A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Hello, I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. Tonight, Hollywood`s explosive celebration after President Obama becomes the first sitting president ever to support gay marriage.
Well, the president is at George Clooney`s house at this very moment. And megastars Cyndi Lauper and Clay Aiken are right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.
Also tonight, Travolta turmoil. Is there brand-new evidence that John Travolta could not have possibly assaulted a male massage therapist? And what the attorney of the accusers just told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Hello, I`m A.J. Hammer. And I can tell you, right now, at this very moment, there is little doubt that President Obama`s gay marriage bombshell is the talk of one of the most exclusive and single biggest Hollywood fundraisers for a president ever.
It`s happening tonight right now at George Clooney`s home in Los Angeles, and the president is right there.

BARACK OBAMA, UNITED STATES PRESIDENT: For me, personally, it is important for me to go ahead and affirm that I think same sex couples should be able to get married.

HAMMER: That was President Obama telling ABC News he now supports gay marriage becoming the first president in American history to ever do so.
With us tonight, two of Hollywood`s most outspoken stars in support of gay marriage, Clay Aiken, who is openly gay and starring on this season of "Celebrity Apprentice." Clay`s new album, "Steadfast," is out right now, and he is with us tonight from Raleigh, North Carolina.
And Cyndi Lauper is in Washington tonight. Cyndi was on "Celebrity Apprentice" two years ago to raise money for her True Colors fund and was in Washington talking about her work with young people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered through her Give a Damn Foundation.
Clay, let me start with you. Where were you when you heard that Obama had come out in support of gay marriage? And what went through your head at that moment?
CLAY AIKEN, SINGER: I was right here in North Carolina. And you know, I mean, the primary feeling is just joy. I think so many people have waited so long for the president to speak out on this issue and to come on to the right side of history.
And being from North Carolina, we had really had a tough day, Tuesday, with the passage of a marriage amendment here in North Carolina.
And to have the president speak out against that type of hatred and speak out for same sex marriage really was a nice way to kind of end a pretty bad day. So it was nice to see that he spoke out.
HAMMER: Oh, yes. You know, Clay, I wasn`t really surprised to see that Bristol Palin came out swinging today against the president.
Let me read a bit of what she wrote on her blog, "While it`s great to listen to your kids` ideas, there`s also a time when dads need to be dads."
"In this case, it would have been helpful for him to explain to Malia and Sasha that while her friends` parents are no doubt lovely people, that`s not a reason to change thousands of years of thinking about marriage," responding to the fact that Sasha and Malia have some friends with gay parents and they don`t feel that people should be treated any differently.
Their friends should be treated - or their friends` parents should be treated any differently. What do you say to Bristol after a comment like that?
AIKEN: Well, I hardly think Bristol Palin is the person to be a spokesperson for parenting and marriage, and so I don`t really have too much of a response to her.
I think, you know, obviously - I think President Obama of course made a decision that a lot of people would have made. I understand the evolution of thinking about this.
You know, I come from an area, I come from a family and have surrounded myself my entire life with people who have had to evolve on it, my mother being one of them.
Really, knowing someone who is affected by this law is really the primary reason that a lot of people kind of come to the right side of history.
And President Obama stated that his kids both had friends who had same sex parents. You know, that`s the thing that really kind of I think sticks in the craw, so to speak, of many folks who are passionate about equality, is that same sex marriage only affects LGBT individuals, you know.
Those people who are the same sex who want to get married are the only people who are affected. Bristol Palin is not affected by whether or not I want to get married to someone. Bristol Palin and straight couples are not affected by same sex marriage at all.
But President Obama`s kids, Sasha and Malia, are affected by it because they see their friends who have same sex parents. And they don`t understand why they wouldn`t be allowed to get married.
And I completely understand President Obama`s position, how he evolved on it, because he didn`t want to have to explain to his kids that certain people aren`t afforded the same rights as everybody else.
HAMMER: Well, perhaps we can allow for the fact that maybe one day Bristol will evolve as well. Clay, it`s always good to see you. Thanks so much.
I want to bring in Cyndi Lauper from Washington tonight. Cyndi, great to see you. You`ve got to tell me what went through your mind when you first heard the news that the first ever sitting president said he supports same sex marriage.
CYNDI LAUPER, SINGER: We all cried a little. You know, it`s a wonderful thing that he`s a very human fellow. And people evolve, and it was great to see the evolution of this guy.
But it`s nice to know that our president believes in equality and understands what prejudice can do to people. And it`s more than prejudice, you know.
It`s a lack of civil rights, basically. It gives me hope that people will open their hearts a little and look at the people around them and understand that all anybody wants is to be a full-fledged citizen in a country where it says on paper that we should be, in a country where it says on paper that there is a separation of church and state.
And I fully understand if your religion says, "Oh, you can`t be gay," then for goodness` sakes, don`t be gay. But don`t tell me what to do. I don`t want your religion. I`m glad it works for you.
It does not work for me. And to see a president say equality for all makes me proud to be an American today.
HAMMER: Yes, no kidding and it makes perfect sense. And you know, I notice that your son, Declan, is close to the Obama girls` ages.
I want to get your take about what Bristol Palin is saying today about President Obama. Again, now, she said this on her blog, among other things, "It would have been helpful for him to explain to Malia and Sasha that while her friends` parents are no doubt lovely people, that`s not a reason to change thousands of years of thinking about marriage." I mean, what do you say to that?
LAUPER: Well, we only know about the years of thinking that are written, you know. But we don`t know what it was like before the patriarchal society took over, do we? And we don`t know - we know about our western civilization.
And I think it`s pretty arrogant, but that`s only my opinion and I`m not here to point fingers. I think it`s a positive thing.
I think that we should share our stories as human beings to each other. We are an educated society - well, for the most part.
HAMMER: All right. Cyndi Lauper, great to see you. Thanks so much.
LAUPER: Thank you.
HAMMER: And now, on to the shocking claims that John Travolta sexually attacked two male massage therapists, and the attorney for the accusers striking back. So is it game on or game over?
The attorney for the accusers spoke with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT insisting he will not only prove the claims, but that there are other cases as well.

OKOROCHA: In the bigger picture, we can clearly establish that this is his custom, habit and practice. And it is consistent and it has been going on for many years.

HAMMER: Travolta`s attorney, Marty Singer, calls the lawsuits ridiculous and provided us with proof that he claims will clear Travolta.
Defense attorney Debra Opri is with me from Hollywood tonight. Good to see you, Debra.
So Travolta`s lawyer, Marty Singer, a really good lawyer, says Travolta wasn`t even in L.A. on January 16th. That`s when the first massage therapist claims Travolta sexually assaulted him.
Singer sent SHOWBIZ TONIGHT two photos of Travolta that were taken on January 16th while he was in New York for a movie in addition to a receipt from a New York restaurant where Travolta ate on that same day.
So Debra, Singer says that clears Travolta`s name. Do you think it`s game over?
DEBRA OPRI, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: It`s game over because you have a due diligence issue that the attorney for these plaintiffs has to accomplish.
He has to get the facts of was he there with you that night and can you prove it? First thing Marty Singer did - he is a very strong, respected attorney, you know. He`s not messing around.
He`s going to go in for the kill. And with all these allegations that there are other lawsuits that have been going on for years, who cares what people allege? You have to prove it in a court of law.
And as I always tell a client, your lawsuit will stand and fall on its own based upon your facts and your ability to prove your allegations.
I do not think, in this instance, when Marty Singer`s client, Mr. Travolta, who I do respect - he`s a family man, had, you know, a devastating loss in his family and he`s trying to rebuild.
For him to be subject at this lawsuit at this time, I would come out swinging which his attorney will do. And as far as his allegations of he did it to me here at this point in time, if you`ve got airline receipts, you`ve got hotel receipts, you`ve got restaurant receipts and I`m sitting on a jury, I would say go home now.
HAMMER: But the accuser`s attorney has been smacking back, ever insisting there are more potential plaintiffs.
OPRI: I don`t care. Every lawsuit rises and falls on its own. The fact that - you know, if a thousand people come out and say, "You did it to me too," each one of these potential clients that this attorney is going to take in, I don`t respect that claim because every one of these plaintiffs or alleged to be plaintiffs will have to come in and say, "Here`s my evidence."
HAMMER: Got it.
OPRI: If this Doe One doesn`t have evidence to show he was even in that place at that night, it`s a ludicrous frivolous lawsuit.
HAMMER: So it`s not game on?
OPRI: And you`re going to get sued. Game over.
HAMMER: Got to end it there. Debra Opri, thank you very much. As we move on right now to that dramatic and emotion win on "The Voice" last week came after a season. It was so intense even the judges got in on the fighting.

HAMMER: Wow, you know. I don`t know what was really going on behind the scenes, so I need to find out. "The Voice" champion, Jermaine Paul, is joining me for a SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview. Above anything else, first of all, congratulations, man.
JERMAINE PAUL, "THE VOICE" CHAMPION: Thank you.
HAMMER: I was so thrilled for you. I had been pulling for you all season.
PAUL: Thank you.
HAMMER: It was nice to see you pull off that huge win. But what a tense season it really was, not just the competitions on stage.
But we saw all this additional pressure with this tension between Adam and Christina who were fighting over another finalist, Tony Lucca.
Now, what was really going on? I mean, did that, to you, the judges` feud, put kind of a dark cloud over the show in a way? Because some of us felt that.
PAUL: Well, you know, I mean, it`s a show. And as a contestant on the show, I was just there to do my job, and that`s to give the best possible performance every time I hit the stage.
You know, as coaches, you know, they have strategies of their own and they`re doing what they`re doing, and that`s their world.
HAMMER: So that didn`t impact you or the other contestants? Or do you think even the vote at the end of the day?
PAUL: You know, I don`t know. You would have to ask them that.
HAMMER: OK.
PAUL: I`m not 100 percent sure about how that works. I just like to think - I like to feel that America voted me, you know, the winner. And I just can`t wait to give America what they want and that`s good music.
HAMMER: And we`re looking forward to that.
PAUL: Yes, man.
HAMMER: But wow, what a win. How cool that you enter into this contest. Your daughter pushes you into doing it.
PAUL: Yes.
HAMMER: And you walk away with a new car. Your face, man - you lit up when you saw that.
PAUL: Yes.
HAMMER: You didn`t expect that, I don`t think?
PAUL: No, not at all.
HAMMER: $100,000 and you get the recording contract. Have you heard from Alicia Keys, who you sing backup for?
PAUL: Yes. Actually, she called me, you know, during the confetti fall and all that fireworks. She called -
HAMMER: While you were up on stage?
PAUL: Yes. She called my buddy`s phone and just said, you know, congratulations. I got the phone and all I heard was her scream. It was really great. Her and Mama Keys were there watching the show. So it was almost like she was there sharing the moment with me, so that was amazing.
HAMMER: Wow. That`s like an additional bonus to the prize.
PAUL: Yes.
HAMMER: So the question is, does your daughter get something special for pushing you to audition for "The Voice"?
PAUL: You know, she`s got the gift of singing. She got that from daddy. And, you know, I`m sure, you know, things are going to be coming her way soon enough when she is old enough to really step into the path of being a vocalist and being an artist.
But for right now, you know, I`m looking forward to spoiling all my kids and doing something really nice for them all.
HAMMER: And spending some time with them, I imagine -
PAUL: Of course.
HAMMER: Now that you`re sort of off the hook doing that show every week. Well, congratulations. A well-deserved win. We`re looking forward to your music and your tours and all that.
PAUL: Thank you so much. Yes.

SOMERS: Yes.
HAMMER: You`ve got the bombshell. I want to hear about the bombshell secrets in just a moment.
SOMERS: OK.
HAMMER: But first, I must ask you about the news that all of Hollywood is buzzing about today. President Obama changing his position, coming out in favor of same sex marriage. Everybody is talking about it. What was your reaction when you heard that news?
SOMERS: Well, I mean, to coin a cliche, most of my best friends are gay. And most of them are married and they`re all really good parents and they really love each other.
I don`t know. You know, I had an uncle who was gay. And when I was a little girl, he was ostracized from the family. Now, I remember at the time not knowing what it was and what it was about.
And he left the country and never came home again, never talked to the family again. I always thought about him. You know, he was the only one besides me who went (UNINTELLIGIBLE).
But he went off and really made something of himself. He became a doctor in France. So why should it be any different depending on who you want to sleep with? It just doesn`t matter to me.
HAMMER: And that seems to be the consensus we`re hearing from so many people today.
SOMERS: Yes.
HAMMER: His comments just lit up Hollywood and red carpets everywhere. We were right there last night at Morgan Spurlock`s new movie premier, "Mansome."
Morgan was with us on the red carpet as was Lance Bass. And they told us why they think this is such great news. Let`s watch what they said.

MORGAN SPURLOCK, FILMMAKER: Good for him. Good for him. It`s like, finally. Come on, really, it took you this long to say it`s a great idea? It`s finally step up just to represent and say, it`s great. People say, "You want to get married, get married." It`s beautiful.
LANCE BASS, SINGER: I mean, Obama, it`s great, finally, you know, making some statements today which is really nice. And yes, I mean, it`s great. Finally, he`s being the president I always wanted him to be.

HAMMER: OK. When this news broke and I knew you were coming in, as progressive a show as your show was, "Three`s Company" -
SOMERS: Yes.
HAMMER: It wasn`t lost on me the fact that Jack, John Ritter`s character, could only live with two women because the landlord, Mr. Roper, thought he was a gay man. And then, even on the show, Mr. Roper would make fun of him because he was supposedly gay.
SOMERS: You know why? Mr. Roper - this is an exclusive. Mr. Roper was a closet homosexual.
HAMMER: Was that actually the word? He was truly - well, his wife, I knew, was pretty tough to live with. Could you have imagined though way back then that a sitting president would ever come out in support of gay marriage?
SOMERS: I just - to me, why - I don`t know why it`s an issue, why did it take so long.
HAMMER: Yes.
SOMERS: You know, I wish that he had come out earlier. I think he should have taken a stand from the beginning. I think it was like a little late in coming, but better late than never.
HAMMER: So Mr. Roper was really in the closet, huh?
SOMERS: That`s what it was really all about.
HAMMER: You heard it here. I wonder what Joyce Dewitt would say about that. And of course, I have to ask you about this because I also notice that you had a great reunion with Joyce Dewitt on your Web show, "Breaking Through."
SOMERS: Yes.
HAMMER: I mean, you guys hadn`t seen each other since, I don`t know, like 1981. There was some salary dispute. You guys were at odds. And I want to show that moment when you saw each other for the first time since all that happened. Can we look at that, Charles?

SOMERS: Oh, my god.
JOYCE DEWITT, ACTRESS: Hi, honey.
SOMERS: Hi. Wow. I have to tell you right now, I am - I`m very overwhelmed.

SOMERS: I don`t know. I mean, I`m all grown up now and she`s all grown up now. It was time. But at the time, at the time, because I asked - I had the audacity to ask to be paid what they were paying the men. And it`s strange that Chrissy Snow was really the first feminist.
HAMMER: Right.
SOMERS: Because I walked in and said, "Why are the men making 10 times more than I am?" And they fired me for asking and they wanted to make an example of it.
What I got mad at was nobody backed me up, not John, not Joyce, not anybody on the show, and I was ostracized from the show. So I got hurt and I wouldn`t see any of them and they wouldn`t see me and it`s all dumb.
And I did talk to John a month before he died. We made up. So now I have no ick left in my life. It`s kind of nice.
HAMMER: And you really have done nothing with your life since then. No. It`s amazing with all the books. I want to get your take in a second.
You always look so terrific. You`re in great shape. We see a lot of celebrities involved with different diet plans and things of that nature.
Jessica Simpson right now reportedly signing this $3 million deal to do Weight Watchers just a week after she had her baby. We`ve seen Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson, Kirstie Alley, the faces of weight loss companies.
Now, you are not a celebrity who throws your name on something. You are actually somebody who studies this stuff. This is your life`s work.
SOMERS: Right.
HAMMER: So it`s different. Do you think that celebrity endorsements work and are, in fact, a good idea.
SOMERS: Well, it makes me want to be pregnant, so I`ll get (UNINTELLIGIBLE) myself. I wish I had some eggs left. Hey, good for her. She gained a lot of weight.
I mean, I was seeing pictures of her. She gained an enormous amount of weight and I think this is how she`ll get it off.
I only put my name with something where it is an absolute thread with my message and my books. And I have my own way - you know, I sold over 10 million books, "Somer Size" books for how to lose weight by understanding how to eat, because we don`t know how to eat in this country.
So maybe that`s what she`s going to learn. Something she was eating was not agreeing with her, maybe gluten, so maybe we`ll get her off gluten.
Jessica Simpson, in branding, is enviable. She made a billion dollars last year. I mean, there`s some amazing deal there. I even have a pair of Jessica Simpson shoes, so I hope the pregnant thing actually isn`t catching.
HAMMER: I hope she`s reading your books. And "Bombshell" certainly is pretty incredible. You always break through all these health myths. And one incredible bombshell you dropped here is that you regrew a breast using stem cells.
SOMERS: Right.
HAMMER: Can you explain in layman`s terms how that happened?
SOMERS: Well, here it is. You can look. You know, I lost this breast to cancer, half of it through a lumpectomy which I thought was a little, like, a removal of the tumor and the margins around it.
And when they took the bandages off, I have to say I was pretty shocked, because, wow. I`m a sex symbol and there I was with one-and-a-half breasts.
So I kind of covered it up pretty good all these years, pushing it up and moving it to the side. And I didn`t want implants.
I didn`t want a foreign object. I didn`t want to do the other option which was cutting you from hip to hip and taking a muscle and a blood vessel and moving it up here.
So I waited until something better came along. And a few years ago, I heard about this doctor in Japan who was re-growing breasts using a women`s own stem cell.
So I brought him to America. I hooked him up with an American doctor. I wanted it to be an American achievement by an American doctor on an American woman so stem cell protocols could open up.
August, I got the permission to qualify for a clinical trial. And two days later, they took the fat from my stomach, boohoo, whipped my stem cells out, injected them into my breast and here we are.
HAMMER: Wow. Holy mackerel. It`s all right here, your bombshell.
SOMERS: I have a hard time keeping my clothes on.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. And tonight, "World`s Wildest Police Videos," that addictive reality show that compiles crazy police videos from all over the world, is back on TV.
Spike is running new episodes. It`s more than 10 years after the show has ended its original run. And yes, I`m so happy to tell you they`re bringing back all the cool stuff that you remember from the original - the exciting car chases, the (UNINTELLIGIBLE) with cops, and of course, the really stupid criminals.
But the show`s executive producer reveals to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT "World`s Wildest Police Videos" is more than just another TV gig for him. It`s part of a personal mission and a family tradition.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
(voice-over) A heart-stopping hostage drama. A wild police chase.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This car is rigged to explode.
HAMMER: An attempt to defuse a bomb goes very wrong. It`s all in Spike TV`s new reality show, "World`s Wildest Police Videos," a reboot of the show that ran on Fox from 1998 to 2002.
PAUL STOJANOVICH, JR., EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, "WORLD`S WILDEST POLICE VIDEOS": It seemed to be a perfect time to bring the series back.
HAMMER: Paul Stojanovich, Jr., the show`s executive producer, tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT there`s a big difference between the `90s version and the new version of "World`s Wildest Police Videos."
STOJANOVICH: There`s so much more footage available.
HAMMER: Yes, these days, you see high quality cameras on street corners, police dashboards and even in our pockets and purses. It all helps provide a treasure trove of footage for "World`s Wildest Police Videos."
STOJANOVICH: If a high steaks law enforcement situation does go down, the likelihood of it being caught on camera is very high.
HAMMER: Case in point, this scary 2010 instant from Florida. The husband of a laid-off teacher takes the local school board hostage.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: If you want to kill yourself or kill us or whatever, at least let us know what`s going on.
HAMMER: The whole thing is caught on video, including its terrifying conclusion.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Please don`t. Please don`t. Please.
STOJANOVICH: He fires 12 rounds and doesn`t hit a single person.
HAMMER: The rampage ends when an armed security guard bursts in off camera and the two exchange gun fire, after which the suspect kills himself, the only fatality in this scary situation.
STOJANOVICH: That is some of the most riveting footage we`ve seen all season.
HAMMER: "World`s Wildest Police Videos" gets even wilder with its tale of this guy who does the unthinkable during a traffic stop. He actually steals a police car.
STOJANOVICH: What`s so interesting about that footage is you`re seeing it from the point of view of the guy who steals the cop cruiser. And he`s going 90, 100 miles an hour on two-lane roads, cutting through traffic.
HAMMER: Eventually, the suspect loses control of his stolen cop car and -
STOJANOVICH: The suspect lived and I think the lesson there is, you know, you probably shouldn`t do crack cocaine.
HAMMER: And another highlight of "World`s Wildest Police Videos," a bomb squad in Bangkok, Thailand tries to defuse a car bomb left by a terrorist. But this officer makes a wrong move.
STOJANOVICH: Just as he goes to touch the door, lo and behold, the bomber was watching this and detonated the bomb wirelessly. It`s so shocking that an explosion that powerful didn`t kill him.
But you know, it took tremendous courage to go and attempt and deactivate a bomb that was clearly put there by somebody who was trying to engage in a terrorist attack.
HAMMER: And Paul has something to say to those who would accuse "World`s Wildest Police Videos" of being blatantly pro-cop. You`re absolutely right.
STOJANOVICH: There`s no question that we are very pro-law enforcement.
HAMMER: Paul tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT his show`s pro-police bent was instilled in him by his late father who produced the show you may have seen.

Yes, Paul Stojanovich, Sr. helped bring the Fox show "Cops" to TV back in the 1980s. He died in 2003.
STOJANOVICH: I think it`s a matter of continuing my dad`s legacy. A big part of what my dad, you know, tried to do in the early days with "Cops" was providing a human face to law enforcement.
These are people that risk their lives in the most dangerous situations for not a lot of money. To do them justice, you have to tell the stories honestly.
HAMMER: Honestly and with a side order of pure adrenaline.

I could watch that stuff all day long. Moving now to cloudy with a chance of royalty. Did you see this? Prince Charles has made his debut as a weather man on the BBC in Scotland. Kind of weird to hear his voice.
You know, we don`t hear it that often. But it is cool to find out he`s got a sense of humor. And I believe it`s the last part that probably made this video go viral today. Right now, I give you Prince Charles, weatherman extraordinaire.

PRINCE CHARLES: The rain, of course, will be heaviest over the borders and around Edinburgh, where it could to difficult conditions on the road.
In the west, rain will be lighter and patchier. There will be maybe a few dry interludes over Dumfries House in Ayrshire. Aha! The best of the drier and brighter weather will, of course, be over the Northern Isles in the far north of the mainland. HAMMER: Brangelina`s big fat ethnic wedding. There is a brand-new report with all kinds of wild details about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie`s wedding.
With me now from Hollywood, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter. What`s going on with this, Kareen?
WYNTER: Well, A.J., you know that any news about this famous couple, Brad and Angelina, it`s going to spread like wildfire. And these reported wedding plans are like catnip. We can`t just get enough of the juicy details.
All right, A.J. Here`s the deal. "Closer" - it`s a British celebrity magazine. It says that Angelina - she wants a ceremony that includes wedding traditions from all around the world. I can see that.
Brad, on the other hand - he reportedly wants a traditional wedding. We`re talking about white gown, big dinner, embarrassing speeches, maybe? And he wants to have it at their fancy French chateau.
They do reportedly on one thing. They want a big old bash. So I`ve got to ask you, A.J. Brad - he gave Angelina a very traditional engagement ring, right? That big old rock.
HAMMER: Yes.
WYNTER: Should they go the traditional or perhaps the multiethnic route here?
HAMMER: I think whatever the heck she wants to do is what they should do. But doing something multiethnic, multicultural obviously makes sense because they do have a multicultural family.
They travel the world. They embrace all different cultures, not just with their family, but with the places that they go. So I would see a nontraditional marriage taking place here, non-traditional wedding, regardless of what Brad wants. She rules the roost.
WYNTER: I really - I can agree with that. OK. So here is where the report gets a little crazy. "Closer" reports that Angelina has hired famed celebrity chef, Jamie Oliver, to cook for her because she wants to gain weight and be curvy for her wedding day.
I guess there`s nothing wrong with that, A.J. But you`ve got to admit here. She has to be the first woman in history who wants to gain a little bit of weight before walking down that aisle. Are you really buying this here?
Well, I guess she has to have a conversation with her leg, you know. If she`s going to have that leg, the one leg sticking out as she walks down the aisle.
I don`t know. Am I buying the idea that she wants to gain weight for the wedding? I suppose it`s not completely unheard of.
But at the same time, that whole idea of putting on weight, losing weight, just to, you know, fit into a certain dress doesn`t sound the healthiest thing to me.
But really, here`s what I think about the whole deal. They say they`re getting married for the kids, so I think their wedding, no matter how they do, it is going to be this big, really fun celebration.
The entire family will obviously never forget it and I think that`s, you know, pretty much how it`s going to turn out, Kareen, don`t you think?
WYNTER: Absolutely. Everything they do they make it clear it`s all about their kids. They put the kids before their busy Hollywood careers.
And I think though, even if they had their wedding, imagine it in the backyard with a tent, the kids would be so excited.
I caught up with Brad earlier this year at the SAG Awards and I asked him specifically, "When are you guys going to tie the knot?"
And he said, "You know what? We`re thinking about it. We`re getting a lot of pressure from the kids. They want Mommy and Daddy to be married like other mommies and daddies."
So I think they`re going to make this day all about the kids.
HAMMER: All about the kids.
WYNTER: A little stressful, but they`re going to keep it about the kids.
HAMMER: And there will be a tent up, be sure of that, to keep the helicopters away.
WYNTER: Good one.
