A.J. HAMMER, HOST: We saw on "HLN AFTER DARK," that "Bold Accusation": Jodi wants to live. And tonight on the "SHOWBIZ Countdown," today`s top three Jodi Arias shockers, Hollywood`s rush to make a movie about Jodi`s life and crimes.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TANIA RAYMONDE, ACTRESS: There`s just something about Jodi`s personality that I found shocking. I think she knows what she wants and she kind of stops at nothing to get that.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: The actors playing Jodi and Travis sound off. What do they really think of the case?

Plus, Reese Witherspoon, raw and uncensored.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

REESE WITHERSPOON, ACTRESS: I`m an American citizen.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I told you to get in the car and stay in there.

WITHERSPOON: This is beyond.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has pored over Reese`s caught-on-tape arrest, and tonight we have the staggering, never-before-seen moments from that fateful night. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT starts right now.

Hello, I`m A.J. Hammer. Thank you so much for tuning in. And now that "HLN AFTER DARK" has debated bold Jodi Arias accusation, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT brings you tonight`s bold "SHOWBIZ Countdown." It`s today`s top three brand-new Jodi Arias shockers.

We kick off our countdown with No. 3, brand-new revelations about the Jodi Arias movie now being filmed for Lifetime. So SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was just on the set of the movie, and tonight we are taking you on location in Los Angeles.

There are brand-new revelations about what happened as the Jodi Arias verdicts came down where she was, of course, found guilty of first-degree murder for killing her boyfriend, Travis Alexander. Lifetime reveals that Tania Raymonde, who plays Jodi Arias, was just stunned. And Jesse Lee Soffer, who plays Travis, said he felt validated in an odd way. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT visited the set of the Jodi Arias movie just before the verdict was announced, and what we found has all the makings of a must-see movie on Lifetime.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The state of Arizona versus Jodi Ann Arias.

HAMMER (voice-over): With Jodi Arias`s sentence still undecided, we don`t know how this saga will end, but that`s no reason not to start work on the Jodi Arias movie. Filming is already under way on the upcoming Lifetime movie, "The Jodi Arias Story." And SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there on set for this behind-the-scenes look.

RAYMONDE: I think she knows what she wants. And she kind of stops at nothing to get that.

HAMMER: Tania Raymonde, best known for her role on "Lost,," plays Jodi Arias, and she tells SHOWBIZ TONIGHT`s Tamara Raphael (ph) what it`s like to play the country`s most notorious murderer and to recreate all that explicit Jodi Arias love-making that we heard so much about in the trial.

JODI ARIAS, CONVICTED MURDERER: Well, he (EXPLETIVE DELETED) on my face throws candy at me (ph). It kind of feels like I was a prostitute.

TAMARA RAPHAEL (PH), SHOWBIZ TONIGHT CORRESPONDENT: The sexual details of this story are so explicit, did you have any apprehension at all about that part?

RAYMONDE: Are you asking me if I prepared for that aspect? Did I have an idea? Well, I mean, I knew they had, like, a very torrid, passionate love affair, but I didn`t know the details. But I always tried to rationalize that it was because she loved him, because she loved him so passionately and so deeply that she did these things to him, to please him, because it pleased herself.

HAMMER: Lifetime reportedly started planning for this movie in March of last year, nine months before the trial even began. The movie mostly focuses on the doomed love story between Jodi and the boyfriend who would become the victim, Travis Alexander. He`s played by Jesse Lee Soffer.

JESSE LEE SOFFER, ACTOR: Everyone`s had relationships in their life at some time point you know it`s going to end, and you don`t know how to get out. And I think in that sense, you know, he`s a normal guy.

HAMMER: But as we all know, this isn`t just a love story. It`s a story about Travis`s brutal murder and Jodi`s gripping trial.

JUAN MARTINEZ, PROSECUTOR: Ma`am, were you crying when you were shooting him?

ARIAS: I don`t remember.

HAMMER: Lifetime reportedly started filming courtroom scenes last week, days after Jodi`s guilty verdict.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Guilty.

HAMMER: Our visit to the Jodi Arias movie set took place before the verdict. Then, the actress playing Jodi told us she`s withholding judgment.

RAYMONDE: The last thing you want to do when you play any kind of character, no matter what they do or did, was you don`t want to judge the person you`re playing.

HAMMER: But the actor playing Jodi`s victim had no qualms about judging Jodi.

RAPHAEL: The claim is that she killed him in self-defense. Do you believe that?

SOFFER: No. No, there`s no way on God`s green earth that this was in self-defense. She seems like sociopathic.

HAMMER: Lifetime is betting that when it airs "The Jodi Arias Story," America will still have a fresh appetite for the case that captured the nation`s attention.

RAPHAEL: Why do you think everyone is so obsessed with this case?

RAYMONDE: I think everyone can identify with the feeling of being madly in love with somebody. And also the feeling of losing the person that you love. They wonder if they put themselves in their position if they would be capable of doing something like that. I think that`s -- that`s part of it.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: While there is still no official air date for Lifetime`s "Jodi Arias Story," Lifetime did tell us today that it would be sometime next month.

So the obsession with the Jodi Arias trial has done much more than spawn a Lifetime movie, of course. And that brings us to No. 2 in our "SHOWBIZ Countdown" of "Jodi Arias Shockers."

"Saturday Night Live`s" startling sketch that featured Jodi Arias. "Saturday Night`s" show opened up with a skit where House Republicans call Jodi Arias to testify at the investigation into the terror attacks on U.S. diplomats in Benghazi, Libya, and of course, they ask her about her trial.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BILL HADER, CAST MEMBER, NBC`S "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE": While I got you here, that story you told about your boyfriend attacking you, that was B.S., right?

NASIM PEDRAD, CAST MEMBER, NBC`S "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE": Oh, totally. He never laid a hand on me.

HADER: Yes. Yes, it sounded fishy to me.

PEDRAD: You and the jury.

HADER: Thank you again for your very courageous and very informative testimony here today.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, you knew it was just a matter of time before "SNL" was going to get around to Arias, but still, Arias at the Benghazi hearings?

Let me take this out to HLN legal correspondent Beth Karas. She`s in Phoenix covering the Arias trial for "HLN AFTER DARK."

So Beth, "SNL" is now openly joking about how it seems that there is almost no one who believes Jodi Arias`s claim that she killed Travis in self- defense, not even Jodi. Does it seem that "SNL" has that right?

BETH KARAS, HLN LEGAL CORRESPONDENT: Oh, sure, and really all that mattered in the case was what the 12 jurors deliberating believed. And obviously, they didn`t believe her story either.

But she is an admitted liar. She`s given so many different stories before admitting that she killed him. And even in the course of her admitting that she killed him, 18 days on the stand, she was caught lying, as well.

HAMMER: So we have the Jodi Arias appearance on "SNL" with that skit. We`ve got the Jodi Arias TV movie. But the "SHOWBIZ Countdown`s" No. 1 "Jodi Arias Shocker" tonight comes from the real Jodi Arias.

The brand-new revelation from Jodi that even her own attorney is telling her she`ll probably get the death penalty. So today we got a brand-new look at an excerpt from the interview that Jodi did with Phoenix station KSAZ. This happened right after she was convicted. And in this portion of the interview, she is asked what mitigating factors her defense will bring up to save her life. And her shocking answer: none.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Do you know what the mitigating factors are going to be and how you`re going to play that?

ARIAS: Well, I`ve been told that I don`t have any mitigating factors.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: By who?

ARIAS: My attorney.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Kirk Nurmi said to you there are no mitigating factors for you in terms of arguing against the death penalty?

ARIAS: Nothing that is what you typically see in a case like this, such as a childhood where there is drugs, alcoholism, molestation.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Wow, so you have even Jodi`s own attorney telling her that this is basically a lost cause.

Also with me tonight from Hollywood, Judge Alex Ferrer, host of TV`s "Judge Alex." And Judge Alex, you`ve presided over death penalty cases when you were on the Florida bench. Does it seem to you at this point that Jodi is thinking there is no hope of getting out of this?

ALEX FERRER, HOST, "JUDGE ALEX": I`m really not sure what Jodi is thinking. How do you evaluate the mind of somebody who gets convicted of first-degree murder and moments later is giving a sit-down interview like she`s talking over coffee with her grandmother?

I don`t know what she thinks, but frankly, she could very well get the death penalty in Arizona. In other states I`d say probably unlikely, because women don`t usually go to the death chamber. But Arizona has three there, and she has the most aggravating factor there is: the cruel and depraved factor. I mean, the crime was so heinous I could certainly see her getting the death penalty. If her lawyer doesn`t see any mitigators, that`s not a good sign.

HAMMER: And Arizona law, from what I understand, does list remorse as a mitigating factor that can be used to argue against the death penalty. But Beth, in Jodi Arias`s post-verdict TV interviews, she really hasn`t shown much remorse, has she?

KARAS: No, she hasn`t. She hasn`t shown remorse, really, at all. When she was on the stand crying, one could argue those tears are for herself, not for Travis Alexander.

But she will have an opportunity, if it gets to this phase, for -- to stand before the jury and show some remorse. But at this point, she hasn`t.

It comes within the catch-all provision of mitigators. It`s not actually an enumerated mitigator. Here in Arizona, there are only a handful in the statute. And when she said her attorney says she doesn`t have any, assuming she`s telling the truth, her attorney probably was referring to what is laid out in the statute: nothing seems to fit. Except there`s a big catch-all provision, where lots of stuff could come in, including the fact that this is her first conviction.

HAMMER: Your honor, I see you shaking your head there. Do you think that Jodi`s lack of remorse in TV interviews will be a factor in the next phase if her trial?

FERRER: Yes, I mean, it will definitely be a factor in the jury`s mind, but Beth is absolutely right. You can throw anything out there as a non- statutory mitigator. They`re talking about statutory mitigator. But they don`t carry a lot of weight, and frankly, you can put her on the stand, but the jury has already rejected her. She just spent how many days on the stand?

HAMMER: Right.

FERRER: And they didn`t believe her, and they rejected her claims. So she`s not going to have a lot of power.

HAMMER: We all eagerly await the next chapter in this sordid, long-playing drama.

Beth Karas, Judge Alex, thank you both so much.

The Jodi Arias sentencing phase beginning on Wednesday, and of course, HLN has got you covered. We`re going to carry it live. Beginning at noon Eastern, HLN will have live continuous coverage of the aggravation phase of the Jodi Arias trial as the court takes the very first steps in deciding Jodi`s fate.

Moving now to Reese Witherspoon: pregnant? Well, the answer is no, but that is just one of the whoppers that Reese actually had the gall to tell a police officer during her caught-on-tape arrest. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has now obtained hours of those tapes. We are bringing you the Reese tapes, raw and uncensored.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Why, in God`s holy name, did you get up out of there?

REESE WITHERSPOON, ACTRESS: I felt like you were obstructing justice.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How am I obstructing justice? Do you see this?

WITHERSPOON: Yes, sir.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I am sworn to uphold justice.

WITHERSPOON: I`m an American citizen. I`m allowed to do whatever I want to do.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: It is truly incredible, so tonight, get ready for Reese, raw, uncensored.

Plus, O.J. Simpson`s dramatic transformation. Look at it. Time behind bars has not been kind to the former football great and actor. Tonight, we`ve got O.J. then and now.

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Hey, got to look at this. What a difference some five years makes when you`re locked up in prison. You`re looking at a grayer and much older-looking 65-year-old O.J. Simpson now.

He appeared in a Los Vegas courtroom today in a bid to have his conviction on armed robbery and kidnapping charges thrown out. O.J. says he should be freed because he didn`t receive proper counsel from his long-time lawyer, Yale Galanter.

Simpson is serving a 33-year sentence for an incredibly bizarre hotel room robbery. And he`s just filed a hail Mary motion to get his freedom back, Simpson arguing his conviction should be set aside and a new trial ordered, because his lawyer gave him bad advice.

With me now from Phoenix, Beth Karas, HLN legal correspondent. And also back with me now, Judge Alex Ferrer, host of the nationally-syndicated court show, "Judge Alex."

So all of this stems from that gunpoint robbery of two sports memorabilia dealers. That was back in 2007 in a Vegas hotel room. We remember it well. And in his new appeal, O.J. claims this: that his attorney, Yale Galanter, knew ahead of time about his plan to retrieve personal mementoes from the memorabilia dealers in a casino hotel room. And O.J. claims Galanter never told him that a plea deal was on the table.

Judge Alex, do O.J.`s claims even stand a chance? I have to wonder why he wouldn`t have gone through this before.

FERRER: Well, they do stand a chance if anybody believes them. The problem is that every defendant who gets convicted, their next step in their attempt to get free is to file a post-conviction motion, alleging that their attorney failed to do something they told them to do, like express an alibi defense or something like that.

And it really depends on whether the lawyer is credible or not. Some lawyers will come into court and fall on the sword for their client and say, "Oh, yes, I forgot to do that." Yale Galanter is not the type of lawyer to do that. Reputable lawyers don`t do that. They come in there; they tell the truth. And it becomes a credibility question. Do you believe the guy who stands to get out of prison 30 years early, if he lies, or do you believe the lawyer? For some people, that might be a tough call. I admit that. But most judges generally tend to side with the lawyer. It`s a long shot.

HAMMER: Yes, I figure what the heck does O.J. have to lose? He`s got nothing else but time on his hands.

Let me move on right now to the brand-new revelations from the brothers of accused kidnapper Ariel Castro. Now, the brothers, who were arrested and then released after investigators determined that Ariel acted alone, are now describing what it was like to walk into Ariel`s house and not have any idea that he was holding those women captive. Imagine. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PEDRO CASTRO, BROTHER OF ARIEL CASTRO: He would let me in, not past the kitchen.

MARTIN SAVIDGE, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Could you see anything beyond the kitchen?

P. CASTRO: No, because there were curtains.

SAVIDGE: Did he have the house blocked off with curtains?

P. CASTRO: Uh-huh.

SAVIDGE: What about, could you hear anything in the home?

P. CASTRO: No, the radio was playing all the time.

SAVIDGE: He would play music all the time?

P. CASTRO: Yes, if not the radio, the TV. Something had to be on at all times in the kitchen.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: So Beth, I mean, this is crazy. His own family had no idea for some ten years that those women were in the house. Is there anything in this case, in your mind, that can prevent Ariel Castro from being locked up for a very long time?

KARAS: From what we know about the evidence -- and we certainly don`t know everything -- I don`t see anything that could prevent [SIC] him from getting away with this. Too many incidents, too many victims, too long a time. I just don`t see it. But I don`t know the condition of these victims and know enough about the evidence.

HAMMER: So fascinating to hear from the brothers, who were right there the whole time this was going on.

Beth Karas, Judge Alex Ferrer, I thank you both so much.

We move now to "Reese, Raw and Uncensored." Wait till you hear and see this. Reese Witherspoon may have won an Oscar for "Walk the Line," but her arrest video, this thing may go down as her most memorable performance she`s ever done.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WITHERSPOON: I`m an American citizen.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Stop. I told you to get into that car and stay in there, didn`t I?

WITHERSPOON: This is beyond. This is beyond.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: SHOWBIZ TONIGHT pored over Reese`s caught-on-tape arrest tape. We have uncovered some startling never-before-seen footage, and I will show it to you.

Plus, Barbara`s final bow. Barbara Walters talks to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT about her major retirement revelation today.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BARBARA WALTERS, CO-HOST, ABC`S "THE VIEW": And in the summer of 2014, a year from now, I plan to retire from appearing on television at all.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, I am on location at "The View" for an historic TV moment.

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP) WALTERS: A year from now I plan to retire from appearing on television at all. It has been an absolutely joyful, rewarding, challenging, fascinating and occasionally bumpy ride, and I wouldn`t change a thing. I`m perfectly healthy, this is my decision. I`ve been thinking about it for a long time. And this is what I want to do.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: It is truly the end of an era, and SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there, on location, this morning at "The View" for that emotional announcement. TV icon Barbara Walters, who did confirmed she is calling it quits after 37 years.

Tonight, SHOWBIZ on location at "The View." And I`m telling you, you could feel the anticipation in the air at "The View" this morning as the world waited to hear Barbara Walters reveal she`s retiring.

And after a really emotional tribute looking back on her remarkable career, Walters wiped away the tears and told the world that she`s moving on. So I spoke with Barbara just moments after her big announcement this morning, and I asked her why she decided to walk away now.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: What was the biggest motivating factor behind the decision, because obviously it`s not a decision you made lightly?

WALTERS: I wanted to leave, while people said, "Why are you going? We`re going to miss you," instead of "Aren`t you going yet?" I mean, I just felt it was time. And I still have another year. Otherwise, I wouldn`t be smiling quite as much.

HAMMER: There will obviously be plenty of time for reflection inside of the next year. But what is the one thing you may consider your greatest accomplishment in your incredible career?

WALTERS: Oh, I can`t possibly answer that. But you know, it may be on the air. It may be the fact that there are so many really wonderful women now, and when I began, there were very a few. I mean, I had a lot of first`s. But that`s because there were not that many women. So my pride is to see women doing everything now. I mean that, not just me, but what women have now become on television.

HAMMER: What will you be doing with all of your leisure time? I mean, are you going to get into crafting? Will you be doing decoupage? What is happening, Barbara?

WALTERS: I`m going to do "Dancing with the Stars." Never, no, no, I`m teasing.

HAMMER: Obviously, a lot of changes are going to be happening here at "The View," with Joy leaving at the end of the season, and your seat will be vacated. Will somebody actually be taking over, not your role, necessarily, but sitting in the seat vacated by you?

WALTERS: Well, I deliberately chose not to moderate this program, which was my creation with Bill Getty, so I don`t have to be replaced. Now, there are times when I wish I were the moderator, you know? But I think it was the right decision. So when I leave the program, it will continue.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Of course, we all wish Barbara the very best. Still got a year with her.

Reese -- moving on to Reese now, because you are going to get to see her raw and uncensored. And you`ve probably seen some parts of her wild arrest video by now, but tonight I am showing you how it all went down from start to finish. It`s all caught on tape.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WITHERSPOON: I`m an American citizen.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I told you to get in that car and stay in there, didn`t I?

WITHERSPOON: This is beyond. This is beyond.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes, you`re going to be saying, "This is beyond" by the time you see this whole caught-on-tape drama.

And from A-list outrage to "SHOWBIZ Awesomeness."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: May I say, I saw you eating that bottle quite a bit. Can you describe to me what it tastes like?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It tastes like fish poop.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: That`s the 4-year-old mayor of a tiny Minnesota town giving his first TV interview. He`s 4. Can`t wait to introduce you to the star of tonight`s "SHOWBIZ Awesomeness."

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Why, in God`s holy name, did you get up out of there?

WITHERSPOON: I felt like you were obstructing justice.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How am I obstructing justice? Do you see this?

WITHERSPOON: Yes, sir.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I am sworn to uphold justice.

WITHERSPOON: I`m an American citizen. I am allowed to do whatever I want to do.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Right now, "Reese, Raw and Uncensored." SHOWBIZ TONIGHT pored over Reese Witherspoon`s outlandish caught-on-tape arrest tapes, and we`ve uncovered some startling never-before-seen footage. It may be the most powerful and eye-popping "SHOWBIZ Caught on Tape" ever.

And super-stupid superhero stunt. Less than a year after a horrific Aurora terror shooting, faked armed men stormed an "Iron Man 3" showing. Movie- goers flee in fear. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT continues right now.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Welcome back to SHOWBIZ TONIGHT, and thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer, and tonight it is SHOWBIZ Caught on Tape, Reese Witherspoon, raw and uncensored.

Now, you certainly know by now that Reese Witherspoon got arrested in Atlanta for mouthing off to a state trooper while her husband was getting cuffed for a DWI. You`ve probably even seen a couple of clips of the wild arrest by now, but I bet you have never seen her whole outrageous brush with the law go down from start to finish.

But now you will. That is because SHOWBIZ TONIGHT has obtained all of the video from that crazy night. We`ve been going through it, so we can bring you all of the bizarre moments that you haven`t seen, from Reese, lying about being pregnant, to her husband`s desperate attempts to get her to calm down. Man, did that Tennessee girl gone Hollywood really tried to turn on the southern charm? And it is all very raw and it`s all caught on tape.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Just blow through here.

JIM TOTH: Okay, I`m just asking, man.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Blow, blow, blow, blow, blow, blow.

I don`t know if it`s gonna` read that.

It`s too high. Not so hard.

TOTH: I`m listening to your instructions, man.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: I didn`t say to blow as hard as you can.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: You`re under arrest for DUI. Prepare to maintain your line. Ma`am, what did I just tell you to do?

REESE WITHERSPOON: I would like to know what is going on.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: He is under arrest. If you don`t get back ....

WITHERSPOON: I am a U.S. citizen, I am allowed to stand on American ground and ask any question I want to ask.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Go ahead. Come on.

WITHERSPOON: You better not arrest me. Are you kidding me?

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: No.

WITHERSPOON: I`m an American citizen.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Stop. I told you to get in the car and stay in there, didn`t I?

WITHERSPOON: This is beyond. This is beyond.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: I told you - if you fight with me, I promise you.

WITHERSPOON: This is harassment, you`re harassing me -- I have done nothing against the law.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Yes, you have.

TOTH: Reese, can you please stop.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Yes, you have. Very much.

WITHERSPOON: I have to obey your orders?

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Yes, you do.

WITHERSPOON: No, sir, I do not. I have done absolutely nothing.

TOTH: Reese, Reese, could you please chill out.

WITHERSPOON: I am now being arrested and handcuffed?

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Yes.

WITHERSPOON: Do you know my name, sir?

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: I don`t need to know it.

WITHERSPOON: You don`t need to know my name?

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Not quite yet. I`ll get that information.

WITHERSPOON: Oh, really, OK. You`re about to find out who I am.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: That is fine, I am not really worried about you, ma`am, I done told you how things work. You want to get out and get up in my investigation, that`s OK.

WITHERSPOON: Yes, sir I do.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: We get to it. We have a law for that, it is called obstruction.

WITHERSPOON: I`m obstructing your justice?

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Yes.

WITHERSPOON: Really?

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Yes

WITHERSPOON: I`m being anti-American?

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Yep, go ahead and sit down, understand me and understand me very well. I have a job I have to do.

WITHERSPOON: Yes.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: I expect myself to do, my family expects me to do and so does everyone else in Atlanta and Georgia.

WITHERSPOON: I agree. Yes.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: I asked you - I asked you nicely to stay in your vehicle, did I not?

WITHERSPOON: Yes, sir.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Why, in God`s holy name did you get up out of there?

WITHERSPOON: I felt like you were obstructing justice.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: How am I obstructing justice? Do you see this?

WITHERSPOON: Yes, sir.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: I`m sworn to uphold justice.

WITHERSPOON: I`m an American citizen, I am allowed to do whatever I want to do.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: You can`t get up out of the vehicle whenever I tell you not to.

WITHERSPOON: I can say whatever I want to say. It`s a free country.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: You can say whatever you want, but you can`t get up out of the vehicle.

WITHERSPOON: I can do whatever I want.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: You`re jeopardizing my safety.

WITHERSPOON: Absolutely not.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: And that`s exactly what you did. You hindered my investigation.

WITHERSPOON: That`s what you think, that`s your prerogative.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER:: That`s OK. It`ll all be in the report. And I`m not going to worry about it.

WITHERSPOON: OK, you`re gonna` to be worried about it.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: You don`t have anything on you I need to know about, do you?

WITHERSPOON: No, sir. My name is Reese Witherspoon. You`re arresting me for obstruction of justice. It will be in the national news. I just want to let you know.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: That`s fine.

Why on God`s holy name would you have gotten up out of your car? You would have been able to drive.

WITHERSPOON: Because I wanted to talk to you like a normal person would talk to a normal person.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: But I told you not to get out of the car.

WITHERSPOON: Absolutely, you told me not to get out of the car and I said to you, I disagree.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Well, that is OK.

WITHERSPOON: Because I`m an American ....

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Go ahead and take a seat.

WITHERSPOON: OK, yes, sir.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Do it first, OK, it`ll be a lot easier on you, OK?

WITHERSPOON: It will be national news, I`m just letting you know.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: That`s fine.

WITHERSPOON: OK.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Go ahead and take a seat.

WITHERSPOON: Yes, sir.

SECOND GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Well, I think the whole issue was you getting out of the car.

WITHERSPOON: OK.

SECOND GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: And that being -- so many of us shot out here by people.

WITHERSPOON: I understand.

SECOND GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Yeah, and that`s - and while we`re dealing with somebody on a traffic stop and then we got a passenger getting in and out of the car.

WITHERSPOON: Yes, sir.

SECOND GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: We don`t know you from Adam ...

WITHERSPOON: I understand.

SECOND GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: And a young lady like you could kill us as easily as a big fellow.

WITHERSPOON: I understand, I understand, and I`m not trying to cause any problems, but I`m just trying to figure out what is going on. And I`m not -- you know, I`m just trying to figure out what was going on with my husband and then I said, you know, I need to get out of the car, I have to use the restroom. I am pregnant. Early pregnant It is an early pregnancy. So I was like -- I need to figure out. And he said get out of the car and I said sir, I`m allowed to ask you if you`re a real police officer. I need to see verification. Because that is what my security guard has said to me.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: You know, when she told me her name, I thought she was - you know, just ...

TOTH: Well, she has dark hair now for the movies.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Yes.

TOTH: So it threw your off.

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Yeah, I recognized her face, but that hair is what threw me off. And then she said, I`m like - ain`t no way. Someone`s is just playing me.

TOTH: Well, you know, not to push back on law and justice, and I respect you and what you`re doing, but, you know, the other side of the coin sometimes is that you know, I know it is very easy to look at her life and my life. And go, oh, well that is all, you think you`re entitled. But there is a lot of harassment that goes along with it -- that I wouldn`t expect you to understand.

WITHERSPOON: Where are we going?

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Down here on Peach Street.

WITHERSPOON: Oh, OK.

SECOND GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: You`re familiar with Atlanta, right?

WITHERSPOON: A little bit, yes, I made a couple of movies here, I mean four movies here.

SECOND GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: "Sweet Home Alabama?"

WITHERSPOON: Yes sir.

Exactly what am I being charged with?

SECOND GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Disorderly conduct?

WITHERSPOON: Disorderly conduct. What does that mean?

SECOND GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: It`s actually a city charge for -- not a state charge for obstruction, but a city charge. It is just the city of Atlanta.

WITHERSPOON: So when I said I needed to use the restroom -I need to get out of the car, and he says ...

SECOND GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: You know I can`t - I`m not trying to be rude. I just can`t debate the whole merit behind.

WITHERSPOON: No, no, I`m not asking you to debate it. I just wanted to be clear.

SECOND GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Right, you know, and he told me that there was more to it than that. And it`s really, I`m not the judge and the jury. It`s just ...

WITHERSPOON: I understand.

SECOND GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: I have to go by on what he told me.

WITHERSPOON: So I said I have to go to the bathroom, and he said get back in the car. And I said I really have to go to the bathroom, and he said you`re under arrest. So that is like -- that is jurisdiction to say to somebody you`re under arrest?

GEORGIA STATE TROOPER: Welcome to Georgia.

WITHERSPOON: I said to my husband I was like don`t mess around in Georgia, honey.

TOTH: Yeah.

WITHERSPOON: Different place.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: There is your reality TV right there. And I`m sure that Reese will be taking her own advice from now on. By the way, Reese had to pay a fine, her husband got 12 month probation and 40 hours of community service for his DUI arrest. Well, tonight we move on to Jodi Arias. And has she snapped since being convicted of murder?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ARIAS: I said years ago that I would rather get death than life, and that still is true today. I believe death is the ultimate freedom. So, I would rather just have my freedom as soon as I can get it.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: The host of "Snapped" on the Oxygen Network knows all about women who commit crimes after being pushed to the point of no return. But tonight, the show`s host reveals if Jodi is now teetering on the brink since her conviction. Plus, the brothers of the most hated man in America speak.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I don`t want to be hunted down like a dog for a crime that I did not commit.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: The brothers of Ariel Castro, the alleged Cleveland kidnapper, are speaking out. This is an exclusive and emotional new interview about the brother they thought they knew. And wait until you see what we named as our moment of SHOWBIZ awesomeness. This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: And now, SHOWBIZ justice, did Jodi Arias snap? Well, tonight, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT brings you the woman who is an expert on women who snap and kill. And of course, Arias remains on suicide watch tonight. On Wednesday, she`ll be back in court to find out if she will face the death penalty for murdering her boyfriend, Travis Alexander. And of course, HLN is going to bring it all to you live. Sharon Martin is the host of "Snapped" on the Oxygen network, which tells the real-life stories of women who snap and commit cold, calculating murder. Sound familiar? You have to watch what Sharon just told me about Jodi`s bizarre behavior right after Jodi was convicted of first-degree murder.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: So I want to get your take on one of the shocking things that Jodi said after her conviction. She told an Arizona TV station that she would rather get the death penalty than spend the rest of her life in prison. Let`s watch that.

ARIAS: I said years ago that I would rather get death than life, and that still is true today. I believe death is the ultimate freedom. So I would rather just have my freedom, as soon as I can get it.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: So you`re saying you actually prefer getting the death penalty, rather than being in prison for life?

ARIAS: Yes.

HAMMER: Another shocker from Jodi, amazing. So, Sharon, do you see Jodi saying that she wants to die as a sign that she snapped, maybe in response to the verdict that she had heard moments before?

SHARON MARTIN: I think this is more a sign of Jodi trying to get control of the situation. I don`t think the verdict is what she expected. And this is her way of getting ahead of what she probably sees as the likely outcome of the sentencing coming up.

HAMMER: So kind of a con situation trying to get the court, I don`t know, to perhaps get in a little reverse psychology and maybe not go with the death penalty as a result?

MARTIN: Well, I think even not just the reverse psychology, because I don`t think she expects these comments to get to the jury. If they`re following the rules, they shouldn`t hear her. I think for Jodi, you know, she has had such an issue with her image and what people are thinking about her. I think this is her way of getting ahead of the story, and saying I want the death penalty. So that in a few weeks, if she gets the death penalty, she can say, well, it is what I wanted anyway.

HAMMER: So it is almost feeding into her narcissism in a way?

MARTIN: I think so. I think so.

HAMMER: OK. Well, because of what Jodi said in the interview, Arizona jail officials, they were listening, and they put her on suicide protocol. You have seen these types of women before. Do you really think there is a risk of Jodi taking matters into her own hands and trying to kill herself?

MARTIN: I think there is no predicting what somebody can do. Especially someone who has clearly proven she is as unstable as Jodi is. I think that it`s obviously something they have to do to take that precaution. Because can you imagine the blowback if something did happen, if she did commit suicide before her sentencing happened. But I also think that some of this is maybe a little bit of that need for attention that we`ve seen from her throughout.

HAMMER: Yes, yes, it`s all part of the theatrics in her mind. So the show that you host, "Snapped," all about female murderers, much like Jodi in many instances. And in her interview, Jodi appeared to admit that she did snap after killing Travis and fleeing the scene. Let`s listen to that.

ARIAS: I think that I was just freaked out. I know I was freaked out. I didn`t know what to do.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: If you had to do this all over again, you`re in the desert. You notice that you have blood on your hands, how do you handle it?

ARIAS: I would turn around and drive to the Mesa Police Department.

HAMMER: OK. Freaked out. Again, Sharon you have profiled many women like Jodi. Do you believe Jodi when she said she freaked out? Or do you believe what the prosecutor said, that she coldly planned to cover her tracks after murdering Travis?

MARTIN: I think that she probably did freak out. To be honest with you, if she were really going to cover her tracks, she did a pretty bad job. I think the jury clearly didn`t believe any of the stories she created after the fact. I think that we`ve seen women who did commit a crime and immediately realized what they did and called police and found a lot more sympathy from the jury than what we saw in the case of Jodi.

HAMMER: Here is one of the things that maybe it did not surprise a whole lot of people, but I found it to be one of the most shocking things about Jodi`s post-verdict interview. She is still sticking to her story, despite all the overwhelming evidence and the fact that moments ago, moments before she gave this interview, the jury convicted her of planning her killing of Travis. And despite all that, she still swears killing Travis was not premeditated. Let`s watch that.

ARIAS: It was unexpected for me, yes, because there was no premeditation on my part. I can see how things look that way. But I didn`t expect the premeditation. I could see maybe the felony murder because of how the law was written, but I did not -- the whole time I was fairly confident I wouldn`t get premeditation, because there was no premeditation.

HAMMER: No premeditation, well, clearly the jury disagreed. I am not going to get into all of the evidence that convinced the jury that Judy did plan her killing of Travis, but Sharon, this is a question that I imagine comes up all the time on your show "Snapped." Do you get the sense that Jodi actually believes her story, or that she is just fully committed to sticking to her lies at this point?

MARTIN: I think that she probably believes her story. I think at some point, these women, they tell the stories so often that they believe this story. She will probably, if she is like many of the women we have profiled, she will continue to tell the same story and to stick to that. No matter what comes out in court, no matter what the jury decides and no matter what her sentence is.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: Thank you, Sharon Martin. You can check out new episodes of "Snapped" Sundays on the Oxygen network.

We move on now to the super stupid superhero stunt. Less than a year after the mass shooting in a Colorado movie theater, a fake gun-toting army storms the screening of "Iron Man 3," terrifying dozens of people there. SHOWBIZ investigates this movie madness next. Plus, wait until you see what we`ve made as our moment of SHOWBIZ awesomeness.

This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How many in the air?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: 13, sir.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How many can I carry?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Four, sir.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Did you see it? The biggest superhero movie, "Iron Man 3" opened in huge numbers, but theater goers in Jefferson City, Missouri, got much more than they bargained for before the movie even started. That is because the theater manager from that Missouri theater actually thought it would be a really cool idea to hire several people to dress up in full tactical gear and storm the theater with fake weapons drawn. Imagine that. In fact, for one Army vet who was there, the stunt actually proved to be too much. It actually triggered his post-traumatic stress disorder.

Back with me now, Judge Alex Ferrer, former Florida circuit court judge and host of the nationally syndicated court show, "Judge Alex." So Judge Alex, we cannot forget 12 people died in the Colorado movie theater rampage, when a real gunman stormed a midnight showing of "Batman" less than a year ago. Let`s put aside for a second how incredibly stupid this idea was. All I could think when I heard the story is, what if there was an undercover cop or somebody in the audience with a gun and they opened fire on these guys they thought was storming the theater?

FERRER: You`re absolutely right, A.J. It is monumental stupidity. But it could have been so much worse. If somebody in the audience -- in Missouri, they passed a concealed weapons permit about ten years ago. So you know, there were probably people in that audience, in that theater, who were carrying weapons. One of them thinks, oh, no, this is happening again, pulls out the gun and shoots one of those actors, I guess they were. You have a whole different ball game.

Obviously, there is a huge lawsuit coming. But you have a manager who could -- I could see a prosecutor looking down the pike and saying this amounts to manslaughter. I personally don`t think it would go there, but I think a prosecutor could very well say this is such a reckless and supremely dangerous act that a death resulted, and consider manslaughter charges.

HAMMER: It`s just hard to imagine how for a moment that was thought to be a good idea.

All right, we move now from one scary scene to another. There is brand-new caught on tape video of police entering accused kidnapper Ariel Castro`s home last week, after one of the kidnapped women, Amanda Berry, called 911 for he help. Well, now we`re hearing from the brothers of the accused kidnapper, who were speaking out for the very first time after they were arrested and then released late last week after investigators determined that Ariel acted alone.

You have got to watch what they exclusively told CNN`s Martin Savidge.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PEDRO CASTRO, BROTHER OF KIDNAP SUSPECT ARIEL CASTRO: I don`t want to be hunted down like a dog for a crime that I did not commit. I don`t want to be locked up in my house because somebody out there is going to do harm to me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes, I can understand where he is coming from. But Judge Alex, the police say, OK, no evidence linking the brothers to the crimes, but it is hard for me to imagine they will ever be able to shake the stigma of being arrested and what they were there for.

FERRER: You`re absolutely right. I saw this a lot as a judge. Criminals don`t -- sometimes they think about the repercussions to themselves, but they seldom think about the repercussions to their family, and typically if a guy goes to prison and his wife and daughter end up losing the house, the car and all those things because they don`t have the money to keep them afloat. In this situation, this is like Ted Bundy`s family, Jodi Arias`s family, who constantly will carry that stigma the rest of their life and they won`t be able to shake it.

HAMMER: Such an incredible story. All right, Judge Alex, always great to have you here, thanks so much.

FERRER: Likewise, A.J.

HAMMER: All right, we know politicians often like to dance around the issues. They never really say what they mean, right? Well, tonight, the mayor of Dorsett, Minnesota is changing the game.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: May I ask you, I saw you eating that bobber quite a bit. Can you describe to me what it tastes like?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It tastes like fish poop.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I cannot wait to introduce you to the awesome 4-year-old mayor of a tiny Minnesota town. SHOWBIZ awesomeness is next. This is SBT, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: It is time for SHOWBIZ awesomeness. This is where we name the most awesome moment of the day, and tonight I introduce you to the most awesome mayor in the United States. 4-year-old Robert Tuffs is the mayor of Dorsett, Minnesota. Population 22, and yes, I said 4 years old. Now, every year the town has an election, actually it`s a deal where they throw a dollar raffle, putting a name in a hat and a new mayor is chosen. You have got to check out what young mayor Robert`s first big TV interview reveals, covering all sorts of pressing town issues, including (INAUDIBLE).

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What is your favorite kind of bait? What do all the fish bite on out here?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Leaches, worms, minnows.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: What is your favorite kind of fish to catch?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (INAUDIBLE), walleyes, bass, (INAUDIBLE).

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: May I ask you, I saw you eating that bobber quite a bit, could you describe to me what it tastes like?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It tastes like fish poop.

(LAUGHTER)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Exactly how many girlfriends do you have?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Like one.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: And what is her name?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Sophia.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Sophia, beautiful name.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Spectacular. By the way, decisions about Dorsett are reportedly made by the businesses that operate there, so the mayor doesn`t have too many responsibilities. Meaning that young Robert can concentrate on important things, like kindergarten.

Coming up next on "Dr. Drew on Call" -- as Jodi Arias awaits her sentence, Travis Alexander`s family and friends look back on his life. Dr. Drew share never before seen video from his memorial service. "DR. DREW" on HLN starts right now.
