A.J. HAMMER, HOST (voice-over): Big news breaking tonight on "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT."
Calling out the Kardashians. Tonight, startling new revelations about Kim`s marriage divorce fiasco with Kris Humphries on the new season of her reality show.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You just ruined my pedicure.
HAMMER: Those fights, that tension. Well, how about the editing? Our "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT," is Kim trying to make Kris look bad?
Miley`s marijuana mess. A shocking new tape revealed today on the daily Web site, Miley Cyrus calling herself a stoner. Our "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" flash point, was Miley just joking? Or thinking about toking?
"SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" brings you the most ridiculous lawsuits ever. A man, choose Playboy for favorite women over men at the Playboy mansion. Are you kidding me?
TV`s most-provocative entertainment news show breaks show news right now.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: Hello, I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with big news breaking tonight, Kim`s big spin.
Yes, for the very first time, we`re seeing the bits and pieces of Kim Kardashian`s 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries that led to the 72-day marriage falling apart into bits and pieces. And those bits and pieces were all just part of the just seen debut of the new season of Kourtney and Kim take New York in which Kris comes up looking like a not so good guy.
Wait, Kris coming off looking like not such a good guy? In a show that Kim reportedly has complete control of? I`m shocked. Shocked I say.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER (voice-over): Just like millions of people flock to see the movie "Titanic" even though they knew darn well what happened to the ship.
KIM KARDASHIAN, START, KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS: I can`t live with Kris. He just, like, is such a slob.
HAMMER: Last night, a whopping 3.2 million people tune in to the season premiere of Kourtney and Kim take New York. Knowing darn well that Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries` marriage ended up sinking.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Kim has always had her own space. Now, she has a husband but they`ve never lived together.
HAMMER: The new second season the "E" reality show was shot soon after Kim and Kris` fairy tale wedding and of Just before Kim filed for divorce 72 days later.
KRIS HUMPHRIES, KIM KARDASHIAN`S EX-HUSBAND: This is not working out. I got to make a change.
HAMMER: And with brand-new headlines calling it the signs of trouble for Kim and Kris, today, the show is being analyzed as closely as black Friday sales figures for clues about what went so wrong in Kim and Kris land.
And now, "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" is asking the tough question.
KARDASHIAN: I don`t know what to do.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Can you live with him at home in L.A.?
KARDASHIAN: I don`t know.
HAMMER: Facing a major backlash for bailing on her marriage so quickly. Is Kim trying to win sympathy by editing her reality show to make Kris the bad guy?
HUMPHRIES: You`re my wife. It`s going to take a lot to get rid of me.
HAMMER: In our first inside look at Kim and Kris` marriage life, they did have some moments of marital bliss.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Is she being a good wife?
HUMPHRIES: She`s not being good, she`s being great.
KARDASHIAN: Aw.
HAMMER: But it`s clear there was tension from the start over Kris` house cleaning habits or lock there up.
HUMPHRIES: I was trying to put it away. I was in the process --
KARDASHIAN: You were trying to put it away --
HAMMER: And over the stress of showing a hotel suite with Kim`s sister Kourtney, her boyfriend Scott Disick, and their 2-year-old Mason.
HUMPHRIES: This is his play room? We sleep 20 feet away, baby.
HAMMER: Plus, Kris seems to hate the red carpet limelight that`s the life blood of the Kardashian`s empire.
HUMPHRIES: I don`t care about that. I don`t give a (bleep).
KARDASHIAN: I don`t know why Kris is acting so crazy. He is not even trying to compromise with me.
HAMMER: And we watched Kim and Kris have a nuclear argument over something every couple has to deal with one time or another, when the wife hires a naked guy to come over and teach a yoga class.
HUMPHRIES: How rude is it there`s a naked guy in my house when I walk home?
KARDASHIAN: You are so immature, I can`t take it.
HAMMER: The episode ended with Kris, pro basketball player, leaving Kim in New York, because all of Kardashian shenanigans were interfering with his off season workouts.
HUMPHRIES: I think I`ve going to go to Minnesota and train. I got to be ready for the season and stuff.
KARDASHIAN: You don`t think you can work out here?
HUMPHRIES: Yes. It`s just too hard.
HAMMER: But "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" can tell you even before last night`s show hit the air, radar online posted that Kim was planning to use the show to rehab her post-divorce image at Kris`s expense.
ALEXIS TERESZCUK, SENIOR REPORTER, RADARONLINE.COM: We had an exclusive report she was planning on reediting the season to make sure she looked like the good guy and portray Kris as the villain.
HAMMER: And it looks like Kris feels Kim did just that. A source close to Humphries is slamming the show for making Kris look bad. The source tells "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT," quote, "the show is completely staged. There is nothing real about this reality show. Too bad they have to tear someone down to propel their own careers."
Just like we watched Kim and Kris get together on TV, it appears we`ll also get to see them fall apart before our very eyes.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: This is the press line? Yes, we`re not doing it.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No, babe, it`s our party.
HAMMER: And the question may not be if Kim made Kris look bad, it`s can either one possibly come out of this mess of a marriage looking good.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: Yes, you want to buckle your seat belt because with the premiere of "Kourtney and Kim take New York," it is clear to me that Kim Kardashian image cleanup is now in full swing.
With me tonight in New York is Jason Dundas. He is the pop culture correspondent for VH1`s new morning show "Big Morning Buzz Life." And with me from Atlanta is Jenn Hobby, the entertainment reporter and co-host of the "Bert Show."
So, we all know Kim has been getting slammed left and right for leaving Kris after just 72 days in marriage, that big over the top TV wedding they had. And her reality shows, where she reportedly had full editorial control. Really, in my mind, would be her best form to answer that criticism.
So here`s our "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" flashpoint, is Kim editing her reality show to make Kris look bad? Kris` people seem to think so. Jen, what do you think?
JENN HOBBY, ENTERTAINMENT REPORTER, CO-HOST, BERT SHOW: Absolutely they are editing it to make Kris look bad but he doesn`t really need a lot of help. He sort of does that on his own. He says, like, every other word, and he`s been insulting to her. I think he tries to bring Kim down to reality. But in doing that, he`s insulting. So, he does it to himself a little bit too.
HAMMER: See, that helps my point that I always make. I always find it funny whenever somebody on a reality show has a bad moment on TV. They always seem to say, oh, it was edited to make me look bad. No, you had that moment. You`re the one that said the thing that made you look bad in the first place.
Jason, what do you think is Kim editing her reality show to make Kris look bad?
JASON DUNDAS, BIG MORNING BUZZ LIVE, VH1: I can understand where she could finesse it a little bit, but you know.
HAMMER: OK.
So look, he looked bad from the start on "Keeping up with the Kardashians."
HAMMER: Right.
DUNDAS: Yes, he doesn`t look so good now on "Kourtney and Kim take New York." But he looked bad at the start. So, I just think maybe he`s not geared for reality TV. Maybe, he`s not - he`s being himself, which isn`t translating well.
HAMMER: No. He`s clearly -- he wasn`t geared for the marriage. He wasn`t geared to be married towards Kim Kardashian.
DUNDAS: And I think what he is seeing is you`re seeing this relationship try to find ground in front of our eyes. And I don`t know if Kim was expecting it was going to go that way, obviously not.
HAMMER: I want to break it down because our crack Kardashian team at "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT," which was led by the way by "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" lead Kardashian investigator correspondent Jo Yeen, poured over last night`s episode of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York." You got to take a look at this.
In this episode, they unearthed some big warning signs of Kim and Kris` eventual break-up. For one, last night show revealed that Kris is a slob and Kim is a neat freak, bad. Secondly, Kris seemed to hate the fancy red carpet parties, big trouble when, quite frankly, marry a Kardashian. Third of all, Kris hates when a naked man shows up to do yoga with his wife, as we can tell from that nuclear argument that Kim and Kris had. Finally, perhaps most seriously, they both seem to put their careers before their marriage with Kim dragging a rather unwilling Kris, as we`ve been discussing, to her promotional events.
Jenn, when you watch the show, it was instantly clear to you that basically if it wasn`t going to after 72 days, it was going to be at some point these two were headed for divorce?
HOBBY: It was going to be at some point, definitely, A.J. because neither one of them were willing to compromise. They both had their careers first. And they weren`t going to bend for each other.
It`s clear, when he says after just a few days he`s going back to Minnesota, there`s going to be no bending for her even though he didn`t really have to get ready for an NBA season.
HAMMER: Well, here`s what we`re asking tonight in our "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" exclusive poll because we want your take on this.
Kardashian divorce drama, who do you have more sympathy for? Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries? We love for you to vote at HLN/showbiztonight. Gay, may mail me too, my address, showbiztonight@hlntvcom. Jason?
DUNDAS: I`m going to say I had more sympathy for Kris Humphries.
HAMMER: OK, good. I would have been a little nervous if you said Kim Kardashian.
DUNDAS: I`m going to say, Kris. I`m excited the NBA`s back. I want to see him play some basketball. I want to see him relax and being dumped. And I`m kind of glad that he`s not going to be on any future shows.
HAMMER: Yes. I think regardless of the fact --
DUNDAS: He doesn`t need to be there.
HAMMER: He wasn`t suited for this. You feel bad that you know he probably went along for the ride because the train was already going down the track.
DUNDAS: Exactly.
HAMMER: Where does your sympathy lie? Jenn Hobby?
HOBBY: I think it absolutely lies with Kris. He seems to really fall for her and then get wrapped up in it, as you said. And then I think it just - - the wheels fell off. But she`s in charge of that show and that relationship.
HAMMER: She`s actually in charge of all of us, I believe. Jenn hobby, Jason Dundas, thank you both, I appreciate it.
We move now to Miley`s marijuana mess. Oh, boy. Tonight, we`ve got the shocking new tape obtained by the daily of former Disney star, Miley Cyrus, calling her, a stoner.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
MILEY CYRUS, SINGER: You know you`re a stoner when your friends get you a Bob Marley cake.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Really, Miley? Our "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" flashpoint tonight, was Miley just joking or should we be worried?
Jennifer Lopez caught kanoodling (ph) with her boy toy, 24-yesr-old Casper Smart. What do you think, is it a fling or is it forever?
Also, Angelina Jolie, a mother, a humanitarian, but still a bad girl?
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Do you ever miss being a bad girl?
ANGELINA JOLIE, ACTRESS: I`m still a bad girl.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes?
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Yes, Angelina Jolie says she`s not done being a bad girl yet. And I will tell you why.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We, the jury, in the above entitled action, find the defendant, Conrad Robert Murray, guilty of the crime of involuntary manslaughter.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Tonight, Conrad on edge.
Three weeks after Doctor Conrad Murray is found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in connection with Michael Jackson`s death, he`s about to hear the price he`ll have to pay for his crime.
Welcome back to "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT." I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
And I have to wonder what Doctor Conrad Murray is thinking tonight as he sits or sleeps in his jail cell just counting down the hours till he finds out just how much time he`ll get.
"SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" can tell you it will be a dramatic day in court as the Doctor sentencing hearing is tomorrow. The big X factor is this, will any of the Jacksons actually get up to speak at his hearing? Because if they do, I can tell you that they will be asking the judge to throw the book at Doctor Murray.
"SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s" Kareen Wynter will be right there. She joins us tonight from Hollywood. Kareen.
KAREEN WYNTER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CORRESPONDENT: A.J., Conrad Murray, you know, he probably won`t be getting much sleep tonight. Anything can happen tomorrow. And that`s what really makes this whole thing so dramatic. The judge could throw the book at him and give him the maximum four years. But then again A.J., he could also get probation. I have to tell you if that happen, well, you can bet the Jackson family and Michael`s millions of fans are going to be outraged.
HAMMER: Kareen, we`re waiting to see whether if any members of the Jackson family might get up to speak during the sensing that something what you talked about. Jermaine, La Toya, Janette, they were all right there in court during the trial. They sat through all that dramatic testimony. They will listen to those haunting reporting of their brother. Should we expect to see them in court tomorrow?
WYNTER: You know we expect most of them will be there but in an exclusive interview with me recently, Jermaine told "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" he may not be there. Watch what he had to say.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
WYNTER: Looking forward, looking ahead to November 29, his sentencing, what can we expect from the Jackson family in terms of victim impact statement, perhaps a letter from Michael`s children?
JERMAINE JACKSON, MICHAEL JACKSON`S BROTHER: I don`t even want to be there really because --
WYNTER: You won`t be there on the 29th?
JACKSON: I don`t -- he`s going to jail for what, for how much time?
WYNTER: He could get a maximum of four years but you`re saying even if he got four, that still isn`t enough?
JACKSON: Four years --
WYNTER: Yes.
JACKSON: Even if he got life, it`s not going to bring my brother back.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
WYNTER: And he deserted there while Jermaine was a bit hesitant about going when I spoke to him back then, well, today, I learned that Jermaine will be there. He will be there after all.
But A.J., what is still unclear is if Michael`s three children are going to be there. So, while it`s safe to say the Jackson`s family wants the judge to give Murray the maximum sentence, they believe that no amount will be enough sentencing. It won`t be bringing Michael back.
HAMMER: And Kareen, beside the sentenced tomorrow, I know the judge could actually order Murray to pay up in a very big way. What can you tell us about that?
WYNTER: That`s right A.J. In a sentencing memo that filed just last week, prosecutors are asking that Murray pay restitution to Michael`s three children. Saying Michael would have earned as much as, get this, $100 million if he had lived and went on with his this is it tour.
And that memo while prosecutors say Murray has displayed a complete lack of remorse towards the pop star`s death, and has failed to accept even the slightest level of responsibility. So, A.J., a lot remains to be seen tomorrow. I will be there and it really should be an incredible day and perhaps the final chapter in Michael Jackson`s death, the trial.
HAMMER: Again, actually we`re all obviously waiting to see if what family members show up and if the kids in fact do and if anybody speaks. It should be a fascinating, fascinating day.
"SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s" Kareen Wynter. Thank you so much.
We move now to J.R.`s big honor. "Dancing with the Stars" champion J.R. Martinez has just been invited to the Pentagon. This is pretty cool. The 28-year-old army vet who was badly burned in a 2003 land mine incident in Iraq just walked away with the mirror ball trophy on "Dancing with the Stars." We were all proud of J.R. and so was U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta.
In fact, Panetta called J.R. to personally congratulate him on his victory and invite him to a face-to-face meeting at the Pentagon. Panetta calls J.R. "a testament to the strength, and the resilience, of our wounded warriors.
And you are invited to join myself and J.R. on Sunday, December 11, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern. I`m just thrilled that J.R.`s going to be my co-host for "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" at CNN heroes, our live red carpet preshow. Then at 8:00 p.m. eastern, Anderson Cooper hosts CNN heroes, an all-star tribute, as CNN name, its hero of the year.
Moving on tonight to Miley Cyrus, a stoner? Well, that`s what she calls herself in this brand-new video obtained by "the Daily" but, why would she say that if she didn`t mean it?
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
CYRUS: You know you`re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake.

HAMMER: The Lady Gaga/Charlie Brown ratings smack down. Gaga`s thanksgiving special "A Very Gaga Thanksgiving" went head to head against the Charlie Brown thanksgiving but could not dethrone the powerful peanuts.
MTV.com reports Gaga`s special got 5.4 million viewers versus 5.8 million for peanuts gang. Lady Gaga really did come through for her fans with that thanksgiving special. But that was nothing compare to what she just did for a fan in Toronto. 17-year-old Jacques Pierre (ph) who was once bullied in school reached out to Gaga and other big stars hoping to get some support for his anti-bullying campaign at school. Well, radar online reports the only star who got back to him was the great Lady Gaga. Check out the video message she sent to Jacques.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
LADY GAGA, SINGER: Hello, Jacques Pierre (ph). This is Lady Gaga and hello to ESA and Toronto. I just wanted to tell you how proud I am of you for being such a strong advocate with the LGBC community in you school. There should be more little monsters like you.
My father always saves all of the fan letters that I receive. And I read yours very recently and wanted to send this video to you on behalf of not only my team, the house of Gaga, but little monsters around the world.
It is important that we push the boundaries of love and acceptance of each other. Treat each other with kindness. Because we`re all we got. Good- bye.

HAMMER: That is fantastic. What a thrill for Jacques and all the people in his school. Nice going, Lady Gaga.
Well, all the talk on the "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" facebook page is all about Kim Kardashian and her failed marriage. We asked, would do you feel more sympathy for, Kim or her ex, Kris Humphries?

HAMMER: Welcome back to "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT." It is 30 minutes past the hour. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with big news breaking today.
Miley`s stoner scandal. It seems, once again, Miley Cyrus is caught up in controversy after she`s caught on camera this time joking about getting high. This happened at her 19th birthday party where her buddy Kelly Osbourne surprised her with a cake made to look like Bob Marley who is somehow famous himself for smoking. Take a look at this brand-new video obtained by the daily.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
CYRUS: Thank you for waiting for three hours and throwing a party. And this is amazing.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Bob Marley cake.
CYRUS: You know you`re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much (bleep) weed.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I thought salvia was your problem, Miley.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Well, with me tonight in New York is "Inside Edition" correspondent Megan Alexander. From Chicago, Kelly Zinc, host of celeb TV.com.
As you would well imagine, this video is causing quite the uproar but, her camp says this is much ado about nothing. Here`s what they`re telling "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT."
"It`s all been taken out of context. The cake was a joke and Miley`s response was intended to be sarcastic."
That brings us to other "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" flashpoint, do you think she was just joking, and her friends have taken to calling her -- what is it, Bob Miley I believe.
MEGAN ALEXANDER, CORRESPONDENT, INSIDE EDITION: Yes.
HAMMER: So I don`t know what do you think?
ALEXANDER: I think it`s pretty clear this was a joke. This is a girl whose every move has been scrutinized the past few years, A.J. I find it hard to believe that with her parents present at this party that she would be -- shall we say stupid enough to make that joke on the stage if she really was a pothead? I think it was a complete joke. And I don`t think that scrutiny will softens, she`s 21.
HAMMER: And quite frankly, I think it`s a stupid joke to make when you`re Miley Cyrus and there`s a camera in the room and people are taping it. You know it`s going to get out there. And don`t be surprised if people do make a big deal out of it. Kelly, what do you think?
KELLY ZINC, HOST, CELEBTV.COM: I think she should really re-evaluate her friends. I mean, come on, this is now the second time one of her so-called friends has released footage that`s uncomfortable. And I also think she needs -- we just need to stop thinking of her as a role model.
Clearly, Miley Cyrus is headed down the path of being her own woman and she`s growing up and we can`t expect her to not be a role model anymore.
HAMMER: Yes. So me, here`s what I did when I heard the story. I just couldn`t help myself. I had to dig into those "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" archives because I had to pull out my very first interview with Miley.
This was on "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" all the way back in February 2006. She`d only just signed on to star in "Hanna Montana." The show hasn`t hit the air yet. You got to watch this. And check out what she told me in one of her very first interviews ever.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: You seem very excited, Miley.
CYRUS: I am.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A.J., it`s great to be with you.
HAMMER: Has she been buzzing all day?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She`s been working her tail off. I mean, we`ve been in New York for three days now. It`s just been very exciting. This is her first trip to New York City.
HAMMER: Your very first time here? You`ve lived in Tennessee on a ranch. You`ve now moved to Los Angeles. But here you are in New York City.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: So, there you are. Well, Miley is 19 now. Wow, she`s come along way. That is amazing. When I look at that interview, I actually have to stop and think maybe it`s our problem. Maybe we can`t let go of little Miley.
Megan, what do you think is it our problem? Is this our fault?
ALEXANDER: Oh, good grief, no. Look, again, I think it was a joke. Her parents were in the room. I have a hard time believing she would really announce to the world she was a pothead with all these people in the room. Look, A.J., if you want to get into the discussion of role models, think somebody like her, we`ve had this discussion before on the show, was a child star very young. There are a lot of things along the way that you need to really work on, maintaining your support system, your family, staying around friends similar in age.
So, no, I don`t think so. Think we will forever want her to stay that darling Disney star.
HAMMER: I do want to stay on the role model theme for a moment.
Now, look, if we can look back at the last few years. Miley hasn`t exactly been a squeaky queen Disney starlet for some time now. I want to take a quick look at our "show biz" news line back in `08, 15 years old. She shocked fans with a half-nude photo shoot for "Vanity Fair." In `09, more controversy, she danced on a pole at the teen choice awards. 2010 caught on tape dirty dancing in the video rap party. That same year she outraged parents with a steamy bedroom music video. And in December, that`s when she raised eyebrows after she was caught on camera smoking the legal herb salvia from a bong. It didn`t seem to calm angry parents just because it was legal.
So Kelly, back to where the point you raised about the fact that maybe we shouldn`t look to her as a role model. Like it or not, there are still a lot of young kids who are not going to stop looking at her that way. And quite frankly, I don`t think it`s something she should be joking about. I think she needs to have more of a sensitivity level about it.
ZINC: I mean, I agree, when it comes to something like drugs, that`s a more serious topic than baring some skin or having a sexy video. But you look at these girls who were child stars and are growing up. And even Rihanna says, hey, I`m not a role model. I want to be who I am now.
So, you have to give Miley a bit of credit for owning it. And she really can`t be that stupid to have marijuana jokes in public. Unless there`s three people in the room and the other two she trusts, she can`t be making the jokes.
HAMMER: Well, hopefully it will be another wake up call for her.
Let me get to this other big news breaking tonight. A very candid, very revealing interview with the great Angelina Jolie on "60 minutes" on CBS, when she was asked about her old bad girl days, she seemed to suggest she hasn`t changed as much as we might think. Watch.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JOLIE: I`m still a bad girl.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes.
JOLIE: You know, I still have that side of me that is -- it`s just -- it`s in its place now. It belongs, you know, belongs to Brad or it belongs to our adventures.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: All right, so she says, Megan, she`s still a bad girl. I don`t think we need to be worried however that she`s going to suddenly start parading around with vials of Brad`s blood hanging around her neck like she did in an earlier time in her life with another person she was with.
ALEXANDER: Right. And look, of course, this is the sound bite that`s going to grab everyone`s attention. But A.J., I was struck by what a deep interview this was. Sometimes a shallow industry. You know, Angelina has so many different facets to her life, whether it`s directing a film on the Middle East that`s controversial. Whether getting emotional about her mother and what that meant to her, her kids. This is a person who`s complex and doing a lot in the world.
HAMMER: Yes. So, if she was a little bad on the side every now and then, so be it.
Alright, Megan Alexander, Kelly Zinc, thank you both.
Well, you have seen what Angelina Jolie has grown up to be. But "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" is revealing how it began for her. This is amazing.
Tonight, we have got a look at her first movie appearance ever when she was six years old. Check out the "Showbiz" time capsule.
Angelina Jolie, in the 1982 movie "Looking to Get Out."
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JOLIE: OK?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, I`m OK. You know what happened to me? I was crossing against the light. You don`t want to ever do that. You don`t want to ever cross against the light.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Remember that.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: That is unbelievable. Of course, that was Angelina`s dad, Jon Voight, who starred in the movie. Just like in real life, she`s his daughter in the movie. It took Angelina another 11 years before her next movie credit. All this of course was decades before she was kicking butt as Lara Croft and winning Oscars and directing her own films.
Kind got to wonder of place you when we will see one of her own kids on the big screen anytime soon. I kind a doubt it but, you never know.
Moving now to J.Lo`s brand-new romance. Her new beau, 24 years old and one of her backup dancers, but (inaudible) could this be the love that lasts? That`s out "Showbiz" flashpoint tonight.
And, breaking news about the new twilight movie.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
STEWART: How many days has it been since the wedding?
PATTINSON: Fourteen, why? Mind to tell me what`s going on?
STEWART: I`m, I`m late, my period`s late.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Twilight danger, an important medical warning for all you Twilight watchers, why the number one movie in America could be bad for your health.
This is "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" on HLN, news and views. Time for the "showbiz" news ticker. More stories from the "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" newsroom making news tonight.

MEREDITH VIEIRA, TV PERSONALITY: I`m doing OK. I`m cancer free.
(APPLAUSE)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
(VIDEO CLIP PLAYING)
HAMMER: Man, I hope that thing`s declawed. Do not adjust your set. That is really a cat using an ipad. That`s `Showbiz" viral video has gotten 8.9 million hits.
Welcome back to "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT." I`m A.J. Hammer in New York.
I don`t exactly think Steve Jobs had cats in mind when he created the world`s most popular tablet but the proof is in. The ipad is so instructed even a kitty can use it. Somebody actually created this app called game for cats. This cat sure was game. Watch this.
(VIDEO CLIP PLAYING)
HAMMER: Apparently went on to Amazon and did some shopping.
For all on you, cat lovers out there. There are, actually a bunch of ipad games specifically created for your feline friends. Seriously, there are dozens of games out there that encourage you to have your cat scratch at your $500 ipad screen. Just perfect. That`s what I`m getting my kitty veronica, an ipad. If you think that`s ridiculous, try this one on for size.
Tonight, the most ridiculous lawsuit ever. Here`s the deal. TMZ reports today that a man is suing playboy. Want to know why? Because he says women are being favored over men at Hugh Hefner`s playboy mansion. The lawsuit calls that kind of favoritism sex discrimination.
With me tonight, Jason Dundas who is correspondent for VH1`s morning show calls "Big Morning Buss Live." In Atlanta tonight, Jenn Hobby, the co-host of the "Bert Show."
Alright, so this guy, his name is Steve Fry. He says, he`s filing a lawsuit on behalf of all men who had to pay 1,000 bucks to get into the leather meets lace party at the playboy mansion but he complains the ladies got in for free. Now, Fry calls this unfair. He`s seeking damages. I guess this guy`s never heard of ladies night at the bars.
This leads to our "Showbiz" flashpoint, is this lawsuit absolutely ridiculous? Jason, what do you think?
DUNDAS: I absolutely ridiculous. He`s making a statement against all nightclubs and all bars worldwide. If the girls don`t turn up, the guys don`t follow. The guys don`t spend money. No one makes any money.
HAMMER: But maybe he doesn`t want to shell out 1,000 bucks. And if the women are getting in for free, I can understand where he`s feeling you know, a bit discriminated against.
DUNDAS: I didn`t know there was a ticket you could buy to get into the playboy mansion. I thought there was an exclusive invite. If I knew it was $1,000, I`d go.
HAMMER: We need the lady`s perspective on this.
Jenn, to our "Showbiz" flashpoint as a woman who gets into those lady`s nights for free, is this lawsuit ridiculous or is he right on?
HOBBY: It`s simply supply and demand, A.J. There are not going to be women standing outside of a club paying $1,000 to get in to hang out with other women. It`s just not going to happen. This guy who got to pay the big ticket to get inside that playboy mansion, it`s just supply and demand. This guy, Steve Fry, wants a lawsuit and he wants damages but really all he`s getting is some attention.
HAMMER: And the truth is though, there actually have been some cases where it was proven lady`s nights were discriminatory so maybe he`s on to something. I don`t know. He is standing up for men everywhere.
(LAUGHTER)
HAMMER: Let`s move to the other big news we are breaking tonight. 42- year-old Jennifer Lopez`s romance with her 24-year-old backup dancer is heating up in the tropics. Casper Smart is the guy`s name. He`s been featured in J.Lo`s music videos. He has been on stage with J.Lo at the American Music Awards.
Well, we learned today that over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, they were hanging in Hawaii and doing some serious kanoodling (ph).
This is out next "Showbiz" flashpoint, J.Lo and her younger man, will it last? Jason, what do you think? I mean, I think the guy`s kind of got the cards stacked against him in a way.
DUNDAS: Well look, she likes backup dancers. Was it Chris Judd? She started as a backup dancer. Maybe she`s going to somewhere that feels like home for her. I mean, I don`t know if it is going to lasts. But for now it could just fill that void, that little transitional gap.
HAMMER: Yes. A lot of people are screaming rebound here. Jenn, what do you think? I like to be a romantic. I like to think positive about these things. What`s your thought?
HOBBY: it`s absolutely rebound A.J. She`s having fun. This guy is young. I`m sure he`s making her laugh. He`s hot as hot can be. And he`s hanging out showing off his abs with her in Hawaii. She`s having a great time. She`s not thinking about anything serious right now. She`s just relaxing. You know, she had a tough year. She deserves to have some eye candy by her side.
HAMMER: Yes. Wherever this is going, I`m glad she`s having a good time.
I want to move on to this next story because quite frankly, it might just blow you away.
Tonight, "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" has startling evidence the Kardashians are less popular than the Muppets, I tells you.
We asked in our "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" exclusive poll, who would you most like to spend the holidays with? The Kardashians, the Muppets, the cast of Twilight. The results came in late today. Six percent said the Kardashians, 80 percent said they want to spend the holidays with the Muppets, that`s the majority. And as you see 14 percent said the cast of Twilight. More people looking to hang out with Miss Piggy and Kermit and Kourtney, Kim and Khloe.
Jason, what does that say?
DUNDAS: I`m joining the 6 percent. If Lamar is coming, I get to play basketball with him. If Scott`s there, I can dress up in a three piece suit. I can have a laugh with Khloe. I can go to a red carpet with Kim. I mean, back in 2000 8, I hung out with the Kardashians in Australia and there were a lot of fun and I`m going to stick to them as I can.
HAMMER: Alright, so, I got your vote down as a late vote for the Kardashian.
Jason, Dundas, Jenn Hobby, thanks both. Thanks to both of you guys.
One star who is winning the Hollywood popularity contest right now, believe it or not, is Lindsay Lohan. "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT," revealing to you, why they now love Lindsay at the L.A. County Morgue.
Also, twilight medical mystery you got to know about before you see this film and the future of Batman, is it the end of an era? That story tops the buzz today.
Batman bombshell. Christian Bale has revealed he`s saying bye-bye to batman. Bale has just finished filming "the Dark Night Rises," his third sentence for super hero for director, Christopher Nolin (ph). The brand- new interview with the "Philippine Daily Inquirer," he`s admitting he`s quitting the character for good.
"I wrapped few days ago, so that will be the last time I`m taking that cowl (Batman hood) off. I believe that the whole production wrapped yesterday, so it`s all done. Everything`s finished. It`s me and Chris. That will be the end of that Batman era."
Bale`s final go-around as Gotham Chief crusader in "Dark Night Rises" hits theaters in July.
Twilight`s medical mystery. "Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 1" has just reportedly been blamed for triggers seizures among movie goers. ABC News is reporting that at least two seizures have occurred in theaters while viewers watched the intense birthing scene in the film.
Doctors refer to it as photosensitive epilepsy, seizures provoke by flashing light in visual patterns. Despite the medical mystery, "Breaking Dawn" still remains the number one movie in America ranking in $42 million in its second week out.
Lindsay over achieving. Lindsay Lohan has just been giving some gold stars at the morgue where she is doing court ordered community service. TMZ is reporting that Lohan is way ahead of schedule on finishing up her requirements. She`s apparently already reached 10 of the 12 shifts the judge ordered her to complete before December 14. Also tell the Web site that Lindsay`s morgue staff co-workers have only positive things to say about Lindsay`s work ethic.
That`s nice to hear. Alright, we move on now to a headline making "Showbiz" newsmaker interview with the great Mary J. Blige. When music is off from Lindsay Lohan.
This is "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" on HLN news and views.
It is time for the "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" news ticker. More stories from the "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" newsroom making news tonight.

(MUSIC VIDEO CLIP PLAYING)
HAMMER: There is the great Mary J. Blige. What a talent. She has just dropped her brand-new album "my life 2." You realize it has now been 17 years. Unbelievable, 17 years since the release of her first "my life." That was her breakthrough album. It`s a classic. If you don`t own it, buy it immediately while you`re buying the new one.
"SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" caught up with Mary J. Blige. She opened up to us about how she turned her life around after years of struggling a depression and addiction. Mary had some pretty tough talk for some of the young stars out there who are battling their own demons. You got to watch her advice for Lindsay Lohan.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
MARY J. BLIGE, SINGER: I come from pain. I come from poverty. I spoke up and I, you know, through my lyrics said I needed help. And you know spirit that came behind it was like I was sad and you know I needed help. Four million people responded to that album saying, Mary, wow, me too.
Why can`t Lindsay and so many people, you know, get it together? I mean, everyone`s afraid of the pain. That is in painful walk. Embarrassment is painful. It brings a tear to your eye when you have to walk down the red carpet with so much shame in you. You know, and I don`t care about being embarrassed or ashamed to ask for help. I was just ashamed being ashamed. I was just tiring of feeling that way. Five, six year ago, you know, I was like, wow, I deserve this because even sometimes when I get so many add feelings, I want to bury my head. But then, I hear somebody say, no, pick your head up. You earned this. Your walked the walk. You`re walking the walk.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: When Mary also reveals the "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" that she seriously considered suicide when she was at her lowest point in the mid-`90s. In fact, she thought she might be dead before she turns 30. I think it takes a real courage to be so open about your personal struggles. I give Mary a lot of credit. Have to believe a lot of younger stars can learn from Mary, the way she flipped her life around.
Time now to Nicolas Cage`s bizarre new role, why it may be what he is remembered for most.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
HAMMER: Tonight, I got to tell you this. Nicolas cage`s bizarre new role as a star of a Sorbian textbook. This was the cover of a 1998 biology book from Serbia of all places. The shot was clipped from the `90s movie "raising Arizona" which stars Cage and Holly Hunter, great movie. And she`s standing next to him with a baby. Their character stole in the movie. Who knows what this pick has to do with the actual content? But you have to admit it is pretty hilarious.
Now, according to foreign reports, the book`s graphics designer case the cover was an honest mistake. She claims it was pulled from the press years ago. (Inaudible).
That is it for "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT." Thanks for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer.
