THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED.

A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Well, talked tonight on "HLN AFTER DARK," the "Bold Accusation," is Jodi Arias a sexual deviant? Now it`s the "SHOWBIZ Countdown," the top three Jodi Arias stories sparking new outrage today.

Her prison artwork for sale online. Ridiculous parodies of Jodi on the stand.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Can you explain how he was abusive?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He was always just like yell-y and scream-y, and just super shout-y.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: So what will be the No. 1 story of Jodi outrage?

Plus the bridge that fights.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Affectionately known as the Can Opener Bridge. Some vehicles just get a shave. Others get stopped cold.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Trucks turn into convertibles right before your very eyes. Do not miss tonight`s "SHOWBIZ Caught on Tape."

SHOWBIZ TONIGHT starts right now.

Hello and thanks for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer.

And now that "HLN AFTER DARK" has made its "Bold Accusation" tonight about Jodi Arias, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT stays up after dark to reveal the top three brand-new developments today that triggered Jodi Arias outrage.

Jane Velez-Mitchell, whose compelling coverage of Jodi Arias`s murder trial is seen weeknights on "THE JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL SHOW," 7 p.m. Eastern here on HLN. Jane`s in New York tonight. And attorney Darren Kavinoky is in Atlanta. He is also the host of "Deadly Sins" on Investigation Discovery.

And we are kicking off our countdown with No. 3, the outrage over Jodi Arias trying to make money on her Web site, while fighting to avoid the death penalty for shooting her boyfriend, Travis Alexander, and stabbing him dozens of times.

So Jodi has made a couple of bucks selling her artwork on the site. And she actually adds her thumbprint to whatever artwork she makes so she can authenticate, yes, the artwork is actually hers. Jane, is it outrageous that she`s actually allowed to do this, or is this OK?

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, HLN ANCHOR: Well, I think it`s personally outrageous. But there`s nothing to stop her. She hasn`t been convicted of anything. Now, if she`s convicted, there are "Son of Sam" type laws that would try to prevent her from profiting from selling her story.

And of course there`s always that civil possibility, a civil wrongful death suit down the road. Remember, O.J. Simpson, he was even acquitted of killing Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman in the criminal trial. But in the civil trial, he was judged, forced to pay 30-plus million. Of course he didn`t pay any of it. That`s another matter entirely.

HAMMER: Another matter entirely. But yes, Darren, to the point that Jane makes. There`s really no reason why she legally can`t do this right now. As much as we may find it offensive, or not want her to be doing this, why the heck shouldn`t she be cashing in while she can?

DARREN KAVINOKY, HOST, INVESTIGATION DISCOVERY`S "DEADLY SINS": Well, because there may be bigger fish to fry, like -- oh, I don`t know -- keeping yourself off of Death Row and trying to assist your counsel as they`re fighting this battle on your behalf. So it seems to me that it`s me than just a small distraction.

But Jane and I are totally aligned on this. There`s no legal prohibition against doing it. O.J. Simpson is really the obvious situation, where the Goldmans, even in the face of an acquittal, were able to get a money judgment and continue to hound O.J. right into a prison cell, I might add.

So yes, it`s not a great idea. I`m sure that the court of public opinion, they would convict her of lunacy for focusing on this.

But, you know, to her point that all of this controversy actually drives up the price of her artwork, I think that`s kind of the -- that`s the lead that we buried here. It`s all more valuable now because people are talking about it.

HAMMER: Yes, there`s no question about that. I mean, imagine what O.J. Simpson could have done, had there been social media when he was going through what he went through.

Because Jodi doesn`t only have the Web site. Of course, she`s out there tweeting. Now, her account is apparently being managed by her friend, Donovan Bering (ph), who talks to Jodi daily and tweets on her behalf.

Last February this is something that she tweeted: "EBay has banned all listings of my artwork. The silver lining in making my art more difficult to obtain is that it keeps increasing in value," to Darren`s point, Jane.

And we`ve been talking about O.J. Simpson. There really is no reason, if Jodi is acquitted, that Travis Alexander`s family couldn`t go after her in the same exact way, isn`t that correct? In a civil action?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Yes, I think absolutely they could. For sure.

KAVINOKY: And there`s totally different standards of proof. And let`s keep this in mind, that in order to be convicted in the criminal case, obviously, the burden is the highest we have in the law. It`s proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

In a civil case, it`s different. It`s just preponderance of the evidence. It`s just tipping the scales ever so slightly in one direction or the other. So it`s very possible that she could be acquitted, if anybody believes that`s a possibility, and still be held liable in a civil case, seeking money damages.

HAMMER: We are also seeing a lot more outrage about Jodi on the Internet, which takes us to No. 2 on the "SHOWBIZ Countdown," the outrageous parodies of Jodi. These things have been popping up all over the place online.

I want to play one for you right now. It`s a parody created by a comedian, Courtney Caruso (ph), who`s making fun of what Jodi said and how she acted when she was on the witness stand.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Did you kill Travis Alexander?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Yes. Yes, I did. I think. No, I did. He attacked m, and it was self-defense.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Can you explain how he was abusive?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: He was always just like yell-y, and scream-y. He wanted me to take pictures of him in the shower. I dropped the camera. He was, like, "A 5-year-old girl can take better naked pictures of me."

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: That`s actually a pretty good impersonation. The parody is obviously quite ridiculous, really. But Jane, do you think that`s exactly what the jury is thinking about Jodi and her claims that she killed Travis in self-defense? Just ridiculous?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, first of all, she got the bangs. And she got the whole attitude, which is "Oh, my God, he called me names," as if that`s a justification for slitting somebody`s throat ear to ear, stabbing them 29 times and shooting them in the face. So that woman got this woman`s psyche, which I think is brilliant. Although obviously, it`s a very, very tragic situation, and so I don`t know if it`s something I ever, ever will be comfortable joking about.

HAMMER: And all of the brand-new outrage today, the most does seem to be aimed at the domestic abuse expert who was called by the defense. This is No. 1 in the "SHOWBIZ Countdown," the jurors` tough questions to her, when they got to ask some. Now watch as they ask if she can even compare the alleged abuse by Travis on Jodi to her killing him.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JUDGE SHERRY STEPHENS, PRESIDING OVER TRIAL: "On the one side, we have demeaning multiple verbal slurs, a slap, a shove, a chokehold and a lunge perpetrated on Jodi. On the other, we have a gunshot to the head, a four- inch deep slit throat and close to 30 stab wounds delivered by Jodi to Travis. Is not the perpetrator of the greatest domestic violence, Jodi?"

ALYCE LAVIOLETTE, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE EXPERT: I think what happened to Mr. Alexander is horrific.

JUAN MARTINEZ, PROSECUTOR: Objection, relevance.

STEPHENS: Sustained.

LAVIOLETTE: I think that self-defense...

MARTINEZ: Objection. Beyond the scope of the question. There`s no...

STEPHENS: I`m going to sustain the objection. The question is, "Is not the perpetrator of the greatest domestic violence Jodi?"

LAVIOLETTE: No.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK, did you catch all that there? The domestic violence expert, who by the way, is paid 300 bucks an hour, just told the jury that the greatest perpetrator of domestic violence is Travis Alexander, who happens to be dead, Darren. Is that outrageous? It strikes me as outrageous.

KAVINOKY: Well, I`m really nervous about this if I`m sitting at the defense table, because that question, A.J., misses the fundamental premise. Which is this is not a contest to see who visited the greatest domestic violence upon whom.

HAMMER: Right.

KAVINOKY: What this is, it`s a wondering about whether or not Jodi Arias was a victim of domestic violence and then how that might impact her mental state, how this might impact her defense in the case.

We can debate whether or not she is, whether anybody believes that, but boy, if anybody believes this is a contest, then the defense is really in trouble.

HAMMER: Yes. It certainly does get things a little off track. All right. Jane, Darren, thank you both so much tonight for joining us.

And for the very latest on the Jodi Arias trial, make sure you catch "HLN AFTER DARK" Monday through Thursday at 10 p.m. Eastern right here on HLN.

Moving on now to Justin Bieber`s Anne Frank uproar. Have you heard about this? Justin Bieber visits the home of the iconic young author whose diary about hiding from Nazis is world-renowned, and now Justin`s getting slammed for saying he hoped Anne would have been a "Belieber." That`s right. So SHOWBIZ dares to ask, is Justin getting a raw deal here? It`s our next blockbuster "SHOWBIZ Countdown." We`ve got today`s top three "SHOWBIZ Newsmakers."

And another teen heartthrob causing commotion for an entirely different reason tonight.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JOE JONAS, SINGER: I have a proposition for you. On July the tenth in Chicago, Illinois, I would like to fly you out, escort you to my concert. What do you think?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Terrific. Joe Jonas flipped the script on his date night plea from a young woman with his own wild viral video. Well, Joe`s would-be date, she is right here. We are getting the inside details about Joe`s shocking proposal. Which teen sensation will top the countdown?

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIM KARDASHIAN, REALITY TV STAR: She`s an actress, multiplatinum recording artist, and she`s here tonight to perform her new song for the very first time, "Come and Get It." Give it up for Selena Gomez.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Momma to be Kim Kardashian bringing some glam to the MTV Movie Awards. Kim K. didn`t mind being center stage last night, but she was a little bit more covered up at her latest hearing for a divorce trial. And by a little bit, I mean she was protected by nearly a dozen sheriff`s deputies as she left court. Really? What`s the deal?

Well, here`s the deal and the photo of Kim that`s causing all the controversy today. Put that photo up, Charles. Here`s Kim now being escorted out of a Los Angeles courthouse by ten L.A. County sheriffs. This was on Friday after her estranged husband, Kris Humphries, failed to show at this mandatory divorce settlement hearing.

You kind of got to wonder why Kim needed not one, not two, but ten sheriffs to escort her out of court. That bring us right to tonight`s "Quick Hits." This is when we fire through today`s hot topics. With me in New York, it was fast-talking Jenny on Sirius XM satellite radio.

Well, hidden run, too, with Jenny.

JENNY HUTT, HOST, SIRIUS XM`S "JUST JENNY": All right.

HAMMER: Taxpayers` money: hard at work or hardly working? I mean, do you think the L.A. Sheriff`s Office has some explaining to do? Thirty seconds.

HUTT: OK. This is what I think. I wish it weren`t taxpayers` money, but I understand why Kim was concerned. She was a baby in her belly. And she was trying to protect that baby in the best world and the best way of looking at it. So I`m going to say that she was afraid of the paparazzi attacking her and, therefore, threatening her. And that baby`s is in that belly. That baby in her belly. That`s my theory.

HAMMER: The baby in the belly protected. Ten, ten. We need ten men.

All right. And let`s move right along to our next point, "Quick Hit" tonight. Volleyball superstar Gabrielle Reece`s brand-new comments about her surprising role in her marriage to Laird Hamilton.

She writes in her new book, that to be truly feminine, she has to be soft, receptive, and -- wait for it -- submissive. Yes, she says submissive. Now watch what she just told Natalie Morales on "The Today Show" about all of this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GABRIELLE REECE, VOLLEYBALL SUPERSTAR: I choose to serve my family and my husband, because it creates a dynamic where he is, then, in fact acting more like a man and masculine and treating me the way I want to be treated, which I`d like to be cherished. And I think because women have the ability to set the tone, that the ultimate strength and showing real power, I believe, is creating that environment. I don`t think it`s actually a sign of weakness.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK, Gabby. Try to clear things up, Jenny. Do you agree that being submissive to your man is not a sign of weakness, or are you sitting there cringing? Thirty seconds.

HUTT: I agree with her. And here`s why. If we`re going to be dominating women in the workforce and out of the house, then when we come home, we have to make our men feel like men.

So I`m a big believer in catering to his needs when I`m at home. And out of the house, I might be a little more dominant.

So I`m going to say kudos for Gabrielle Reece for speaking the truth. If we want our marriages to work, I do believe there has to be some level of submissive when at home. And certainly under the covers, that works for me.

HAMMER: All about striking a balance, right? OK.

There`s another sports legend who is stirring up some big-time controversy. It`s Tiger Woods. So when his ball hit the flag pole and dropped into the drink at the Master`s over the weekend, Tiger violated a rule about where a player can drop his ball. It has to be where the initial shot was made. But Tiger was penalized for dropping it a couple of yards away.

Now, people, of course, had a field day with this. In fact, let`s put up the "New York Post" front-page headline today: "Tiger Puts Balls in Wrong Place Again." Nice. Now you may have heard in the end Tiger did not win the Master`s this time around.

HUTT: No.

HAMMER: Jenny, here is our "Quick Hits" question on Tiger. Does he deserve this kind of abuse, reminding us of when he was sleeping with anything that walked, or should people leave him alone?

Put up the clock, Charles. Thirty seconds.

HUTT: OK. Well, I think he should have learned his lesson, that when you cheat, you get caught. So that`s No. 1. Right?

HAMMER: Yes.

HUTT: So that`s No. 1

No. 2, yes, I cannot believe that he made this mistake. This is Tiger Woods. Golf defines him -- well, before the scandal, right? So I think he should have known better to make this error and cheat move and, yes, I think he deserves all the flack he`s getting for it. I do.

HAMMER: It`s really strange. You would think it`s in his blood to always do the right thing as far as the rules are concerned.

All right, Jenny Hutt. Lot of fun doing the "Quick Hits" with you. Thank you so much.

HUTT: Thank you.

HAMMER: We move right on. You know, some bridges are iconic. You`ve got the Golden Gate. You`ve got historic bridges like London`s Tower Bridge. But there`s one bridge I`m here to tell you about that is hungry. It likes to munch on big trucks.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MOOS (voice-over): It`s a bridge over troubled traffic, a bridge too low for trucks too tall.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes. That`s no good. Tonight`s "SHOWBIZ Caught on Tape." It`s the bridge that bites.

Plus reality bites tonight for Justin Bieber. The pop star caught in the middle of a massive debate over his comments about Anne Frank being a "Belieber." Here`s what I want to know: should everybody back off the Biebs? It`s our "SHOWBIZ Countdown," the day`s top three "SHOWBIZ Newsmakers."

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WILL FERRELL, ACTOR: Once again, thanks to MGB. But I...

What`s happening?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, if that moment had you feeling like you missed the joke, you weren`t alone there. "Parks and Recreation" star Aubrey Plaza tried to hijack Will Ferrell`s Comedic Genius Award at the MTV Movie Awards.

Now Aubrey rushed the stage, as you saw. This was kind of a Kanye moment that really turned into an epic fail. Audrey just may have been trying to hype her movie "The To Do" list. She had the film`s title written across her chest.

Instead of hype, MTV ejected her, and this morning she tweeted a special thanks to Kanye, and of course, we`re talking about it, so I guess maybe it did work a little bit.

But one of the highlights of the MTV Movie Awards was the big reveal of the "Hunger Games: Catching Fire" trailer. Now I know fans are dying for the next chapter in the series, but tonight`s "SHOWBIZ First Look" should satisfy that hunger, at least for now. Here it is.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Ladies and gentlemen, the victors of the 74th Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark.

DONALD SUTHERLAND, ACTOR: That`s not who she thinks she is. She just wants to save her skin. Simple as that. She has become a beacon of hope for them. She has to be eliminated. What do you think?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I agree she should die, but in the right way, at the right time.

SUTHERLAND: Katniss Everdeen is a symbol. You don`t have to destroy her, just her image. Show them that she`s one of us now. Let them rally behind us. They`re going to hate her so much they might just kill her for you.

JENNIFER LAWRENCE, ACTRESS: Please just help me get through this trip.

WOODY HARRELSON, ACTOR: This trip doesn`t end when you get back home.

JOHN HUTCHERSON, ACTOR: So what do we do?

HARRELSON: From now on, your job is to be a distraction so people forget what the real problems are.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Chins up, smiles on.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: There she is, Katniss Everdeen, the girl on fire.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: People are looking at you, Katniss. You`ve given them an opportunity. You just have to be brave enough to take it.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You saved my life. You gave me a chance.

LAWRENCE: Yes, to live.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: No, to do something.

LAWRENCE: You have to go, before they kill us. They will kill us.

GRAPHIC: Every revolution...

LAWRENCE: Don`t!

GRAPHIC: ... begins with a spark...

LAWRENCE: Go ahead.

SUTHERLAND: Her entire species must be eradicated.

PHILIP SEYMOUR HOFFMAN, ACTOR: Her species, sir?

SUTHERLAND: Yes, the victors. Because of her, they all pose a threat. Because of her, they all think they`re invincible.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Looks great. "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" opens on November 22.

So Stephen Baldwin left "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice" in a blaze of glory when he was kicked off the show last night.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

STEPHEN BALDWIN, FORMER CONTESTANT, "ALL-STAR CELEBRITY APPRENTICE": My advice to the remaining contestants is, be like Mr. Trump. Be willing to absolutely disregard your morals and your character in order to be successful.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wow. Well, Stephen`s comments are making some big news tonight, and he is right here to tell me more about how he really feels about Donald Trump.

In the "SHOWBIZ Countdown," the day`s top three "SHOWBIZ Newsmakers." Will Stephen top Joe Jonas`s big news-making move?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JONES: Shana, you`ve been holding your own in this relationship for way too long. Now it`s time for me to do my part. Please accept my (UNINTELLIGIBLE)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Joe Jonas turns the tables on a fan after getting a date-night YouTube plea from a young woman. We`ve got the woman who tugged at Joe`s heartstrings right here. How has her life changed?

Which celebrity news maker will top our countdown?

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Right now on the "SHOWBIZ Countdown," the top three "SHOWBIZ Newsmakers" of the day.

Brand-new incredible Justin Bieber uproar. Bieber visits the museum dedicated to Anne Frank, whose iconic diary revealed her life hiding from the Nazis. Now Bieber is getting slammed for saying he hoped Anne would have been a "Belieber." Is Justin getting a raw deal?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JONAS: I have a proposition for you. On July 10 in Chicago, Illinois, I would like to fly you out, escort you to my concert. What do you think?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Another teen heartthrob causing a commotion for an entirely different reason. Joe Jonas gets asked out on a date on Youtube by a college student. And he responds with an even wilder Youtube video. Well, Joe`s would-be date is right here tonight and we`re getting the remarkable real story about Joe`s shocking proposal. But which teen sensation will top the countdown? SHOWBIZ TONIGHT continues right now.

Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. Thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer in New York. And we kick off our "SHOWBIZ Countdown" of today`s top three big headline making news makers with the Biebs getting blasted.

At number three, there was a remarkable explosion of outrage today over a comment that Justin Bieber made during his visit to the museum in Amsterdam dedicated to Anne Frank. Anne`s diaries became a symbol of resistance to the nazis, as she hid with her family for two years, only to be captured and killed in a concentration camp when she was only 15 years old.

Well, Bieber left a short message in the museum guest book. He wrote, "Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a "belieber." If only he had stopped at "great girl." Well, Bieb has been getting slammed, accused of incredible insensitivity with this comment, but SHOWBIZ TONIGHT dares to ask, is the criticism unfair? Bonnie Fuller is the president and editor in chief of Hollywood life.com. She`s with me tonight in New York. Always good having you here, Bonnie. And you just wrote the scorching open letter on your site to Bieber.

Let me read a bit of what you included in your letter. You said, "Your note about Anne being a "belieber" and the way you blithely threw up random gang signs while touring the house just show that you really didn`t grasp the gravity of the Holocaust and that a girl could have been murdered simply because of her religion. Bonnie obviously really felt the need to go strongly after Justin Bieber. Why so harsh?

BONNIE FULLER, PRESIDENT & CEO, HOLLYWOODLIFE.COM: I went strongly because I feel that Justin is a very good guy at heart. He just needs to educate himself. He has no comprehension of what the Holocaust is, or I don`t think he would have written what he wrote. Furthermore, photographs have come out of him goofing around shadow boxing with his friends at the Anne Frank house. And it was that more even than what he wrote that I think showed that he doesn`t understand the gravity of the situation.

HAMMER: Yeah, the whole thing really smacks of naivete. And a lot of people have been agreeing with you. But the Biebs also had a lot of defenders today and they`re all hashing it out on the museum`s Facebook page. Take a look at this one particular comment. Somebody wrote, "Remember Justin Bieber is an example for the youth. Now all his young fans know Anne Frank and that`s the reason why Justin Bieber made his visit." I want to bring in Jenny Hutt, she is the host of the Sirius XM radio show "Just Jenny." And Jenny, I agree, educating young people about Anne Frank, good. That`s a silver lining here. But that comment there, not at all a good defense of Justin`s egotistical comment, in my mind at least. Do you think Bieber deserves the backlash he`s getting here?

JENNY HUTT, HOST, SIRIUS XM RADIO SHOW "JUST JENNY": Look, I think I understand the backlash. I think what he did was ignorant. And I think Bonnie is 100 percent correct. That he doesn`t understand what the Holocaust was. He doesn`t understand who Anne Frank was. And I think what he meant to say, I`d like to think that had he known who she was really and what the situation really was, that he would have said, it would have been an honor for someone as exceptional and extraordinary as Anne Frank to have cared about his music and cared about him. But again, he just doesn`t know.

HAMMER: Yes.

HUTT: He`s 19. He`s going through a rough patch in his career and with his image. And I think he just doesn`t have a clue. I don`t think it was sinister. I think it was stupid.

HAMMER: Yeah, exactly right. He`s 19, but he`s also an international superstar ...

HUTT: Right.

HAMMER: And he does something like this, it`s going to get noticed.

HUTT: Yeah.

HAMMER: By the way, the Anne Frank museum clearly on Bieber`s side. Here`s what they told us today, "We think it is very positive that he took some time to visit our museum. Justin Bieber was very interested in the story of Anne Frank and stayed for over an hour. We hope that his visit will inspire his fans to learn more about Anne Frank life and hopefully read the diary."

Now, Bonnie, we did reach out to Justin Bieber`s people. He`s not commenting. But in mind, I think he`s got to say something, don`t you, at this point, he just says to (inaudible) up to the fact that he did something naive?

FULLER: I think it would be terrific if he said something. And I think that the best thing he could say is that he`s going to read Anne Frank`s diary. And so that he is much more knowledgeable about her and that he sees her as a tremendous role model for himself.

HUTT: Yep.

HAMMER: Yeah, I think there is a way for him to turn this around and make something positive and hopefully pull away from all the backlash that`s happening nonstop with him right now.

FULLER: Absolutely.

HUTT: Yeah.

HAMMER: Bonnie, Jenny, thank you both so much.

HUTT: Thank you.

FULLER: Thank you.

HAMMER: And we move now from the pop star to the all-star. Taking the number two spot on tonight`s "SHOWBIZ Countdown" of the days: up three big newsmakers: Stephen Baldwin, yes, Stephen was just voted off NBC`s all- star celebrity apprentice just last night.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

DONALD TRUMP: I have found this very difficult. The good news, it`s between the two of you. I have no question in my mind that I think you are both outstanding. I didn`t like "The Amazing," and you were the director, you should have put the product in. Stephen, you`re fired.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yeah, Stephen, you`re fired.

With us tonight from New York for the SHOWBIZ newsmaker interview, Stephen Baldwin, always good to have you here. I think you were robbed, man. You were great on this season of the all start "Celebrity Apprentice." I can`t believe Trump fired you again. He fired you back in 2008. I`m sensing something personal between you and Trump here.

STEPHEN BALDWIN, ACTOR: Well, I wouldn`t take it that far, A.J. I don`t know that I`m on his radar screen that bad. But ...

(LAUGHTER)

BALDWIN: No, it`s been a blast, I had a great time, made 50 grand for Carol Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund. And I do agree, though, between Steve Baldwin and Gary Busey, I think I should still be competing on the program. But Mr. Trump sees another way.

HAMMER: By the way, you`ve been fired now twice. You don`t have to call him Mr. Trump anymore, Stephen. Donald is fine.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: Call him Don. It`s really OK.

BALDWIN: OK.

HAMMER: All right, man. Do it. I want to hear you say it. Would you say ...

BALDWIN: Dang Don!

HAMMER: Thank you. Dang Don right there. By the way, I was left as I think of lot of viewers were, a bit stunned by your parting speech last night. You kind of ripped into Ding Dang Don. Let`s watch.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BALDWIN: My advice to the remaining contestants is, be like Mr. Trump. Be willing to absolutely disregard your morals and your character in order to be successful.

(LAUGHTER)

BALDWIN: Did I really just say that?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yeah. See (inaudible). I`m thinking ...

BALDWIN : Oops.

HAMMER: Knowing you as I do, you were probably goofing around a little bit. However many a truth is said in jest.

BALDWIN: Yeah, I was pretty much deliberately just trying to be a wise guy, really kind of jab him there in the ribs. But you know, if you ask me, look, if they kept Gary on because Gary is the better fabulous disaster, well, then, you compromised, Pete.

(CROSSTALK)

HAMMER: No, you`re a fabulous disaster, Stephen. Gary`s just out of his mind. OK?

BALDWIN: OK.

HAMMER: Who`s going to win this thing? What`s your projection?

BALDWIN: Thank you for that clarification, A.J.

HAMMER: Yes, sure, I`m here to help. Who`s going to win?

BALDWIN: I`m going Trace Adkins, baby.

HAMMER: OK.

BALDWIN: All the way.

HAMMER: I got you down for ...

BALDWIN: Penn Jillette.

HAMMER: All right. In the final, Penn and Trace. I see that. I think Penn will take it, however. Listen, Stephen, your brother Alec also making some big news tonight. We`ve got to talk about this, talk of him becoming NBC`s newest late night talk show host, replacing Fallon when Jimmy moves to the "Tonight Show" next year. Please break some news for us right now and tell us if this is really happening.

BALDWIN: A.J., if you think I got problems with saying things I shouldn`t about Mr. Trump ...

HAMMER: Donald.

BALDWIN: What do you think is going to happen if I say something about big brother? Honest? No idea about it. I know that he`s been talking about a talk show. That`s about all I can break for you. I don`t know specifically with what you just mentioned. I think that would be great. I can`t get on Jimmy Fallon enough. So if Alec takes over ...

(LAUGHTER)

BALDWIN: ... then maybe a got a shot.

HAMMER: Maybe you got a shot - and here`s my suggestion. Let me just toss it out to you. What about a couple of Baldwins in "Late Night?" I`m thinking, OK, let Alec, you know, be at the helm, but I see you as sort of the younger brother sidekick, you guys could take over "Late Night" together. Is that something that you would be interested in?

BALDWIN: Absolutely. Listen, the Wayans got nothing on the Baldwins, baby. Come on now. We could show them a little something something.

HAMMER: All right. Well, you`ll be the first to come back here and let us know if this happens. And let me just hear you call him Donald one more time before we leave.

BALDWIN: Dang that Don.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: See, that`s all you have to do.

BALDWIN: So, A.J. I`ve go to tell you something quick.

HAMMER: Well, you`d better hurry.

BALDWIN: I got a new app out called Divinely. Like Divine L, Y.

HAMMER: Yes.

BALDWIN: It is like the Christian Instagram.

HAMMER: OK. And we`ll find it on the iTunes store because I got to go.

BALDWIN: It`s fabulous. Thanks.

HAMMER: All right. Stephen, thank you. Be sure to catch "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice" Sunday nights on NBC. We now continue with our SHOWBIZ Countdown, and on number one news maker, the college student who just got this amazing proposition from a Jonas.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JOE JONAS: I have a proposition for you. On July tenth in Chicago, Illinois, I would like to fly you out, escort you to my concert (inaudible). What do you think?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: It`s pretty great, right? Joe Jonas made that video for a die- hard fan who asked him to her college formal. Her name is Shaina Kohli and she is with us tonight from Hollywood. You have got to hear her remarkable story. Plus the bridge that bites. Could it be?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT: It`s a bridge over troubled traffic. Bridge too low. Or trucks too tall.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Bridge three, trucks zero. I`m going to show you the bridge that likes to munch on big trucks. It`s all caught on tape. And wait until you see what we have named tonight as our moment of SHOWBIZ awesomeness. This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Welcome back. Tonight on the SHOWBIZ countdown, we`re counting down the day`s top three big headline making SHOWBIZ newsmakers. Here`s where we are so far. In at number three, Bieber backlash. Justin Bieber just getting slammed tonight over the comments he left in a guestbook at the Anne Frank museum. But are Bieber`s critics being too harsh? At number two, "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" just went one-on-one with Stephen Baldwin, who just got fired last night by Donald Trump on "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice." And that takes us to our number one newsmaker on the SHOWBIZ Countdown, its` the Pepperdine University student who made a wild plea to convince pop star Joe Jonas to take her to her senior formal.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SHAINA KOHLI, PEPPERDINE STUDENT: So why should Joe Jonas go to the formal with me?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Because you`re spontaneous.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Because she`s athletic.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Because she`s a vixen.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Because she`s got rocking (INAUDIBLE).

(CROSSTALK)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: At least it`s not a high school prom.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: This ain`t no high school prom. What a great invite. Joe can`t go, by the way, but he did offer up what I think is one of the best video responses ever. It`s got a bit of an unexpected twist. Look at that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

JOE JONAS: So I have a proposition for you. On July 10th in Chicago, Illinois, I would like to fly you out, escort you to my concert at the (inaudible). What do you think? I know, it`s going to be great. I want you front row or on stage, your choice. We will have an amazing time together. What do you think?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: By the way, that synthetic saxophone you hear in the background is the instrumental version of Wham`s "Careless Whisper." How amazing is Joe Jonas? And is that invite the real deal? Well, Shaina Kohli is with us tonight from Hollywood with her inside story. Shaina, I`m so glad you`re here. I have got so many questions to pepper you with as a Pepperdine student.

KOHLI: Thank you so much for having me.

HAMMER: Absolutely. So tell me, did you accept this invite from Joe Jonas? Are you going to the big concert?

KOHLI: No, I`m not going -- of course I`m going! I`m so excited. Of course, of course.

HAMMER: That`s pretty amazing that he turned around and did this for you. Let me show everybody how much of a Joe Jonas fan you really are. Because he tried to trick you on the "Today" show. You`re so good, you didn`t miss a beat. Let`s look at that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I noticed this sign over here. Did you see this guy is looking for a date for a concert in July.

(CROSSTALK)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Let`s introduce these two. What`s your name?

JONAS: My name is Ned.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Where are you from, Ned?

KOHLI: Oh, my God.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Why are you screaming?

KOHLI: Because it`s Joe Jonas.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I can`t believe you totally recognized him, but it may have taken you a moment. What was going through your mind when you finally met Joe in person?

KOHLI: First of all, I just want to clarify. When I watched that clip, I realized that I seemed like I was dissing the makeup artist, when I said, oh, I could tell by the makeup. But really, when he started getting closer to me, I could tell that there was a beard kind of stuck on him, and I was like, wait a second. This is Joe Jonas, isn`t it? So I don`t know what was going through my head. Honestly, it was just crazy. It was awesome, though.

HAMMER: Certainly not something you expected when you showed there up at the "Today" show, I imagine?

KOHLI: No, not at all.

HAMMER: So tell me what it`s been like for you, because there is a whole lot of craziness that has been surrounding you since Joe made his big counter-offer to you. What`s that been like?

KOHLI: It`s crazy. It`s really, really fun, though. Just having the support of my friends and family to help me out with all of this. But it`s also pretty strange hearing people from high school that I haven`t talked to in years think that I`m someone who`s famous or whatever, but I mean, it`s cool. All of this it`s really awesome.

HAMMER: Before we went on the air, I checked the Youtube, and nearly a quarter million people have watched your video. You are a bona fide star. Has anybody recognized you outside of people that you know?

KOHLI: No, not really. Well, I was at a restaurant yesterday and I overheard some other Pepperdine students that I don`t know talking about it, and I just looked over at them and I was like, hi, how are you? They were like that`s an awesome video and everything. But not really, not anybody else, no.

HAMMER: So explain to us, because I think -- tell me if I`m wrong, there are probably some people out there wondering why a Pepperdine University student is so obsessed with Joe Jonas. You don`t exactly fit the perfect profile. Why is it?

KOHLI: Well, you know, if you said that to my friends in high school, they would be like, you`re wrong, because she was obsessed with him in high school. But, however, when I was a sophomore in college, I thought it would be really fun to ask a celebrity to formal my senior year. And so senior year came around and I decided, hey, you know what, I really should. Joe Jonas seems like a really cool and fun person. Might get some dance moves on that are rocking. So why not?

HAMMER: Why not. And what a wild ride it`s been. I thank you so much for being here, Shaina. Do me a favor. Enjoy the concert and then come back and tell us all about your experience.

KOHLI: Of course. I would love to.

HAMMER: As we move on, let me throw a couple of names at you. Golden Gate, Sydney Harbor, Brooklyn. All some of the famous bridges in the world, right? But tonight I`m going to show you an infamous bridge that bites.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MOOS: Affectionately known as the can-opener bridge. Some vehicles just get a shave. Others get stopped cold.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: It`s tonight`s explosive "SHOWBIZ caught on tape." And wait till you see what we named as our moment of SHOWBIZ awesomeness. This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Right now, SHOWBIZ caught on tape. The bridge that bites. A low train trestle in North Carolina is guilty of what we`re calling vehicular decapitation. Vehicles taller than 11 feet 8 inches dare not challenge this bridge, or it`s off with your roof. The bridge has mangled so many trucks, buses, and RVs, it`s actually been nicknamed the can opener bridge. In fact, one man made it his mission to document five years of the motor mayhem. Here is CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

MOOS: It`s a bridge over troubled traffic. A bridge too low. Or trucks too tall. For the past five years, Jorgen Hamm (ph), watch your back, has been using cameras to record the results, and posting them on his website, 11 foot 8. That happens to be the official clearance of the Gregson Street Railroad Trestle in Durham, North Carolina, affectionately known as the can opener bridge. Some vehicles just get a shave. Others get stopped cold. For nearby businesses, it can be --

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Almost earth shattering. People jump out of their chairs.

MOOS: Some get off easy. An RV loses its AC. A pod gets left behind.

Trestle is a working railroad bridge, and sometimes trucks hit as a train passes by. The railroad, Norfolk Southern, installed a crash beam to protect the century-old bridge, so the bridge always wins. Not only has Jorgen uploaded about 60 crashes, he also collects pieces of debris and sometimes gets drivers to sign them.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Just a hobby, you know, to have some fun.

MOOS: Not so much fun for the drivers. Authorities know of no serious injuries. Signs start warning of the low clearance several blocks away, and vehicles that are too tall trigger the overheight when flashing lights, which drivers manage not to see.

Don`t even think of trying to slowly sneak up on the can opener.

So you say, why doesn`t someone fix it, raise the bridge, lower the road? But the sewer main runs right under the highway, and the bridge would cost millions to raise. So the can opener keeps racking up hits that Youtubers enjoy putting to music like "Rocky."

The good, the bad, and some ugly crashes. It`s enough to make you want to burn your bridges before the bridge burns you.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: You drive a truck, how do you not know how tall it is? That was CNN`s Jeanne Moos for SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, but fortunately, no drivers were hurt during these crashes. Well, Korean pop star PSY hoping for a hit of another kind. Forget "Gangnam Style." PSY is back, he`s already breaking records with his new song "Gentleman," and it`s only been out for two days.

Stick around because I promise you our SHOWBIZ moment of awesomeness is going to make you get up and move.

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Time for SHOWBIZ awesomeness, where we name the most awesome moment of the day. And tonight, PSY does it again. The "Gangnam Style`s" singer`s new song, "Gentlemen" was just released this weekend. It`s number one on iTunes worldwide. PSY`s video also just set a brand new record for the most Youtube views in one day. 22 million.

(MUSIC)

HAMMER: (INAUDIBLE), the dancing is easier than "Gangnam Style," but will it be as addictive? We will obviously have to wait and see.
