Plus, WWE icon John Cena stepping into the ring right here on SBT. He`s doing a smack-down on the stories you can`t stop talking about. What does he think about Miley?

Hello and thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer.
Tonight in the countdown, we are counting down today`s top three "Buzz Makers." So let`s talk about sex -- or not having sex, apparently, if you`re over 40.
We kick off our countdown with our No. 3 "Buzz Maker." It`s Miley Cyrus, whose new album dropped today with hit songs like "Wrecking Ball" featuring Miley naked in the music video. Well, Miley has now set off a great debate about having sex after 40.
It all began on "The Today Show" when Matt Lauer asked her if her apparent sexual obsession was just a phase. Here`s what she said.

LAUER: Is it a phase? Is this a phase? Is this sexual side of you that we`re seeing a lot of right now something that`s going to be here for a while and then move on to something else?
CYRUS: I heard when you turn 40, things start to go a little less sexual. So probably around 40, around that time. I hear that`s when people don`t have sex any more. So I guess maybe around then.
LAUER: Do you know how old I ham?
CYRUS: I`m going to guess 40.
LAUER: I love you again.

HAMMER: The world according to Miley. People apparently don`t have sex after 40 anymore. So I can understand. She must be feeling a lot of pressure with only about 20 more years to go until it all ends for her.
Kim Coles I`m dying to hear your take on this. We knew and loved Kim in "Living Single." I loved you on "Frasier," as I`ve told you a million times. She`s now starring in her own one-woman show called "Oh, But Wait, There`s More." It`s at the Laurie Beechman Theater here in New York.
And Kim, I`ve been told it`s proper and OK for me to reveal that you`re 51. So has it been a rough 11 years since you were 40 and no sex?
KIM COLES, ACTRESS: Oh, but wait there`s more sex after 40. Let me tell you something. I`m 51 years old, and I absolutely know for sure that sex doesn`t have to slow down. You know yourself more; you know your body more. You know what you want; you know what you don`t want. I have a brand-new man in my life who is the man of my dreams, and trust me: sex after 40 still happens.
HAMMER: That is good and comforting to hear for so many people tonight. Because they heard Miley say it, and they were worried.
Let me talk to Wendy Walsh in Hollywood. Wendy is a good friend and doctor of psychology. And she shares her advice on DatingAdvice.com. And I realize that Miley might have been saying that a bit tongue in cheek, but I`ve got to tell you: this thing went crazy viral today. Can you please set Miley straight, Wendy?
WENDY WALSH, DOCTOR OF PSYCHOLOGY: Let`s talk about the research, shall we? Miley is like a child with a new toy, only this toy is called a vagina and she hasn`t read the full instruction manual.
OK. So, you know, research shows that women`s sex drive actually goes up, especially right before menopause. It`s like the guns are shooting out lots of eggs before the factory closes down.
The truth is, Miley, smart women over 40 are having sex, but they`re not having stupid sex. They`re not having junk food sex. Once you go through, let`s see, a few STDs, maybe an unwanted pregnancy that results in an abortion you don`t want, you`ll be able to talk like a wise woman over 40, and you`re going to choose who you shoot your guns to.
HAMMER: Wisely said. Thank you very much, Wendy Walsh.
So now, from Miley mania I feel comfortable to move on to our number 2 "Buzz Maker" in tonight`s countdown. This is a heart-stopping scene that played out in a coffee shop right here in New York City. You would freak out if you were there. It`s something that seemed to be right out of "Carrie," which is one of the creepiest movies of all time. I actually first watched this video at home, just this morning, and I`m watching it thinking I couldn`t imagine how freaked out I would be if this happened to me and I was there. Take a look at this.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: That sucks, I`m sorry.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You just ruined all of my stuff.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Fine? There`s coffee inside of my computer. You know what, just get away from me. Just get away from me. Just get out of my way.

HAMMER: I mean, can you imagine being in that coffee shop, minding your own business, ordering a latte or something, and that happens? And you saw it on everybody`s faces. And obviously it was something out of "Carrie," as I mentioned it looked like it was. Turned out it was this elaborate prank promoting the remake of "Carrie" that`s about to come out.
Kim Coles, put -- put yourself in that coffee shop for a second. Like I said, you`re minding your own business. You`re getting your caramel macchiato, and all this goes down. What would you have done?
COLES: I would have left immediately. I don`t play. I don`t want to play. It was -- no, I would be gone. I loved all the people stayed so they could get great reaction. I would have been gone at the first sign of "Get away from me. Out, out!" Gone. Yes.
HAMMER: It`s amazing, because obviously there were actors involved in pulling this off.
COLES: Yes.
HAMMER: But the reactions we were seeing were real customers in the shop.
COLES: It feels, actually, to me -- I know that they`re doing this for the movie, but it feels a little cruel to me...
HAMMER: Oh, yes.
COLES: ... because a fight could have broken out or something could have gotten -- something could have gone horribly wrong.
HAMMER: They were probably ready for that. I actually like how cool it was. I don`t know if there`s something wrong with me. Let`s go to my friend, entertainment journalist David Begnaud, who`s with us from Hollywood tonight. David, what would you have done?
DAVID BEGNAUD, ENTERTAINMENT JOURNALIST: Look, A.J., here`s the deal. As a journalist I`d like to think I would have pulled out my cell phone, maybe started tweeting with you guys, videoing something, but right about when she did this with the hands and the tables started to move...
COLES: Yes.
BEGNAUD: Hell, no. I would have left the coffee on the table, and I would have been getting the hell out of there.
Look, what I think is brilliant, though, is maybe a little cruel but I don`t know that I would have gone to see that movie. After seeing this, I`m in. I`m there. I`ll see it now. A done deal.
HAMMER: No question about it. And I`m sure a lot of people are sitting there watching and wondering how in the world did they pull this off? They actually included this video up there on the Web site with the clip of showing them rigging the whole coffee shop and, as you see, they`re doing these massive preparations.
I give them huge props for the amount of effort that went into this. They actually did robotic tables. They made these move, as you see, with that mechanism there. They spring loaded the books that were flying off the shelves pictures coming off the walls. And to David`s point, Kim, doesn`t this actually kind of make you want to see the movie? Or now you`re just angry, because you were afraid a fight was going to break out?
COLES: You know what? I`m a bit of a purist. I remember seeing the original "Carrie" in the movies when I was younger. And it was -- there was nothing like it ever. And you really did jump at the end. You jumped all the way through. I actually wasn`t going to go see it, and now because of this, I will. I will.
HAMMER: See, now I want to do this to my entire house for Halloween and invite in little kids.
COLES: No, that`s cruel.
HAMMER: Yes. Yes, yes, yes.
COLMES: Give them candy, not scare them half to death.
BEGNAUD: Do it.
HAMMER: Well, listen, that`s the buzz so far. But if that`s only number three and two, wait until you see what is number 1 on our "Buzz Maker" countdown tonight. Please, Kim, David, stay where you are. Kim, I won`t scare you; I promise. Or any little children.
And get ready for a serious WWE smack-down tonight. John Cena taking on the Hulk. Now, he`s not doing it in the ring; he`s doing it right here in the SBT house. John`s going to tell me if Hulk Hogan should stop picking on Miley Cyrus and her "Wrecking Ball" video and pick on someone his own size. I`m one-on-one with WWE star John Cena tonight. He`s climbing into the pop culture ring with me. We`ve got to see if he can handle the heat.

This brings us to number 1 on our "Buzz Maker" countdown. It`s the incredible buzz around Sandra Bullock and her hit movie "Gravity."

HAMMER: The cliche is true. It is a total heart-pounding wild ride.
Comedian Kim Coles back with me in New York. Kim is starting in her very own one-woman show, "Oh, But Wait, There`s More" and the Laurie Beechman Theater in New York.
Also with me, entertainment journalist David Begnaud in Hollywood. I believe they`re both tethered firmly to their chairs.
And Kim, I will start with you. I look at the success that Sandra is having around this movie, and I think we just need to call it like it is: she is a total rock star.
COLES: She really is. She is America`s sweetheart. She comes back, and she delights us every time. She`s had many different kinds of movies, and we love her every time. I absolutely will pay to see her floating around in space. I can`t wait.
HAMMER: What a wild, amazing ride of success she is having here. And it`s no fluke for Sandra, still going strong at 49. There`s no reason she shouldn`t be. Look at her last few movies. She definitely can open a movie. "The Proposal" debuted big: $33 million there. "The Blind Side," $34 million. "The Heat," $39 million. I was surprised, Kim: This is actually her biggest opening of a movie ever. Who says women over 40 can`t rule?
COLES: Thank you. Tell that to Ms. Miley. And I bet she`s doing it, too.
BEGNAUD: Right?
HAMMER: Yes. And sex doesn`t end either.
Let`s not forget George Clooney, by the way, because it seems that people have kind of forgotten he`s in "Gravity." We don`t really see him in the trailer. I think, David, it`s amazing that she`s really overshadowing him and getting all the attention that she is.
BEGNAUD: I think what Sandra Bullock says to me is life gets better as you get older. When you look at Miley Cyrus in the rearview mirror and that train wreck that she is, it`s kind of like, "You know what? I`m glad I`m not there."
The movies are getting better. She`s making more money. She went through this horrible break-up, adopted a baby boy. She looks fantastic. Her acting career is better than it`s ever been. I think this women is really inspiring, not only to people her age, but she should be to people much younger.
HAMMER: Well, yes, and when you look particularly at her particular story, how she`s rebounded since that creep, Jesse James, and all that happened there.
BEGNAUD: Right.
HAMMER: And she`s always made the point, yes, she loves her career; she`s enjoying her career. But life is about family for her.
COLES: Yes. She does this with class, too. She doesn`t live in Hollywood any more. I think she lives in Austin. Right?
BEGNAUD: Right.
COLES: And so removed herself from the Hollywood hubbub but still gets to be the biggest star of all. So I -- kudos to her.
HAMMER: I want to actually show you what she just told us when she was getting honored. She was having her hand prints and footprints put in cement at the TCL Chinese Theatre, and I thought she just summed it all up really nicely here. Roll that.

BULLOCK: So I think today is about family. And not just the family we`re born into, but the amazing group of people we get to work with every single day in this very interesting profession.

BEGNAUD: Look, we all love people who have gone through adversity and come out grounded. And this woman exemplifies being grounded in who she is.

Valerie Harper did make it through four rounds of "Dancing with the Stars" before being eliminated last night. She`s 74 years old. She`s battling cancer, but she seems as vibrant as ever.
And you`re about to hear what Valerie shared with us last night about this incredible journey that she`s been on. The doctors told her earlier this year that she only had a few months to live. Her cancer is now under control. She`s responding well to medication, and she is talking about her next moves.
With me right now in New York, Kim Coles, starring in her own one-woman show, "Oh, But Wait, There`s More." And from Hollywood, doctor of psychology, Wendy Walsh.
So I know you ladies were right there with me as we sat back in awe, watching Valerie hitting this dance floor week after week, making it through four rounds on what`s a really grueling show while we knew about her health crisis. Kim, what do you think the biggest lesson is that we should all take away from Valerie`s story?
COLES: Well, that you can live out loud every day that you are here. And she`s just -- she`s a champion for -- for her health and a champion for the rest of us. She was telling us, "Don`t cry for me. I`m here and I`m living fully." And it was just wonderful; just wonderful to watch.
HAMMER: And how amazing to see her saying, "You know what? I`m living without any regrets." And she said that even though she had told us that she didn`t want to do "Dancing with the Stars" at first. Watch what she just told us after she was voting off last night.

HARPER: Being on this show is helpful to people`s careers. I think that`s why they do it as much as other reasons. I had never wanted to do it, because I thought I wouldn`t do well. And I did OK, but I did my best. But I wanted to do it so I could tell people get off the couch; get out and exercise. Don`t let cancer or anything else stand in your way.

HAMMER: Good for her. She`s so positive. But look, we know so many people who really close up when they`ve been dealt a hand like Valerie`s. Wendy, where do you think she`s finding the strength?
HARPER: Well, I think she naturally has a predisposition towards positivity, A.J. People around CNN newsroom here have told me that when she comes in, she is an absolute ray of sunshine. And the research is pretty clear, that if you have a positive attitude, you can work and live a lot longer with cancer than those who shut down from the beginning.
So part is biological, and part of it is she`s made. She`s made a choice to dance all the way to the end. And I wish they didn`t kick her off; I wanted to watch her keep dancing.
COLES: Me, too.
HAMMER: And it`s so great to hear that she tells us she is fielding movie offers, possibly a stage show. And I think you`re exactly right, Wendy. The fact that she has this incredible, positive attitude has a whole lot to do with how well she`s doing physically and how well she was able to do on "Dancing with the Stars."
And it is great to have you both here. Thanks so much for being with us.
COLES: Thank you.

HAMMER: All right. So, I`m doing the math here. I`m guessing you are finding it troubling now that Miley left you --

HAMMER: Yes. That is all you got. Do I have that right -- what does Cena say? Are you troubled?
CENA: She just is speculating. I bet the people that make Cialis and Viagra and all those fertility drugs beg to differ with her. There is a bunch of people over the age of 40, certainly enjoying romance with each other. She is -- she is just a young person and to her, I think 20 years down the road seems like an eternity. I just think you show her that clip in 20 years and ask her if she is still sexually active.
HAMMER: OK. And, let`s be clear and I can`t believe we are having this discussion on "Showbiz Tonight," but those drugs that you mentioned not everybody over the age of 40 necessarily needs those.
CENA: Absolutely. But, I am just saying even those with a problem can still be romantic and be having sex after the age of 40. So, I really think she is wrong in that case.
HAMMER: By the way, I did my homework and there is a six degrees of Miley separation for the WWE --
CENA: OK. Let`s talk --
HAMMER: -- I know you are ready to hear it. But, before you dominated the WWE, there was of course Hulk Hogan. The Hulkster has this new commercial out. It is for a web hosting company and in the commercial we get to see Hulk spoofing Miley`s wrecking ball video. Let`s watch this together.

CENA: So, the commercial starts and I`m seeing Hulk Hogan on the wrecking ball and he is using his legendary and iconic do-rag, sunglasses, home-made shoes, boas; kicks the guy in the face. So, I`m like, "You know what? That is a good -- No, no."
HAMMER: No.
CENA: And, then it all goes wrong.
HAMMER: It just goes wrong.
CENA: That`s a little too much. They should have just stopped it at the boot to the face, brother.
HAMMER: The only thing I was sort of happy about was the fact that we didn`t have Hulk twerking on that wrecking ball in a thong. However, John, I have found out that you, yourself, are a master twerker. Shall we show everybody?

CENA: Let`s see and let`s take a look.
HAMMER: OK. You did this video for Capri Sun. It is absolutely viral. It is indeed John Cena, twerking.

CENA: It`s all in the name of good refreshment. It is a campaign done by Capri Sun, where is going to put kids against pro athletes, myself, Gabby Douglas, David Ortiz among the few athletes that are going to -- going to compete against kids. And, when you win you get to do your victory dance. So, it is basically my victory dance.
HAMMER: Ah. OK, because I was going to ask you if when they first approached you about the idea of twerking what your reaction was, but knowing it is for a good cause and knowing where your heart is, you probably didn`t have a hard time --
CENA: It is getting kids to be more active. I figured it was a good thing to do. And, every once in a while you should be able to look within yourself and smile; and look at yourself and laugh.
HAMMER: Could we see you twerking in the ring at some point?
CENA: Never say never. Please after seeing that Hulk Hogan commercial, never say never.
HAMMER: Just please not in a thong. I ask -- I ask only that of you. And, we are looking forward to you getting back in the ring very soon. I do want to talk to you about -- you just announced a big match. It really shocked the wrestling world.
But, first I want to take a look at something else that you are doing. It is much more serious. It is a battle that you and the WWE are taking on for all women, the WWE`s rise above cancer campaign. I`m so happy to see you when you guys do this stuff. You are getting the message out about breast cancer and I know you don`t get involved with stuff just for any old reason. Why are you so passionate about this?
CENA: Well, first, thanks for giving me 2 minutes talking about buzz topics is fine, but trying to defeat breast cancer and much more serious topic. I personally admitted the fact and have had family members affected by cancer.
And, when I wanted to use my status and the amount of viewers that watch the WWE all the time. I went to the loudest voice and Susan G. Komen is that loud voice. Not, only through their actions, but through decorating in the wonderful color of pink. So, WWE and Susan G. Komen came up with the campaign of rise above cancer.
And, it pretty much is your superstar`s gears are converted during breast cancer awareness month through the color of pink and we empower our fans to go out, to purchase those shirts, to purchase the hats, to purchase the wristbands, to get the gear and join the fight. A portion of the proceeds are going to Susan G. Komen for research and to try to cure breast cancer and we are also using all of our television, social media and live outlets to raise awareness and try to find a cure.
HAMMER: We are very happy to help you get the message out. And, by the way, I want to thank you for this hat, which I will wear proudly. I always say, "Real men wear pink."
CENA: Indeed they do.
HAMMER: So, I am going to pop this on. Something else that we have been watching and certainly anybody with cancer, who knows someone with cancer is looking for inspiration really needs to look no further than the lovely Valerie Harper.
Now, last March, doctors told her, she was dying. She has battled back. Last night, after four hard fought weeks, she was eliminated from "Dancing With The Stars" but she is feeling great, which is so good to see. She does not let this disease that she is battling get the best of her. Watch this.

And, I thought, "Well, that is perfect. He obviously knows how to twerk." There is certainly a lot of choreography involved with what he does for a living. Would you do "Dancing With The Stars"?
CENA: After seeing that Capri Sun that little Capri Sun bit, I am sure I - - I am sure the world now knows I need a little bit more work before I dance with the stars.
HAMMER: That is not true. And, first of all, you didn`t answer my question. Would you consider doing it?
CENA: I consider everything --
HAMMER: OK.
CENA: -- But, at this time, I probably wouldn`t.
HAMMER: OK. All right, I think you would be good, man. I think you would be fun to see. Now, let`s talk about the big news about you today. This did shock the wrestling world. You tore your triceps during your summer slam. You were supposed to be out for four to six months, but here you are -- was it three months later?
CENA: Amazing, seven weeks to the day, exactly.
HAMMER: So, what are you doing? You are facing Alberto Del Rio --
CENA: Yes.
HAMMER: -- for the heavyweight title at the Hell in the Cell WWE pay-per- view event that is on October 27th. Are you sure you are ready for this.
CENA: October 27th, I know I`m ready. I had a wonderful surgeon. I had a wonderful physical therapy crew. I have been really diligent and really on track to try to get back early. I feel great. The doctors are happy with everything. And, I am sure that October 27th, the champ will be back here.
So, I`m really, really excited. I thought I was going to be off until past Christmas. But, now I can get back in the WWE and do what I love. So, I am really, really excited about October 27th on pay-per-view.
HAMMER: Because your fans are worried, man. I saw a lot of activity out there on the internet.
CENA: Everybody is trying to say, "Maybe he is rushing it. Maybe, he is coming back too fast. It is not just my opinion here. It is the opinion of WWE medical staff, my surgeon, my physical therapist --
HAMMER: OK.
CENA: -- I have to be cleared from all those people. I am cleared. I am ready on October 27th. I will be as ready and as strong as I have ever been.
HAMMER: Well, I am expecting next time you are here, you are going to be holding that belt again.

Would Sandra Bullock really be hurled around in space like this? Would she float off into the eerie dark ether away from mission control and into an uncertain fate? Well, CNN Jeanne Moos gets a real life NASA astronaut to set the record straight.

MASSIMINO: I was really excited when I saw the accuracy of my telescope and payload bay and tools. I wasn`t really looking at Sandra Bullock, at all, sorry. I recognized my wire cutter.
MOOS (voice-over): What Mike did not recognize was Sandra`s heavy breathing.
BULLOCK: (Breathing heavily.)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: You are running out of oxygen.
MOOS (voice-over): Stop panting.
MASSIMINO: That`s not helpful. No. That is not helpful. When you are breathing heavy you are using more oxygen.
MOOS (voice-over): Maybe it freaks you out to see Sandra un-tethered floating off into blackness.
BULLOCK: Anybody, please copy.
MASSIMINO: Yes. I didn`t like that idea either.
MOOS (voice-over): Astrophysicist, Neil deGrasse Tyson nip pick via Twitter noting that nearly all satellites orbit earth west to east, not east to west as in the film and he pondered why Bullock`s hair and otherwise convincing zero gravity scenes did not float freely on her head as even Mike short hair did.
MASSIMINO: It kind of poofs a little bit.
MOOS (voice-over): The real astronaut does not quibble with Sandra Bullock`s space suit, it is what is under her space suit was not so realistic.
MASSIMINO: The undergarments were not accurate. But, again it is a movie.
MOOS (voice-over): Which would you rather see, Sandra Bullock in boy shorts or the fancy long underwear with tubing that real astronauts wear under their space suits or the movie astronauts were having their tethers severed the worst thing that happened to Mike was a hole in his glove.
MOOS (on camera): Then you start -- (breathing heavily)
MASSIMINO: No. No panting.
MOOS (voice-over): Mike says he misses being up in space as the movie reminded him of being there.
MASSIMINO: For me, yes. I`m just an astronaut. I am not a movie critic. But, I give it a thumb`s up.
MOOS: Just an astronaut.
MOOS (voice-over): An astronaut more worried about holes in his glove than holes in the plot.

He is confessing that he has type-2 diabetes and as you would expect Tom is trying to keep a sense of humor even about a difficult challenge like that. Tom makes that stunning revelation while promoting his brand new movie "Captain Phillips."
This is the heroic story of an American ship captain who saves his crew from brutal pirates off the coast of Somalia. But, now, the real life Captain Philips is facing a mutiny of sorts from that very crew.
They say the movie is all a lie and that the true Captain Philips actually put his own ship and his men in the pirate`s hands. So, what is fact and what`s fiction? See as Drew Griffin sorts it out for "Showbiz Tonight."

GRIFFIN (voice-over): Back in 2010, the Alabama`s chief engineer Mike Perry told us he and most of the crew couldn`t believe the story being painted about their captain, Captain Richard Phillips that he had given himself up in the exchange for the safety of his crew.
Left out of the entire story, says Perry, is the captain`s recklessness that steered the Maersk Alabama into pirate-infested waters. According to the crew members, Captain Phillips unavoids from Oman to Mombasa Canyon set a course to save money. That route would shorten the trip and according to third engineer, John Cronan, put the crew directly in harm`s way.

JOHN CRONAN, THIRD ENGINEERING OFFICER, MAERSK ALABAMA: He was advised to change course by competent deck officers and he overruled them. Stay on course, make our ETA. Stay on the same course.

GRIFFIN (voice-over): In a 2010 interview, Captain Richard Phillips told us, he was not used to criticism. When CNN confronted him with these emails and his crew`s concerns, he said "It was the first time his judgment had been questioned."

UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: The complaint is that there were specific e- mails sent to your ship stressing the need to go further out to sea.
CAPT. PHILLIPS: Yes. So, on something like that we will deal with that in the arena that they wish. And, that`s the court. That is what this is based on.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: Is it true?
CAPT. PHILLIPS: There are warnings. But, I don`t know what authorities he is talking about.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: Well, I have the e-mails.
CAPT. PHILLIPS: Yes.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: You`ve seen the e-mails.
CAPT. PHILLIPS: Yes. I haven`t seen them since I was on the ship.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE SPEAKER: But, you were warned to go further out to sea.

GRIFFIN (voice-over): The captain is now a witness in a contentious lawsuit between some of the crew and the shipping company. In a deposition just last year Captain Phillips admitted he did indeed receive the e-mail warnings. He also admits he kept the warnings to himself. Asked by a plaintiff`s attorney, "Why he didn`t move offshore?"
Phillips testifies, "I don`t believe 600 miles would make you safe. I didn`t believe 1,200 miles would make you safe." Phillips told us much of the criticism is driven by human nature and by lawsuits filed by members of his crew. He also says the story itself was fuelled by a press that wanted a hero, a captain who saved his crew, a good story and now a movie.
