A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Big news breaking tonight on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT -- dead, naked -- the gruesome photo of Michael Jackson that is sparking outrage tonight. Tonight, as prosecutors get ready to wrap its case, has their shock-and-awe campaign in the M.J. death case worked?
Seduced by Ashton. New under-the-sheets sex claims from a woman who says she had a one-night stand with Ashton Kutcher. Did Ashton really tell her he was separated from Demi Moore?

Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York and we`ve got big news breaking tonight -- Michael Jackson photo fury.
There is brand-new outrage tonight after a photo of nude, deceased Michael Jackson went public. Prosecution presented the photo to build its case against Conrad Murray who, of course, is accused of causing Michael`s death.
So how are Michael`s fans reacting to seeing this photo? And is the prosecution`s shock tactic going to work? Keep in mind the prosecution may wrap its case as early as this Friday.
In the meantime, there is new evidence today that the defense may be running scared. Should they be worried?
With me right now from Los Angeles, just outside the courthouse where Murray is standing trial, HLN`s Jane Velez-Mitchell, host of "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL" that airs week nights at 7:00 p.m. Eastern here on HLN.
And with her right there in Los Angeles, Michael Barnes, who is an attorney and police adviser.
Now, we`re not going to show that autopsy photo because it is incredibly graphic, but it is Michael Jackson, the photo taken the day after his death.
He`s naked on an autopsy table. It is so disturbing a Jackson fan actually ran out of the courtroom when it was shown. Now, Jane, you`re right there in L.A. at the courthouse every single day covering the trial for HLN.
How have the fans been reacting there to the release of the Jackson autopsy photo? It is so upsetting to so many people.
JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HOST, "ISSUES WITH JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL": They are devastated. We actually had fans calling "ISSUES" sobbing and weeping over it. But by the same token, they want justice for Michael Jackson.
And we have to remember that there was a purpose in releasing this photo. This has been a source of contention. Remember, a paramedic said that Michael Jackson looked so thin he thought he was a hospice patient.
But the coroner`s expert said Michael Jackson was healthier than the average 50-year-old. So which is it? The jury can decide looking at this photo for themselves.
HAMMER: Michael, I want to get your take on the tactic of using that go photo in just a second, but I was watching the "Today" show this morning. They brought up what I though was a really interesting point.
We all remember back in 1993 when Jackson was accused of child molestation. As a part of the investigation, he was photographed nude. And afterwards, I will never forget it, Jackson was almost breaking down in tears talking about the experience.

MICHAEL JACKSON, POP STAR: They served a search warrant which allowed them to view and photographed my body, including my penis, my buttocks, my lower torso, thighs, and any other area that they wanted.
It was the most humiliating ordeal of my life, one that no person should ever have to suffer.

HAMMER: I couldn`t help but think about Michael Jackson and how he would feel about this autopsy photo. Michael, I don`t like the photo myself, but I do get it. This is an involuntary manslaughter trial.
Prosecutors need to show Jackson`s condition at the time of his death, and I applaud them for giving Jackson`s family a heads up, by the way, so they could get out of the courtroom before the photo was shown. But do you think prosecutors handled this as well as they could have?
MICHAEL BARNES, ATTORNEY AND POLICE ADVISER: I think the prosecutors could have done a better job. Now, I think that it`s apparent that they thought it is essential to their case to show the photo. They would have given it careful consideration knowing it was going to have a major impact on a lot of people.
I think what they should have done better was actually ask to show it to the jury but not have it release publicly to avoid the type of reactions that we`re seeing now from the family members, as well as the friends and the fans.
And that also would have been consistent with what I think also needs to be done a little bit differently, especially in California, which is -- there appears to be a difference in the standard of treatment for people who are celebrities.
We want them to be treated under the law exactly the same and to have the same standards apply, and that includes getting their prescription medications not under false names but under their real names.
But there could be some special care and consideration given when it comes to publicity not releasing photos of this nature.
HAMMER: And now, it`s going to be really interesting to see exactly where this case is going to go, because you have the defense expected to begin its case in just a couple of days as the prosecution is wrapping up their involuntary manslaughter case against Dr. Murray.
And Jane, they`re now talking about changing their whole tactic here. Are they running scared?
VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, there have been reports that they no longer are going to claim that Michael Jackson drank the propofol in an orange juice or some kind of juice container that was found at the scene that was never tested.
I think one of the reasons they`re doing that is that, apparently, there are studies now that show you can`t kill yourself by drinking propofol, so they`re talking about the injection of propofol.
But let me tell you something. Until it`s done, it`s not done, and this is complex medical testimony. We don`t know which way the chips are ultimately going to fall.

Moving now to Hank`s hot topic. Country singer Hank Williams, Jr. has really been taking hits left and right for appearing to compare President Obama to Hitler. That was during an interview on Fox News last week.
Those comments caused him to lose his gig, providing the theme song to ESPN`s Monday night football. Hank`s first TV interview on the explosive controversy was on ABC`s "The View."
And earlier tonight, he visited HLN`s "THE JOY BEHAR SHOW." So I need to hear from the only person other than Hank Williams, Jr., who was there for both interviews, our good friend Joy Behar. She joins me now for the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT interview. You look lovely, Joy. Nice to see you.
JOY BEHAR, HOST, "THE JOY BEHAR SHOW": Thank you, A.J.
HAMMER: All right. So let me play for you right now a small piece of your interview with Hank Williams, Jr., where you tried to explain to him where he went wrong with the whole Hitler reference thing. Let`s watch that.

BEHAR: When you take the name "Hitler" and you throw it into the sentence, you`re going to start trouble.
HANK WILLIAMS, JR., COUNTRY SINGER: Oh, yes.
BEHAR: You know, you can`t just -- there are certain buzz words in this country that make everybody crazy.
WILLIAMS: Yes. Oh, yes.
BEHAR: I used it myself one time and I`m on a list of enemies also.
WILLIAMS: You know, I understand perfectly.
BEHAR: Yes. Yes.
WILLIAMS: There is a thing that came out on "Politico" and they said, "Isn`t this stupid, this whole thing?" So now this whole thing is gone because of that stirring. It`s gone.
BEHAR: The song?
WILLIAMS: Yes. The Monday night. That made me feel really good.

HAMMER: All right --
BEHAR: The song is gone but the melody lingers on.
HAMMER: Yes, thankfully. Listen, you told Hank you kind of know what he`s going through --
WILLIAMS: Yes.
HAMMER: Having gotten into some trouble yourself for things you said in the past. After you defended him tonight and on "The View," I`m getting a feeling that you actually feel a bit sorry for the guy. Do I have that right?
BEHAR: Well, I don`t know. I mean, he`s a multimillionaire. How sorry should I feel for him?
HAMMER: Yes.
BEHAR: You know, he`s doing just fine and he`s a very -- what`s the word I`m looking for -- proud guy, you know. I think he realizes that he misspoke. I think he gets that. But he`s still mad.
HAMMER: Yes -- no, he appears to be. And here`s the thing, Joy -- I`m curious to hear what you say about this because I`ve heard you defending this point before on "The View." He`s been running around complaining that his free speech has been violated.
I don`t think he has that right because he was able to say what he wanted to say. His speech wasn`t violated. He said it. ESPN was perfectly free by what they did to do what they did. They let him go.
So do you really buy the whole free speech being violated or the toes of free speech being stepped on? I think that`s not what free speech is.
BEHAR: Well, I think the First Amendment applies to your ability to speak out against government or against whatever you want to without the reprisal of, let`s say, being thrown into jail.
HAMMER: Exactly.
BEHAR: But it does not include you can`t be fired by ESPN. I don`t think that`s in the Constitution.
HAMMER: No, no. But to your point, I think you make the point, then, it`s not as if he was thrown in jail for what he said.
BEHAR: Yes. I mean, that would be a violation of his free speech if he was convicted for speaking. But ESPN has every right, as we all know, to fire him if they see fit, even though he did apologize.
HAMMER: Yes.
BEHAR: So this is what happens sometimes. It happened to Imus. Remember what happened to Imus?
HAMMER: Of course. Of course.
BEHAR: And you know, the company has the right to do what they want to do. And you just hope and pray you don`t go over the line.
HAMMER: And here`s the thing. You know, everybody has been talking about it. As Hank said, he can`t believe that everybody is talking about it so much. We`ve been asking all kinds of celebrities about the whole controversy with Hank Williams, Jr.
Singer Lance Bass had what I thought was an interesting point. He seems to agree with you that people are too sensitive about a lot of things these days.
BEHAR: Yes.
HAMMER: Here`s what he told us.

LANCE BASS, SINGER: It sucks because you`re -- everything you say can be -- you know, is just blown out of proportion so you really have to watch what you say. And I understand people slip up and say the wrong things.
I`ve learned just to keep your mouth shut a lot of times because, you know, people are just going to nitpick every single thing that you say.
HAMMER: Yes. Lance says he keeps his mouth shut because he`s afraid that something can be taken the wrong way. I think for some celebrities, Joy, that`s not necessarily a bad thing. What do you think?
BEHAR: Well, you know, I make my living by having a big mouth in many ways, A.J. You know, I say what`s on my mind. I have two shows where I give my opinion. I talk about what I think, and so far I`ve been OK.
I lasted 15 years on "The View" and I`ve lasted two-some odd years here. And I think that, you know, it`s every American citizen`s right to speak their mind.
HAMMER: Absolutely. Absolutely.
BEHAR: You get into trouble. Look what happened to Gilbert Gottfried.
HAMMER: You have to learn there has to be a balance where you decide to engage the filter and some people do that better than others. Joy --
BEHAR: Right. There is a bit of an edit button that you need to use.
HAMMER: We do have to end it there. Always good to see you, my friend.

From the streets to Madison Ave., Eminem`s "Lose Yourself" thumps an ad for Chrysler. Kanye West just debuted a clothing line at Paris fashion week. And you know, Diddy has been selling more vodkas than albums these days.
Hip-hop has become more than music. It is a billion-dollar commercial industry. So is that a bad thing? That all depends on who you ask. Here`s CNN Soledad O`Brien for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

SOLEDAD O`BRIEN, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Hip-hop has changed the nation, and in his new book "Tanning of America" Steve Stout said he knows how it happened.
(on camera) What does the "tanning of America" mean?
STEVE STOUT, TRANSLATION ADVERTISING/AUTHOR: We`re the next generation of kids. Millennials specifically see the world no longer through color or ethnicity. They see the world through shared values.
O`BRIEN (voice-over): Stout used his connections as a former record executive to connect big business with urban-oriented marketing campaign, like Jay- Z for Reebok. And he`s the man behind Justin Timberlake`s popular slogan for McDonald`s.
STOUT: I always look at the artist and the music as the Trojan horse for the culture. And I felt like I could find authentic ways for the brand to tap into the culture that hip-hop has created.
O`BRIEN: But hip-hop was something that started from the streets. Writer Nelson George says the partnership with big business is watering down the art form.
NELSON GEORGE, AUTHOR: But what gets on the radio and most of America is not very content driven. It`s more an inducement to dance and then leading it inducement to buy a particular brand of alcohol or clothing or car.
O`BRIEN: "Forbes" music editor Zack Greenberg says many hip-hop artists make more on endorsements than their recorded music.
STOUT: Again, we`re speaking about the music. Most of it is just silly. I think that hip-hop created a culture and I think that that culture was meant to be shared.
O`BRIEN (on camera): You said you can draw a direct line between hip-hop and 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
STOUT: That younger voter was open-minded to an African-American president as a result of the cultural sharing that we`re discussing. And I believe hip-hop was a main driver of that cultural sharing. If using corporations helped spread that message, then, that`s what it takes.

But the SHOWBIZ TONIGHT Facebook wall waits for no one. People very angry about Ashton. Lauren F. writing this, "Ashton has to respond to this. It`s obvious he cheated and he needs to admit it and take responsibility for his actions."
Connie F. sees things differently. She writes, "This girl should be absolutely ashamed of herself. She knew Ashton was married regardless of what she says. She is now adding insult to injury by destroying a marriage in the public eye."
Marianne B.K. has no mercy for Ashton`s alleged fling, "She`s a first class homewrecker looking for a payout."

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York and, wow, we`ve got big news breaking tonight -- seduced by Ashton? Could it be?
Well, a brand-new interview was revealed today where she was claiming she had a one-night stand with Mr. Kutcher. As if her claims aren`t salacious enough, this whole sordid affair allegedly went down on the night of his sixth wedding anniversary with his wife, Demi Moore.
Ashton and Demi aren`t the only star couple that are making big news today. Oh, no. Exes Kelsey and Camille Grammer at it again. The divorced couple is publicly sparring about their kids again.
This time, Camille`s "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" co-star is speaking out telling us exactly what she thinks about Kelsey`s claims.
With me tonight, Siggy Flicker, whose name is just fun to say. She`s also the host of the brand-new VH1 matchmaking show, "Why am I Still Single?" It debuts on VH1 on October 16th. You must check it out.
Also in New York tonight, TV host Michael Billy. And I have got to begin with the bombshell interview that this woman, Sara Leal, apparently did with "Us Weekly" magazine.
Now, in her interview, she claims these following things, that Ashton approached her first, that he told her he was separated from his wife Demi, and that they had sex on what was Ashton and Demi`s sixth wedding anniversary. The reports of Ashton cheating on Demi have been circulating for a couple weeks now, and now this story comes out.
Siggy, I`m all for people keeping their private lives private, but this thing is going to go on and on until somebody says something about this that makes sense to us. So do you think Ashton should lay low, or should he at least say something?
SIGGY FLICKER, HOST, "WHY AM I STILL SINGLE": I think Ashton is just getting into character for his new role, taking over Charlie Sheen`s TV spot.
HAMMER: I don`t know. I don`t know.
FLICKER: Leave them alone. He and Demi have been together for seven years now. In Hollywood years, that`s 187. And right now, they hit a fork in the road and they`re going to get through it. I think that everybody just needs to leave them alone.
HAMMER: OK. So if something is going on or something is not going on, is your advice to just not even comment on it, for them?
FLICKER: No. For them to go into therapy and deal with it together.
HAMMER: OK. If something is, in fact, going on.
FLICKER: Absolutely.
HAMMER: This woman, by the way, has reportedly been shopping her story. There were even reports of her trying to hire a lawyer. I`m thinking if all of that is true. I`m not really buying what she`s saying, Michael. What about you?
MICHAEL BILLY, TV AND RADIO HOST: Look, I don`t buy it at all. What we do know is that there are some problems in the relationship. What we do know is that they have been seen going to therapy.
Look, it`s been seven years, OK? They both rebranded themselves. Ashton Kutcher is hot again, making more money than ever before. Demi Moore -- she`s rebranded herself as a cougar.
They`ve gotten all they can. If they don`t say anything, they can keep the publicity going for them. Free publicity is what it`s all about.
HAMMER: I don`t think this is good free publicity, though. And I really feel like, as much as I don`t like to be cynical about these things, if he doesn`t come forward and just say, "You know what? There is nothing going on." It`s out of character for him and that`s why it`s raising so many red flags for people.
BILLY: Well, when you have (UNINTELLIGIBLE) in your relationship, sometimes, you`ve got to keep it to yourself until you know what`s going on.
HAMMER: Well, there`s an excellent point. Yes, we have to remember this is also happening in the real world, not just the public eye TV world.
BILLY: Right.
HAMMER: Let me move on right now to another couple. It`s an ex-couple for sure, Camille and Kelsey Grammer. They`re having a big brouhaha with their kids right now.
Now, Kelsey wants the judge in their custody case to issue a gag order for Camille because he claims that she paraded the kids in front of a paparazzo camera.
And now, Camille`s "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" has co-star, Kyle Richards, coming to Camille`s defense. You must watch what Kyle told me when I asked her about the Grammer battle right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(on camera) Do you think, Kyle, that what he is doing is fair to Camille?
KYLE RICHARDS, REALITY TV STAR, "THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS": Absolutely not. He walked out of BOA, a restaurant at Sunset Boulevard, which is known to have tons of paparazzi outside, so that felt very deliberate to me. And I think this is just his way of being controlling with her.
She`s been, you know, not showing them on the show, barely at all. And you know, he chose to leave his family. He made his bed and now he`s got to lie in it.

HAMMER: Yes. And as far as I`m concerned, I don`t think this war of the roses is going to be ending any time soon. Siggy, I must go to you. You are the matchmaking expert.
FLICKER: I know.
HAMMER: What kind of advice do you have for these two? I like Camille a great deal. I`ve gotten to know her and I think she`s got her head together. But they need to do something.
FLICKER: No. I`m happy for you that you like her. I think both of them need to shut up. And what everybody`s forgetting here is that there are two children involved.
Their first priority should be the children. By him speaking and her speaking, it`s only ruining everything. He said, she said -- at the end of the day, who is being affected? The children.
At the end of the day, they`ve got to remember that they got together based on love. They created two healthy and happy kids. And I know from experience, because I got divorced, I had to bite my tongue sometimes for the sake of my children. They both need to shut up.
HAMMER: But here`s the thing -- do you think he has a legitimate claim, Michael? Because he is basically saying, "Don`t parade them in front of the cameras. You did, and now I want to make sure that it never happens again"? Or is there a double standard going on?
BILLY: No. No double standard here. You can point out the restaurant with a lot of press. Who cares? Let`s back track a couple months when Camille was talking about Kelsey`s penis size, OK?
That`s not appropriate to talk -- especially when there`s children involved. So yes, absolutely, I do think you should keep those kids out of the public eye, especially when you`re in a business and a reality television show that preys on press.
HAMMER: All right. Well, let`s move on right now because there`s more "Housewives" drama to talk about tonight. The ladies of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" now addressing the reports that one of the ladies has quit the show.
The show`s matriarch, Caroline Manzo -- she appeared on Wendy Williams this morning and added a whole lot of fuel to the fire when she was asked if her co-star and her sister-in-law, Jacqueline Laurita, was gone for good. Watch what she said.

CAROLINE MANZO, "THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY": We don`t know anything about season five. We`re only in season three, like give us a break. We`ve got to go through season four. We`re filming. We`re presently filming season four.
The night before, there was an incident that really knocked Jacqueline for a loop. And she just could not look a certain someone in the face and --
WENDY WILLIAMS, HOST, "THE WENDY WILLIAMS SHOW": Teresa?
MANZO: You said it. I didn`t. And she literally wasn`t capable of doing the reunion.

HAMMER: See, I think this is exactly the type of drama that people tune in to the show for. What`s your advice for these guys?
FLICKER: My advice for Teresa -- she was financially in debt. There`s a reason why she`s doing it. She`s doing it for the money. Somebody`s got to buy her cookbook. Somebody`s got to buy her stuff because she is in the slammer.
She should not be talking about her co-stars or bringing up any negative thing in her book. And the only reason she`s doing it is for press and to put money into her back account.
HAMMER: OK. Siggy, I love that you have an opinion. I love that you seem to know what you`re talking about in the matchmaking world. So I have to get some advice from you right now.
I want to move on to a couple of names that we`ve talked about quite a bit here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT and get your matchmaking advice for these celebrity singles. What about Cameron Diaz?
FLICKER: Love her.
HAMMER: You know, Cameron -- she`s like a warm glass of -- I don`t know -- milk? No, I wasn`t going to say that.
FLICKER: Cameron Diaz is a perfect example of a woman who enjoys her life to the fullest. It`s all about timing. Her timing is she just hasn`t met the right man yet. I would personally like to see her with Justin again.
But when the timing is right, have no fear. Cameron is enjoying her life. No one should be worrying about Cameron.
HAMMER: Yes, I agree. Let`s talk about George Clooney, who always seems to be happy to me. We all love him. But what`s your love advice for women who want to get involved with him?
FLICKER: OK. I think for a woman who wants to get involved with George Clooney, I think that she should know how to spell "Bob" backwards. The reason being is that George Clooney is not a phony.
He says, "Listen, I have no intention of being serious or walking down the aisle." So if a woman is going to enter that relationship and expects anything more than that, shame on her.
HAMMER: OK. Fair enough. I actually agree with you. And if they can spell "Bob" backwards, they can probably spell "Abba" backwards, too. Siggy Flicker, thank you so much. Good luck with your new matchmaking show called "Why am I Still Single?" It debuts October 16th on VH1.

HAMMER: Chynna Phillips booted off "Dancing with the Stars," a total upset. Was it fair? We`re asking one of Chynna`s former competitors and HLN`s sweetheart dancer, Nancy Grace.
Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. Tonight, dancing with Nancy.
HLN`s own Nancy Grace has made it through yet another fiercely competitive round of "Dancing with the Stars." But does she think that Chynna should have gotten the boot? Well, I just spoke with Nancy and her spectacular dance partner, Tristan MacManus, who join me from Hollywood.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
(on camera) Well, guys, despite the fact that I wasn`t there to personally cheer you on, you somehow still made it through to the next round. Nancy, let me start with you. I know you were exhausted after Monday`s performance. How are you feeling now?
GRACE: I feel great. I`m ready to go straight back to the rehearsal hall for another 12 hours of grueling rehearsal with Tristan.
HAMMER: Tristan, are you optimistic that you`re going to be able to make it through to the final three? I know that optimism is important, but I want you to be truthful and realistic and honest with me now.
MACMANUS: For sure. Yes, you have to be. I mean, you have to be -- if you`re not optimistic, there`s no chance. So we prepare each week and then we do the best we can.
GRACE: You know what? Let me rephrase.
MACMANUS: Please do.
GRACE: Yes, he`s optimistic! Yes, we`re planning to make it to the top three, all right? That`s what he meant to say.
HAMMER: Good. Good. That`s fine.
(CROSS TALK)
GRACE: It almost came out. I`ve got to help him.
HAMMER: Because, quite frankly, Nancy -- listen, if you make it through the finals, I`m thinking about coming back out there to do some more dancing with you. So you know, I really want to see this thing go far.
GRACE: I need that because I need somebody to teach me how to dance.
HAMMER: Well, apparently, I can`t learn how to dance even though you gave it your best shot. But let`s talk about the lovely Chynna Phillips for a moment, because she didn`t have a great day on Monday.
But despite that, I`ve got to tell you, I was surprised that she was booted off of the show. Jimmy Kimmel said exactly the same thing on his show last night. Watch what he told her.

JIMMY KIMMEL, HOST, "JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE": I believe you were robbed, and I say that to pretty much everyone that comes on the show. But in this case, I am telling the truth.
CHYNNA PHILLIPS, SINGER: I just can`t believe I don`t have dance class tomorrow. I`m so relieved.
KIMMEL: Are you, really?
PHILLIPS: Oh, my gosh. Do you know how grueling that show is?
KIMMEL: I can only imagine.
PHILLIPS: Oh, my gosh. But thank you. I was robbed.
KIMMEL: I really thought that. I figured you were going to be in at least the final three at the end of this thing.
PHILLIPS: Yes. Well, you know, so did I.

HAMMER: OK. So here`s the deal, Chynna did forget a bit of her routine on Monday. I still think she was consistently one of the best dancers through this whole thing.
So Nancy, what`s your take on why she got the boot? Do you think it was as simple as what happened Monday or does it go much deeper?
GRACE: You know what? I really don`t think anything is that simple in life. I really don`t. She froze, that`s true. I froze in the cha-cha. She did recover, so I can`t necessarily blame it on that.
She had an excellent partner. She`s beautiful, and she had a great routine. And they had a very dramatic entrance to the routine as well.
But you know what? Why ask why? Because some things you`re never going to figure out, and the only thing that you can do -- and this, really, in any other situation -- is to keep trying or double down and try even harder.
HAMMER: Yes. Yes. Here`s one of the things I haven`t been able to figure out, Nancy, as I`ve been watching you and supporting you. I can`t figure out why you`re getting so much heat, not just from the judges but from fans and from the blogs.
I just want to say right here now I think a lot of it is ridiculous. And if you want me to, if you give me your permission, I will go after every single person who has said anything about you that you don`t like.
But Nancy, the truth is, you do have a lot of diehard fans out there. Still, what do you say to your critics? What do you say to people who are talking about all this stuff that, to me, is really unimportant in the whole scheme of things?
GRACE: Well, you know what? I think we both feel the same about it. I really don`t care. I actually don`t read the blogs. I don`t know what they`re saying.
Because frankly, whenever you try to do anything unique or different, whenever you take a position on anything, you`re going to have detractors and critics. They`ll always be with us.
And if anybody listened to them, we would all be at home hiding under the bed right now. No dream would ever come true. No task could ever be completed if you listened to the critics. What do you think?
MACMANUS: Yes, you can`t please all the people all the time. I think that the worry then is that when you do change to suit some people, the people who are behind you in the first place, well, then they get offended because you`ve changed from what they like, you know.
So you`re always going to have somebody, you know. All you can do is just try your best and try (UNINTELLIGIBLE).
HAMMER: Try to do what you`re doing. Yes.
GRACE: And I also think that`s true with everything, A.J. I mean, come on.
HAMMER: Yes, I agree.
GRACE: No matter what you do, someone is going to criticize you. And you can either take it to heart and stop or you can keep going.
HAMMER: I agree. I think, you know, people are trying to have a little too much fun at your expense sometimes, and that`s what gets under my skin.
GRACE: Oh, dear.
HAMMER: Here`s something I want to talk to you real quickly -- to talk to you quickly about -- Chaz Bono. Now, again, we can`t know why everything is happening on the show, but Chaz has remained controversial on "Dancing with the Stars."
People are now saying his famous mom, Cher, is what saved him from being eliminated by tweeting she was going to be sitting in the audience, and she was right there. He told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT backstage at "Dancing with the Stars" he was thrilled to still have a fighting chance on the show. Watch what he told us.

GRACE: You know, I`m a little -- I`ve got blinders on when it comes to Chaz because I befriended him. I think a lot of him. And I think Chaz is there in his own right.
I think Chaz is there because of Chaz, because of who he is, because of what he has surmounted. And I think he symbolizes, to a lot of people, a struggle. Everybody has their own struggle and he seems to be overcoming his.

HAMMER: We have breaking news on the Hollywood hacking scandal tonight. The FBI arresting the man who they say leaked some nude pictures of Scar-Jo and Vanessa Hudgens. The details, next.

HAMMER: We`ve got big news breaking in the Hollywood phone hacking case that embarrassed Scarlett Johansson and Vanessa Hudgens.
The FBI has made an arrest tonight. So who is this mysterious hacker? Well, according to the feds, it`s a Florida man named Christopher Chaney.
He`s being called a lone wolf who stole the pictures just for the thrill of it. Of course, the hacking scandal rocked Hollywood when nude photos of Scar-Jo and Vanessa Hudgens were leaked on to the Internet.
And it looks like the alleged perp targeted dozens of other young stars, too. Chaney now faces a whopping 17 federal charges including illegal wire-tapping and identity theft. Glad they got their man.
