Giuliana`s brave choice. Giuliana Rancic opens up about her startling revelation that she`s having a double mastectomy.

GIULIANA RANCIC, HOST, E! NEWS: I`m going to go ahead and move forward with a double mastectomy.

HAMMER: Tonight Giuliana reveals to "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" how she`s feeling now that her secret`s out. It`s a must-see interview.

HAMMER: Do you obviously have to learn how to win over your father, Donald Trump. What is the secret to doing that?

Plus, the Kardashians. The Gastineau Girls. The Braxtons. "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" blows the lid off all the big reality TV family secrets.

TV`s most provocative news show breaks news right now.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Hello. I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood. And we`ve got big news breaking tonight.

Alec`s apology aftermath. Alec Baldwin is still at the center of a firestorm after getting into that war of words on an airplane, a battle that of course ended with him getting kicked off the flight. Well, now Alec has issued a public apology of sorts. So you`d think that would be the end of it. Right? Oh, no.

Alec managed to include in his apology brand new swipes at the flight attendant and the airline. The big question tonight, did Alec`s apology only make matters worse?

Another big story breaking tonight. Could Ryan Seacrest possibly replace Matt Lauer on NBC`s "Today" show? That`s the big report that`s out there tonight. Ryan can do it all. We all know that. But would that be a good move?

Also tonight, Giuliana and Bill Rancic, a Hollywood power couple, now her revelation that she`s opting for a double mastectomy in her battle with breast cancer is inspiring an incredible wave of reaction throughout the nation.

With me tonight in Hollywood, reality TV star and the original trump apprentice, Bill Rancic and his amazing and lovely wife, E! News host, Giuliana Rancic. It is so great to see you both.

BILL RANCIC, STAR, STYLE NETWORK`S GIULIANA & BILL: Good to see you.

GIULIANA RANCIC: Good to see you, A.J.

HAMMER: So, we have a lot to talk about. And first do want to speak about you going public with such a personal story. We`ll get to that in just a moment. But first I have to get your take on this big fallout tonight from Alec Baldwin`s apology from that big airplane tiff.

We all know it got him booted off the plane. Alec got mad when a flight attendant asked him to turn off his phone when he was playing a game on it. Alec apparently had some pretty choice words for the flight attendant. The rest, in the now twitter history. Alec did apologize to the other passengers on the flight for holding them up but he didn`t leave it there.

In the same apology which went onto huffingtonpost.com, here`s what he wrote. "Most of the flight attendants I`ve encountered still have some remnant of the old idea of service, but there are many now who walk the aisles of an airplane with a whistle around their neck and a clipboard in their hands and they have made flying a greyhound bus experience."

Now, again, he did apologize. He said it was his fault for not shutting his phone off. But Giuliana, do you think like so many people he just made matters worse by ranting about the flight attendant and not just stopping with I`m sorry?

GIULIANA RANCIC: Yes. He should stop while he`s ahead. But the truth is it is so frustrating. Especially for a guy who travels that much. And it is true. I mean, it`s unbelievable. You pay a lot of money to fly these days. So, all we want is just a little decency and respect from some of these flight attendants. You know, it`s a pretty good gig they`ve got. And it`s just -- I feel it all the time. I fly every week. Bill flies three times a week. And there are certain airlines that you can tell the flight attendants are just a lot happier, and it just makes the experience so much more pleasant. So I totally see why he got very frustrated and why he won`t stop speaking. But at the same time, it`s just like let`s end this and let`s put it behind us.

HAMMER: Yes. You know, the way I look at it, rules are the rules. Even if other people were breaking them, I`m very rule favoring. What do you think, Bill? As someone who flies three times a week.

BILL RANCIC: I mean, I understand his frustration and most of the flight attendants I come into contact with are very pleasant, they`re very lovely. But occasionally you do get the exception and someone who is a little bit militant in the way they run the cabin. And he probably shouldn`t have reacted the way he did, but I`ve been there. And you know. I get it.

HAMMER: I`m guessing lesson learned and he`ll never do that again. In fact, he said he`ll never do that again.

Let me move on to some reports about your good friend Ryan Seacrest. They`re saying that he may replace "Today show" host Matt Lauer when Matt`s contract ends next year. "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" can confirm Matt is in talks with NBC. The reps wouldn`t comment on the Lauer report.

Personally, I can`t imagine the "Today" show without Matt Lauer. I am betting they`re going to work out his contract. But Giuliana, what do you think? Would Ryan be a good fit? Would it be a good move for him?

GIULIANA RANCIC: I mean there`s not much Seacrest can`t do. Let`s be honest. He`s excellent at what he does. But you know it would be strange to see the "Today" show without Matt Lauer. But if anyone were to replace him, I think Ryan actually is a pretty good option.

But it`s hard. I mean, I love both of them. I`m very faithful to the "Today" show, and of course I work with Ryan every night. So I love Ryan. But I don`t know. Maybe Matt could do like the first couple of hours, Ryan could do the last couple of hours. We could figure something out.

But yes, I agree with you. I`m not so sure Matt`s going anywhere anytime soon. But if one day he does go I could see why they`re looking at Seacrest. Because Seacrest is amazing at what he does. He`s incredible.

HAMMER: He is incredible. I do believe he can do anything. On the other hand, I`m having a hard time picturing him with big breaking news coming out of Egypt. It`s just -- I don`t know. I`m sure he`d figure it out.

BILL RANCIC: He`s smarter than you think.

HAMMER: No, no. Trust me. I understand how smart he is. I`m not taking anything away from that.

Giuliana, I want to get now to your very personal story. You`ve been so candid and so open and so inspiring on your reality show, talking all about your struggle to have a baby. Then we heard you bravely reveal that you have breast cancer. And now you`ve shared your decision to have a double mastectomy. I know you`re used to living your life publicly. But I do have to wonder, was there any hesitation with being this open about it?

GIULIANA RANCIC: God. You know, I`ve got to be honest. I never intended to be open about my life ever. You know, the IVF, the -- I had a miscarriage. I mean, the way I think it all came up was just doing the reality show we had to stay true to the show. There are so many fake reality shows these days. And we were actually trying to make a real reality show. And that happened to have some ups and downs. And so, I went public first with trying to get pregnant, and I got such amazing feedback from women saying thank you, I feel less alone.

And so, when breast cancer came up, I definitely had an option to keep it private, but then I felt, you know, we have such an amazing platform with what we do, and why not? Why not take this opportunity right now to tell women to go get checked, to look out for themselves? If it can happen to me, at 36 I was diagnosed, it can happen to anyone. So for me, I just felt like it was my responsibility and something that I love doing because it`s truly helping women and for me that means the world to me.

HAMMER: Yes, I think the dividends are clearly there. It`s had a huge payoff. But I know it`s been tough, too. And Bill, you`ve been right there by Giuliana`s side through all of it. I`ve got to imagine it`s been super challenging for you as well. Was there a part of you at first that maybe wanted to keep it under wraps? I understand it truly turned out to be a good thing, but it is so personal.

BILL RANCIC: No. I think the one thing Giuliana and I have always done is we`ve always tried to take negatives in our lives and make them a positive. And this is certainly an example of that. It`s a situation that`s unfortunate. I wish it wasn`t something that we had to go through. But if we can help other people in the process, and we have, we`ve made a tremendous difference, we get e-mails and tweets and facebook from so many people saying I`m going in for my first mammogram or my wife finally scheduled her first mammogram, thank you so much. It`s worth it.

HAMMER: And now you get a fun distraction on New Year`s Eve, you guys are heading off to do the Nivea kiss platform. Giuliana, what is the best part of doing that? I know you have to be excited for that.

GIULIANA RANCIC: Making out with Bill. Are you kidding me? No, but you know what, A.J., I`m excited because it gives me something to look forward to. I`m going into surgery next week. So, I`ll make a full recovery by New Year`s Eve. This New Year`s Eve is going to be more important to me than any New Year`s Eve. And Bill as well. We`re truly bringing in a new year, new opportunities, and putting all this stuff behind us that we`ve been going through. So it`s just a great opportunity to just start fresh.

BILL RANCIC: And the great thing is we`re bringing another couple whose had some trying times. We went out and had a contest over the last couple months, and we found a very deserving couple who`s going to be joining us on the platform.

HAMMER: Great. And listen, my hat`s off to you, and I know you have our support and the support of really the entire nation in what you`re doing and putting out there, and I wish you nothing but the best. And, happy New Year! Bill and Giuliana Rancic. Have a great time hosting the Nivea kiss platform New Year`s Eve in Times Square.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back to "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT." I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood.

And this Sunday I am hosting "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" at CNN heroes. This is our live red carpet preshow to the star-studded "heroes" event. And tonight we want to take a look back at a past CNN hero.

Back in 2008 actress Holly Robinson Peete was deeply moved by the work of top ten heroes, Carolyn Lecroy who helps incarcerated parents stay in touch with their children through videotaped message. Caroline`s non-profit recently expanded to California and Holly joined her on her very first visit to a maximum security prison. Here`s our showbiz heroes tribute to Carolyn Lecroy.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HOLLY ROBINSON PEETE, ACTRESS: When I was involved with "heroes" in 2008, Caroline`s messages project just touched my heart. When you think about the people in this world that need help the last people on that list are the children of incarcerated parents. That to me is why I`m coming out here today.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Approaching destination on the left.

PEETE: So since I met you in 2008, how many institutions have you been able to bring the messages project to?

CAROLYN LECROY, HEROES HONOREE, 2008: When we received the award, we were doing six prisons just in Virginia. We have institutions now in Nebraska, in Oklahoma and Missouri.

PEETE: So, what are the total numbers of messages delivered by the messages project now?

LECROY: We`re right at 9,000.

PEETE: Wow. That`s a lot of children that have this opportunity.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Gate, please.

PEETE: So tell me about this facility.

LECROY: This is a maximum security prison. And it is the pilot for California.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Thanks.

LECROY: Good morning. How are you? I`m Carolyn. Just talk from your heart. We`re going to give you a signal.

PEETE: Are we ready to roll? Here we go.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Hi, kids. I know that you`re angry with me. And you should be angry with me. The difficulties that you`ve faced over the years, that`s my fault. Hold on a second.

PEETE: You could see that sadness, that guilt that they had for whatever decision they made that has impacted their children their entire lives.

LECROY: When you set these fathers down in front of that camera, they`re dad.

PEETE: I felt like I was in a room with some men that were desperate to convey to their children that they loved them. I can`t imagine with all the things going on in these children`s lives what this means to them. On behalf of all of them, thank you so much.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: That is CNN past hero Carolyn Lecroy with Hollywood actress Holly Peete.

Radcliff was joined on "Entertainment Weekly`s" list by superstar singer Adele and "X-men" actor Hugh Jackman. You can check out the full list on newsstands tomorrow.

Well, Kim Kardashian was not named to E.W.`s entertainer of the year list, but the showbiz on call phone lines have not stopped ringing with a lot of people calling in about her divorce drama with Kris Humphries. We got this call on the showbiz on call from Olga in California. Olga wanted to show her support for Kris.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

OLGA, CALLER, CALIFORNIA: I believe that he was used for monetary reasons and all those women on the show act like spoiled babies if they don`t get their way.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Thanks, Olga. We also hear from Jessica calling in to showbiz on call. She thinks Kim is getting a bad rap. Listen to this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JESSICA, CALLER: I think Kim Kardashian is a great woman and I think Kris Humphries married Kim Kardashian just to get fame off of her and her fortune as well. Kim Kardashian keep doing your thing, girl, and don`t look at the haters.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Welcome to this special edition of "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT," "showbiz reality secrets: family frenzy." I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood.

And tonight we`ve got the secrets behind the best and the worst of reality TV families.

From the Kardashians to the duggars, the break-ups, the breakdowns, the make-ups, the make-outs. How much of the madness is real?

With me in Hollywood tonight, reality TV insiders Lisa and Brittany Gastineau, former stars of course the E! reality series "the Gastineau Girls." They`re now designers for Gastineau Glamour Jewelry on hsn.com and treglam.com. It`s so good to have both of you here tonight.

I mean, we`re talking true family reality TV insiders. This is very special for us. So many great family TV reality shows have happened in the past. We`ve seen of course -- well, we saw your show, the Kardashians, the Hogan`s, the Braxton`s. That`s just naming a few.

But for some reason these Kardashians, they have exploded above and beyond everybody else. Obviously, it seems like they`re not done yet. There`s much more to come from them. What do you think, Lisa, is the success to their -- or the secret to their reality success?

LISA GASTINEAU, FORMER STAR, THE GASTINEAU GIRLS: Well, I think that the fact they`re all really easy on the eye camera wise and there are so many of them, and then there`s excitement with the professional athletes. There are so many elements to it that, you know, you can`t be bored.

HAMMER: There`s obviously something about family dynamics that is so relatable and makes good TV. The confrontations. You have the breakdowns, the name-calling. And we dug into the "showbiz" archives for this dramatic moment from one of the true original reality TV families, the Osborne`s. Let`s watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s really disgusting. What the (bleep) is your deal?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I have an opinion and I just don`t think that it`s an attractive thing.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I think you`re nuts.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Me?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And what are you, (bleep) sane?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No, I just think you`re out of your mind.

HAMMER: And obviously, some of it is sometimes uncomfortable to watch, as we well know. Brittany, do you think, though, having the cameras there just ramps up the already built-in drama and tends to pile it on?

BRITTNY GASTINEAU, FORMER STAR, THE GASTINEAU GIRLS: Yes, I think so. I think when you have cameras around you, like I know when we were filming, New Year`s Eve in Aspen. And I wanted to go with my friends but we had to go to -- the crew was filming us at another party. And I was so angry. And you have all these people in your face, and you have an obligation to go somewhere else and you kind of just want to live your life. I was 21 and I just wanted to, you know, do my -- what a 21-year-old wanted to do. And you know, I got crazy, and my mom and I were fighting and --

LISA GASTINEAU: In fairness, we`re there to do a job.

HAMMER: Well, that`s it.

LISA GASTINEAU: The good part of reality is when you actually forget that the cameras are there. Then you`re doing it well. But then the reality is you are being paid to do something. It`s a TV show. So you have an obligation to honor your agreement.

HAMMER: Yes, you have a production to honor. You want people to tune in to watch. And we also know that -- and we`ve talked about this before -- drama is what a lot of people are tuning in for better or worse. Have there been times, then, where perhaps producers have come to you, Lisa, and said you know what, could you step it up a little bit, and maybe ask you to do things that you ordinarily wouldn`t do?

LISA GASTINEAU: Of course.

BRITTNY GASTINEAU: You really didn`t have to do that a lot with us, though. There was always drama with us. You should have caught us this morning.

HAMMER: Really? Were the cameras rolling?

LISA GASTINEAU: No, no cameras. We just disagree. I mean, we --

HAMMER: But what`s an example of something that perhaps you were asked to do that wouldn`t be something you`d do ordinarily?

LISA GASTINEAU: Well, it usually involves something with a man in our lives. And you know, we both -- we were silly enough to think that we could keep our private lives private. And you can`t. Reality TV --

LISA GASTINEAU: Anyone who goes in with an illusion that they`re going to put on a different persona than who they really are or keep things secret, it doesn`t work.

LISA GASTINEAU: Well, there has got to be a frenzy going on with the family in the ever-expanding duggar household. You guys have seen them. It`s a very different kind of drama that plays out in this family, though. Let`s take a look at that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Hello, Doctor Murphy. Hey, this is Jim Bob. Hey, we`ve got -- Johanna Broke out with chicken pox a couple weeks ago, and now we have 11 more broke out.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: You know, obviously, some people are just outraged over the size of that family. I think they`re proving that there can be a happy family on television without all of the drama going on. What do you think the secret is to be able to keep the family drama in check when the cameras are rolling because that`s got to be tough?

LISA GASTINEAU: Respect. Respect. Because you are so tempted to push the envelope. You have producers prodding you. And I`m not saying reality TV isn`t real. It is real. But it`s amplified. You have this -- you know, you`re just -- it`s amazing when you put a boom and microphones and cameras around people, things come out that ordinarily wouldn`t come out.

HAMMER: Sure.

LISA GASTINEAU: I mean, I`ve had lunches with girlfriends that were, you know, normally mild-mannered, happily, you know, married and the things coming out of their mouths I was wondering if it`s Tourette`s, like their husbands are going to kill me when this is all over.

HAMMER: What about keeping the family drama in check, working so closely with other family members?

BRITTNY GASTINEAU: I think you have to have it. If you don`t have it -- and that`s what I think makes family reality shows successful at the end of the day, is like you have to remember you`re still a family and you can`t let the cameras get involved or the TV show get involved in. That`s why I think my mom and I had two seasons of a show. We are business partners. And that`s -- at the end of the day we know that. This is my mom. We have this crazy life. We fight every single day. This is normal. This is usual. People who are getting to see this, we`re not normal. We`re not your typical mother and daughter. But also it`s intriguing to see, you know, I guess people think it`s intriguing to see my mom dating younger guys than me. I don`t know - just you know.

HAMMER: We always see on various family reality shows or any real shows people doing wild things, crazy things, again, back to things maybe they wouldn`t ordinarily do, but what I often get is an answer from a lot of people as well, they edited it in a way to make me look bad, to make it look like I was saying something bad. For me at the end of the day if you said it or you did it you`ve got to own it.

LISA GASTINEAU: When it flows, you`re like -- OK. I said it.

HAMMER: So Lisa, you had a chance to watch yourself on this show for two seasons. So, I imagine that was very educational. Was there anything that you can own up to me right now that you watched it and you said, wow, for the sake of my family I wish I hadn`t done that?

LISA GASTINEAU: No. Because we went in this knowing -- you know, we -- people who watch us, they think that these explosive arguments are really real. And that`s how we talk. We`re from this crazy dramatic family. And people would be scared to death being with us. They think all hell is breaking loose. Oh no, we`re fine. We`re like screaming and yelling but all right --

BRITTNY GASTINEAU: We look at each other and we`ll be like oh, mom, so what time are we going to --

LISA GASTINEAU: I am a drama queen. But we`re different that way.

HAMMER: Well, we`ve seen a lot of reality TV families be driven apart. And a lot of people say, well, there must have been problems there to begin with and it was only amplified by the fact there were cameras there.

BRITTNY GASTINEAU: I agree with that.

At the same time you guys are obviously very close. You have this wonderful relationship we`ve all gotten to see. Would you say, Brittny, in a way working on a show together brought you guys even closer together?

BRITTNY GASTINEAU: Yes, because we became business partners. At the end of the day we may have drove each other crazy even more. But you know. It definitely brought us together closer. I think, definitely.

LISA GASTINEAU: There`s a bond. You know, its like -- like being in a school play. Remember, you`re a cast member. There`s that camaraderie when you work together and you live together. I mean, and a few of -- there are people that don`t have a strong bond.

HAMMER: The family secret is you have to have that bond --

LISA GASTINEAU: You`ve got to have it.

HAMMER: Great to see you guys and have you both. Brittny, Lisa, I appreciate it. Thank you so much.

And we must move on now to secrets from a Trump. Well, the Donald`s got almost all of his kids working by his side on the "the Apprentice," what`s that like?

Donald`s daughter, Ivanka Trump, revealing to me the secret to winning over her dad. Also, five Braxton sisters in one show?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Let me hear your radio voice.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Get your ass. Get your ass up!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Tamar. Golly jeepers alive. Always has a sense of me! Me! Me! Me!

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Five famous sisters, one red-hot spotlight. How do the Braxton`s live life on TV? Trina and Tamar Braxton right here with their reality family secrets.

This is a special edition of "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT," "showbiz reality secrets: family frenzy."

All right, you remember this Kardashian clash?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Are you even going to acknowledge me and say hi or anything?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Hi.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So sincere. Bye.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Who are you to step in and tell somebody when to be project manager? Who are you?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I didn`t --

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Who are you? I will take you down while the rest of these girls will look at you and be scared. I`m the girl that`s not scared of you.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: You know "Celebrity Apprentice" isn`t just about watching stars go at it for their charities. It`s also a family affair for Donald trump. And tonight you won`t believe the reality secret his daughter Ivanka revealed to me.

Welcome back to this special edition of "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT," "showbiz reality secrets: family frenzy." I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood. And it`s all in the family.

For the Trumps, I am here to tell you the Donald is not the only Trump who is tough and ready to take on the best in the boardroom. His daughter Ivanka sits right by her dad`s side on "Celebrity Apprentice."

So I`m thinking, who better to reveal the secrets of working with Donald trump than her? I went one on one with Ivanka, and I got her to reveal some inside secrets to working with her famous father on "celebrity apprentice."

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

IVANKA TRUMP, HOST, CELEBRITY APPRENTICE: For me personally, I love watching these people, who are bona fide successes in their various fields, be confronted with challenges that are so outside of the realm of things that they have tackled before --

HAMMER: Sure.

TRUMP: -- and seeing how they use their skill set to overcome that. I find it fascinating.

HAMMER: But what they`re also good at doing, I noticed is you obviously have to find a way to win over your father Donald trump. What is the secret of doing that?

TRUMP: Well, a lot it is reading cues. Just like anything else I`m always shocked by how many people in the boardroom will do the same thing over and over and over that makes my father semi irate. And you know, he will let them know and they continue not to adjust their personality accordingly. So it is, you know, it is a game in that regard. And some people just don`t seem to pick up on things.

HAMMER: One of the smartest things somebody`s ever done, Piers Morgan said, I read all of his book before I went on the show to make sure I could feed into that stuff he likes to hear about.

You know, there was so much drama at the end of last season when your dad was sort of mulling over his possible run for the White House. And he`s kind of bowed out of that, poked back into it a little bit. But now that the presidential race is in such turmoil, do you see him possibly jumping back in or has he said to you no way, I`m just not going to do it?

TRUMP: Well, there`s only one potential candidate out there that I could throw my vote behind, and that would be him. So, you know, I wish he would run. I understand that it takes a lot to do that. You know, psychologically, emotionally, work-wise. He`s got a lot on his plate. And other endeavors. But I do think he would be an amazing candidate and an amazing president.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Yes, spoken like a true trump off the old block. Former "the Apprentice" Martha Stewart and star Bethenny Frankel is no stranger to reality TV. Of course, listen to this list. She went from "the Apprentice," to "the Real Housewives of New York." She got her own spinoff called "Bethenny Getting Married" and then "Bethenny ever after." Watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BETHENNY FRANKEL, REALITY TV STAR: The bathrooms are exactly where the guests are. In order for me to pee I have to walk through the guests in my wedding dress which is what we`ve tried to avoid the entire time. I can`t walk through the guests, hey, everybody, just stop to the loom. Just let me lift my leg and then walk down the aisle. I just can`t go pee.

Pee in a bucket.

Pee in a bucket at my wedding? That`s so sleazy. I`m peeing in a bucket. I`m not the girl who wants to pee on the side of the road at my wedding.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: So, you would see that and think that after getting married and having a baby on TV you`d think that Bethenny would want to continue to share her and her families` lives with all of us.

Well, that may not be the case. Listen to what Bethenny told "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" about having her daughter on reality TV.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

FRANKEL: I don`t know that I want my baby to be on reality TV anymore.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Enough is enough, huh? For now?

FRANKEL: Enough is enough for now, especially for her. She didn`t make this choice. You know. She`s going to be a powerful woman on her own, hopefully. Or she may be an artist, whatever she wants to do. She may want to use crayons and color for the rest of her life, and that`s fine with me. That`s why I did all this. But I don`t want her to be forced into choice that`s she didn`t make. And that`s what being on reality television is for her now.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes, look at that. I guess we won`t be seeing a show called "Bethenny`s Kid Goes to Kindergarten" anytime soon.

Well, one family that certainly doesn`t mind living their lives on TV, are the Braxton`s. They are a family of super talented singers. And when the cameras roll for their hit reality series "Braxton Family Values," these sisters expose it all. "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s" Carlos Diaz asked reality star sisters Tamar and Trina Braxton if there`s anything at all that`s off limits on their show.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

TAMAR BRAXTON, STAR, BRAXTON FAMILY VALUES: If something is not supposed to be discussed, they definitely don`t tell me because I`m the person who calls everybody out. So you know they kind of keep me mum about the situations that they have that they want to keep a secret.

CARLOS DIAZ, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT HOST: But I mean, it`s kind of a paradox because for your show to be successful you`ve got to be real but in order to be real sometimes you`ve got to reveal things on camera, to both you guys, has there ever been a situation where you went oh, man, I can`t believe we just said that on camera?

TRINA BRAXTON, STAR, BRAXTON FAMILY VALUES: Well, honestly, I never knew my mug shot was going to be shown from my dui.

TAMAR BRAXTON: And my wig was going to be snatched off. Bring a comb.

DIAZ: What`s worse, the mug shot or the headless -- the wigless head?

TRINA BRAXTON: Both.

TAMAR BRAXTON: I think the wigless head because she didn`t come her hair for a couple days and you make sure you comb your hair, girls.

DIAZ: There you go. See, comb your hair. Now, no one will ever accuse you guys of holding back. I mean seriously, on your show which loves, you guys are all out there. Let`s watch some of this action.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Me to fill in for the morning show.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Where?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: On Chicago.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Chicago.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Let me hear your radio voice.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Get your ass up.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You put GPS on my phone. You put a tracker on my phone! That`s not OK, Gabe.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. Do you --

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I don`t do that to you. I`ve never checked your messages. I didn`t hack into your stuff like you did me. And (bleep) you and (bleep) your couch and (bleep) that horse you that just rode up in on because that`s some bull (bleep) right there, Gabe.

DIAZ: How do you make your voice beep that high? That`s amazing how you guys do that. Trina, when Tamar`s pushing ahead with her solo act and you`re juggling so much at home, the cameras are capturing every twist and turn in your lives, what`s your secret for keeping your family together despite all that drama that surrounds you guys?

TRINA BRAXTON: We don`t live together. I can`t live with my sisters. I think because we don`t live together we actually enjoy seeing each other outside of our work element.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Time apart. It works every time.

Moving now to the big "Top Model" finale.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BANKS: America`s next top model is -- Lisa.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Lisa wins. But what the heck happened to Angelea? One of the top three contestants just disappears from the "America`s next top model" finale. What happened? I asked the winners, Lisa D`Amato next. This is a special edition of showbiz reality secrets.

Rapper T.I. reveals to me how he balances family and work on his VH1 docu- series "T.I. and Tiny, the family hustle."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

T.I., STAR, T.I. AND TINY, THE FAMILY HUSTLE: How we interact as a family and overcome obstacles as a family, how close we are, how I manage to have days like today but still make it to, you know, the father-daughter breakfast that I`m going to with my daughter.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: All-star secrets. Tonight, there is a shroud of mystery over one of the biggest finales on "America`s top model" ever. Millions of people were watching as Tyra Banks crowned Lisa D`Amato, the first ever winner of "America`s Next Top Model All-Stars." She beat out two other all-stars, Angelea Pressman and Angela Harvard. In the end, it was Lisa who came out on top (inaudible).

Joining me in Hollywood, Lisa D`Amato, winner of "America`s Next Top Model." How excited are you?

First of all, congratulations! How excited are you?

LISA D`AMATO, WINNER, AMERICA`S NEXT TOP MODEL ALL-STAR: I`m so stoked that it`s actually out and I don`t have to keep it a secret anymore and it`s amazing. I cannot wait.

HAMMER: There still is all this mystery. I want to talk about your big win, obviously, but let`s talk about this mystery. All of a sudden last night everybody is buzzing about the fact that Angelea disappeared from the competition. Let`s take a look at how the judges explained what happened.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BANKS: We`re here for a special finale that`s being conducted under unusual circumstances.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes. It turns out that after shooting was wrapped our production team and the network learned information about from Angelea that disqualifies her from the competition. We`re now going to do our final judging with the remaining two girls.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. That left everybody a little confused.

D`AMATO: Yes.

HAMMER: Now, help me out here, Lisa. There were reports that maybe she won, maybe she had leaked information on her facebook page, they reshot some scenes, so people thought, oh, maybe she was going to be announced the winner, taking nothing away from you, of course. But can you clear up what happened?

D`AMATO: I actually don`t know, either. I think it`s all speculation and its rumors that just get built up just like in high school. It just happens. And if you find out, let me know. Honestly. It`s interesting, though, because I don`t even know. But like on the show it`s a competition. And girls drop like flies before lunch. Like that`s how it goes. So we`re all just used to that. And --

HAMMER: And one of the secrets to being on any reality show is typically they have you sign things that say you will not disclose any information until the final show has aired and then you`re free to basically come on here and talk about it.

D`AMATO: Yes. Absolutely. I will talk about whatever if you can just double the money.

HAMMER: There you go.

D`AMATO: Then we`ll negotiate. Just kidding.

HAMMER: You`re out of luck with me. But ultimately you won fair and square, hands down. You sang. You flew and swam your way into the finale. How great is this moment for you?

D`AMATO: It`s incredible. I`m from Los Angeles. So you know, people are constantly getting rewarded for taboo and selling out or, you know, scandal. So for me personally constantly being in this industry and working my butt off and being genuine to myself, it means so much. It`s like validation that if you stay true and genuine that hard work can prosper.

And for this opportunity in general, for the all-stars, you know, it was preparation meets opportunity. This is what I`ve been doing my whole life, and I`m not going to stop.

HAMMER: Well, good for you and congratulations again. And I know it also provides you with a great platform to help people. And I think that`s more important than any of it. Lisa D`Amato, congratulations on winning "America`s next top model all-stars."

D`AMATO: Yehey!

HAMMER: Good for you.

D`AMATO: Whoo!

HAMMER: Well, that is it for "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT." Thank you so much for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in Hollywood. And this has been a special edition of "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT," "showbiz reality star secrets." Have a good night.
