Now SHOWBIZ TONIGHT is counting down tonight`s top three "Jodi Arias Jaw-Droppers," including why prosecutor Juan Martinez is emerging as the real star of this trial and the real reason behind yesterday`s court disruption. So what`s the No. 1 new "Jodi Jaw-Dropper" of the day? HLN`s very own Jane Velez-Mitchell is right here, along with TV judge Alex Ferrer. They`re going to break it down for us.

Hello, I`m A.J. Hammer. Thank you for watching.
And now that "HLN AFTER DARK" has revealed its bold accusation, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT stays up after dark to reveal today`s top brand-new "Jodi Arias Jaw-Droppers."
Now, we were all watching today during HLN`s non-stop live coverage of the trial. A psychotherapist hired by the defense, which is trying to prove that Jodi was driven to kill her boyfriend, Travis Alexander, because he may have abused her.
Jodi claims she shot him before stabbing him nearly 30 times. But is that really true?
With me tonight, Jane Velez-Mitchell, who`s compelling live coverage of the Arias trial is seen weeknights on "THE JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL SHOW," 7 p.m. Eastern here on HLN. Also with me in New York, so pleased to welcome back Judge Alex Ferrer, host of the hit syndicated show, "Judge Alex."
Great having you both here. And we kick off our countdown, guys, at No. 3. Our "Jodi Jaw-dropper" is this. What Jane just found out about Jodi`s stabbing of Travis when she met up with the chief of lab services at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice right here in New York. Let`s watch this.

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HOST, "JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL": This is the knife wound to the chest. Can you paint a picture of that for our viewers?
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The stab wound, it`s not fully perpendicular. It`s at a slight oblique angle. And it`s penetrating to a depth of 3 1/2 inches.
VELEZ-MITCHELL: Three 1/2 inches. See, this, to me, of all the things that I`ve seen, just gives me chills. Three and a half inches to the heart.

HAMMER: Wow. Totally gives me chills, too, Jane. What did you learn about how Jodi may have actually killed Travis?
VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, it`s fascinating. Because if you look at the autopsy report that I`m holding in my hands, it`s a lot of gobbledy-gook to the average person. A lot of big words.
But when you see the actual length of those stab wounds. I mean, it`s extraordinary. And you think that she says, "Oh, I shot him first in self- defense." But the medical examiner believes that he may have already been dead or was possibly, quite possibly was already dead when he was shot, that that was really the coup de gras at the very end.
The medical examiner believes that the first thing she did was stab him close to the heart, right through the ribs, when he was helpless sitting at the base of the shower. Possibly with soap in his eyes. That`s a very vulnerable position in a very confined area of the shower. That`s what prosecutors think she did first.
HAMMER: Thank you for helping us understand that a little better. The visuals are always a big assistance. You also just found out a lot about Travis`s fatal neck wounds, and let`s watch that.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We`re talking about a wound six inches in length and 1 1/2 inches in depth.
VELEZ-MITCHELL: One and a half inches into my neck.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The autopsy report says it`s an oblique cut, so that means that your knife, you`re not shoving it in the throat, but you`re going in at an angle from one side to the other. The severity of the wound and the depth of wound severed the trachea. And if it were in the area of the larynx or the voice box, it would render the victim unable to utter or scream.

HAMMER: Makes perfect sense to me.
Judge Alex, I`m sure you heard some pretty gruesome details in court as a judge. And here`s what`s very interesting to me about this. Jodi claims that she was in a fog during this murder and doesn`t recall any of it. Do you think that a jury is buying that claim? Or is it just too convenient of a story for Jodi?
ALEX FERRER, HOST, "JUDGE ALEX": Well, let me say that, unfortunately, this is not even at the top of my list of gruesome cases. And I say really unfortunately.
But yes, it`s immensely convenient. Because everybody knows, and she certainly, I`m sure, had been told, that the prosecutor is going to take her version of the facts and, using the forensic evidence and physical evidence, is going to pick it to pieces.
So what better approach than to give the prosecutor a moving target? "I really don`t remember. I`m foggy about it." It makes it very hard for them to impeach her.
Now remarkably, she is not foggy about the things that help her defense.
HAMMER: Right.
FERRER: She`s very clear on the issue about the abuse and how that happened and how she felt and all that. She apparently wasn`t so traumatized that she blocked that out. But when she defended herself and can be questioned about that, that she`s foggy about it.
Do I think the jury will buy it? I didn`t think the jury was going to buy the defense in the Casey Anthony case, to be honest with you.
HAMMER: Yes.
FERRER: So we`ve got to kind of wait and see.
HAMMER: Yes, yes. It feels like they`re not buying anything, but we really won`t know until we know.
Well, from the jaw-dropping discoveries in the crime lab to our No. 2 "Jodi Jaw-Dropper" on the "SHOWBIZ Countdown," Jodi`s migraine claim. So we just learned today why court was mysteriously canceled yesterday. Sources tell a producer for HLN`s "NANCY GRACE SHOW" that Jodi was suffering from a migraine headache.
Jane, given how many lies Jodi has told, I don`t think everybody is buying this.
VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, we had a caller last night who said, "I get migraines, and she`s not exhibiting any of the symptoms. Your eyes get watery. You can`t hold your head up."
And also, another viewer pointed out, "Hey, she was on the stand day after day after day after day after day after day, even more stressful than sitting in court. She didn`t get migraines then, when she was telling her story."
But we did get a call and have spoken to somebody who has spent time in that jail and says it is migraine producing. It`s very hard to sleep at night. It`s very noisy.
HAMMER: yes. Yes. Wouldn`t be surprising at all.
That takes us to our No. 1 "Jodi Arias Jaw-dropper" in our "SHOWBIZ Countdown": court held up today because of claims that the prosecutor is being treated like a rock star.
So Jodi`s defense team is claiming that Juan Martinez is showboating outside of court, signing autographs and posing with fans. They`re concerned that a member of the jury has seen him doing this.
HLN`s own Jean Casarez was actually called to the stand today and asked what she has observed. But we can tell you, Juan Martinez does have his fans. Here`s Arizona affiliate KPNX with a special report for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s not Brad Pitt, it`s Juan Martinez, surrounded by a throng of admirers as he makes his way out of court. People calling his name, clambering for a picture. A moment with the hard-hitting prosecutor of the Jodi Arias trial.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I want you to sign my cane.
JUAN MARTINEZ, PROSECUTOR: Really?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I do.
MARTINEZ: Oh, my God.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Here, I have my Sharpie.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Martinez, a 25-year veteran with the Maricopa County Attorney`s Office, has had his share of high-profile cases, but he says nothing could have prepared him for this.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: This morning when we got here, we got to the elevator. And he was standing right there. And I was just kind of like shocked. And he just looked at me and said hi. And I was like, "Hi, it`s so nice to meet you."
KATHY (ph) BROWN, MARTINEZ FAN: He`s my hero. I call him my little firecracker.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Kathy (ph) Brown got to meet her hero for the first time on Valentine`s Day.
BROWN: I have to admit, he`s very mesmerizing, you know? He`s just got that -- that way about him.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: An unexpected hero in a gruesome murder trial. Juan Martinez now a leading man.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He`s not a bad looking guy. And like I said again, I think it boils down to confidence. Definitely an older gentleman. I think he`s adorable, you know.

HAMMER: My God, look at how star-struck they all are. Well, all the rock star talk was the talk of the court today. HLN correspondent Jean Casarez called to the stand during a hearing, asked if she saw a member of the jury witness fans getting autographs from Martinez. You`ve got to watch what Jean said.

JEAN CASAREZ, CORRESPONDENT, TRUTV`S "IN SESSION": I said I have seen a juror just sitting outside the front door of the courthouse. I`ve seen him walk through the front doors to meet -- jurors are sacred. But I can look, because I have eyes.
KIRK NURMI, JODI`S DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Fair enough.
CASAREZ: And I said my concern would be if a juror would see that. That would be my concern.

HAMMER: All right. Judge Alex, even if a juror didn`t see anything, you`re presiding over this case. You hear that the prosecutor is out there signing autographs and taking pictures, aren`t you thinking, hey, cut it out, man?
FERRER: Yes, absolutely. If -- if the jury were sequestered, I wouldn`t care, to be honest with you. Because prosecutors and public defenders, they do remarkable work for very little money. I would not begrudge them the admiration that they deserve, except for the fact that if a juror sees them, if a jury is not sequestered and a juror sees them, it could influence the jury. They could start thinking about popular opinion instead of what they`re supposed to be thinking about: the evidence in the case.

HAMMER: That`s Justin Bieber`s mom, Pattie Mallette. I just went one-on- one with about all of the Bieb`s recent run-ins: reckless driving, paparazzi fights. And now the L.A. County Sheriff`s Department is investigating a claim that the pop star assaulted his own neighbor.
It`s all disturbing new information. And concerned Justin could be headed the way of other troubled young stars. From Hollywood, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`S Nischelle Turner investigates just what`s up with the Biebs.

JUSTIN BIEBER, POP STAR: (EXPLETIVE DELETED)
NISCHELLE TURNER, HLN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): First overseas...
BIEBER: What did you say?
TURNER: ... and now at home.
STEVE WHITMORE, POLICE: At 9:08 this morning, we got a call.
TURNER: Justin Bieber`s bad-boy image is going strong. Bieber is now under investigation by the LAPD.
WHITMORE: Had to do with allegations of a battery and threats made by Mr. Bieber on one of his neighbors.
TURNER: According to media reports, Bieber was racing his Ferrari around his posh Calabasas community when a neighbor confronted him. That`s when the neighbor claims things turned nasty, and Justin spit on him.
WHITMORE: Battery, the definition is unwanted touching. So it could be anything. It could be a pat on the shoulder, or somebody could actually spit on somebody.
TURNER: Police say Bieber`s camp denies these claims, and a source within the star`s security team tells CNN, quote, "There was no physical contact. The neighbor went onto Justin`s property. They exchanged words. The neighbor has had issues before."
While the case remains open, the incident is just the latest on a growing list of questionable headlines surrounding the 19-year-old star.
(on camera): There`s been a lot of bizarre things...
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes.
TURNER: ... that have been going on. The gas mask, the fight with the paparazzi, the throwing up on stage, the running into a glass wall.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The press, the scrutiny, the pressure I think has a lot to do with his behavior lately. I mean, you can`t open a magazine. Look around. It`s all Bieber all the time.
TURNER (voice-over): And at times, Justin Bieber is half naked. But beyond his tattooed torso, millions of Bieber fans have also been getting a closer look at what appears to be a growing temper, including this altercation with a London photographer.
BIEBER: What did you say?
TURNER: Making matters worse for the star, a former bodyguard is suing him, claiming the singer assaulted him, charges the Bieber camp denies.
As for the woman who raised him, Pattie Mallette offered this to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s A.J. Hammer about her son.
MALLETTE: You know, it`s crazy some of these headlines, you know, that I see them, sometimes, at the same time as everyone else.
It`s a tough call. I think that it`s tough not having privacy, but it`s also, you know, it`s a great platform to be able to use it to do -- to do so much good.
TURNER: And millions, including Mom, will wait to see if the good Justin Bieber returns to the scene.

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Nischelle Turner is with me now from Hollywood. Nischelle, this is getting serious here. We have the L.A. County Sheriff`s Office saying they could possibly arrest Justin on the battery charge. But what are the chances that actually is going to happen?
TURNER: You know, that`s a good question, A.J. And we`re talking percentages. And it may be something like a 60/40, 70/30. Because they have to prove that Justin purposefully spit on this man.
Now, there are two sides to the story, of course. But the man who said this happened says, "This happened. I`m standing by it. And I want to prosecute." So it seems like he`s very strong in his convictions.
Justin on the other hand, we heard sources say that the guy came on Justin`s property and that they exchanged words. So who knows if something kind of flew out of his mouth? If there`s some surveillance video, that could be the smoking gun.
HAMMER: Yes, sure. Is there any understanding of what we can possibly expect to hear if Bieber is cleared or if he ends up getting charged?
TURNER: Yes, another good question, A.J. The word that we`re getting from the Los Angeles Sheriff`s Department spokespeople is that they`re still combing through the evidence. They`re talking to witnesses, and they`re trying to make sure that they have all their ducks in a row before they decide what to do.
HAMMER: And I will continue to say this. I just hope he is not on the wrong path or approaching the wrong path. I don`t believe it, because I know he does have a lot of pressure. But we`ll continue to hope for the best for Justin.

But now in a brand-new tweet, she reveals her burger and cheese fries binge. She writes, "Damn, I spoke too soon. My first pregnancy craving."
Kim, I say indulge all you want.
"The Battle of the Baby Bumps" take us from Kim`s craving confession to Kate`s royal baby revelations.
So Duchess Catherine is now getting her royal baby prep into high gear. She apparently is shopping for her palace nursery and trying to decide where she`s going to give birth.
Today brand-new revelations about the great royal expectation. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has just obtained an advanced copy of the new "People" magazine. And it`s "Pregnant Princess Diaries," including brand-new details about, arguably, the most anticipated celebrity baby on the planet.
With me tonight from Hollywood is Jen Garcia, who`s a senior reporter for "People." So Jen, we just heard Kim revealing her pregnancy cravings. What you have learned about Kate`s?
JEN GARCIA, SENIOR REPORTER, "PEOPLE" MAGAZINE: Well, Kate, indeed, has had some pregnancy cravings, as well. They may not be having In and Out. But she`s been craving, you know, sweets. And this is something she normally hasn`t been indulging in: cupcakes, biscuits, there`s been some cheese crackers. So she`s been quite pregnant.
HAMMER: The In and Out burger also is not across the pond just yet. But listen, Duchess...
GARCIA: Exactly.
HAMMER: ... has been out and about a lot lately. She`s doing her charity events. She`s keeping all of her promises for any other royal responsibilities. But she`s not letting that get in the way of baby preps. What did people learn about these royal baby preps and how the nursery is shaping up?
GARCIA: Well, that`s right. I mean, she has been out and about a ton, which is very different from early on, when she kept it, you know, super low key because of her morning sickness. But she has been so busy doing a ton of charity work and also prepping for the nursery.
So we hear that she`s going to be moving into Kensington Palace this fall, so after the baby`s birth, since she`s due this summer. But she`s been shopping up a storm, prepping for the nursery. And she`s also deciding where she`s going to give birth. So it`s between two hospitals right now. And, you know, that will be the big detail that everyone`s waiting to find out.
HAMMER: So how is she out there shopping for stuff, and word is not getting out on the color or perhaps gender influences of some of the things she`s buying?
GARCIA: Well, I think they`re doing a very good job. You know, that certainly wouldn`t last in Hollywood. Kim Kardashian, I think her secret`s out. But you know, she obviously has people who are doing the shopping for her.
And we`ve heard that she`s having, you know, friends like personal designers come in and help her with the nursery. So it`s not like Kate has to go, you know, pounding the pavement like you and I...
HAMMER: Yes.
GARCIA: ... and shopping for the nursery there.
HAMMER: You know, you know one of her friends has got to know something, either name choices...
GARCIA: Oh, yes.
HAMMER: ... or perhaps even the gender. But I guess we`ll have to wait and see.

Welcome back to "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" Thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer. And tonight on the SHOWBIZ Countdown, it`s our top three Hollywood true crime mysteries. I`m talking cases of murder, missing persons, and disturbing secrets. These are the top three true crime mysteries that have all of Hollywood perplexed and amazed. And we`re kicking things off on our Countdown with number three tonight. What is the real story behind the shocking murder of Ronny Chasen? One of Hollywood`s most powerful and beloved publicists. You might remember the story. Chasen was gunned down in Beverly Hills in 2010. But while police closed this case, this man is saying hang on a minute. Not so fast. Ad executive and filmmaker Ryan Katzenbach says the investigation is incomplete. And he`s making a documentary to fill in the blanks. Ryan is with us tonight from Hollywood to help us get to the bottom of this true crime mystery.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We don`t have crimes like this in the city of Beverly Hills.
HAMMER: It was the murder that shocked Hollywood. Legendary Hollywood publicist Ronny Chasen spent the evening of November 15th, 2010 hobnobbing with stars at red carpet premiere. Just hours later, she was dead. Shot four times while driving her Mercedes in Beverly Hills. Her death sent ripples through the entertainment industry.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: All of her clients were her friends.
HAMMER: Less than a month later, police closed in on felon Harold Martin Smith at his Hollywood apartment.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The suspect produced a handgun and there was a self inflicted gunshot wound.
HAMMER: Cops say, he killed himself with the same gun used to kill Chasen in what they suspect was a random botched robbery. But with both the victim and suspected robber now dead, no one will ever know for sure exactly what transpired in this gruesome Hollywood crime tale.

HAMMER: So, Ryan, police say Chasen was murdered by this ex-con who later killed himself with the gun used to kill Chasen. And police do seem pretty confident that this was a botched robbery. Why do you call this case incomplete?
RYAN KATZENBACH, FILMMAKER: Well, personally, A.J., I have not seen any of the ballistics reports. I haven`t seen any of the narratives. I haven`t seen anything that prove conclusively to me that the two guns, or the one gun that was actually the same gun that was used to kill Ronny and to kill Harold Smith. I have made some freedom of information requests to Beverly Hills police department and they have refused to turn any of this material over, which kind of baffles me. In a case that`s closed, why the secret?
HAMMER: OK. Then have you seen any concrete evidence that suggests that police are wrong about Harold Smith killing Ronny Chasen if you haven`t seen the evidence that suggests that that`s how it went down?
KATZENBACH: Right. What I`ve been doing in the course of my investigation is I`ve been tracking down some of the various eyewitnesses as well as Ronny`s friends, people who knew Harold Smith firsthand and spent a great deal of time with him. And the basis of my information is coming from a lot of eyewitnesses that are telling me things that are night and day polar opposite of what has been put into the media by the Beverly Hills police department.
HAMMER: And as I`m sure you are aware, not everybody is happy that you`re making this film. There is a friend of Chasen`s named Vivian Mayer who tells the Hollywood reporter that Chasen`s friends don`t want any part of this thing. I`m going to read a bit of what she said. "They have no interest in participating in documentary that will most likely be about appealing to people`s morbid curiosity. The police solved the case and I, for one, based on the solid evidence they provided me, was satisfied. Now, there are two things there, Ryan. First, I`d like to know if Chasen`s friends are satisfied that this is a case of case closed, why not respect their wishes?
KATZENBACH: No. There are more people, obviously, than Vivian Mayer that Ronny was very close to. She has multiple friends that go back 25, 30 years. And those friends are not satisfied that it necessarily happened the way that they said it did. And they have a lot of questions. And there are some other colleagues that have a lot of questions that she worked with. And then, of course, there`s the people who knew Harold Smith and they raise a lot of questions about whether or not Harold did this.
HAMMER: And then there is the point that she points out, they provided her with evidence, making her satisfied, perhaps evidence that you`re now not getting the opportunity to see. But it`s going to be very interesting, Ryan. I`m going to leave it there to see where you end up taking this thing. And good luck with this project. Thanks for being with us. I appreciate it.

HAMMER: Well, Ronny Chasen is not the only Hollywood power play at the center of a Hollywood true crime mystery. This takes us to number two on our SHOWBIZ Countdown, the disturbing and baffling case of missing movie studio executive Gavin Smith. He disappeared last year. And since then, some secrets about his past have come to light. And cops suspect that they may have something to do with what happened to him.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We want you to come home, baby.
HAMMER: In this ABC interview, you can hear the anguish in the voice of the wife of Gavin Smith, an executive with 20th Century Fox who vanished without a trace last May.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We love you. Our world is not right without you.
HAMMER: Police have spent almost a year combing L.A. for clues in this baffling ongoing mystery. And they turned up nothing. At least nothing they`re sharing publicly.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We have an idea of his activities. But we don`t really want to discuss those (inaudible) - with the case.
HAMMER: Smith`s secret activities included a history of drug use according to his wife and an alleged relationship Smith was having with the wife of a convicted drug dealer who police now say is a person of interest in what is no longer a missing person`s case.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We believe that Gavin Smith was murdered.
HAMMER: But there`s no body, no arrests, and no resolution to this Hollywood mystery.

HAMMER: So with no body and no arrest, can this true crime mystery ever be solved? Helping us judge this case in New York tonight, Judge Alex Ferrer, host of the syndicated TV show "Judge Alex." So, Judge Alex, you have got a missing movie executive, you have these drug allegations, you have a possible Hollywood love triangle. So as a former cop and you`re also a lawyer, what is the key to making a breakthrough in a case like this?
FERRER: Well, they may have very well just found the key. You know, finding the car is crucial because now the car leads them -- the car was in a storage facility. That leads them to who owns the storage facility which I`m sure is probably the confidential informant who then said wait a minute, let me tell you who told me to put this car here. They`re starting to work backwards from what they`ve discovered now. It`s a difficult case, don`t get me wrong. You know, they don`t have ironclad proof of murder. But it`s definitely a murder investigation now and the leads are being followed up. And I think they`re on the right track.
HAMMER: CNN legal analyst and former federal prosecutor Sunny Hostin also with us tonight in New York. It is a fascinating development, Sunny. But even though they don`t have a body and they haven`t arrested anyone, the cops do seem pretty sure this is a murder. But they`re not saying why. What does that say to you?
SUNNY HOSTIN, CNN LEGAL ANALYST: It says to me that this is an active investigation. I mean if you give too much information out to the public, you can comprise your investigation. I mean sometimes you see law enforcement asking for tips, asking for help and sharing information. But if they`re working with a confidential informant and they are still actively investigating this case and they have what I agree is a really hot lead, if you give up too much information, you really can compromise the investigation. But I`ve got to tell you, given what they have so far, A.J., prosecutors try cases, murder cases without bodies. And a lot of times are very successful in doing that. So even if Gavin Smith`s body is never found, if they get enough information from the car, from witnesses, from this investigation, we may still see a trial in this case.
HAMMER: So, so in other words, and Judge Alex please chime in on this, they don`t find Gavin Smith`s body, but somebody could still be arrested?
FERRER: Oh, absolutely. Sunny is completely right about that. They can actually be arrested and be convicted without a body. We had a case like that in Miami not too long ago. Where the husband was convicted of murdering his wife. Her body was never found. The question isn`t do you have this particular evidence. The question is does the evidence you have convince the jury beyond every reasonable doubt that the crime was committed and that the defendant committed it.
HAMMER: All right, well now we`re down to number one on the SHOWBIZ Countdown of Hollywood` true crime mysteries. And this is a mystery with a huge connection to a wildly popular reality show. Number three, the murder case of beloved Hollywood publicist Ronny Chasen who was gunned down in Beverly Hills back in 2010. Number two, the case of 20th Century Fox exec Gavin Smith who mysteriously disappeared last year. So what happened to him? That takes us to our number one true crime mystery on the count down, former "Survivor" producer Bruce Beresford-Redman accused of murdering his wife in Mexico.

HAMMER: It`s been described as a reality show gone bad. Bruce Beresford- Redman, a former producer of the CBS reality show "Survivor" sits in a Mexican jail awaiting trial on charges he killed his wife Monica during a trip to Cancun.
BRUCE BERESFORD-REDMAN, FORMER PRODUCER, "SURVIVOR": I`m here because I`m accused of killing my wife Monica.
HAMMER: The couple traveled with their two children to this Cancun resort to work on their troubled marriage. During the trip, Monica mysteriously vanished. Three days later, her beaten and naked body was found in this sewer on the resort ground. Police quickly focused on her husband, but from jail he tells CBS "48 Hours" he`s innocent.
BERESFORD-REDMAN: I didn`t kill my wife. I really didn`t.
HAMMER: In this reality show murder mystery, there are still far more questions than answers.

HAMMER: And besides the mysterious murder, there are other mysteries that actually could damage the case against Beresford-Redman. CNN legal analyst and former federal prosecutor Sunny Hostin is back with me in New York tonight along with Judge Alex Ferrer, host of the fantastic syndicated show "Judge Alex." So here we have no DNA evidence. We have no direct witnesses. Sunny, does this seem like a very murky case to you?
HOSTIN: It does. I mean what bothers me about this is if you`re at a resort with your wife, traveling with your children and your wife disappears and ends up in a sewer on the grounds of the resort, you would think that this was sort of a crime of passion, right? Not something that was planned. And typically when you have crimes of passion, you make mistakes. Things happen. So there is usually DNA evidence. There are witnesses. How do you remove a body and dump a body in a sewer with no one seeing it? And I think that`s going to be troubling to any trier of fact. I mean it just doesn`t quite make sense. But when you think about motive which prosecutors usually don`t have to prove, well, who else had motive? Who else would want the wife off? I mean they certainly were having these marital problems because he cheated on her. So it`s a difficult case, I think. But it just -- there is something about it. My spidey sense kind of tingles with this case. It just doesn`t quite make sense.
HAMMER: I`m glad to know you`ve got that spidey sense (inaudible) Sunny. But that`s not the only trouble this case may have, because the other mystery in this case is that much of the evidence that forensic investigators gathered at the scene of the murder was destroyed because of an apparent screw up by a forensic investigator. Judge Alex, I have to imagine that would be fairly critical in the case like this?
FERRER: That`s absolutely devastating. They do have forensic evidence that they collected in the room and also where the body was found and you`re absolutely right, it was ordered destroyed by mistake. And it`s gone. And that`s the double problem. The first problem is now the prosecution doesn`t have that evidence in order to use it to convict the defendant. The other problem is that the defense now can use it to stand up and say wait a minute, this forensic evidence would have exonerated my client. My client couldn`t collect it himself. That had to be collected by the police.
HOSTIN: Yeah.
FERRER: And now it`s not available for us to defend.
HAMMER: Yeah, I imagine so. As a former prosecutor, you wouldn`t be happy about that at all.
HOSTIN: Oh, it`s horrible. I mean it`s sort of your worst nightmare coming true, especially if you believe that this defendant is guilty and you don`t have the evidence to prove it.
HAMMER: Well, we also know, this isn`t going to be a jury trial. Beresford-Redman will be judged by a judge in Mexico. So, Judge Alex, is that good news or bad news for him?
FERRER" Well, that could be good or bad. It depends on the judge. Judges are like teachers and police officers, there are good ones and there are bad ones. Personally, I prefer the jury system because us, judges, we get jaded. We see defendants raise the same defense all the time and we don`t tend to believe them when we hear it the 40th time. But jurors are fresh.
HAMMER: Judge Alex, great to have your perspective. You as well, Sunny, thank you so much.

The star of "Breaking Bad" had his car broken into in New Mexico right where the show takes place. And this New Mexico man, Xavier MacAfee (ph), has been accused of the break in. He was charged with burglary, he`s out on bail now. And tonight, "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" is revealing the 911 call that Bryan Cranston placed less than an hour after the break in went down. CRANSTON: That will be great. I`m on - they broke my passenger window and I`m on my way to Albuquerque Audi to get -- to turn it in. Can someone meet me there?
911 DISPATCHER:: You know what sir, they usually won`t go out of district, especially for something like that.. Let me have an officer give you a call and that might be the best thing to do. And he can still make a report for you that way. Can I get your name, please, sir?

HAMMER: OK, I don`t know if it occurred to him at that moment, but I can only imagine what that 911 operator was thinking when he found out it was Bryan Cranston at the other end of the phone. And check this out, brand new reports say that the script was possibly stolen, a script that was in his bag along with Cranston`s iPad and a bunch of other personal things. The studio behind "Breaking Bad" is not confirming that there is a stolen script out there. But who better to break this down, it`s a wild SHOWBIZ 911 mystery and HLN Jane Velez-Mitchell is right here. So, Jane, you know, there`s a great mystery here in that there are new reports the suspect went to a bar and bragged about getting the star`s iPad and stealing a script for "Breaking Bad" right from the car. I`m wondering if he was targeting Bryan`s car or if it`s just some random deal?
VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, I would say very possibly. Because all of this went down right near where the show is taped. And if you have ever seen the stars on location, I mean the areas where they do these tapings, they`re not used to big stars. So, there is a lot of looky-looks, there is a lot of people who are fascinated, may even follow the star around. And the idea that this man was allegedly bragging about the fact that oh, I had the star`s items that would leads me to think that there is a connection, that it wasn`t just accidental, A.J.
HAMMER: Here`s another big SHOWBIZ mystery that I can`t seem to get to the bottom of, who the heck wants the spoiler? You know what I`m saying? There is all this concern that the spoiler is going to leak out. I have to tell you, it`s not a concern for me as a huge fan of the show. I don`t want to know. So, I`m not looking for that information. It`s not going to ruin it for me.
VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, you never know. I mean I always tell people, don`t tell me the ending, please.
HAMMER: Right.
VELEZ-MITCHELL:: Don`t ruin my movie or TV experience. And so, if this person does have a crucial episode in the season finale and blogs about it or says something imagine how that could take off.
