NISCHELLE TURNER, HOST, "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT": Tonight, violent reality check. The dramatic story behind NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson, once known as Chad Ochocinco, and his domestic violence arrest. He`s been dropped from the Miami-Dolphins. Accused of assaulting his wife Evelyn Lozada. And late today, a dramatic turn in their futures as reality stars. Tonight, we reveal the signs that led to this ugly new reality.
Hello, I`m Nischelle Turner in Hollywood. A.J. is off tonight. And tonight, The Showbiz Countdown. The top five big burning questions about Jennifer Aniston just as she`s getting married again. She revealed the news at the end of the same weekend where there were reports her ex Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were about to get married. So, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has got to ask, was the timing just strange?
But first, a violent reality check, about a super star couple who just got married last month. "Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada and her now star ex football star husband, Chad Johnson aka Chad Ochocinco. Tonight, Chad out of jail after being arrested on charges he attacked her during an argument over a receipt for condoms.
Chad who also starts on "Dancing with the Stars" has now got to do some fancy dancing in real life. His football team just fired him. And later today, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT learned that VH1 is canceling the brand new reality show he was doing with Evelyn. We can also tell you, this is not the first time real-life violence has intruded in a very nasty way in the lives of the over the top reality stars.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN: Bring it with your 10-pound ass.
TURNER (voice-over): She`s a volatile reality show star who has proven unable to control her temper.
UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN: Come on, bitch.
TURNER: And he`s a football playing former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant who has proven unable to control his mouth.
UNIDENTIFIED MAN: You feel like you`re as quick as you had been in the past years, fast as (bleep).
TURNER: Now, Evelyn Lozada, a "Basketball Wives" and her husband, football star Chad Ochocinco Johnson --
UNIDENTIFIED MAN: How you doing?
TURNER: Are in the middle of an ugly domestic violence case. A case that already cost Johnson his football comeback. And today, it cost the couple their new reality show. VH1 tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, it`s pulling "EV and Ocho" a "Basketball Wives" spin-off which was supposed to debut next month.
ALEXIS TERESZCUK, RADAR ONLINE: What`s going to happen with them right now? They`re kind of at a standstill.
TURNER: Chad was arrested at his Florida home Saturday night after he allegedly head-butted Evelyn during an argument over a condom receipt.
TERESZCUK: Apparently Evelyn found a receipt for a box of condoms in Chad`s car. She got furious, they got in a huge fight. And she claims that he head-butted her. She got a huge gash in her head. Chad claims that they did get in a fight, but he says that Evelyn head-butted him, that he didn`t do anything to her at all.
TURNER: Ironically, that alleged dispute over condoms and infidelity was foreshadowed on Chad and Evelyn`s many, many reality show appearances.
EVELYN LOZADA, ACTRESS: Go to the pharmacy and get condoms.
TURNER: On a recent episode of "Basketball Wives," Evelyn`s flat out told Chad to be safe and honest in his extramarital exploits.
CHAD JOHNSON, ACTOR: Hey, man, look, I`m on the road. I`m trying to (bleep).
LOZADA: Tell me.
JOHNSON: And then what?
LOZADA: I want to know.
TURNER: And in a recent episode of HBO`s "Hard Knocks" which features Johnson at the Miami Dolphins training camp, Chad makes an eerie prediction.
JOHNSON: I promise I`m getting arrested while we`re off.
TURNER: Now that that prediction has come true, this show will be the last time we see Chad in the Miami Dolphins uniform. Hours after his arrest, the Dolphins terminated his contract. Miami`s coach discussed the decision today.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JOE PHILBIN, MIAMI DOLPHINS HEAD COACH: In my gut, I didn`t think the fit was going to be beneficial to either party.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
TURNER: As for Evelyn Lozada, fans of VH1`s "Basketball Wives" know that where she goes, violence often follows.
UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN: If security didn`t come, I would have punched her in her face.
TURNER: She`s been at the giving end, and receiving end.
UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN: You are not (bleep). (bleep) you.
TURNER: Of some of the most violent cat fights ever seen on reality TV.
UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN: Bitch.
UNIDENTIFIED WOMAN: I`ve handled a lot of situations not, you know, not in the greatest of ways.
TURNER: Just last June, right here on SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, Evelyn told me she was going to turn over a new, less violent leaf. Partially at Chad`s urging.
LOZADA: My fiance was, like what are you doing, you know, and you find yourself -- you`re watching it and you`re like, wow, you know, why did I handle that situation that way?
TURNER: In the wake of Evelyn and Chad`s domestic violence case, VH1 apparently decided it wanted no part of this volatile couple. In a statement today, VH1 told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, "Due to the unfortunate events over the weekend and the seriousness of the allegations, VH1 is pulling the series "EV and Ocho" from its schedule and has no current plans of airing it."
JOHNSON: How do we beat the odds? How do we defeat the odds?
LOZADA: I just don`t want us to end up like everyone else.
TURNER: As for the future of this made in reality TV romance? That`s up in the air as well.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
TURNER: Well, we know this, for the immediate future, Chad`s out of a job, both of them are out of their reality show. But those are the least of their worries right now. This whole situation is just flat out disturbing. So, will they stay together? Should they cut their losses and call it quits? No real easy answers here.
Joining me right now here in Hollywood is Celebrity publicist Kita Williams, who at one point represented Chad Johnson. She also appeared with another football turned reality star Terrell Owens on VH1`s "The T.O. Show." She joins me for a Showbiz Newsmaker interview.
Kita, Kita, Kita, where do we begin?
KITA WILLIAMS, CELEBRITY PUBLICIST: Yes, yes, yes.
TURNER: OK. Yes, you worked with Chad. So what was your reaction when you first heard about his arrest?
WILLIAMS: Oh, I was totally, totally shocked. I mean, obviously, this is something that`s beyond serious. But when I heard about it, my first initial reaction when I heard domestic violence because he`s marred to Evelyn was that she was the initiator of this situation. So, I was completely shocked that he was the perpetrator or accused to be the perpetrator in this situation.
TURNER: You know, Evelyn says, Chad head-butted her. Chad says, Evelyn head-butted him. Kita, we have seen their temperaments on "Basketball Wives."
WILLIAMS: Yes, we have, yes.
TURNER: What do you think? Do you think that will affect how people judge this case and decide whom to believe? It sounds like maybe it`s affecting what you think.
WILLIAMS: It is. I think, you know, what? The crazy part is that we have to remember that Chad was arrested. He hasn`t been accused of a crime yet. It`s up to the district attorney on whether or not they want to pursue pressing charges against Chad. So, we have to look at both sides of the situation. And quite honestly, Evelyn has had altercations on camera and we know that she can be violent.
However, you know, both of them are dealing with a situation that`s beyond just a minor incident. So, you know, I`m definitely trying to figure out what the next step is for Chad because he`s already paying a big price tag for what`s happened.
TURNER: And you know him, I don`t, but I would also say we never know what`s behind someone`s smile. Because you can smile and be jovial in the public all day and you don`t know what`s going on behind closed doors. So, you know, we all talked about...
WILLIAMS: No, you don`t.
TURNER: . that scene on "Basketball Wives." We had a Girlfriends Roundtable about it if you remember. Where Evelyn appears to give Chad permission to cheat. Let`s take another look at that real quick.
(EBGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JOHNSON: Hey, man, look, I`m on the road, (bleep), what`s up?
LOZADA: Tell me.
JOHNSON: And then what?
LOZADA: I want to know (bleep), go to the pharmacy and get condoms. I`m going to be sick like a (bleep) but what can I do but respect you and know that you`re telling me truth rather than hide it? Because at the end of the day, you don`t have to tell me nothing.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
TURNER: So Chad and Evelyn went on TV.
WILLIAMS: Wow!
TURNER: They appeared to accept this. And now, we`re seeing them get into a real-life violence but, wow is right, over alleged cheating. Kita, what do you make of this?
WILLIAMS: Well, you know, the crazy part is, I was shocked when I saw that clip. Because you`re right. We`ve had a roundtable discussion about it. How do you give your man permission to go out and have a sexcapade, a sexcapade without you? You`re giving him permission to go out and do something and put you in harm`s way. But more importantly that message that she sent to him, he actually took her up on that offer.
So, right now, you know, it`s a bad, bad, bad thing to think that, you know, as women we have the right to stand and protect ourselves but at the end of the day, I think Chad and Evelyn have a lot of work to do on their relationship.
TURNER: Right.
WILLIAMS: They both have issues that they need to deal with personally. And there`s more to this that`s going to go on behind closed doors. Because you`re right, we don`t know what`s going on inside their households regardless of there being reality cameras or not.
TURNER: Yes. OK. I have final question for you. And I want you to answer this quickly. Chad`s lost his football job. He`s lost the reality show with Evelyn. If you were still his publicist, what`s the next step? What do you tell him to do?
WILLIAMS: Well, first of all, if I was his publicist today, I would put out a written statement. It`s important to put that out immediately so that people can hear where Chad`s coming from. Chad needs to let the NFL know. He needs to let his fans know. He needs to let them know that he takes this situation seriously and he`s hoping to get back out there and show what`s really happening. I think it`s a sad case. But if you don`t attack it right now by putting a statement out there, it`s going to spiral out of control.
TURNER: Yes. I was hoping you would say, I would encourage him to do his first one-on-one sit-down with you but OK. Kita, stay right there though. I want to get your take on some other big news today, OK? So Rihanna`s brand-new confessions to Oprah Winfrey about Chris Brown.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
RIHANNA FENTY, SINGER: He`s embarrassing. He`s heHeHumiliating. I lost my best friend. I was resentful. I held a grudge. I was dark. I`m super duper afraid of the pedestal that comes with fame.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
TURNER: We`re getting a first look at Oprah`s revealing one on one with Rihanna. Tonight, Oprah`s must ask questions for Rihanna. What are the top questions Oprah should ask that she simply can`t ignore?
And The Showbiz Countdown to the Jennifer Aniston wedding bonanza is on tonight. The burning question, why is he getting engaged now? What should the Jen/Justin Hollywood nickname be?
SHOWBIZ TONIGHT counts down the Jennifer and store burning engagement questions coming up.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
TURNER: Seacrest, out? Tonight, brand-new reports say that Ryan Seacrest is finally giving up one of his gigs. Seacrest is reportedly leaving his anchor position at E! News and BET`s "106 and Park" co-host Terrence J is stepping in.
The reports say, Seacrest feels over extended after signing on with NBC. Well, now, you feel over extended, Ryan. E! Entertainment tells us, they don`t have anything to confirm right now but it sounds like Seacrest is most likely out as host.
Next, Olympics gold medalist Picabo Street earns her stars and stripes.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
PICABO STREET, OLYMPICS GOLD MEDALIST: I`m intimidated at this point. They are tough. They`re intense looking. They`re serious. You start wondering about yourself, did I come in here ready, am I in good enough shape, are they going to put me through something that I`m not ready for, that I can`t handle?
(END VIDEO CLIP)
TURNER: We know Olympic gold medalist Picabo Street can handle racing down a snow covered mountain in unbelievable but can she handle being in the military?
Tonight, Picabo goes military. We`ve all seen Picabo Street -- down East Coast. But get ready, because now we`re going to see her touting a gun and repelling from helicopters. Now, she doesn`t join the military, well, not officially anyway.
The former ski racer stars in the highly anticipated reality show "Stars Earn Stripes" which premiers tonight on NBC. Picabo and seven other celebrities compete in danger of combat missions to raise money for military and veteran`s charities, but this doesn`t come without controversy.
Olympic gold medalist Picabo Street is one of the many stars on the show which includes Sarah Palin`s husband Todd and Picabo, welcome. Welcome to the show today.
STREET: Thank you. Thank you.
TURNER: Now, this show by the way looks really intense. But it looks right up my alley.
STREET: Yes.
TURNER: And I`ve seen you race. So, I know you also like intensity. But this seems almost crazy to me. What were you thinking when you said "I`m in"?
STREET: Well, you know, it took me a second based on the whole kind of physical output to check myself for the show and say, yes. But it took me zero seconds to think about taking the opportunity to stand up and jump up and down and scream and yell at the top of my lungs thank you, thank you, thank you, for your service. Because our military is the reason why we live the life we live every day.
TURNER: You know, I want to tap into that a little bit. Because this show has had some controversy. There`s been some veterans that have expressed concern that the show is trivializing war. And just today, nine noble laureates sent an open letter to NBC saying that quote, "War isn`t entertainment and it`s a massive disservice to those who live and die in armed conflict and suffer its consequences long after the guns of war fall silent."
What do you say to them? Especially since this show is hosted by the former U.S. General Wesley Clark, who is also the head of NATO?
STREET: Well, basically, the whole idea of the show is to depict what these officers go through day in and day out. Obviously without being on the front lines. We can`t do that. But we put our reputations on the line and we put our lives on the line, to try and depict the sacrifice that they make every day. And basically, to draw attention to their service. And change the language in our society about what they`re doing on a daily basis.
And encourage our children to thank them for their service, encourage our children to consider the military as an option, which before doing this show, it wasn`t an option in my opinion for my children. And after doing the show, it is now an option. And these people are substantial. They`re amazing human beings. They`ve sacrificed so much. And to all the veterans out there, I just want to say thank you, thank you so much for your service and your sacrifice. You`re astonishing human beings.
TURNER: You know what, that`s a huge statement to make, Picabo. And I know what you`re trying to say is that you`re trying to honor these military men and women. Now, there`s also though, there`s been this controversy with Sharon Osbourne who accused NBC of cutting her son Jack from the show because of his multiple sclerosis. NBC flat out denies that claim and they say that they offered Jack two other roles on the show and he turned them down. Has all of this put any sort of damper on the show for you at all?
STREET: No, absolutely not. Because what we experienced as celebrities and what our operatives put us through, the training that we did, the missions we competed in, were amazing. They were just the tip of the iceberg on what these people deal with on a daily basis. And all we`re trying to do is just draw attention to it. Scream at the top of our lungs. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
TURNER: Yes.
STREET: And get the American public to do the same thing. So, you know, we know that we`re not going to be able to experience the front lines and we shouldn`t. It`s a dog eat dog world out there. And it`s meant for those guys and gals that will go out there and really make those sacrifices.
TURNER: Sure.
STREET: He sat next to my operative on the couch. And he told me, two days after meeting him that he was sacrifices life for me. There`s a certain kind of human being that is amazing.
TURNER: Wow!
STREET: And the wow factor attached to it is really substantial. So, and the amount of money that we raised for charity to help these soldiers when they come back, enter back into civilian life, that`s what it was all about. It was embracing them when they come back from their service. If they`re one of the lucky ones, they inevitably have survivor`s remorse.
TURNER: Yes.
STREET: And they`re just going to try to get on with their life.
TURNER: Absolutely, absolutely.
STREET: .and they`re going to try and let our American people be infected positively by their skill set, their morals.
TURNER: Absolutely.
STREET: .and just the mentality that they have as human beings. They really aren`t the rich and famous and they should be because they are the type of people that we want our children to grow up to be like.
TURNER: Sure. Picabo, we got to leave that there. And I appreciate you. Thank you very much for joining us today.
STREET: Thank you.
TURNER: Make sure you check out Picabo on "Stars Earn Stripes," that`s Mondays on NBC.
So, on to some big news tonight, Jennifer Aniston`s engaged. This news sparked a whole slew of questions like why now, what should Jen and Justin`s nickname be? Jenustin (ph)? How about just Jen?
Tonight, we`re counting down the top five burning questions of Jennifer Aniston`s blockbuster engagement.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
TURNER: Tonight, Miley`s dramatic new do. Miley Cyrus lops off a bunch of her hair that making all kinds of news today. Why? Well, take a look. It`s super short. It`s super duper blonde. And now, Miley`s mane has got everyone asking, do we love it or hate it?
Joining me now from New York Gwen Flamberg who is the beauty and lifestyle director at "Us Weekly." Now, when I first saw Miley going to black and blonde brown, I thought, OK, it`s different. It looks all right. But then she literally chopped it all off. Opting for a boy cut. And I may be alone here but I love it.
GWEN FLAMBERG, BEAUTY AND LIFESTYLE DIRECTOR FOR "US WEEKLY": I love it.
TURNER: I think it`s edgy and I think it`s fresh. Yes. What do you think? You love it too?
FLAMBERG: I`m with you. I love it. I think that it is super chick and super sophisticated. She looks fashion. This is definitely her shedding the last vestige of that Hanna Montana persona. She wants to be taken seriously as someone who makes major choices like she just did with her hair. She looks glamorous. I love it.
TURNER: Yes, she does look like she`s turning that corner from girl to woman. And she loves her new do too obviously because she tweeted before she got the big cut. She said, "If you don`t have something nice to say, don`t say anything at all. My hair is attached to my head and no one else`s and it`s going bye-bye."
Then, she posted a bunch of photos of her new haircut. Tweeting, never felt more like me in my whole life. Now, I`m glad she`s loving this sassy new hair. But what do you think her fiance might have had to say about this, Liam Hemsworth? Because yes it`s her hair but it`s a big change.
FLAMBERG: Yes, I think that Liam loves it though. This is a guy who has said that he loves Miley best in a white t-shirt and denim cutoff shorts. I think he loves her in which way, I think he loves here self- expression and that`s exactly what she demonstrated with this cut. I`m going to say he loves it too.
TURNER: You know what, and I would agree with you, because he asked her to marry him, good, bad, indifferent, you love somebody for who they are and it looks like she`s actually starting to come into her own, figure out who she is as a woman and own that. As a woman, you got to love that.
FLAMBERG: Yes. Everybody has commented that she`s 19.
TURNER: Yes.
FLAMBERG: .and too young to be getting married.
TURNER: Absolutely.
FLAMBERG: But, hey, here she is making her own decisions, taking control of her looks and her life. She looks grown-up and gorgeous.
TURNER: Yes, she does. Gwen Flamberg from "Us Weekly," thank you very much.

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT continues right now.
Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. I`m Nischelle Turner in Hollywood. And tonight the SHOWBIZ countdown. Aniston marriage madness. We`ve got the top five burning questions about Jennifer Aniston`s engagement.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JENNIFER ANISTON, ACTRESS: And that`s when it hit me, how much Barry looks like Mr. Potatohead. I always knew he looked familiar but -- anyway, I just had to get out of there. And I started wondering, why am I doing this and who am I doing this for?
(END VIDEO CLIP)
TURNER: That was one of the very first scenes in the very first episode of "Friends," starring Jennifer Aniston as a runaway bride. Well, Jen`s fans were just ecstatic to learn today to find -- to find out she`s found her Mr. Right and preparing to take another trip down the aisle.
Tonight, we`re counting down the top five Aniston burning questions that must be asked before Jen takes the plunge. Let`s kick it off at number five. That question, why now? Jennifer Aniston revealed that she`s getting married to Justin Theroux on the same weekend there was speculation that her ex-, Brad Pitt, and Angelina Jolie were in France because they were getting married.
Coincidence? Or not?
With me tonight from New York, funny man, Jamie Kennedy, host of the all new game show "Oh Sit," which debuts this Wednesday on the CW.
And with me from Hollywood, Rachel Zalis, contributing editor to "Life & Style Weekly."
Now, Jamie, first of all, the name of your new show is going to get me in trouble.
JAMIE KENNEDY, HOST OF CW`S "OH SIT": That`s it.
TURNER: But secondly -- Yes. I got to ask you, could this whole thing just be a big coincidence? I guess it could. But the timing of Jen`s announcement is what we`re talking about. It`s our first burning question on the SHOWBIZ countdown. Why now? You think there`s maybe a little competition there, that maybe Jen was trying to outdo Brad and Angie?
KENNEDY: Well, you know, I can`t say. I mean they live in such a rarefied air that, you know, only those people involved really know. But, you know, she seems like she`s been dating Justin for about a year now. And you know, she`s 42, 43, and she`s like, hey, let`s lock it up and could have been, I don`t know, but hopefully, you know, it`s all for love.
TURNER: Yes, she`s, like, why are we messing around, time`s ticking here. Rachel, jump in here. What do you think?
RACHEL ZALIS, CONTRIBUTING EDITOR, "LIFE & STYLE" WEEKLY: I don`t think Justin gave a thought to what Brad and Angie are doing. It`s not like a chess match, like, oh, they move a bishop, we`re going to move a queen. But I can`t help by say that I feel secretly Jen probably got a little bit excited about the checkmate. You know, like we`re kicking butt over Brad and Angie. So, you know, it was good timing regardless.
TURNER: You may be right. Everyone feels a little sense of satisfaction here and there.
KENNEDY: By the way --
TURNER: But you can`t -- yes?
KENNEDY: I`m so excited. I mean we got Watergate handled. We`ve got -- we capture -- we killed Osama. Aniston`s engaged. This is -- the world is now getting better.
ZALIS: Thank God.
TURNER: World peace could come next, Jamie. You just never know. Now, you know what? Some people kind of cringe when you do this but you can`t help but compare Jen and Justin`s relationship to Brad and Angelina`s. With Brad and Angelina, though, comes this huge star power. Just look at their history.
According to "Forbes" together these two are worth $270 million. They sold the first picture of their daughter Shiloh for a reported and unprecedented $7.6 million which, by the way, they did donate to charity. And just this year Angelina was appointed a U.N. special envoy because of all of her work as a goodwill ambassador.
Talk about star power, right? So this brings us to question number four.
Rachel, now that Jen and Justin are going to be one, can they be this new power couple?
ZALIS: I don`t think they can come close to the wattage that Brangelina has. But at the same time, I got to give Justin some props here. I mean, sexy, smart, break dancing vegetarian? I mean that`s pretty powerful if you ask me.
(LAUGHTER)
(CROSSTALK)
ZALIS: But I think they`re going to be a good solid couple together.
TURNER: Well, I didn`t know he was a popper and a locker, that`s impressive.
ZALIS: Yes, have you seen him?
TURNER: He`s a vegetarian beat boy, Jamie, that`s pretty darn good.
KENNEDY: That is very impressive.
TURNER: Yes, you know what, he -- and he told E! Online back in February that he`s learned to basically just accept that he`s been thrown into that spotlight now that he`s dating Jennifer. So let`s watch him together, guys.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JUSTIN THEROUX, ACTOR: I have to get comfortable with the idea that by nature of the person I`m seeing there`s people who are going to invent truly insane things or stories to write about me and I actually have to just sort of laugh at that, and be like, all right, well, that`s -- apparently that`s what`s happening to us this week.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
TURNER: Now, to Justin`s point, Jamie, he`s dating a woman that is much more famous than himself. So now that they`re making it official, what do you think? Can they have this star power that we`re talking about here?
KENNEDY: Oh, yes, for sure. Definitely have their own thing for sure. People are going to be following them like white on rice. And I think that, you know, Justin`s very talented guy. Wrote "Tropic Thunder." Like he`s an actor. He was in "Wander Lust." He`s very funny. So he can come up in the game very big.
And I think that they`re going to be their own thing, yes. I don`t think they`re going to be Angelina and Brad Pitt. I mean that`s like, you know, Jupiter and Venus got together.
(LAUGHTER)
KENNEDY: Am I wrong?
TURNER: Yes, exactly.
KENNEDY: It`s not going to be -- it`s not going to be like me and J-Love. I mean, it`s going to get there. But --
TURNER: Not quite. Almost but not quite.
ZALIS: Super stars -- yes.
TURNER: Absolutely. OK. Let`s get to big burning question number three tonight in the SHOWBIZ countdown of Aniston`s marriage madness. What should we call them? Now, guys, bear with me. I don`t love the blended names but I`m going to play along with the soon-to-be Mr. And Mrs. Theroux.
But I`m warning you, this has got to be good. Along the lines of let`s say RobSten for Robert Pattinson -- Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, or of course, KimYe, can`t forget Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. So let`s show you the names of the SHOWBIZ team that`s been batting around so far. OK, how about this one? Try this on for size. "Thaniston." What do you think? Or this one, how about this one, Jamie, "JustJen."
KENNEDY: I like that one. JustJen.
TURNER: JustJen. Yes. Yes.
KENNEDY: But I don`t know. It kind of just says it`s about Jen again. But I mean, it`s JustJen. I don`t know. Why can`t be it Jen --
TURNER: Well, isn`t it always just about Jen? Come on.
KENNEDY: Why can`t it be just about -- why can`t you say Jentice, Jentin?
TURNER: Jentin? That`s yours. OK, Rachel, what about you?
ZALIS: I agree with you. I think we should ban this as a trend. No more blending of the name together. But I do kind of like, you know, that JustJen. Remember, like "Just Jack" on "Will and Grace."
TURNER: Yes, I like that one.
(CROSSTALK)
KENNEDY: JustJen is pretty great.
TURNER: My vote`s definitely -- yes, my vote is definitely for JustJen. OK. So the engagement is official now. We`ve got this nickname in place. JustJen. That brings us to number two on the SHOWBIZ countdown of Aniston marriage madness. The wedding. Who can forget Jen and Brad`s big old fairy tale extravaganza.
Rachel, should Jen do this all again? Have another big wedding blowout?
ZALIS: Absolutely not. If there`s one thing I`ve learned in Hollywood, the smaller the wedding, the longer the marriage. So you don`t want to be Kim Kardashian, Katie Holmes, Katie Perry. All of these ladies recently had big bash blowouts and look what`s happened to their marriages. So if I was Jen, I would run off, elope somewhere really off the grid, and they`ll have a long happy life together.
KENNEDY: I totally agree with that.
TURNER: You know what, the SHOWBIZ -- I love it. The SHOWBIZ countdown top five burning questions are really good here. This wouldn`t be complete, though, without the number one question on our list. And that one is, has Jennifer finally found her soul mate?
Jamie, come on. Tap into your feminine side here. Do you think in your heart of hearts that Justin`s the one for Jennifer, her true soul mate?
KENNEDY: You know, I mean, it`s different for guys now. Because, you know, I`ve just, you know, got in my 40s so I can`t go below 23 anymore. I really -- I can`t do it. I can`t. I got to go, she`s a woman --
TURNER: I wouldn`t want you to.
KENNEDY: She`s much more mature.
TURNER: Yes.
KENNEDY: I would say, you know, look she`s 42, she`s been down this road, you got to give her props. She was married. And married to one of the biggest stars in the world. You know, top (INAUDIBLE) in the world.
TURNER: Yes.
KENNEDY: Top star maybe. And so --
TURNER: Yes.
KENNEDY: Who knows, who knows? I believe that life is about chapters. You know, she had a chapter with Brad. She`s got a chapter with Justin.
TURNER: Yes.
KENNEDY: How long it is, who knows?
TURNER: Well, let`s hope this is the final chapter and the happily ever after.
Rachel Zalis, Jamie Kennedy, thank you, guys, very much.
And I want to leave you, guys, with a special treat here. Here`s a sneak peek at Jamie`s new show "Oh Sit," which you can catch on the CW Network and guys, this is wild.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
KENNEDY: Obstacle`s worth in this race.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: This is a difficult (INAUDIBLE). We`ll lose two racers right away (INAUDIBLE) and the ones who are having the least amount of money.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
TURNER: So who`s going to make it to the altar first? Jen and Justin or Brad and Angelina? The buzz was off the hook that Bradgelina were getting married over the weekend but the reports were just plain wrong.
So what`s taking so long for the Hollywood power couple to tie the knot? We have a revealing SHOWBIZ "Special Report."
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
OPRAH WINFREY, TV HOST: Love doesn`t hurt. I say -- I`ve been saying this to women for years. Love doesn`t hurt. And if a man hits you once, he will hit you again.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
TURNER: That was Oprah Winfrey`s message to Rihanna more than three years ago after Chris Brown beat her up the night before the Grammys. Now Oprah gets to go one on one with Rihanna for a big tell-all.
And tonight SHOWBIZ counts down the top three questions Oprah must ask her. Oprah Winfrey is out pushing her blockbuster Rihanna tell-all that will air this coming Sunday on her network OWN. And tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT brings you this very first look at brand new scenes just revealed. And you know this looks like it gets pretty emotional. You got to watch this with me.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
WINFREY: So I just recently came back from Barbados with Rihanna. I went there with my own ideas about who she was, watching the videos and listening to her music. I thought she was going to be kind of a bad ass, kind of a hard-edged rocker pop woman.
Nothing could have been further from the truth. This is who she was for me and our cameras. And 100 percent herself. She was thoughtful.
RIHANNA, SINGER: I`m super duper afraid of the pedestal that comes with fame.
WINFREY: She was very emotional.
RIHANNA: I hate this part.
WINFREY: She was vulnerable.
RIHANNA: It`s amazing how lonely you can feel.
WINFREY: She pushes the edge.
You seem to have a liking to the "F" word.
She pushes the edge a lot and there`s a reason for that. And I came away really getting a great sense of who she was.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
TURNER: Well, they got me. You know, this is a huge interview for Oprah because we all want to hear what Rihanna has to say. Especially about her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown and how he brutally assaulted her.
Now we think there are at least three questions that Oprah must ask her. And tonight, we`re counting them down.
With me here in Hollywood is celebrity publicist Kita Williams.
Now, Kita, I want to get right into this, because number three on our "Must Ask Rihanna" countdown is, Rihanna, do you regret dating Chris Brown?
What do you think, Kita? Do you think she has any regrets about that? How do you think that she`s going to respond to Oprah for this question?
KITA WILLIAMS, CELEBRITY PUBLICIST: Well, you know, I used to work with Rihanna at Def Jam briefly. And the surprising part about it I think she`s going to respond truthfully and say that she has no regrets. I think she was young, she was in love, and we`ve all been in love before. So I don`t think Rihanna is going to have any regret because she wouldn`t be the artist she is today if she followed the pace of what other people thought she should do.
So, no, I don`t think she`ll have regrets.
TURNER: You -- you know, I think I kind of agree with you. I`m not sure if you regret something, then why have you gone through and learned the lessons that you learned? But number two on our SHOWBIZ countdown of Oprah`s must-ask questions for Rihanna is this one.
Why work with Chris Brown? Do you, Rihanna, understand why so many people are just disgusted by the thought that you collaborated on a song with somebody who beat you up?
I really wonder if Rihanna gets that that`s how people feel? I`m not quite sure about that. Let`s get to our number one must ask question for Rihanna.
Here it is, Kita. Are you back with Chris Brown? Now, you know, we`ve all heard the reports that her and Chris Brown are back together. So what`s the deal? Now Oprah does ask that question, what do you think she`s going to say? How will she answer?
WILLIAMS: You know what, I don`t think Rihanna is going to necessarily give Oprah all of what she really is doing behind closed doors or behind those studio doors. But I`ll tell you this, I think that Rihanna and Chris Brown definitely have a relationship. I think that Rihanna will be truthful about it. And quite honestly, can I just be candid, I don`t think she really cares what people think about what she`s doing and who she`s doing it with.
And I`m just keeping it real. I think Rihanna is a smart girl. But she`s still young. She`s still learning. And quite honestly, her fans love her. So Oprah`s going to definitely shed some light on it but quite honestly she doesn`t care.
TURNER: As our parents would say, she`s feeling herself. Kita Williams, thank you very much.
WILLIAMS: Yes.
TURNER: Now from Rihanna`s love life to Brad and Angelina`s. The buzz was off the charts this weekend about a Brangelina wedding. And guess what, it didn`t happen. Yes, the Hollywood`s hottest couple is still on their very long road to wedded bliss. So what`s the hold-up here? We`re revealing everything in a new SHOWBIZ TONIGHT "Special Report."
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
TURNER: Tonight, the race to the altar is on. So who get there first? Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie or Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux? Well, first, there was the brand new buzz that Brad and Angelina were getting married this weekend. Of course they didn`t. But the rumors were flying. Then at the exact same time Jen got engaged to her beau Justin Theroux. It looks like it`s going to be a photo finish to see who walks down the aisle first.
While the race is under way, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter has a revealing special report on why it took so long for Brangelina to get into the marriage mode.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
KAREEN WYNTER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): Would they or wouldn`t they? It`s a question that`s loomed over this Hollywood power couple for years. Even their children were part of those inquiring minds as Brad Pitt revealed earlier this year.
BRAD PITT, ACTOR: No, I`m not --
ANGELINA JOLIE, ACTRESS: Did the kids say that? The kids say that.
PITT: The kids are. The kids don`t understand why, you know, their friend`s parents are married and why their mom and dad ain`t married, and they`re asking.
WYNTER: High-profile parents of six adopted and biological children who over the years have bucked tradition and public opinion when it comes to family. Leaving many to wonder, are Brangelina the new normal?
WENDY WALSH, RELATIONSHIP EXPERT, DATINGADVICE.COM: Well, they are becoming the new normal. That is cohabiting first, having children without marriage, and then marrying later. But this ultimately isn`t good.
WYNTER: It isn`t good, Walsh says, because couples who live together before they marry are more likely to break up.
WALSH: OK, this is only statistical probability. If you co-habitate first, there`s less chance you`ll get married. If you co-habitate and do get married, there`s more chance you`ll get divorced. But this is not Brangelina, no, I`m not saying that.
WYNTER: Admittedly for Hollywood`s it couple, the statistics might not apply.
WALSH: They`ve got uber nannies. They got tutors. They got drivers.
WYNTER (on camera): So when you see Angelina walking through the airport with an army of her children, you`re thinking, how does she do it?
WALSH: Those pictures of Angelina walking through the airport with six little kids around her are carefully choreographed so that the nannies are moved back out of the way.
WYNTER (voice-over): Famous supporters of gay marriage the power couple once pledged not to wed until same sex couples could as well.
JOLIE: Of course everybody should have the right to do that.
WALSH: Brangelina choosing to get married despite what they said about supporting gay marriage, what they`re doing is they`re actually sending a message to gay people that marriage is good. Having a symbolic wedding, whether it`s legal or not, use our example because it`s good for all.
WYNTER: Good worth fighting for for gay couples and good for six children who wanted their parents to be married.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
TURNER: That was SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Kareen Wynter. And I guess we`re just going to have to wait and see when Brad and Angelina actually decide to make their wedding pledge a reality.
And while we wait for that blockbuster wedding, is Tom Cruise`s son about to become a blockbuster star, following in his dad`s footsteps?
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes, you can. Relax. Squeeze.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
TURNER: Connor Cruise is making his action movie debut in the reboot of "Red Dawn." SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has your first look next.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
TURNER: Look out, Tom Cruise. Your boy is coming for you. Tom`s son Connor is making his action movie debut in the remake of the `80s classic "Red Dawn." Yes, you remember the movie. Russians invade America and a high school football team takes them on. Well, in the reboot, it`s the North Koreans attacking and Connor Cruise is kicking some butt as part of the Wolverines. And I think he does a great job.
You`re going to get a little glimpse of Connor in this SHOWBIZ "First Look." Watch this.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
CHRIS HEMSWORTH, ACTOR: Marines actually.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: How long you here for?
HEMSWORTH: A few weeks.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Thirty seconds left. Just get us in field goal range.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Twenty, 22.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The blackout may run along the entire northwest corridor.
JOSH HUTCHERSON, ACTOR: What`s going on?
HEMSWORTH: Get to the cabin.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You take care of your brother, you hear me? Go now. Go. While you still can. Go.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: If you`re seeing this broadcast, you are in a part of the country no longer controlled by the government of the United States.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Boys, I love you both, but I want you to do what I would do, kill this piece of --
HUTCHERSON: No.
HEMSWORTH: They messed with the wrong family.
HUTCHERSON: How did this happen?
HEMSWORTH: There`s a new class of weapon. Everything went offline and never came back. They wiped us out. Including U.S. Central Command.
HUTCHERSON: What am I supposed to do?
HEMSWORTH: I`m going to fight. Anybody who wants to join is welcome, too. We`ll hit them on our terms. We`re the Wolverines and we create chaos. We need to steal that weapon. It`d be the foothold we need to take our homes back.
CONNOR CRUISE, ACTOR: I can`t.
HEMSWORTH: Yes, you can. Relax. And squeeze. We inherited our freedom. Now it`s up to all of us to fight for it.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
TURNER: Ooh, looks good. But get this, the "Red Dawn Reboot" was supposed to be released three years ago. MGM, the studio behind it, went bankrupt. But it was finally bought by another smaller film company.
Tonight, more on reality violence check. What drove Chad Johnson to allegedly head butt his reality star wife? Dr. Drew investigates right now.
