Kardashian divorce dilemma. Kris Humphries reportedly refuses to divorce Kim Kardashian.

HAMMER: Now, Kris wants to legally erase their marriage. The showbiz flashpoint, should Kim grant her ex an annulment?
Demi`s new guy? Demi Moore spotted with a new man. But is this cougar really on the prowl just two weeks after she announced her split with Ashton? Showbiz dares to ask, is it time for Demi to start dating again?

HAMMER: Hello, I`m A.J. Hammer in New York with big news breaking tonight.
Never say divorce. You would think Kris Humphries would be willing to do anything to be rid of Kim Kardashian after she blindsided him with a divorce filing after just 72 days of botched up bliss. Well, almost anything. Because "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" is here to reveal that Kris is not going to roll over and play divorced. Oh, no.
Today "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" obtained the official court papers Kris filed in response to Kim`s divorce demand and he`s asking for their marriage to be annulled based on what he says was a marriage that was a fraud. Not a divorce, an annulment. As in, let the records officially show there was never a marriage.
And if Kim doesn`t cave, well, "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" can tell you that Kris may not be willing to go so easily.

HAMMER: Kim Kardashian, we got to tell you, as your temporary husband Kris Humphries gears up to fight your divorce petition, you can`t say you weren`t warned.
HUMPHRIES: You`re stuck with me forever. It`s going to take a lot to get rid of me.
HAMMER: Turns out Kris wasn`t joking. And today, there`s a new TMZ report that Kim is not going to be getting rid of Kris all that easily.
DAX HOLT, PRODUCER, TMZ: Kris Humphries is just fighting. He does not want this divorce. He wants to turn this into either an annulment or permanent legal separation.
HAMMER: Yes, it`s a Kardashian`s worst nightmare other than a broken nail.
KARDASHIAN: You just ruined my pedicure.
HAMMER: It`s the revenge of the scorned husband.
Today "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" obtained the annulment petition Kris Humphries filed with the L.A. superior court. In the section where Kris states the grounds for his annulment request he checked off fraud.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Mister and Misses Kris Humphries.
HAMMER: Humphreys reportedly feels Kim defrauded him into marrying her so she could get the big lucrative TV wedding. Kim filed for divorce just 72 days later. But even if Kris is OK with not being with Kim anymore, he`s not OK with getting divorced from her.
HOLT: Sources close to Kris are saying us that he is a very religious man. He has deeper feelings in religion. He does not want to have a divorce in his past and so he`s willing to go the annulment route.
HAMMER: Short story, if Kim gets the divorce she wants, the marriage would be over. If Kris gets the annulment, it would be like the marriage never happened. If Kris fails in the annulment attempt, he will put the anti- shocking backup plan.
HOLT: According to Kris` friend, basically this legal separation would be one option.
HAMMER: TMZ reports if Kris doesn`t get his desired annulment he`ll ask for a legal separation that would extend indefinitely. That would mean he`d never be able to get married again because he`d technically still be married to Kim.
HOLT: He does not want a divorce on his records. He`s going, look, if I get an annulment or if I get a legal separation for the rest of my life, at least it`s not a divorce.
HAMMER: But Kris may find that he has a better shot at winning the NBA MVP award then getting his marriage annulled on the basis of fraud.
DEBRA OPRI, ATTORNEY: To prove fraud, even an annulment, it`s very difficult burden of proof. It`s going to be a divorce. They`re not going to go through the hoops to prove in a trial fraud.
HAMMER: Even if Kris doesn`t win the annulment war with Kim, he`s winning a war of public opinion. "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" exclusive poll we asked our viewers, Kris Humphries calls marriage to Kim Kardashian a fraud. Whose side are you on? The result was extremely lopsided, 92 percent said they were on Kris` side. Only eight percent were on team Kim.
HOLT: This has been terrible for her image.
HAMMER: So, it looks like Kim Kardashian is finding dealing with a husband scorned can be a tricky thing. Because even if she didn`t quite mean what she said on their wedding day --
KARDASHIAN: Until death do us part.
HAMMER: -- it appears Kris Humphries did.
HUMPHRIES: You`re stuck with me forever.

HAMMER: It is just amazing. So would Kris Humphries really actually rather stay separated indefinitely from Kim rather than get a divorce? Really? No matter what, it sure looks like any hopes Kim may have had about a quick and painless divorce have certainly gone out the window at this point.
We me in New York, Bonnie Fuller, editor in chief of Hollywoodlife.com. Also with me to talk about this never ending Kardashian divorce drama, is real life soap opera star, it`s Sean Kanan from "the Young & the Restless." Great to see you, Sean. He`s also the author of the great book, "the Modern Gentlemen, cooking and entertaining with Sean Kana."
Well, here`s what`s cooking with the Kardashians tonight. The blame games going on here. And Bonnie, I read your very frank piece you posted on "the Huffington Post" where you basically say that it is Kim Kardashian`s fault that Kris Humphries is essentially turning what probably could have been a pretty simple process into a divorce battle.
BONNIE FULLER, EDITOR-IN-CHIEF, HOLLYWOODLIFE.COM: That`s right. Because really team Kardashian came out swinging.
First of all, he did feel blindsided by the divorce. You know, having your divorce papers put on a Web site before you`ve even seen them, I mean, that`s not the way to go if you want a nice divorce. And there`s been a constant barrage in the press of nasty things that have been said about Kris, blaming him in every different way for the split.
Now, I`m not saying that Kim`s responsible for that, but she need to tell her friends and people who knew her, you know, be nice. And she needs to, I think, say some much nicer, more reconciliatory things about Kris so he doesn`t feel so slammed.
HAMMER: I think if you look at the balance sheet of who is responsible here, it will weigh pretty heavily on Kim`s side. That`s just me.
Here`s what I think is going on. There`s no way Kim Kardashian is going to agree to have the marriage annulled. That is just not going to happen based on fraud as Kris wants because that really would be tantamount to her admitting the big TV wedding, that Kris was, you know, just for show and all that.
Kim has always said that wasn`t the case, that it wasn`t just for show, it wasn`t fraud. I know Kris has certainly been through a lot. I know he must be hurting.
But Sean, there is a part of me that feels like, you know what, Kris, drop the annulment talk. Give Kim the divorce that she wants so you can move on with your life. What do you think about that?
SEAN KANAN, ACTOR, THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS: A.J., this story to me is like being at a great buffet. I don`t know where to start with this train wreck.
First of all, is it me or this does this guy look kind of like Taylor Lautner got hit with a gamma ray? (Inaudible). Look, here`s the thing, you know, I get confused. I mean, the guy does not want to be divorced yet I guess, what, premarital sex and infidelity and all that other stuff is OK? So, for me it`s a little bit -- it`s a little difficult to juggle some of the hypocrisy going on.
HAMMER: Yes. I can definitely see where you`re coming from on that. But I think everybody just needs to move on. Don`t make this about egos. Just move on.
But I want to move on, myself. Because speaking of people who are hopefully moving on their lives, another star going through a high-profile split appears to be doing just that.
Now today, two weeks after Demi Moore announced her split from Ashton Kutcher, "Radar Online" reports that she`s dating another younger man, a skin care model, Scott Vincent Borba.
Now, despite that reports, there are a lot of accounts we`re getting indicating that these two are nothing but good friends. But that will get us thinking whether Demi is really - whether or not she is seeing this guy.
Our showbiz flashpoint is this. Is it time for Demi Moore to start dating again?
Bonnie, I say, you know what, go for it, Demi. If anything did happen in their marriage, which has not been confirmed, that might have caused this divorce, go have some fun, right?
FULLER: I`d say so. If she feels ready to date, go date. Listen, her ex, Ashton, he is already out there partying. He went thanksgiving weekend back to Iowa city, close to his hometown. He was out in bars getting swarmed by college girls. So, I think she needs to do whatever makes her feel good.
HAMMER: Yes. What do you make of that, Sean? To our showbiz flashpoint. Time for Demi Moore to start dating again?
KANAN: Yes, sure, go out there and have fun. I think that guy has terrific skin. Why not?
HAMMER: What about Kim Kardashian. You know, we`re talking about her. It`s too soon, right? That would be a huge mess. She needs to get this thing settled before she goes on.
FULLER: I say, definitely. She has to lay low. And I mean, Kris is hurting still. I think she`s got - she`s got to try and to be sensitive to his feelings. And I can understand why he`s not walking away yet. I mean, they were only married 72 days. Like you need 72 days and longer to get over --
KANAN: Yes. Just sort of process everything that has happened. Unbelievable.

Katy and Russell riled up. Katy Perry and Russell Brand are blasting back at reports that they`re breaking up. Katy hit Twitter to set the record straight once and for all that she and her man, Brand, are still happily married.
"First, I`m pregnant and then I`m divorced. What am I, `All My Children`?"
And in a new interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Russell laughs off the divorce talk.

Kim Kardashian gets the crown in both categories. That means when it comes to overall celebrities hunted for on the web Kim beat out Katy Perry, Jennifer Lopez, Lindsay Lohan and Jennifer Aniston.
Celebrities swapping wives. The brand new cast of "Celebrity Wife Swap" has just been review revealed. And "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" can tell you who will be trading spouses. Gary Busey and even Evangelical minister Ted Haggard switched wives. So, will Flava Flav and rocker Dee Snyder, wrestler Mick Foley and Antonio Sabato Junior trade with each other`s, too. Tracey Gold and Carnie Wilson get each other`s husbands. And Nisi Nash switches guys with "Family Ties" star Tina Yothers that all starts on Tuesday, January 3rd.
All right. I got to know, what`s it really like to swap out for husband for somebody else`s? We are about to find out. With me now, one of the stars of the new "wife swap" Tracey Gold, who is also hosting a fantastic brand new series on lifetime called "Starving Secrets." She also created and executive produces that. Great to see you, Tracey. Appreciate you being here.
TRACEY GOLD, HOST, STARVING SECRETS: Glad to be here.
HAMMER: And we`re going to talk about "Starving Secrets" in just a moment. It is just fascinating. But first, I got to find out about swapping out your husband, Robby. You did it with Carnie Wilson`s Rob in "Wives Swap." Robby Rob. They wanted to make it easy for you.
I know you taped the show already. I love that they brought celebrities in for this season. What for you is the most surprising thing about the whole experience?
GOLD: The whole thing was such a leap of faith. I mean, I had no idea what to expect, and I just -- I had a lot of fun. We shot it during the summer. So it felt like kind of a summer adventure for my family and my boys. And we had no idea who we were swapping with. So to get Carnie, I was relieved.
HAMMER: Well see, here`s the thing --
GOLD: To say the least.
HAMMER: I`m sure you have seen the show before when they did it without celebrities. You know there`s drama. You know people lead different lives and that`s where the drama comes from. It`s a great concept for a show. When they first approached you about it, were you a little hesitant or say yes right away?
GOLD: NO, no, no, no. It took a while. We did our homework to make sure our family was -- felt good about it and protected and all those things. I would have not just leaped in head first. I definitely -- I checked into it.
And thought long and hard about it. And it -- but we really -- we felt by the time that we said yes to it, we felt pretty comfortable with it. And we knew for ourselves there was not going to be drama on our end. We knew what our family was like and what we were going to bring to it, so we were comfortable with that.
HAMMER: I can`t wait to see it. I think it`s going to be absolutely fascinate.
GOLD: It`s good.

So I`m kind of happy people get to see it.

And tonight, starving secrets. Tracey Gold, of course, first marched into our homes and our hearts. As the tough, yet lovable Carol Seaver on "Growing Pains." Now, she`s all grown up.
What a road she`s been for Tracey. She`s been open with her past battle with eating disorders. And now, she`s using her own private pain to help other women and girls who are battling similar demons. Tracey stars in the new reality show that she created called "Starving Secrets" just debuted tonight on lifetime.
Tracey joining me right now from Hollywood to reveal her showbiz star secrets. It is excellent to see you, Tracey.
GOLD: Thank you, good to see you.
HAMMER: First of all, let me congratulate you on a terrific show. I think this sounds such a powerful message. I believe it`s going to make a difference to so many families. But you really had to put yourself out there. You had to reveal some truly intimate details of your own difficult past.
I know you`ve done that to a degree before. How hard was it to do that for this show?
GOLD: You know, I actually found it very healing. You know, any time that I`ve been given the opportunity to help other women, it makes me feel stronger and more resolved in my own recovery. You know, I kind of unwittingly became the poster child for eating disorders in the early `90s and something over the years I`ve embraced and help we stay strong and recover.
HAMMER: That`s nice to see and so incredible how you`ve come so far. It`s such a compelling story. And your being able to use your experiences to help others on the road to recovery is something everybody should be very proud of you for. I want to take a look at a very emotional moment from "Starving Secrets." Chris, can we see that?

GOLD: I`m on my way to meet Rivka, a 28-year-old chronic anorexic who is actually on the brink of starvation. 5`6" tall, Rivka weighs less than half her ideal body weight.
RIVKA, ANOREXIC: I saw the doctor and he don`t think I`m that healthy, but I think that I`m a lot healthier than he thinks.

HAMMER: There are going to be some really heartbreaking stories in this I`m sure. And you`ve got a lot of lessons to offer from your own experiences. But, what would you say is the main secret to your success that might help these or other women?
GOLD: Well, I think the secret to mine was really I was sick and tired of being sick. And I started to really fall in love with the idea of finding my voice and being able to help other people. And living a full life becoming a mother and a wife and having a career. And being heard, which I think so many people with eating disorders feel like they aren`t.
So, to find my voice was so powerful. I really do think these women opening up their stories, I think it`s going to be helpful for them. I think they`ll find what I have found. That you gain strength in helping other people. And I look forward to seeing their journey in that.
HAMMER: So much of it is so relatable. It`s so relatable. It`s a shared experience. It`s a shared understand of who you`re going through. Including the pressure that we know so many young women feel and you`ve said that you felt a lot of pressure to be thin at the very height of the popularity of "Growing Pains" when you were so young. Just how bad did it actually get for you back then?
GOLD: Well, I mean, obviously I felt extreme pressure and I got really sick when I was on "Growing Pains." I had put on, you know, I guess you would say the freshmen 15 even though I wasn`t in college. And I was, you know, told to go on a diet by the producers and I did.
And all of a sudden I got all these accolades, all these compliments and instead of making me feel better about myself, it did the opposite. It made me really start to doubt myself and really doubt the person I was before. Did I look that bad before?
And I became absolutely resolved that I would never, ever go back to that person who might be laughed at or made fun of again. And it just spiraled out of control to the point of where I ended up in a hospital and of the show. You know. It was awful.
HAMMER: As you were speaking, we`re taking a look at some of the images from you as a child star on "Growing Pains." Do you see those images now and does that because you pain when you do? Are you able to look back at that as a fond time in your life.
You know what, I look at it as a really fond time. And back then, the clips you were showing was before the anorexia when I was just really happy and having fun on "Growing Pains." Obviously to see some of the episodes where I start to get really thin and know what place I was in is very hard for me to watch. I mean, the last episode of "growing pains" I don`t think I`ve ever re-watched because that was in the height of, you know, my anorexia. And it`s difficult to watch.
But, you know, I think -- whenever you go through something and you`re stronger for it and come out the other end, that`s something to be proud of and own. And I do.
HAMMER: And I hope you do feel good about watching that one day knowing you`ve got past it all and will be able to handle it. But it brings up an interesting point because doing the show you`re doing now, I imagine you almost had to confront your past in the way, did that, as cathartic as the experience proved to be, did it give you any pause about taking on the project grow knowing that you are going to have to face some of the things you faced in someone`s (inaudible)?
GOLD: I think all the good that I thought I could do outweigh any fear that I had. And of course you know, you are going to anything. You don`t know how you are going to feel about it. But once I got into the process, I really understood this was going to be OK for me. That any interpretation or anything that I thought, would this be a trigger, am I going to be caught back up into this? Once I really started to be with these women and experience what they were going through, I did not want to go back there even in the slightest. And it just, once again, made me feel stronger.
HAMMER: Yes, just sounds like reinforce. Let`s take a look at your show where you`re really trying to get to the heart of one young woman`s struggle. Let`s roll that.

GOLD: How are you adjusting to your body changing?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m more uncomfortable with my body, but everything else is better. So this is worth it. It wasn`t like I was thrilled with my body before. So if everything is better and I`m just a little more uncomfortable with my body, for me that feels like an OK tradeoff.
GOLD: That`s a great way to look at it.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And with the hope that I will get more comfortable.
GOLD: You will.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: With time.
GOLD: And I can promise you that. I can absolutely promise you that. I know it`s not easy.

HAMMER: I have got to imagine this show is a real eye opener for so many people. Obviously you`ve been through it yourself. You`re coming from this place of experience. But I also imagine you have learned lessons from doing the show. What`s the biggest one?
GOLD: Well, I think the face of eating disorders. I looked at eating disorders and I know my experience. It was anorexia. I didn`t have extreme experience with other eating disorders. So to see these other women with bulimia and chronic overeating and knowing that they could all kind of overlap each other and the face of eating disorders is different than I think mainstream media thinks it is.
I think we think of, like, the college girl who loses weight and gets to, you know, a kind of skinny weight then gets better and they look at it like that. Not as the mom next door, you know, the person that you would never, ever think was sick. And they are. And they`re struggling secretly.
Now, I wanted to shed a light on that and open people`s eyes and say, it may be somebody suffering that you doesn`t know they`re suffering. And see it for what it is.

HAMMER: Welcome back to this special edition of "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT," "showbiz star secrets." I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. Darrell Hammond`s horror.
Former "SNL" funny man, Darrell Hammond is revealing his dark and disturbing past. I`m talking about a childhood of terror at the hands of his, own parents. So severe, it`s nearly unbelievable. I can tell you, this is one of the most candid and heartbreaking star interviews you will ever see. Here`s Darrell Hammond, unplugged.

HAMMOND: When I was a child, I was a victim of systemic and lengthy brutality. I mean, stabbing, beating, being electrocuted. Stuff like that. It was my mom.
My name is Darrell Hammond. I`m a former "SNL" cast member. Author of a new book "God If You`re Not Up There."
My dad never really bused me. He was a war vet that was haunted by dreams of Nazis and dismembered corpses and things that war vets go through. So, it was frightening to be around that, but he never really abused me.
On the other side, my mom did some things, which, you know, have cost me dearly. I think it started manifesting itself when I was 19 years old, you know? I think that`s the first time I ever cut myself and then over the years, you know, it became habitual.
I was never in a mental institution for a long time. I was in psych wards. Where I would go in and they go, is he going to kill himself, what`s wrong with him? You know, I was diagnosed with everything from schizophrenia and multiple personality and bipolar and all the things that doctors have traditionally -- the labels doctors have traditionally placed on people who are only really just trauma patients.
With me, I was on as many as seven medications at one time. I mean, these doctors really didn`t know what to do with me. All the shows that I did on "SNL," almost all of them, I was on this what I call soul killing drugs. But they`re not really soul killing. That`s not their purpose. The purpose is to stabilize a trauma patient. And that`s what they did enough so that I could go out there. I mean, performing with anthrax in the building is not nearly as difficult as performing in a home where you might get stabbed at night.
There was cutting backstage. I was once taken to a psych ward. In fact, the week that I did the gore debates, I believe I was taken away in a straight jacket. And there`s no way that you people know about that, but "SNL" is a place where if Lauren judges that you can hit the ball over the wall that night, then you`re going to go out and step up to the plate.
So I didn`t want to let Lauren down who, you know, I`m close to, but I didn`t want to -- and I didn`t want to make fun of a guy whose body, soul and voice were changed by combat.
This is why I had a hard time playing John McCain and didn`t want to play John McCain. You know, when my father was on his death bed and wanted me to play him, you know, he was on morphine and all these things and he didn`t realize what I would have to go through to do it.
I don`t think that he was aware. I think that he -- you know, he was a traveling salesman. He sold guns and fishing tackle. He drank all the time. Had nightmares nightly about Nazis. He was living in his own world of trauma and confusion over having killed so many people, and yet being proud of America and serving his country. He would not have allowed it if he knew it. You know, this all occurred when people weren`t around. You know, you don`t do things like this to people where there are witnesses.
Well, I mean, you can laugh about it with the right people. You can laugh about it in the nut house. You know, can laugh about it in the psych ward, some guy`s stands outside your door saying, I think bad things, mamma, I think bad things. You`re like, wow, really, this is how far I`ve come? I don`t feel ashamed for falling down because I got hit by a Mac truck, you know? The fact is I kept trying to get back up and then I did.
When she was on her death bed with cancer and she called me over and in her best southern accent said, you were always my little buddy, weren`t you, honey? And I looked at her and I went, my God. And didn`t say anything. And everyone in the room sort of looked at the floor because a moment of horrible discomfort had sort of blossomed into the room. And that`s when she won. On the other hand, you know, I began to realize that my mother had once been an innocent child. Someone had to do something to her to cause her to behave the way she behaved.
My mother died about 2 1/2 years ago, just a few months before my father died, in the same hospice. Even though they told him he had less than 36 hours to live, he wanted me to do "SNL" because President Obama was on -- or Barack Obama was on who might be the president and he thought that would be an honor. That I should do that.
So the night before, I did that, and the next morning I take like an early morning flight with my friend, Eddie. They had taken him of his morphine and so he wouldn`t die. And he turns my cap and goes, Eddie, son, I`ll see you somewhere on down the road. Then he goes, give me my morphine. You get out of here. That was the end.

The "Little House" bad girl Alison Arngrim and TV good girl Mary McDonough are all grown up now of course. And they are sharing their surprising star secrets with me. We`re talking good girl versus bad girl in an incredible "showbiz star secrets interview." Watch.

HAMMER: So, Mary, let me start with you. You were just 10 years old when you began with the "Walton`s." Now, in your book, "Lessons from the Mountain, what I learned from Erin Walton," here`s something you write that really struck me.
"Playing Erin made life off camera difficult. Everyone just expected me to be perfect little Erin. Mary became an adolescent battling depression, insomnia, body image issues and experimented with drugs."
Wow. I think everyone naturally assumed being a start playing a nice girl on TV kind meant only nice results for you in life. Where do you think things went wrong?
MARY MCDONOUGH, ERIN WALTON, THE WALTONS: Well, I think growing up in the industry is very, very different from how I was raised. I was born and raised in this Irish-catholic family and suddenly was plopped out of my life and on to the show.
But I think that everybody has difficulties growing up and other kids on other shows, whether they`re in real life or they`re on a show, it can be difficult. And I certainly felt some of those pressures along with the wild fun of being a Walton.
But there is, you know, I always say, like, maybe it would be better to be Alison and be evil -- no -- than it would be to have the pressures of being perfect all the time, to look perfect, act perfect, to get perfect grades.
HAMMER: Yes. A lot of pressure. Alison, I think the name of your book captured what people thought of you as nasty Nelly on "Little House on the Prairie." And I told you before how much I love the name of your book, it`s called "Confessions of a Prairie Bitch." And in this fine book you do reveal bombshells of your life off the TV show including some pretty remarkable things. Surviving incest and abuse in your own home. What happened?
ALISON ARNGRIM, NELLY, LITTLE HOUSE OT PRAIRIE: Well, like a lot of other people I was sexually abused as a child and for me being on "Little House on the Prairie" was a wonderful outlet. I mean, here I was in what was really a horrible environment as a young child, having to deal with the pressure of that and also when you`re that age you don`t know any better. You don`t tell. I mean, as you`ve seen on the news, these victims who come forward many, many years later. I didn`t tell anyone and I was keeping that secret and that burden for a very long time. And the environment of the set of "Little House" was a supportive environment and very nice people.
And Mary is right. I had an outlet. I got to yell and scream and be awful. And people didn`t hold me to standard perfection. People were amazed that I was a complete bitch and anything I did looked nice by comparison. And I have to admit it has given me an unfair advantage. And I`m grateful for it.
