What is the No. 1 "SHOWBIZ Wow of the Day"? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT starts right now.

Hello. I`m Carlos Diaz, in for the Oscar-worthy A.J. Hammer.

And we are kicking off our first big "SHOWBIZ Countdown" of the night with a countdown of today`s top three news makers. And we start things off with No. 3.

As the SHOWBIZ breaking news about Justin Bieber. Tonight, we are bringing you brand-new revelations about the Biebs from someone who is praying for Bieber, literally.

Justin Bieber`s pastor has just released a new book called "Jesus Is," which is already topping the charts. His name is Judah Smith, and the pastor is with me tonight from New York.

So Justin Bieber himself has just endorsed your book on Twitter. First off, you`ve got to love that. Congratulations on that. And a lot of people are wondering how do you -- how did you hook up with Justin in the first place? Tell us how that happened.

JUDAH SMITH, PASTOR: Yes. I got a call several years ago from his mom. And he was coming to town for one of his shows. And lo and behold, when he was younger he had heard me speak at a gathering in Toronto. And actually, I guess had listened to my tapes when he was a kid and evidently, they put him to sleep. They helped him sleep at night. Not really what you want to hear when you`re a preacher, Carlos.

DIAZ: Not at all. I mean, there`s an endorsement. You put me to sleep. Can you lead me to the Lord? Thank you.

It seems that Justin, though -- it seems that Justin`s image has taken a big hit. You`ve got the speeding in downtown L.A., partying with a little twist, and now there`s -- of course, that now-infamous picture where it looked like he was smoking pot. He even apologized for it on "Saturday Night Live" during a sketch about Miley Cyrus. Watch.

JUSTIN BIEBER, SINGER: I also heard he got busted for smoking weed and he`s really sorry about it and that people make mistakes and he`s never going to do it again.

VANESSA BAYER, CAST MEMBER, NBC`S "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE": Yes, right, me, too. OK.

DIAZ: All right. Lot of laughs there, but a lot of people aren`t laughing and don`t think it`s too funny about his new bad-boy behavior. Pastor Smith, what do you think?

SMITH: Well, I`m certainly grateful that there was no media scrutiny on me when I was 18 years old. And I think in general, we`re all on a journey and a process of decision making. And I`m extremely proud of Justin and the young man that he is and certainly grateful to be in his life. And...

DIAZ: But when you -- when you hear questions about him smoking weed, do you cringe or do you say, "I`ve got some work to do here"?

SMITH: I think, you know, we just continue the process on and journey on. And, you know, I guess we both have a decision to make in life. All of us do. Do we dwell on the past or do we move forward into the future?

And I think Justin`s really good at moving forward. And certainly something that I`m endeavoring to do in my own life, not to dwell in the past but move forward. That`s all you can do.

DIAZ: That is an amazing answer.

I have to imagine there`s a lot of pressure on Justin, being a huge star, as you mentioned, at you know, the age of 18, and he told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT that the hardest part about fame is losing your privacy. Check this out.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: As a star, what`s the biggest thing you think you have sacrificed?

JUSTIN BIEBER, POP STAR: Like privacy probably. That`s probably the most. Because everything`s out there, like, especially just relationships, everything just being out in the open. That`s probably the hardest.

DIAZ: What has -- what has Justin revealed to you about the pressures he faces?

SMITH: Well, first of all, I probably wouldn`t be his pastor for too long if I divulge confidential things that we talked about.

DIAZ: Come on...

SMITH: You know, certainly, I think just like he said right there, there`s a lot of pressure and a lot of scrutiny. And I`ll tell you. Just like I said, at 34 years old, I`m super grateful that I didn`t have that level of scrutiny when I was 18.

But yes, I think it`s just something that we`re journeying together in and just growing -- both of us growing in our relationship with God. And frankly, in this book that I`ve put out, it`s a lot of what Justin and I talk about in terms of just knowing Jesus more every day.

DIAZ: Pastor Judah Smith, I could talk to you for a half an hour, but I`ve to go. Thank you so much for joining us. And you mentioned the book. Pick up the book. "Jesus is Blank: Find a New Way to be Human." Check that out.

And Manti Te`o might be able to use some advice from Pastor Judah tonight. The Notre Dame football star survived one of the biggest hoaxes of all time, but today he seems to be heading for an even bigger crisis at the NFL`s annual scouting combine in Indianapolis. And that`s why Manti Te`o is the No. 2 news maker on our "SHOWBIZ Countdown" tonight.

He just can`t seem to get it together on the field now. And he just can`t seem to dodge the questions about how he managed to get tricked in to that fake online relationship. CNN sports reporter Rachel Nichols joins me from New York.

Welcome, Rachel. And Rachel, I`ve got to tell you, we know Manti is having a tough time during the NFL scouting -- scouting combine. Just how much of his bad performance do you think is due to the pressure from the embarrassment due from that hoax that he went through?

RACHEL NICHOLS, CNN SPORTS CORRESPONDENT: Yes. It`s hard to tell. I would say his performance was average. That there was hopes that he would have a great performance on the field, maybe to make up for the embarrassment of the hoax off the field. Instead, he turned in an average performance, which isn`t enough to tumble him into serious trouble but definitely doesn`t help when he also has some off-field issues.

We`ll have to see if he can get it together. He`ll have one more shot with scouts on his pro day before draft. We`ll have to see what happens.

DIAZ: You know, he would have like to come out of this combine with a better performance. Better 40, better management on the field. I know everyone is there talking about Manti and how he was catfished. I talked to a buddy who basically called it Manti Te`o day when he addressed the media for the first time that big hoard.

Other plays, the scouts and media, let`s watch what Manti said in Indianapolis when he talked to that big hoard of media.

MANTI TE`O, NOTRE DAME FOOTBALL PLAYER: They all ask me about it. It`s definitely embarrassing. And it`s -- I guess part of the process, part of the journey. But, you know, it`s only going to make me stronger, and it definitely has.

DIAZ: We talk about, Rachel, how Manti disappointed on the field. How would you rate his performance in front of the microphone dealing with all those questions?

R. NICHOLS: Well, he actually did well. He had some great coaching, and he paid it off. Because this was an important press conference. Sure, he had one-on-one interviews with Katie Couric and some other people, and he didn`t have one-on-one interviews with the teams. But all of those are kind of carefully controlled, carefully scripted.

You guys know what it`s like to be in front of the media mob with all the unpredictability and people shooting things at you. Someone asked him in that conference do you have a real girlfriend now? So any questions like that could ruffle a guy.

Instead, he was confident. He was relaxed. You heard him say the word "embarrassed." He was open; he wasn`t trying to hide stuff. He talked about people doing double takes when he was grocery shopping. So he was approachable. A lot of people were impressed with his efforts there. And then when he got on the field, he was average. So we`ll have to see how he comes out of all of this.

DIAZ: Yes. We here at SHOWBIZ TONIGHT are used to asking girlfriend questions to everyone. Thank you, Rachel, for your time. I appreciate that.

DIAZ: Welcome back. I`m Carlos Diaz, in for A.J. Hammer.

It`s the "SHOWBIZ Countdown." We`re counting down the top three SHOWBIZ news makers of the day. All right. Here`s where we`re at so far.

At No. 3, Justin Bieber`s spiritual secrets. Justin`s pastor, Judah Smith, tells SHOWBIZ that, despite reports of Justin`s pot smoking, fast driving and break up from Selena Gomez, Justin`s faith is still priority No. 1.

At No. 2, Manti Te`o`s NFL dreams dashed? After a mediocre showing at the NFL tryouts, it looks like Manti`s present performance and not his fake girlfriend past might hurt his pro football chances the most.

That brings us to No. 1, remembering Mindy McCready. The country star was laid to rest today. Mindy took her own life a little over a week ago.

One friend who is saying good-bye today is Jimmy Nichols. Jimmy is a music veteran who has worked with country stars like Faith Hill, Tim McGraw and Reba McEntire, just to name a few. Jimmy worked with Mindy and had been her confidant for nearly 20 years.

Jimmy has been silent since the death of his friend, but he says it`s time to set the record straight about the Mindy McCready he knew, and he spoke to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s A.J. Hammer for a special "SHOWBIZ News Maker" interview.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

JIMMY NICHOLS, FRIEND OF MINDY MCCREADY: When she called me on that Thursday before her death, at first she sounded lucid, kind of excited about leaking some song out to me, and I thought, "Oh, well, she sounds good." But I didn`t understand the point of leaking the song out.

It wasn`t until the next day when I called her and told her that I recommend she don`t it, because I thought that the song didn`t represent her very well, that she was being adamant. She goes, "Well, I have to have it out by Sunday."

I`m like "Why?" I mean, nothing happens on a Sunday. And then, I don`t know, something just inside said, "Well, tell me how you`re doing." That`s when her tone changed, and she started bawling and rambling about things. And I just had this funny feeling that something wasn`t right, you know?

HAMMER: Yes, and how amazing that she was giving you this time line. I can`t imagine how eerie it must feel in hindsight, but the person who did end up releasing the song for her, who collaborated with her on it, is a guy named Danno Hanks. And again, the song is called "I`ll See You Yesterday." I want to listen to a little bit of it with you right now.

MINDY MCCREADY, COUNTRY MUSIC STAR (singing): I was your sunlight. Now I`m just a shade. I was your blue sky. Now I`m just the rain. I was your favorite song. Now I`m overplayed. And if tomorrow`s going to be the same, I`ll see you yesterday.

HAMMER: Well, Jimmy, first of all, I know this is not easy for you, and again, I do appreciate you taking the time to talk with us. And the song was released the day that Mindy died.

And Danno told SHOWBIZ that it was originally meant to raise awareness for suicide prevention, but he claims that it ended up, in a way, being her suicide note. Having had that conversation with her, is that your take on it, as well?

J. NICHOLS: Looking back at it, yes, that -- I see that as a possibility. But at the time, her reasoning was that she was trying to jump ahead of a "Dateline" story that was supposed to come out.

HAMMER: We know a lot has been said about Mindy`s drug use, about abusive relationships that she`s been in. But you told one of our producers that you`re tired of hearing people criminalizing her. And I have to say, I`ve been saying all along that her hard times should not be her legacy. It`s part of her story, for sure, but what do you want people to know about Mindy`s life that is being overshadowed by her death?

J. NICHOLS: Mindy`s problems weren`t about drug and alcohol masking her, you know, inabilities to deal with her friends and, you know, all the success. Her problems go all the way back to her childhood and the dysfunctionality of her family that was never talked about. And I bit my teeth -- bit my lip, I mean, for 20 years to not say anything.

And -- but there was some serious, serious problems growing up that she saw things that no child should have to see and endured things that no child should have to endure, period.

DIAZ: Our sympathies to Mindy`s loved ones tonight, and our thanks to Jimmy Nichols for speaking with SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

Also trending tonight, yikes for Yahoo! SHOWBIZ TONIGHT can tell you there is a massive firestorm today after it was revealed that Yahoo! chief Marissa Mayer is telling employees, "get to the office, stat. You see, starting in June, no more working from home. Claiming they will be more productive if they come into the office.

And today she got slammed by another big chief, Virgin`s Richard Branson, hosting a blog saying, "This seems a backwards step in an age when remote working is more effective. You provide the right technology to keep in touch with people, and they`ll be more motivated to work responsibly, quickly, and with high quality."

Let`s hash this one with Kenya Moore from "Real Housewives of Atlanta." So Kenya...

KENYA MOORE, "REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA": Hi!

DIAZ: A powerful woman -- hello -- saying you need to be in the office. You`ve got to get in the office. And we`ve got a powerful man saying, "Hey, you can do it from home." Whose side are you on?

MOORE: Well, you know, in this situation, I`m on Richard`s side. I think that employees should be able to work from home, especially if they will have the proper communication tools in which to work, and I don`t see what it`s hurting. Everybody is happy. Yes.

DIAZ: Exactly. I completely agree with you. We live in a technology of Skype.

MOORE: Yes.

DIAZ: And all the different places where you can get online and see each other.

What`s really got some of her workers peeved is that Marissa, who is a new mom, just paid for and built a nursery for her baby in the office.

MOORE: That`s shameful.

DIAZ: I mean. Yes, see. You think, "Come on in, I have a nursery."

MOORE: Yes, I mean, it`s sort of like she`s the "have," and the employees are the "have-nots." She can afford to do these things, and then she`s making her employees come in to work. It`s unfair.

DIAZ: Yes, it`s -- I think her employees should say to her, "Can we borrow your nursery? Is that going to be a problem?" But I mean, I`m betting that it has doubly ticked off her employees who are working moms and could never do the same thing. I mean, is this not a smart move on her part?

MOORE: I don`t think it`s a smart move, and she`s probably creating some of dissension amongst the ranks. You know, I just don`t think it`s fair. I think that they`ll probably resent her. And I think that they should be on her side. I mean, where -- what happened to girl power? We`re the only ones that can give children, and we should be able to have a little leeway when it comes to, you know, remote working. And unfortunately, I think she`s -- she`s not making a friendly environment at work, and that`s going to have a backlash.

DIAZ: Yes. I I`ve got to think it`s going to backfire on her, and she`s going to lose some really, really good employees here.

TLC says here comes Honey Boo Boo, yeah, that hit reality show featuring the outspoken child beauty queen and her Georgia family - is a huge smash in Poland and SHOWBIZ TONIGHT learned today that Honey Boo Boo is set to hit Italy, Sweden and Latin America, all in the next month. Wow. It`s the Boo-Boo invasion and no one is safe.

Comedian Sheryl Underwood, co-host of the CBS talk show "The Talk" just stopped by "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" and A.J. Hammer couldn`t let her go without asking what she thought about Honey Boo Boo`s quest for world domination.

A.J. HAMMER, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT HOST: What do you think about Honey Boo Boo child being our ambassador to the world?

SHERYL UNDERWOOD, CBS CO-HOST, "THE TALK": Well, while I love Honey Boo Boo. I enjoy the show, I understand the shoe, but this is why when President Bush was the president and people didn`t understand what was going on in our country.

HAMMER: Well, yes, quite ...

UNDERWOOD: No, they really don`t understand.

HAMMER: Yes.

UNDERWOOD. ...was going on in our country. But who gave Honey Boo Boo a passport? That`s what I want to know.

HAMMER: Well, you know, they don`t actually have to let her leave the country.

UNDERWOOD: She`s is not actually going--

HAMMER: It is a program.

UNDERWOOD: Got it.

HAMMER: I don`t know if she is going to go on the tour to support the program.

UNDERWOOD: I don`t know.

HAMMER: Imagine what that would be like. Where do you think -- now that she is so big in Poland, where do you think she should go next?

UNDERWOOD: I think she should go - China might be good.

HAMMER: Yeah.

UNDERWOOD: That might be good, you know, because they got a lot of good stuff in China that they make it, so she can come back with stuff.

HAMMER: Middle East, would she be of help there?

UNDERWOOD: I think she might be.

HAMMER: Yes.

UNDERWOOD: I think they might understand us better, I think they might like us better when - that`s what you are dealing with? Well, we`ll stop fighting, you. You know.

HAMMER: Yes.

UNDERWOOD: You know, so maybe that will work out.

HAMMER: You see how well that her family gets along despite all of their quirks.

UNDERWOOD: Absolutely. Maybe they can be peace in the Middle East ambassadors like Henry Kissinger, but maybe they went to Poland because they thought they will get Polish sausages over there because they like to eat. They like - oh, you know.

HAMMER: They do. Now, I imagine she should have some kind of a new international slogan, wouldn`t you think? I mean anything come to mind ...

UNDERWOOD: No, I think she should stick with what she has got because it`s going to be translated in so many different languages. Look, I`m country as corn. You know, I make a good living being country, so it is OK to let country people represent our country. It is pretty good.

HAMMER: Yeah, but Poland you better redneckognize, doesn`t have the same flow to me.

UNDERWOOD: Their flag is red and white. Their flag is red and white. So they can just translate that. You know, because I know what`s going to (inaudible) the name -- the guy - that (inaudible) like Solidarity and everything. So I think it is going to work out very, very good. Just don`t let them go to the Vatican until they get the new pope in there, then they can talk to him.

HAMMER: OK. Fair enough.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: Honey Boo Boo and the pope in the same conversation.

UNDERWOOD: What`s ...

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: When did that happen, I have no idea. So, Honey Boo Boo, I think will also need -- you mentioned that they like to eat, a new international snack food.

UNDERWOOD: Yes.

HAMMER: Is there something in all of your worldly travels, Sheryl, that you have encountered that might be appropriate for Honey Boo Boo child?

UNDERWOOD: Well, you know, they`ve got a sandwich in Pittsburgh. Permani (ph) Brothers Sandwich. It is like corn beef or it`s pastrami ...

HAMMER: Yes.

UNDERWOOD: ... with French fries stuffed in it with coleslaw stuffed in it. Excellent sandwich and you can eat and run at the same time.

HAMMER: But how is that international, though?

UNDERWOOD: Oh, I`m sorry. I was just thinking about what I want to eat. I wasn`t really paying attention to the question. OK. I don`t know what they`ve got to eat. French fries.

HAMMER: I will order something up for you.

UNDERWOOD: Absolutely. But I like the fact that you played along with the bit.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: Oh, yeah, I`m here to help. Listen, Honey Boo Boo off and running internationally. Who should follow her lead and be next?

UNDERWOOD: I think, you know, Joe Biden is doing a very good job.

(LAUGHTER)

UNDERWOOD: I think he should have his own show.

HAMMER: OK.

DIAZ: So, we had Boo-Boo, the pope and the vice president all in the same interview. That`s amazing.

Another reality star is also taking her act overseas and that is next in our SHOWBIZ Countdown of big wows. Coming at number four, check this out, Kim Kardashian steaming it up with her boyfriend Kanye West. Look at that now. On the seemingly nude cover photo for a French magazine. Talk about I see London, I see France. I see - what makes this magazine cover so interesting is that just last week Kim said she and Kanye were going to start being more private. If this is private, I hate to see what it - when they start flaunting their relationship, what it`s going to look like.

Let`s bring in Kenya Moore, a star of "Real Housewives of Atlanta." She joins me from New York. Also, in New York, political comedian and CNN.com contributor, Dean Obeidallah. Here`s what told Kim another magazine about the new private Kimye. In comments published last week, days before this racy cover photo. She said, quote, "I`m ready to be a little less open about some things like my relationships. I`m realizing everyone doesn`t need to know everything." Really? Dean, our big SHOWBIZ question, is a racy magazine cover a good way to stay private for Kenya?

DEAN OBEIDALLAH, COMEDIAN: It is only partial nudity. So, she is changing. Remember when we used to have sex tapes, now they`ve gone to only partial nudity.

(LAUGHTER)

OBEIDALLAH: This is like Kim being a nun. But I`ll be honestly, one defense that`s Kim Kardashian, one thing in defense of her, she is showing you can be pregnant and sexy and hot and I think that is a great thing, frankly.

DIAZ: OK. All right. Kenya Moore, is she sexy and hot?

KENYA MOORE: I think she is sexy and hot and Kanye is smoking hot. But, you know, I think that part of her life should be left behind you. She started off in public awareness with this sex tape. We`re all well aware of that, she`s on "Playboy." She`s done the sex thing. I think she should maybe back off a little bit. We love her, we think she is gorgeous and sexy, but we have seen that. Let`s see a more mature Kim, a mother, I think a different direction.

DIAZ: Yeah, I kind of see that as an in your face to Kris Humphries, as well. Just a little bit. A little bit.

MOORE: Yeah.

DIAZ: Will Kim and Kanye ever regret their steamy magazine pic? Doubtful.

MOORE: Doubtful.

DIAZ: But another celebrity is opening up about his biggest regret and that is number three on our SHOWBIZ Countdown of big vows, Chris Brown talked to Britain`s "Daily Mirror" about what he regrets most and yes, it`s what you think it is, it`s his 2009 assault on girlfriend Rihanna. He told the "Daily Mirror" "Sometimes you fight with the ones you love and things get said, stuff spirals. That night was the deepest regret of my life, the biggest mistake, but she loves me. What can I say. I`m forgiven, but yes, I worked hard for it." All right, it has been more than four years, Kenya, you know, since that whole assault thing. Chris Brown is saying that he`s sorry again. Our countdown question, do you think people will accept Chris Brown`s apology this time, Kenya?

MOORE: Well, I think the only person that really has to accept it is Rihanna. I, you know, from what I know of abusers, they don`t just hit you one time and it`s over. It happens over and over again. And there`s not necessarily a cure. But hopefully he`s still in therapy. I think that`s the biggest key to making sure that this doesn`t occur again. And if Rihanna is accepting of his apology and thinks that he is sincere then I hope he is and I actually hope that they can move past this and have, you know, a sort of normal, healthy relationship.

DIAZ: But Dean, help me out here. I mean, you know ...

OBEIDALLAH: Yes.

DIAZ: He doesn`t seem like he is too contrite. I mean if I am Chris Brown I`m like I`m sorry, I`m sorry, I`m sorry. Because A, he`s still popular, and B, he got Rihanna back. He should be thanking his lucky stars and apologizing to everyone he can.

OBEIDALLAH: I agree. Honestly, Carlos. I think that he should be apologizing a lot more. Because all kidding aside, it`s not a great message that you beat up your girlfriend the way he did to Rihanna and now she takes you back. It`s almost as a message that other people might be abusers, like, hey I will get her back in the end. But if he goes out and says, you know, over and over, I`ve earned this, I worked for this, and Rihanna said clearly too. If he does it ever again I`m leaving. Make that clear. You know, in America, we have thousands of women who are victims of domestic violence everyday. In fact, three women a day are actually killed, victims of domestic violence killed by their spouses or their lovers. So, you know, it`s a topic that I really feel very passionate about and I hope he gets out there and says this is as much as possible, this is not acceptable for men to do to their lovers or their girlfriends or their wives.

MOORE: Yeah. I actually - I actually would like to see him do more community service ...

DIAZ: Yes

MOORE: Go out and talk to other young men ...

DIAZ: Yes! Yes!

MOORE: To really show that he is putting in work and that he is really sincere.

DIAZ: Speak it. Yes!

MOORE: And not just say, oh, I`m sorry. And I`m over it.

DIAZ: Yes.

MOORE: Yes.

DIAZ: He worked hard.

MOORE: I think he needs to put in the work.

DIAZ: Exactly. Now, Chris Brown`s comments are hitting right as "Law & Order SVU" is about to air an episode about a case that looks remarkably like Chris Brown and Rihanna. Check out the preview.

OBEIDALLAH: Well, you are a father. You are going to be worried. Let`s be honest. But Secret Service is there, and I don`t blame the kids. I blame the United States Congress. They suck. I mean right now they have four percent of approval rating. Herpes is more popular than our Congress. It is Congress that`s doing this to his hair ...

OBEIDALLAH: It`s not - it`s not his daughters, but, of course, watch your daughter grow up, I imagine can be stressful when they date.

DIAZ: I don`t see how you are blaming Congress, and we don`t really have time for you to explain that fully, but still, Kenya, despite dad being the president I`m sure the girls give him, you know, an eye roll or two every now and then. But seriously, they are so classy when you see them out. He doesn`t have anything to worry about, does he?

MOORE: Oh, he has everything to worry about. Number one, they are gorgeous girls. They are strikingly beautiful. And kudos to Michelle for being so honest and bringing this to a human level. There - he`s a man. He`s the ruler of the free world, but he`s a father. And he`s got this little girls to worry about. And it`s perfectly understandable that they would worry him to have gray hair.

DIAZ: OK, but he has the whole army. I mean it`s like - mess with my daughter, I`m sending in the Air Force. All right, that takes us to our number one SHOWBIZ Countdown of things that made us say "Wow!" today. Beyonce`s battle for guns. A hip hop mogul who has managed the likes of Cee Lo Green and Outkast is willing to give tickets to Beyonce`s concert to people with illegal guns if they turn them in. Dean, your thoughts?

OBEIDALLAH: I think this is a great deal. I think Beyonce tickets are worth many guns. One Direction, maybe not worse a BB gun.

(LAUGHTER)

OBEIDALLAH: But I think if we`re going to wait for Congress to act to make us safer, forget it.

DIAZ: Don`t - stop talking about Congress.

OBEIDALLAH: So, I`m saying - OK. I`m a political comic. But I mean, I think this is a great thing. For someone to get these guns off the street. Every big city, New York, Atlanta, Chicago we all need them off the streets and this is a great way of doing it.

DIAZ: Dean, how dare you rip One Direction.

(LAUGHTER)

DIAZ: Kenya, would you say it is a good idea, but maybe it needs some tweaking?

MOORE: I think it is a good idea. Maybe it needs some tweaking, because I don`t know if gun-toting felons are Beyonce`s audience. I think that maybe that`s more suitable for a rap concert. But Beyonce - I think that her fans are a little bit more sophisticated or a little bit more highbrowed than you know, your common criminal that would steal or have an illegal gun, but I think the sentiment behind it is good and he`s doing it, I guess, in good faith, so to speak. So, shout out to my twin Beyonce, because she is gone with the wind fabulous.

DIAZ: All right, Kenya, Daddy`s little girl Moore and Dean, 98 degrees Obeidallah, thank you guys so much. I appreciate it.

Diddy might have the cooler moves, but the guy behind the new Harlem shake is banking lots and lots of cash, cold hard cash. Thanks to viral videos like "Gangnam Style and "Call me Maybe," the music industry is totally being upended. Tonight, "SHOWBIZ" is uncovering the new million -dollar secrets of becoming a 21st century music superstar. Here`s CNN`s Felicia Taylor for "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT."

FELICIA TAYLOR, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): The University of Georgia`s swim team grooves to it underwater. The students of Colorado College broke every library code in the book for their version.

The "Harlem Shake" has even caught fire among firefighters. And employees at San Antonio`s SeaWorld. This is the video that started it all, four guys in crazy outfits, busting a move to the "Harlem Shake" on a YouTube posting last month. Now Baauer, the song`s creator, is poised to hit it big. He gets a piece of the ad revenue every time someone clicks on a "Harlem Shake" video.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This is going to be a meaningful revenue stream, if you figure a couple dollars per thousand streams and you multiple that by millions, you start to see that this is real money.

TAYLOR (voice-over): Real money indeed. As of last week, 100,000 "Harlem Shake" videos had been viewed about 400 million times on YouTube, and that`s boosting record sales. The "Harlem Shake" was the top song download on iTunes U.S. last week, and one of the top downloads in iTunes Europe.

Baauer isn`t the only artist riding the viral video wave.

TAYLOR (voice-over): South Korean artist Psy hit paydirt last year with YouTube phenomenon "Gangnam Style," with more than a billion hits.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: "Billboard" has reported that Psy made upwards of $2 million just from the streams of "Gangnam Style." That was without selling a single track.

(MUSIC PLAYING)

TAYLOR (voice-over): And YouTube versions of Carly Rae Jepsen`s "Call Me Maybe" helped boost sales of that song. Some may have been surprised they were viral video participants.

TAYLOR (voice-over): Corporate America sees a financial opportunity in all this. Pepsi is now promoting soda with its very own "Harlem Shake."
