Hello. Thank you so much for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer.

Tonight in our "SHOWBIZ Countdown," we`re counting down today`s top three true confessions. Let`s kick it off with No. 3 with the disturbing and heartbreaking confession of a transgender teenager just who was just named homecoming queen.

CAMPBELL: The one night that should be the happiest day for a girl. It should be so monumental and memorable.

HAMMER: But that one day turned out to be anything but happy for 16-year- old Cassidy Lynn Campbell, who was born male but is now transitioning to live as female.

Cassidy was just named homecoming queen at her California high school, becoming her school`s first ever transgender student to win the title. But the online haters kept giving her grief. So she posted that tearful and just heart-wrenching video on YouTube to let the world know how she feels. Watch some more of it.

CAMPBELL: I know I asked for this. I know I did. I know I wanted to run, and I wanted to be nominated. This is so upsetting it`s just unreal.

Every real girl who`s won who has probably been so happy and never even gotten anything negative, but because of my situation, I am so -- so hated on and so judged. I`ve had to deal with this my whole life, and so I should know better by now.

HAMMER: How do you not feel for her? You want something so badly, and the result turns out to be anything but what you expected. It`s just so powerful.

Jenny Hutt is with me tonight in New York. She`s the host of "Just Jenny" on Sirius XM Radio. So Jenny, I should point out, that tearful confession went on for a gut-wrenching eight minutes. We just played 47 seconds of it there.

JENNY HUTT, HOST, SIRIUS XM`S "JUST JENNY": Yes.

HAMMER: Is there anything that can be said to comfort Cassidy?

HUTT: Well, look, I think -- I think the only thing that she got wrong is that -- is that every girl, frankly, gets sort of attacked as a teenager. Unfortunately, teenagers are horrific.

And so for her it`s this added level of extra nasty, I suppose, because she`s transgendering or transgendered and kids are just unbelievably cruel and disgusting.

And the people who post anonymously and make these comments, I mean, let`s face facts. They`re probably down in their basements unable to get out. They`re horrible, disgusting, vile creatures.

HAMMER: Yes.

HUTT: So that should give her comfort to know that they are just despicable and she isn`t. She`s lovely. And doing what she needs to do. And good for her. And I`m happy that she won homecoming queen. And I`m disgusted by the cretins who tried to rain on her parade.

HAMMER: Yes. I wish she could just take complete stock in what she was able to accomplish.

HUTT: Yes.

HAMMER: Because this is something that she openly campaigned to become.

HUTT: Good.

HAMMER: She said she did it for other transgender kids who feel like they can`t be themselves. And now that she`s won, she says she, you know, wasn`t ready for what would happen next.

CAMPBELL: To be happy is all I want. That`s all I want. Why is it I (EXPLETIVE DELETED) won homecoming queen, but I`m not happy. I`m so sad. I`m so distraught and so broken down and so upset.

HAMMER: I really hope she`s getting past this.

Let me bring in entertainment journalist David Begnaud. You know, David, obviously, there are haters out there, but to Jenny`s point, you know, kids are just bullies to begin with, no matter what the circumstances are behind the story, and people in Cassidy`s high school were cheering her name when she won.

I have to imagine that counts for a whole lot. I wish that could rise above the other stuff for her.

DAVID BEGNAUD, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: A.J., I want to say two things to her.

Cassidy, No. 1, you are loved, and No. 2, it gets better.

And you`re right, A.J. That`s something to point out. You`ve got to remember: this girl put herself out there. And the people in her high school loved her enough and supported her enough to name her homecoming queen.

Forget the losers online, OK? They are losers. They don`t feel happy about themselves, and that`s why they`re doing this to you. OK? You are amazing; you are strong, and you`re going to do well. Screw the rest of them. You are onto something.

HAMMER: Really well said.

BEGNAUD: And there`s a lot of people who support you.

HAMMER: Well, great point, because it`s not only the people in your school who are cheering you on, Cassidy. We`re all cheering for you, as well, and now, hopefully, a lot of people watching this are cheering for you, too.

OK. Let`s move on today to our No. 2 confession in our "SHOWBIZ Countdown." Michael Douglas, big night for him at the Emmys last night. So good to see him win Outstanding Lead Actor in a Miniseries or a Movie, playing Liberace, "Behind the Candelabra" on HBO.

Now, we know he separated from his wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones, but you heard him make his speech, and he made a point during his acceptance of thanking her.

MICHAEL DOUGLAS, ACTOR: I want to thank my wife, Catherine, for her support.

HAMMER: Good and classy. I was waiting to see if he would say something. So we`re wondering now what is with the separation. Well, here`s what he confessed to "E.T.`s" Nancy O`Dell. This is right before the Emmy show.

He said, "Everybody is fine. Nothing really more to say. We were just taking a little break. We`re talking. I think everything will be fine, and I`m very hopeful."

Now, throughout this entire thing, Michael has been downplaying the separation, Jenny.

HUTT: Yes.

HAMMER: So perhaps, and look, good for him. It`s his business to handle how he wants, but perhaps this isn`t really the big marriage-killing crisis that everybody is making it out to be.

HUTT: Listen, I think everybody`s obsession about Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones`s marriage is absurd. They`re not reality TV stars. They`re actors. I mean, come on: Let them have their relationship. Relationships are not easy.

I`m married for 16 and a half years, and though we`re intact and we`re good, we fight sometimes. I would hate if it was everybody else`s business, including our own. Come on.

HAMMER: Yes. David, understandably, people are going to ask him about it, but I think what he says, because he certainly doesn`t speak a lot about it, what he says we should look very carefully at the words he chose. I think it speaks volumes.

BEGNAUD: Well, to Jenny`s point I might disagree for a moment. When you`re a movie star, your marriage is the talk of the table. That`s something you just accept.

HUTT: That doesn`t make it right.

BEGNAUD: Well, maybe not, but the bottom line is you`re a movie star. You put yourself out there. However, look, we want the best for these two. They have both gone through some extremely difficult things.

I think he made a point to do that. I do not think that statement was accidental. And I think reading into it a little bit, I think they are fine. And I truly hope the best for them and their kids.

HAMMER: Yes, and Jenny, I do get David`s point. Whether you`re asking for it or not, whether it`s right or not, it is what people talk about. They do get into the relationships, and, look, they get dissected in all manner of ways, particularly now online. And people will just tear it down to the smallest little bit. So I think we`ll take it as something positive, perhaps, and wish them the best.

And now we move on to the big story today that is the No. 1 confession on the "SHOWBIZ Countdown." Oprah Winfrey`s breakdown. So we learned today that Oprah`s confess that she suffered a near nervous breakdown last year.

Oprah told "Access Hollywood" that it happened when she was struggling to save her cable network. She was flying around the country interviewing celebrities everywhere and also filming her role in "The Butler." This was happening all at the same time.

And Jenny, I know you`ve been following this. When did Oprah realize she was having a breakdown. What exactly did she say?

HUTT: Well, what she said was "I was in the middle of doing voiceovers, you know? And I remember closing my eyes in between each page, because looking at the page and the words at the same time was too much stimulation for my brain. I mean, I wasn`t ready to go run naked in the streets -- let`s make that very clear -- but I had reached a point where I just couldn`t take in any more stimulation."

HAMMER: I have to tell you. This is why this shocks me. Oprah Winfrey, throughout her entire career, has been somebody that I`ve always marveled at as the person who can do it all, as she was doing when she had this apparent breakdown. But we`ve never seen her give in the past, Jenny.

I mean, were you as surprised as I was to hear this?

HUTT: No.

HAMMER: I never thought anything could get the best of her like that.

HUTT: Maybe because it`s I`m a woman, A.J., but I know that there isn`t a woman on the planet who isn`t this close to having a nervous breakdown most days. So of course, Oprah Winfrey at some point, with everything together, might feel like she`s teetering on that place of "I might fall apart."

I might fall apart right now, by the way.

HAMMER: Please don`t. This is not all that complicated.

David, let me get your perspective on this, as somebody who`s been following Oprah Winfrey for such a long time. It makes her feel that much more human.

BEGNAUD: Amen.

HAMMER: She was trying to do it all and realized, "Hey, you know what? Maybe I just can`t."

BEGNAUD: Maybe she`s just one of us. What I love is that you lead with your strengths, but you connect with your weaknesses. And this is a moment where she felt weak. She felt like she was going to break. And to say this, I mean, look: From molestation to other things throughout her life, Oprah has sat in front of the camera and told us, "Here`s how I`m feeling. Here`s what happened to me."

And I think, as she is suddenly turning this network around, you know, she`s got more money than God and an amazing house in California, she`s also on the verge of a breakdown. And we can relate to that. I think it`s pretty cool that she came out and said it.

Jenny, let me just check in with you. You hanging in there?

HUTT: I`m all right. I mean, I have -- I have health if I really need it.

HAMMER: OK. I want to thank the both of you for being here.

And I want to move onto Miley Cyrus, who kind of has, perhaps, an emotional breakdown of her own onstage.

HAMMER: OK. Did Miley just lose it in Vegas during her first performance after her epic split with Liam Hemsworth?

And from break-up tears to wedding bells? So is J. Lo`s boyfriend, Beau Smart, about to put a ring on it?

HAMMER: Obviously, I need to ask the question, and I know you`re choosing this place to answer this question. When are you going to pop the question?

SMART: Oh, we just went right there?

JANE LYNCH, ACTRESS: And I`m here to say that all that warmth and that charm, that open-hearted quality that we loved in Cory was no act. Cory was a beautiful soul. He was not perfect, which many of us here tonight can relate to. His death is a tragic reminder of the rapacious, senseless destruction that is brought on by addiction.

HAMMER: Tonight the great debate over whether late "Glee" star Cory Monteith deserved to be honored at the Prime-time Emmys instead of legendary stars like Larry Hagman and Jack Klugman. Were they dissed in death?

Look, nobody is saying that the death of Cory Monteith wasn`t tragic, but today the outrage was over why a tribute would be paid to him and not to huge stars like Hagman and Klugman.

Entertainment journalist Rachel Zalis was right there at the Emmys last night, and she`s with us from Hollywood tonight.

Rachel, I`m sitting at home, watching the show on my couch, and I saw the Cory Monteith tribute happen, which we knew was going to happen, and I`m thinking people are going to complain about this today, and they are. Do you find the complaints justified?

RACHEL ZALIS, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: You know, it`s such a tough one, A.J., because I don`t want to start nitpicking over who`s more deserving of a tribute than someone else is past it here. But I don`t think the Emmys did a good job, you know, figuring out how to do this the right way. It was obviously a big deal at the VMAs when they paid tribute to Whitney Houston. But that was uplifting and inspirational, and the way they did it here was very sort of like a bit of a downer.

And there`s a lot of people that were not pleased that you`re missing out on huge influencers in the business, like Larry Hagman and Jack Klugman. So clearly, it`s going to create controversy.

HAMMER: Yes, I love it when an awards show shakes it up, tries to do something different, but I know that even the producers of the show knew what they were getting into when they set out to do this.

Jesse Metcalf, by the way, definitely thinks that Hagman should have been honored. Jesse co-starred with Hagman in the TNT reboot of "Dallas." And you`ve got to watch what he told SHOWBIZ TONIGHT at the HBO party after the Emmy show.

JESSE METCALF, ACTOR: Well, I mean, I think something that I`m never going to forget, I mean, for me. And I hate to bring up this sour note, but I really felt like Larry Hagman should have been honored in that, you know, group of five actors that had passed this year that were honored in a very heartfelt and moving way. You know, I thought he deserved to be singled out, as well.

HAMMER: That`s fair.

I want to take it to Jenny Hutt, host of "Just Jenny" on Sirius XM Radio. And by the way, we did learn today the Emmys had their biggest audience in eight years, including a whole lot of younger viewers. And obviously, those are the same people who are watching "Glee."

And Emmy producer Ken Ehrlich said last week, before the show even aired, that they singled out Cory, because they wanted to include a younger audience. So out of no disrespect to anybody who wasn`t honored, I think, Jenny, it was absolutely the right move to include Monteith.

HUTT: I think it was totally appropriate. Cory Monteith`s death was unbelievably shocking, unbelievably tragic, and maybe this will prevent another kid from doing drugs and keeping his memory alive and making his death not be in vain. I`m OK with the tribute.

I do think Larry Hagman should have been included, however, and Jack Klugman. I think that was -- that was a bit of fail on the part of the Emmys. But I`m not sure how much more depressing the Emmys could have gotten. It was supposed to just be fun, and then we had just this big, it`s true, downer. I understand it`s a memoriam. They need to do it. It`s important; it`s a ritual. But it was kind of sad, A.J.

HAMMER: There was definitely a feeling of gloom that sort of took over, and that`s what a lot of people are talking about today. And then, hey, look, it`s a variety show, but you juxtapose it with a big dance choreography number about "Breaking Bad" and crystal meth. It`s a little strange.

ZALIS: Yes.

HAMMER: They pulled off an interesting show. It got good numbers.

So let`s move from perhaps the saddest Emmys ever to perhaps the most hazardous selfie of all time. Rihanna, no stranger to her wild Instagram picks, but tonight, I`m going to reveal to you why this relatively tame picture could actually land two guys in prison for years.

Plus, it`s the "SHOWBIZ Great Escape."

This dog just managed to bust out of the canine equivalent of a maximum security prison. Yes, he went over the wall, just using his paws. And the whole amazing escape was caught on tape.

MOOS (voice-over): Do not whimper for this canine Houdini. His name is Bandit, and he`s about to pull off the great escape.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, my gosh.

MOOS: Bandit suffers from separation anxiety. The YouTube description says he destroys the carpets, chews wires, cuts himself trying to get out of his crate. His owner dog-proofed the kitchen so he could leave Bandit there. Somehow...

... Bandit kept managing to escape, so his owner set up a laptop camera to find out how.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Some dogs are not meant to be caged.

MOOS: Bandit was intent on scaling the plywood covering the open space between the kitchen and the next room.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: God bless his heart.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That`s pretty genius.

MOOS: Bandit went over the top like a Marine on an obstacle course.

(on camera): Are you impressed?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I really am.

MOOS (voice-over): Some were less impressed with the owner: "Would making this video have been worth it had your dog hung itself? Almost happened."

But no one we talked to thought he`d done anything wrong.

(on camera): Talk about an escape artist. The dog`s owner escaped us. We couldn`t get hold of him.

(voice-over): Bandit now joins the ranks of canine escape artists like Kiwi the Yorkie, whose owner set her feat to the theme from "Mission: Impossible."

Waldo`s owner chose the theme from "Superman" as he used his cage to get to a fence and, after a long stretch, made his move. Waldo (ph) finally gathered the nerve to jump.

And then there`s Junior the Chihuahua. He stuck his neck out and shook his fence and then moved the fence out of the way, springing his Chihuahua accomplice. Junior`s courage won the top prize and a total of 110,000 bucks from "America`s Funniest Home Videos," even if he did end up butt up.

We don`t know how Bandit landed.

(on camera): Bandit`s escape paid off big time. After his owner saw what the dog went through to get out, he gave Bandit the full run of the house.

(voice-over): Another dog owner has this advice.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Exercise and Xanax.

MOOS: Though climbing the wall does count as exercise.

HAMMER: My dog would never do that. He could free cookies from a container, but he never could quite break out of the kitchen just like that. Pretty good.

Now, along with step away cast member Jimmy Smith who was right there. And I asked beau, what it`s like working with a boss who also happens to be your girlfriend.

JIMMY SMITH: Well, let me tell you.

CASPER SMART: I feel like it`s not - I feel like if you approach it with any other job the respect that you have when you`re going in whether it`s your boss or not, we`re more creative partners in this .

HAMMER: Right.

SMART: . because it`s not a regular job where it`s like the overhead, this, this, this. It`s more I`m a creative so I come in and give my creative ideas and thought process and energy of what I feel like something should be or look like whether it`s moves or a look of something. Whether it`s wardrobe or lights or video content. And she either chooses to take it or leave it, which most of the time it`s taken. And a lot of times she has a lot of her own ideas. Because she is who she is and she`s a very creative person. So, it`s no pride or ego involved. I mean you definitely have to leave that at the door on both ends.

HAMMER: Yeah.

SMART: And you just go in there respectful.

HAMMER: Yeah, nice to hear, it`s such a collaborative effort. And listen, it`s one thing to be on that stage dancing every single night and it`s an entirely different thing to be on stage dancing with cameras in your face on top of it, to turn it into a docu series. Jimmy, did you feel a little extra pressure because you knew these cameras were there and rolling?

SMITH: Yes. It`s complete pressure. It`s almost like you have to zone out and just put yourself in your normal state because you know it`s cameras rolling so it`s going to be on television. It`s going be on DVD or whatever it`s going to be on. You know it`s there for life. So, you`re like working out. Like we had to take our shirts, also we liked working out an trying not to eat and trying to eat and trying to drink and trying not to drink and like oh, shoot, my eye was looking crazy. It`s complete pressure. But we`re kind of professionals so we`re kind of used to it.

This guy comes along and makes himself very present in this photo. Now, some fans have created their own captions. And I want to show you a couple of ones that they wrote - one fan writing, "Casper, let me be your back up dancer," and this one, "Move over Jenny, this is my block!" All right, beau. You know, people are having a lot of fun there. How would you fill in the thought bubble there in the photo. What were you thinking at that moment when that guy is creeping up behind you?

SMART: Well, he looks like a big bear behind me.

HAMMER: There you go.

SMART: Yeah. I do remember that. We just went out. She had a couple of meetings that day. I had a couple of meetings. And we just met up to go get away and have a little quality time and the guy jumped in the picture, I guess, I don`t know.

HAMMER: So, listen. Beau, I know you read "Cosmo" every month, and I`m sure you`ve seen how Jennifer gushed about you in the October issue of "Cosmo", basically telling the world you know what? You are her perfect partner. And I`m going to read to you now. My best - I`m actually not going to do my best Jennifer impression. But here`s what she said, this is the quote "To me, it`s about having a great partner to walk this life with. I have my own high standards for what I want in the partner and how I want to be treated. I bring a lot to the table. I`m not talking about material things, but what I have to offer as a person. Love and loyalty and all the things that make a good relationship." That is so nice and obviously sounds like a woman so severely in love. So, obviously, I need to ask the question and I know you`re choosing this place to answer this question. When are you going to pop the question?

SMART: Oh, we just went right there?

HAMMER: Yeah, why not? You know, time is limited.

SMART: I thought we were here for "Step Away."

HAMMER: I`m stepping away for a moment just to ask you, you know, if you plan to ask her to be your betrothed.

SMART: I got it. And I`m going to step away from that question.

Jenny Hutt, who`s the host of Sirius XM radio`s "Just Jenny" back with me tonight. Right, Jenny, I mean I got - otherwise - that opportunity.

JENNY HUTT, SIRIUM XM RADIO HOST "JUST JENNY": Yeah, I think he has Stockholm syndrome.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: Listen, I think a lot of fans who are going to be watching this series very closely .

HUTT: Yes.

HAMMER: . because they wanted to get to know this guy. The man who is in Jennifer Lopez`s life. Because until now and perhaps until that interview he`s been somewhat of a mystery man. Don`t you think?

HUTT: Well, yeah, I do think he`s been a mystery man. And now that I`ve gotten to know him just a little bit I`m really excited to know more. I mean come on. He`s pretty and he`s fun to look at. And I get it. I mean this is what I think really probably goes on at home, A.J. I bet she`s so busy and she`s so crazed every day of her life and she`s so tired of being the boss and maybe she walks in the door, she sees him and maybe she`s fully submissive. Maybe that`s how it works with that.

HAMMER: I don`t know about that. But I will tell you, that having had the opportunity to speak to him right there, and I think you got it, the guy has got a great personality and it`s something that we haven`t really been able to see. We just know him as the dancer. And quite frankly, I remember not all that long ago I had to interview Jennifer for something. We were up at some hotel suite and there was this guy moving through the hallway and then I realized it was him. Do we have a picture, Charles, from that interview? That, by the way, I mean look at Jennifer Lopez there. It almost looks like I`m with a cut out that`s been just air brushed.

HUTT: Oh, she`s ridiculously gorgeous.

HAMMER: That is a real picture. That is truly her. But he was really hanging in the background. I have no idea what he was doing there other than perhaps supporting her.

HUTT: Oh, that`s what they`re calling it these days?

HAMMER: Yes, I suppose. I suppose that maybe.

Anyway, I don`t know. I now feel like what a nice couple.

HUTT: Lovely couple. Oh, God, it`s definitely going to last forever.

HAMMER: Thanks, Jenny.

HAMMER: You know, I don`t need your cynicism right now.

(LAUGHTER)

HAMMER: But thank you for being her nonetheless, I appreciate it.

All right, now we have to talk about Miley Cyrus on stage half naked and in tears.

So, what`s going on here? Were the tears about the end of her engagements or it was just part of the acts?

And why is Chris Brown saying he identifies with Trayvon Martin? It happened in the controversial new interview. We`re going to fill you in on that, and I still can`t wait to show you what we`ve named as our moment of "SHOWBIZ Awesomeness" tonight, but right now it is SHOWBIZ at the Emmys. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there. Jeff Daniels won his first for best actor and the drama Emmy for the "Newsroom." And Jeff admitted that the win hasn`t quite hit him yet.

HAMMER: Brand new Miley madness tonight. Miley Cyrus getting pretty choked up there while singing her hit song "Wrecking Ball" over the weekend in Las Vegas, at the Iheart radio music festival.

Welcome back. It is a tale of two Mileys. Miley just made her very first public appearance since she and her ex-fiancee Liam Hemsworth announced their split. Let`s show a picture of her. On the left, you see her apparently breaking down in tears while seeing "Wrecking Ball." Now, on the right, that`s Miley posing backstage with, yes, the Kardashian sisters. So she`s worrying black pasties underneath a white peekaboo dress. Looking happy as a clam. Now, when she was up on stage she was turning heads again, dancing with little people, there was some butt smacking going on and then there was the shedding of tears.

Entertainment journalist David Begnaud is with us tonight in Hollywood. David, we can`t know exactly what was going on and why she was crying, but there were people today, I saw it online myself. They were saying they were crocodile tears. It had nothing to do with her big break up. I need to know what you think.

DAVID BEGNAUD, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: Look, here`s the deal. I used to think the girl singing "Wrecking Ball" was a wreck, but I want to clarify a little bit, I think, a couple of things. I think she`s turning a little businesswoman. And I think the chick is a little manipulative, OK? The bottom line here, I don`t think she`s losing it, I think she`s getting some advice that says we`re working it. Bottom line is, Miley Cyrus has been mentioned more on "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT" this year .

(LAUGHTER)

BEGNAUD: . then she`s been mentioned over the course of her life. So, something is working, A.J.

HAMMER: Yeah, yeah, I mean it`s very possible somebody got in here and says you know what? Cry a little bit. They`re going to be talking about it. Well, the other thing that I was thinking of, is look, it`s an emotional moment for her after all of the controversy and she`s up on that stage for the first time performing since the VMAs and people are cheering her on. But if it was an act, she did a pretty good job at it. Let`s watch some more.

HAMMER: Maybe the mix was bad or something. I don`t know. Entertainment journalist Rachel Zalis is with us tonight from Hollywood. Rachel, are you buying the crying?

RACHEL ZALIS, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: I don`t know. I mean I`d be bawling if Liam Hemsworth broke up with me.

(LAUGHTER)

ZALIS: So, it could be for real, but I actually - I actually agree. I think it`s all strategic. I mean, you know, she wants to grow up and be an adult. But I love that like now being an adult means you`re naked twerking with little people on stage. I`m like where did I go wrong?

BEGNAUD: Right.

HAMMER: See, that is a problem when the conversation becomes everybody thinking that every little move you make is strategic. Even Madonna figured out a way to make it seem organic some of the time when she was, you know, going through all of her metamorphosis over the years. Is that the plural of metamorphosis? Anyway, Miley was looking very much in control of her emotions when she was backstage. Do we have the pictures of her with the Kardashian sisters? Chloe, Courtney, Kendall, Kylie? Miley and the Kardashian sisters, David, seeing them together, is that a good thing or is it a sign of the apocalypse?

BEGNAUD: You know what I saw - You know what I saw when I saw this picture? Of course, she`s hanging out with the Kardashians. Of course. I mean, you know, slightly of the same manipulative, we love attention, we`re businesswomen, and we`re very successful. I`m not taking that away from them. So, of course she`s going to be hanging out with the girls. They look good at least.

HAMMER: And Rachel, I love that Britney Spears is sort of becoming this confidante to her. She introduced Miley on stage and recorded with her. That has to be a good thing with everything that Britney`s been through.

ZALIS: Well, I think it`s kind of funny when Britney is suddenly seeming like the older wiser one.

HAMMER: Yes.

(LAUGHTER)

ZALIS: I mean I`m not sure exactly what that is saying. I mean she`s like - oh, remember when I used to do controversial things. I`m like, come on.

HAMMER: But listen, listen - say what you will about Britney, she`s come a long way. We`re all very happy for her. David, Rachel, thank you both.

So, we have Miley making some pretty big moves on stage, but tonight Rihanna is the one making headlines off stage. Yes, the queen of the selfie turns accidental crime fighter after she posed for this photo of herself. But why did this picture just get two men arrested? And wait till you see what we have named as our moment of "SHOWBIZ Awesomeness" tonight.

Right now, it`s SHOWBIZ at the Emmy. SHOWBIZ TONIGHT was right there as Claire Danes won her second best actress and the drama Emmy for "Homeland." It`s an honor that she calls hard to accept.

DANES: No, it is - I get shy. I get shy. I mean but it - you know, I mean I don`t mean to reject it anyway. I`m so, so touched by it. So grateful for it.

HAMMER: Rihanna`s selfie scandal. So, Ri-Ri is obviously, well known for her hot Instagram photos. But this time a pic of her fully clothed with an endangered animal is what`s sparking the controversy. And it even has two men under arrest.

Time for SHOWBIZ "Hot Flashes" . This is what we take on the day`s hottest stories and we`re going to get the Rihanna drama in just a moment, but first Chris Brown`s controversial Trayvon Martin comparison. Rihanna`s ex- boyfriend just told "Jet" magazine that he identifies with Martin whose shooting, of course, sparked a huge debate over whether the killing was racially motivated. The reporter asks this. "You`re often portrayed in media as aggressive or dangerous. We have seen the same happen to other young black males like Trayvon Martin. Despite your celebrity, can you relate to that every day struggle?" And Chris answers, "I identify with Trayvon 100 percent as far as living in 2013 and still dealing with blatant racism. This generation is so used to racism that it`s normal. We don`t care.

With me now in New York, Jenny Hutt, the host of the Sirius XM show "Just Jenny.

HUTT: Hello.

HAMMER: And Jenny, Trayvon, an unarmed young man, killed by an overzealous neighborhood watchman.

HUTT: Yes.

HAMMER: Chris, a wealthy international pop star with a notoriously bad temper.

HUTT: Yes.

HAMMER: Are you following Chris`s logic here?

HUTT: No, A.J., of course not. The only thing I follow is, of course, there`s issues of racism in our country, but they are just not even kind of alike. I mean really, Chris Brown and Trayvon Martin. It`s just sad that he would even say such a thing. It`s like he has no idea who he really is, Chris Brown.

Furthermore, Chris Brown has done some terrible things that he needs to take responsibility for and rather than make it like he`s a victim now. How is he the victim? How is he a victim in any way, shape or form? The guy had chart topping songs, tons of fans, tons of dough.

HAMMER: Yeah.

HUTT: Come on.

HAMMER: But perhaps, you know, he may still face racism in whatever .

HUTT: Yes.

HAMMER: . his everyday life.

HUTT: Sure.

HAMMER: Because to give Chris a little credit here, the reporter did ask him separate from your celebrity, do you face the everyday struggle of racism and Chris says yes, you know, here on 2013, it`s still very real. I want to make sure we`re getting that right.

HUTT: Well, of course, it`s very real, and it`s atrocious, but to compare himself to Trayvon Martin who is a dead teen, who`s unarmed and shot - come on. Please, really.

HAMMER: All right, let`s move on now to Rihanna. The ex, and she`s now the accidental crime fighter. This happened during her world tour. She stopped in for a little R and R, and while she was at a club, she posed with a loris. I think the loris is a pretty cool little animal. But here is the thing -- It`s illegal for people in Thailand to offer up the endangered animals for tourist photos. You can`t do that. It`s wrong. Now here is the thing. The two men who gave Rihanna the loris to pose with could actually face up to four years in jail. And Jenny, I find it just ironic that of all the nearly naked selfies Rihanna has put out there, it`s a photo of her completely covered up is what`s actually getting people in trouble.

HUTT: Well, wouldn`t you know it. Look, in our country, I am also a lawyer, so I can tell you that in our country, ignorance is not a defense to breaking the law, but because she is in Thailand and she`s not from Thailand, I can`t say that she can probably claim she did not know what the law was. She won`t get in trouble. I feel bad for these two guys who are now going to get in trouble, because maybe they didn`t realize that her posting this picture was going to cause such a big brouhaha. But it is a cute little animal, I like that.

HAMMER: I love the loris. Who knew it was endangered. Now we all do.

HUTT: I didn`t know.

HAMMER: So we are educating people.

Very quickly, Khloe`s big change is next. Khloe Kardashian Odom dropped her married name from her Instagram page after weeks of speculation about the end of her marriage to Lamar Odom. I think that sends a pretty big sign, Jenny. The Kardashians don`t do anything on a whim.

HUTT: No, they do not. It`s like changing your Facebook status from in a relationship to it`s complicated. This is a big deal that she changed her name. And I`m not surprised she did it this way. It`s sort of a picture says a thousand words. It`s a picture of her changing her name, and that is it, now we know she`s done. It`s over. She`s going to move on.

HAMMER: Can`t make any move, even changing a name or a picture without people taking notice immediately.

HUTT: Of course not.
