets. We got the inside scoop just today from an advance copy of the new issue of "People" magazine.
And with me in New York tonight, Carlos Greer, who is a reporter for "People" magazine.
All right. Let`s talk about these ladies with the hot-rocking bodies, Carlos, shall we? And let`s start with Beyonce, Miss Bootylicious, herself. She`s got the great curves, always looks fantastic from head to toe. What is her secret?
CARLOS GREER, REPORTER, PEOPLE MAGAZINE: Beyonce always looks incredible. She loves to focus on her lower body. So she does a lot of stair climbing, a lot of yoga and a lot of sprinting on the treadmill.
HAMMER: So nobody should think for a moment that Beyonce looks the way she does naturally and without a lot of work. She spends her time in the gym probably with personal trainers all the time.
GREER: She definitely spend as lot of time in the gym. But the thing about Beyonce is that she also loves her curves. She loves to eat. So even though she has a really curvy body, she`s still extremely toned because she believes in working out.
HAMMER: Yes. And she always embraces it. We always talk about, she`s very candid about the fact that she loves her curves.
All right. Let talk about the great Rihanna. Now Rihanna always looks spectacular from top to bottom and she puts it all out there. What is she doing?
GREER: Well, Rihanna, she`s not ashamed to show her body. She`s always in these short shorts showing off her legs and her butt. So she`s does a lot of lunges, she does a lot of weights and she also loves to cycle.
HAMMER: She is a big cycle fan. I actually know that and she`s been doing that for a long time.
OK, quickly, Katie Perry. You guys are really high on how great her arms are looking these days. I mean look at that. Unbelievable how toned they are. Not from lifting all those awards, is it?

GREER: Katie, she actually lifts five to 10-pound dumbbells but she looks great whatever she wears. She also like to eat very healthy snacks like whole grain pizza with low far cheese.
HAMMER: Smart woman. But she could lift her Grammys and she`d do just fine.

E! Online claims that even though Lohan pushed for the role, Lohan is not locked in to play John Gotti, Jr.`s wife Kim Gotti just yet. As it turns out, Joe Pesci, Al Pacino and Kelly Preston are also not guaranteed to be in the film. The only star locked and loaded is John Travolta as John Gotti, Sr.
I`m kind of starting to wonder if this film is ever going to get made. Maybe Lindsay should just do another "Mean Girls." I`m not sure.
