A.J. HAMMER, HOST: The battle of the divas on "American Idol." Are Mariah and Nicki Minaj really feuding? And Christina and Cee Lo, out on "The Voice"? Shakira and Usher in? Plus does 13-year-old singing prodigy Carly Rose Sonenclar have "The X Factor" to top the "SHOWBIZ Countdown" tonight, "Shaken and Stirred"?

Hello, and thanks for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer. We`ve got two big "SHOWBIZ Countdowns" tonight, including a countdown of today`s top five stories that left us "Shaken and Stirred."

And talk about shaken, how about the big shake-up at "The Voice"? Christina Aguilera and Green will be out, Usher and Shakira in. What the heck is that all about?

And is Kim Kardashian suffering wardrobe malfunctions because of her boyfriend Kanye West? It`s the countdown of today`s top five stories that left us "Shaken and Stirred." That`s coming up. But which will be No. 1?

We begin first with our first "SHOWBIZ Countdown" of the night. It`s the top three brand-new shockers revealed today over those topless photos of Kate Middleton that were first printed by a rag in France.

We kick it off with No. 3. The royal couple didn`t just win their French court battle over the topless Kate pics today. They completely and utterly crushed.

Right now the royal couple is traveling in the South Pacific, specifically, in the Solomon Islands. That`s where SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is taking you right now. So buckle up!

CNN`s royal correspondent Max Foster is with us tonight from the Solomon Islands. And Max just spoke with the royal couple about the whole scandal.

So Max, a French court just came down on "Closer" magazine. They were the first to publish these topless photos. They ordered the magazine to take the magazines off the shelves, to fork over all of the original photos of Kate and William to the royal family, plus they have to pay a fine. It sounds to me like the royals got everything they could have wanted. What did they tell you?

MAX FOSTER, CNN ROYAL CORRESPONDENT: Plus, they can`t resell those pictures in any other country. Plus they have to give the digital originals to the royal family. So the royal family, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, have completely closed this one down for now.

The ruling only applies in France, but "Closer" magazine does own these pictures. So it does look like they`ve won this battle.

And on top of that, A.J., is a criminal investigation that`s being started because of a complaint from Kate and William. And that could mean that the editor ends up in prison. And they`re trying to identify the photographer so they can prosecute him or her, as well.

And while I spoke to the Duke and Duchess and the sense I get is they`re putting a brave face on this. They`re putting it in the back of their minds whilst they`re on tour, but she is humiliated and she is upset. He is very angry, because he doesn`t want this happening to his wife, A.J.

HAMMER: But I imagine, Max, they are certainly, at least, satisfied that they`ll now be able to move on from this terrible, terrible scandal for them.

Max, I want you to stay right with us because also tonight from Hollywood I am so pleased to welcome legendary Hollywood agent Sam Haskell, who has served as the president of Prince Phillips` the Duke of Edinburgh`s Award Young Americans Challenge. Sam is also the author of this amazing best-selling book, "Promises I Made My Mother."

With me in New York tonight, Janice Min, editorial director of "The Hollywood Reporter," also the former editor at "Us Weekly." You`ve got to check out her terrific new book. It`s just out, called "How to Look Hot in a Minivan."

And Janice, I want to start with you. The court just crushing the magazine there with their order. But do you think it will possibly put an end to these kinds of outrageous violations of privacy for William and Kate?

JANICE MIN, EDITORIAL DIRECTOR, "THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER": Well, you know, we in America think we have a crazy celebrity press, right? In Europe, it`s think about American press on steroids times a thousand. I mean, they have aggressively gone after the royal family for, you know, the better part of 50 years.

And we`ve seen, you know -- I look at this magazine in France, "Closer," and I think they made a pretty calculated decision. They did a cost benefit analysis: "If we do this, suddenly everyone is talking about us." I`d never heard this publication before.

HAMMER: Right.

MIN: Now everyone knows about it. And, you know, in the end, the fine, the fine was I believe $2,600. It is incredibly unlikely anyone is going to get sent to prison for this.

It just, you know -- what Kate and William wanted, obviously, they don`t need the money, what they want is just to put fear in outlets to respect their privacy. It`s lucky this happened in France, because France has the most strict privacy laws in Europe.

HAMMER: Sam, I want to go to you on this, because I know you`ve had clients. You`ve had friends who have had to deal with this type of invasion of privacy. And I`m thinking right now there are a lot of stars in the U.S. looking at how quickly the French court today cracked down on those topless photos. And they`re thinking, "Boy, I wish that could only happen here." Is that just wishful thinking?

SAM HASKELL, HOLLYWOOD AGENT: It`s wishful thinking because frankly, it won`t happen that way here. There are draconian sanctions that are used in France to give the highest possible punishment for these kinds of infringements, especially the infringement of privacy.

And while American stars would love to think they could do the Same thing that Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge did, I don`t think it will be happening. So they better keep their clothes on.

HAMMER: So the question is who is ultimately to blame here, which takes us to No. 2 in our "SHOWBIZ Countdown" of the top three royal shockers tonight. Donald Trump weighing in on this. He seems to put the blame squarely on Kate.

I want to read to you what the Donald tweeted earlier today. He said, "Kate Middleton is great, but she shouldn`t be sunbathing in the nude. Only herself to blame." And he added, "Who wouldn`t take Kate`s picture and make lots of money if she does the nude sunbathing thing? Come on, Kate!"

Janice, does Donald have a point here, or is he way out of line?

MIN: Well, he`s a little bit out of line, which is no surprise. Donald loves the attention, and he`s -- you know, he`s funny. But, you know, the only judgment call I would say where she might have exercised poor judgment is just, what, ten days earlier, her brother-in-law had been sold out by some partier in that hotel suite in Las Vegas. You know, the market is heated for these things. You know, people, the -- there was an incentive for people to try to find pictures of the royals that way.

So I think just -- I think most people are uncomfortable going out, stepping out into open daylight without clothes on.

HAMMER: Well, she was in a private place. And Sam, I mean, do you tell your friends and clients, "You know what? You`re in the public eye. Just know it`s going to get out there if you do something in public, or at least out of doors"?

HASKELL: Right. You have to be careful. But here`s the deal. There are stalkarazzi out there who have, you know, camera lenses that are capable of going for a couple of miles away. That`s why these pictures were so fuzzy.

She thought she was in a private setting. She thought she was having a day off, and they invaded that privacy, and I think it`s wrong. This is an outstanding young couple, a great and benevolent young couple who are working for his grandmother, Her Majesty the Queen, in this Diamond Jubilee year. And they were stalked out. And that is wrong.

HAMMER: It`s wrong.

HASKELL: And these people needed to be punished.

HAMMER: It`s such a shame.

But we have to go to No. 1 now in our SHOWBIZ shockers with the royals tonight: the Princess Diana connection. I want to go back to CNN`s Max Foster who`s traveling with the royal couple in the South Pacific.

Max, you spoke about this with Prince William. I was just floored at what you told me about the painful memories about Princess Diana that this all brings up.

FOSTER: Yes, I mean, one of the rules of meeting him was I can`t talk about specifics. But this is all about Princess Diana for William, which is why he`s so furious, which is why he`s thrown everything he can at this French legal case.

Diana was hounded up until her death by the paparazzi. He partly blames them for his mother`s death. And he lived with those paparazzi running around him in his formative years.

And he specifically talked about Diana in relation to this case. It was in the court papers that went to court in France. And he doesn`t want Diana`s experience to be lived, relived by his wife.

It hasn`t happened yet. They aren`t chasing her to the same extent. They do chase her, but he wants to make sure, he wants to draw a line in this, make sure his wife doesn`t suffer what Diana suffered. And that`s what this is really about, setting a precedent for William and for Catherine.

HAMMER: Well, let`s hope that works, and that never happens to this couple. Max Foster in the Solomon Islands, thank you so much.

HAMMER: Big news breaking tonight about J.J. Abrams`s new show, "Revolution." The show is about what might happen if the world lost all of its electricity forever.

Now, we learned today that the show got huge ratings for its premiere on NBC last night right after "The Voice." Tonight we`re going one-on-one with J.J. Abrams in a headline-making "SHOWBIZ Newsmaker" interview.

So nearly 12 million people watched "Revolution" last night, and that makes the show the best premiere for any TV drama in three years. I`ve got to tell you: this is such an unnerving premise. Imagine all electricity just disappearing, apparently to never come back on again. No lights, no cell phones, no iPads, nothing.

The show was created by J.J. Abrams and Eric Kripke. Eric is the creative force behind the hit show "Supernatural." I just spoke with J.J. for a "SHOWBIZ Newsmaker" interview, and he told me, as wild as this premise sounds, he and Eric learned that it was actually possible.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

J.J. ABRAMS, CO-CREATOR, NBC`s "REVOLUTION": We rely on technology for essentially everything. To survive, communicate, travel, write. So the idea that, in a very short period of time, in this case 15 years, this country is sort of transformed into what could be something you think might even be a Middle Ages type epic story.

Kripke had a physicist come in to the writers` room and talk through versions that would work for his story. So this guy came in and basically pitched out how this could be feasible.

HAMMER: I know you`re surrounded by technology all the time. Do you wish for a simpler time?

ABRAMS: It is without question, you know, a double-edged sword. On the other hand, I love technology. I love what it allows you to do creatively, communications, you know, the ability to do face time with your family, you know, when you`re not with them, the ability to travel to another country at a whim if you can. I mean, it`s insane what is at our fingertips.

When you remove all that, not to mention just getting food and eating it or, you know, medical care, the list is -- it just permeates every aspect of our lives. So on the one hand you think you can`t lose technology. It would be the end of civilization as we know it. On the other hand, what a relief to have quiet.

HAMMER: Has working on "Revolution" in any way caused you to prepare for perhaps what you should do, should all the power go out?

ABRAMS: I don`t know how long I would survive in this kind of world, I mean, really. When you think about when the power goes off, in many ways the power shifts. Because people who are incredibly comfortable and don`t need to actually, you know, do any kind of real, you know, survival stuff at all, those people don`t know the first thing. I mean, they`re just going to be fodder. They`re gone.

And the people who understand what it is. I have friends who, you know, go camping and are out there in the wilderness. And I just know I would do everything I could do to get to them fast, because they would know how to live. And it`s really a fascinating thing. But we haven`t personally gone, you know, into crazy forge mode.

HAMMER: Have you prepped at all, or did you prep at all before getting involved with the show by maybe putting down the iPhone for a couple of days or staying away from technology or power?

ABRAMS: Are you crazy?

HAMMER: I`d do it, man. Let me tell you something. I go on vacation. I mean, I don`t completely unplug from life and electricity, but I do. I figured out you have to do it.

ABRAMS: But isn`t that a weird thing? Don`t you have that compulsion when you put it away, you realize you don`t have it?

HAMMER: No, no. Vacation is too important to me.

ABRAMS: You don`t feel that like draw, really?

HAMMER: I have figured out a way around it, I guess. Beer helps.

ABRAMS: Beer helps. Well, OK. That`s true, I guess.

I haven`t done it as an exercise. But you know, obviously, there are times when I`m going to, you know, a dinner, put it away. But beyond the iPhone thing, which everyone goes to, oh, the phone you have and all the information, when you actually look at what would happen if the power went out, it -- it really is terrifying. And not just in terms of the structure of the world we live in, but also just when you think just socially what would happen.

HAMMER: Sure.

ABRAMS: And that really is part of what the show is about, too.

HAMMER: Such a fascinating guy. I also asked him about the new "Star Trek" movie that he`s working on, his second time directing a movie in the franchise. This one called "Star Trek: Into Darkness."

Now, J.J.`s lips were sealed on the plot. He said he hasn`t even begun thinking about whether he might do a third "Star Trek" movie yet. But in the meantime, you must check out J.J. Abrams` great new show, "Revolution," Monday nights on NBC.

HAMMER: Tonight is Amanda the new Lindsay? Wow, I hate asking that. But brand-new reports say former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes is about to check into rehab. Sound familiar?

Amanda is in a whole heap of trouble with the law lately. She`s actually showing shades of a once-troubled Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay herself even tweeted this: "Why did I get put in jail and a Nickelodeon star has had no punishment so far?"

Well, say what you will about Lindsay weighing in on Amanda`s problems, but Amanda certainly is not in a good place. In the last year, the 26-year-old has racked up two hit-and-run charges, a DUI, and her car was impounded after she was busted for driving with a suspended driver`s license.

Today there were reports that she even locked herself in a dressing room for nearly two hours. And I find it all particularly disturbing because of how different this behavior is from the Amanda Bynes I met five years ago.

I sat down with a poised, impressively mature 21-year-old Amanda Bynes, who explained to me then why she and Lindsay Lohan didn`t have much in common at all. You`ve got to check out this must-see SHOWBIZ lost interview.

HAMMER: You clearly have your act together. Let me go through my little checklist here. You haven`t been to jail.

BYNES: No, not yet.

HAMMER: No jail. Rehab?

BYNES: No.

HAMMER: No rehab. Amanda Bynes, what kind of starlet are you?

BYNES: I know. What`s wrong with me? I don`t know. It`s shocking how it`s become popular to go to rehab, right? It`s very odd.

But I don`t know. I guess I would say I`m very lucky. I have a great family, and I just have my eye on the prize, which for me is a long career. And I just -- I don`t want to -- I don`t want to blow what I`ve worked so hard to, you know, to achieve.

HAMMER: Well, that certainly is the right attitude. And I`m happy to hear you saying that. Yet, I know that you must deal with a lot of the same pressures that somebody like Lindsay Lohan does. You two are the same age. Britney Spears has a lot of pressure, as well. And all these stars that we do see getting into trouble, yet you`ve really managed to...

BYNES: Thank you.

HAMMER: ... to stay away from all that and not fall into those traps. Yet I have to imagine you could see where that might be easy to do and why it happens.

BYNES: Well, you know, I agree to a certain point. For me it`s actually -- it`s not that hard. To me I get that, you know, if you go to clubs and you hang out with those people, that maybe it would be easy. But I -- I`m not interested in that. The club, you know, the club scene and drinking doesn`t appeal to me.

So it`s actually easier for me not to do it. I have no problem. I`ve never even been offered drugs. And people, you know, when I`ve told them...

HAMMER: What town do you live in?

BYNES: I know. Because I don`t go -- even if I`m there, I`m surrounded by people who aren`t interested in that. Birds of a feather flock together.

HAMMER: Sure.

BYNES: And I definitely don`t fly with that crowd.

HAMMER: And certainly for a long time, you have had people around you. It comes with the business. People make your life more comfortable.

And the thing that escapes a lot of people is the reason there are certain luxuries that stars are afforded is because of the work. You know, we make sure this is taken care of, or you have a driver so you can do better at doing your job. But a lot of that gets into people`s heads, and they have the wrong attitude about entitlement.

BYNES: I agree.

HAMMER: And all of that. So...

BYNES: I think people take advantage of the, you know, opportunities and the things that people do give you.

For me, I`m just grateful, you know. I appreciate that people -- anything that anyone does for me. Maybe it`s because I have parents who -- who worked really hard to earn money. My dad was a dentist for 30 years. You know, he went to USC. He wasn`t given anything. You know, his parents worked really hard, too. You know, he didn`t grow up wealthy. So I saw, and my dad used to always teach me the value of a dollar.

HAMMER: Well, I must say I do wish Amanda all the best in turning things around. She is scheduled to face a judge for two hit-and-run misdemeanors on September 27.

And now our "showbiz" countdown of the top five stories that have us shaken and stirred tonight. We`re kicking things off at number five with the Mariah Carey/Nicki Minaj "American idol" showdown.

Well, "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" was right there as the two divas just appeared at a press conference the day after we learned that Nicki would be joining Mariah at the judge`s table on "Idol." And then, of course, came the reports that they were already feuding. Was it true? Well, a reporter asked the question that was on everybody`s mind. Watch how it all went down.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE REPORTER: There are rumors talking about you all feuding or not getting along. How are you all getting along?

MARIAH CAREY, SINGER: I haven`t feud in two days. I think a feud takes a little longer.

RANDY JACKSON, JUDGE, AMERICAN IDOL: This is fun, dude.

CAREY: It`s fun. It`s music. It`s singing. It`s laughter.

HAMMER: Really, Mariah? Well, that sounds like round one of Mariah versus Nicki to me.

In "Hollywood tonight Jim Cantiello is here. He is going to soon be seen on the online pre-show of the "X Factor." Also on Hollywood tonight, Kita Williams who is a celebrity publicist, best known for her appearance on vh1`s BTO show.

Great to have you both here, guys.

And you heard Mariah right there, have a little fun, saying she and Nicki would be feuding in two days. Now, TMZ reports that Mariah called a truce with Nicki after they originally butted heads during an audition this past Sunday. Mariah reportedly told Nicki hey, the fighting is not going to be good for the show.

Kita, even if they called a truce, do you really think it will last?

KITA WILLIAMS, CELEBRITY PUBLICIST: No, of course not. I think it`s good that they`re feuding. I think it`s a good way to get people to tune in. But I think Nicki needs to take hold to the mantra that says respect your elders. She need to understand that Mariah Carey is a true diva, a true singer. You know, Nicki is new to the scene. But of course it`s going to be a great way to bring in some of the old viewers and some of the new viewers that obviously love and follow Nicki. So, I think it`s great for the show.

HAMMER: Yes, I`m with you. A feud would be terrific for it. A lot of people want to see that kind of thing.

All right Jim, over to you. If you were a betting man, how long you betting before we actually see a showdown come up between Mariah and Nicki on "idol"?

JIM CANTIELLO, POP CULTURE EXPERT: I think it`s already over. I mean, Mariah is the queen of cutting remarks on television. Like she is famously dished Jennifer Lopez and Eminem and Madonna on camera. So, I hope the few rumors keep up and fuel the show because between like the shaving from back and forth on the panel and the fake hair and the fake personality, it`s going to be like (INAUDIBLE) drag race in a good way.

HAMMER: And make no mistake about it. Wherever you happen to be in life, when Mariah is in the room, and even if it`s just she and her husband, Mariah is in charge of the room. Just want to be clear of that.

(LAUGHTER)

We move now from one singing showdown to another. I`ve got to move on to shaking and stirring things up on "the Voice" tonight. This is number four on our "showbiz" countdown of the top five stories that have us shaken and stirred.

Now, we`ve just learned Christina Aguilera and Cee-Lo are out as judges for season four. Usher and Shakira are in. Here is what the show`s executive producer is about all this. Having award-winning artists as coaches means they need to be able to tour, whether in the red chair or on tour, our coaches have their chairs for life.

Now, Aguilera is taking some time off to release a new album and go on tour. Cee-Lo has a new album, he has a sitcom, he has a whole bunch of other stuff on his very full plate. So, it`s understandable they are taking a break from the show. They will come back, though.

Kita, this show is getting shaken and stirred with Usher and Shakira stepping in. Do you think that sort of gets in the way and busts up the winning formula too much or does it just make it cooler?

WILLIAMS: You know, I think it makes it even cooler. I think it`s good for them to switch it up a little bit. Right now, we have so many, you know, singing shows that are on with real talented people that are trying to vie for some type of big deal. I think it`s important to have something different. So, you have to have credible artists on that people are going to tune into your show, whether it`s "the X Factor," "American idol," or "the Voice," you want to have people tune in.

So, shaking it up and putting on new judges or as we call coaches, I think it`s a brilliant idea. And it`s going to bring in bigger viewers if you have the right people on the panel as your judges.

HAMMER: All right. So now, from shaking up "the Voice" to stirring up Kim Kardashian`s wardrobe.

In our number three on our "showbiz" countdown of the top five stories that have us shaken and stirred tonight, the tabloids understandably having a field day with Kim`s new wardrobe choices that come courtesy of her boyfriend Kanye. So now, in order to show you Kim`s transformation, I present to you this, the book of Kim before Kanye. Let`s open it up and look at a lovely Kim Kardashian, somebody who just knows how to dress her curves. Look how fantastic she looks.

And now the book of Kim after Kanye. It`s an entirely different picture. Look at that. And no wonder the tabloids are having a field day.

All right, we know that Kim loves a good fairy tale, Jim. But, a lot of people are not seeing a happy ending regarding Kim`s new wardrobe choices. Do you think that Kanye may have shaken and stirred Kim`s wardrobe from something that was nice and tasty to downright nasty?

CANTIELLO: I have two theories about this. One, Kanye is giving her bad advice on purpose so that men possibly don`t look at her as much, which is a little misogynist of him if true, but we`ve heard his "my beautiful dark fantasy" album. He is not exactly prince charming.

HAMMER: Right. Right.

CANTIELLO: The other theory is Kim Kardashian has never turned down a guest appearance. So maybe she is lobbying a spot on TLC "what not to wear" maybe, maybe?

(LAUGHTER)

CANTIELLO: That`s why I come to you for the theories.

HAMMER: Jim, I appreciate that. You know.

WILLIAMS: I agree.

CANTIELLO: A press appearance is a press appearance.

HAMMER: Kita, do you think that`s what is behind this? It`s all a big ploy?

WILLIAMS: You know, it takes a lot to dress Kim and that booty. You know what I mean? So, obviously this is a big test that Kanye is taking on right now. And honestly, you know, they say love is blind. And obviously Kim is blinded to the fact that she looks a mess. I think it`s important for her to know that you can love somebody, but you got to take in position that she gets her checks based of her image.

HAMMER: Yes.

WILLIAMS: And if she don`t change some things really fast, Kanye is going to get her into some money troubles. So she needs to fire Kanye as the stylist, keep him as a boyfriend.

HAMMER: Kim, you need to be in charge of Kim.

All right. That`s brings us to number two on the "showbiz" countdown of the top five stories that have us shaken and stirred.

Behind the Biebs. Justin Bieber`s mother looking for love. In a brand-new interview on Ellen DeGeneres` show, the Bieb`s mom confesses that she has been saving herself for man. Let`s watch this.

MALLETTE: When I moved to Atlanta with Justin, because of all the chaos and how crazy it was, I told Justin I would focus on him and wait until he was 18 before I started dating.

CANTIELLO: Oh, man, yes. I mean the other thing she just did this big Kathie Lee interview where she opened upping been sexual abused as a child and having a drug problem, which I actually think is pretty inspiring of her to share. Because you know, young teen moms might look at that and say one day I too can raise a singing and dancing haircut that will make me millions of dollars. I mean that sincerely. It`s a good thing for people to know.

HAMMER: It is a good thing for people to know.

What do you think, Kita? I mean, great thing for her. She seems like she is on a great path. Despite the major success of her son, she is keeping her head together too?

WILLIAMS: I think it`s excellent she is coming out and speaking out about her journey. I think a lot of people think success is something is that happens quickly. As you can see, she was a young mother. Not that we`re going to look at that and say that`s something we should do. But at least she is speaking out about some of the things she had going on in her past with her sexual abuse and her drug abuse.

And I agree. I think this will be good for a lot of young girls who are Justin Bieber fans to really realize the journey that he had, and that there may not have been a Justin if it wasn`t for his mom sticking through.

HAMMER: Exactly right.

And that brings us to number one on our "showbiz" countdown. 13-year-old "the X Factor" singing sensation Carly Rose Sonenclar. Carly just wowed American in the season premiere of "the X Factor" with an unbelievable performance. Now she sits on the verge of stardom.

HAMMER: Look at that with the judges, Carly. You almost had Britney in tears. I can`t believe that great big voice is coming out of you. So, you must tell me as we watch that, I need to know, what was going through your mind on that stage that night as the judges hopped to their feet and the crowd was just cheering you on?

SONENCLAR: I mean, during the song, I really wasn`t thinking about much. I was just kind of in a daze. It was like crazy. But when I started to see that they were all standing up and the crowd was kind of going crazy, I was like, oh my God, they liked it, they liked it.

HAMMER: Yes. Because you hoped to wow everybody, obviously. I`m guessing you didn`t expect quite that reaction.

SONENCLAR: I really didn`t. I mean, to see them stand on their feet and then like, Simon at the end, he kind of took a little longer, but to see him stand, and all of them, really, it was just amazing. I mean, that was more than I even thought would happen.

HAMMER: And it`s amazing what has happened since that one appearance on TV. Because one minute you`re a contestant among thousands. Now you`re a household name. I want you to check out the stat that I dug up, Carly. Nearly three million people already have checked you out on you tube. So what is it like for you, now that you`re in the spotlight in such a major way? Have things started to kind of change already?

SONENCLAR: Yes, they definitely have started to change. I mean, like even just with my friends and people at home, I mean I`ve started to get treated a little differently, which is interesting. I don`t know if I`d say it`s a good thing or a bad thing. But it`s just different. I was talking before about how, like, I had 96 followers on twitter before the show aired, and now I have about 4,000.

HAMMER: Wow.

SONENCLAR: But, and another thing, crazy thing is that there is people impersonating me on twitter. And there is a lot of people. And one person actually has 80,000 followers, but it`s not me.

HAMMER: Hey, you are the original. You`re the only one. I love how grounded you are. Please stay that way. It`s so nice to meet you.

SONENCLAR: Thank you so much.

Yes, the Hollywood post-baby weight obsession has reached epic new heights, and it often leads real-life mommies feeling epic lows.

Well, tonight the woman who helped spark the baby obsession has a provocative new message for moms everywhere.

Janice Min is the former editor-in-chief of "Us Weekly" magazine and really helped make the obsession with star baby bumps go global. But after having her third child, Janice Min says she had a major light bulb moment, her revelations are now rocking Hollywood.

In New York tonight, Janice Min, she is now the editorial director of the Hollywood reporter and the author of this terrific new book "how to look hot in a minivan" and she calls it a real woman`s guide to looking great in the age of celebrity mom.

Janice, it is great to see you. Thanks for coming here.

JANICE MIN, EDITOR-IN-CHIEF, US WEEKLY: Great to see you.

HAMMER: So, Jessica Simpson really a prime example of how the Hollywood baby obsession can go into overdrive. I mean, think about it. From the very first look at the baby bump to her post baby body revelation last week, we got to witness and quite frankly a lot of people judged every minute of Jessica`s pregnancy. And Janice, you had this major revolution about this obsession after the birth of your third child. What happened?

MIN: Well, you know, I was at "Us Weekly" for the birth of my first two children, and this was going in all these actresses in Hollywood for the first time were flaunting their pregnancies. Remember, think about Lucille Ball, if you`re old enough to remember that. I am. And she was hiding behind sofas the whole time. She couldn`t even mention on air she was pregnant. She had to fake it. And suddenly everyone is proud and showing it off.

But now, you know, with this obsession we have with celebrity moms, you add the internet to it. And all of the sudden you`re seeing celebrity weight loss in real-time. And everyone knows on the internet you can be as snarky and mean as you want behind the cloud of anonymity, the cloak of anonymity. And so you see these women. You know, Jessica Simpson is a prime example getting beaten up online about their weight. And, you know, anyone who has had a child or had to lose weight after having a child knows you feel incredibly self-conscious. You almost want to wear a sign just had a baby, I`m working on it. And when you`re a certain celebrity and when you see all your contemporaries losing weight really quickly, you`re suddenly under an incredible amount of scrutiny.

HAMMER: So, given your hand in the obsession, you obviously had to know you were going to get some heat about your new book and your mea culpa. How do you respond to your critics well, you started this whole thing, Janice.

MIN: Well for starters, you know, this all came about because I wrote a story in "The New York Times." It was long before the book came out. The book is out today, actually. Heidi Klum who will tell you about all her workouts with the trainer she had to do to get back on the Victoria`s secret runway. I can`t stand the celebrity moms who say I just chased my kids. I love cheese burgers. That`s not true.

And when celebrities are honest about it. And at least -- remember, they are paid to be beautiful people. That is how they make their living and their livelihood. If someone was paying us for that, we would -- we would probably lose weight really quickly too.

HAMMER: It would be a whole different story.

MIN: Oh, my God. It would be completely different.

HAMMER: Janice. I`ve got to end it there. But thank you so much.

Stonestreet is slamming down reports that he got kicked out of a baseball game in Los Angeles Saturday night after a verbal altercation with another fan. The "Modern Family" star wrote on his official twitter page, I did not get kicked out of a dodgers game last night. Did I get escorted to the top of the stairs by security? Yes, yes, I sure did.

Probst barely surviving? Is "survivor" host Jeff Probst getting kicked off daytime TV?

Well, according to a brand-new report by "the New York post," Probst`s new talk show is in trouble after just one week. Ratings for the syndicated show started out weak and have not gotten any better. Probst`s daytime competitors include Katie Couric and Anderson Cooper.
