A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Right now in the "Top Ten Countdown," SBT is on location at one of TV`s biggest thrillers, "Major Crimes."
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
NADINE VELAZQUEZ, ACTRESS: Guess where we`re going right now?
HAMMER: Are we going into the main deal?
VELAZQUEZ: Yes.
HAMMER: The main office?
VELAZQUEZ: This is called the murder room.
HAMMER: Real officer?
VELAZQUEZ: Not a real officer.
HAMMER: Not a real officer. Just checking.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: I just found out all the amazing secrets of how they make the crimes on the CBS show seem so real.
So what did Kim Kardashian really do to get her post-baby body?
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
KIM KARDASHIAN, REALITY TV STAR (singing): I`m falling in love.
(speaking): Uh-huh, honey.
KANYE WEST, HIP-HOP STAR (rapping): I want to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) you hard on the sink.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Quality material right there.
Kim is lashing out at critics who claim she cheated with cosmetic tricks to get back in shape.
SBT starts right now.
Thank you so much for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer. I`m pleased to have my guest co-host Natasha Curry.
Hello, and thank you so much for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer, and I`m so particularly pleased tonight to have my guest co-host, Natasha Curry, with me, who of course, anchors "WEEKEND EXPRESS" here on HLN.
NATASHA CURRY, CO-HOST: Thank you, A.J., and happy to be with you. We`re kicking off the "Top Ten Countdown" of today`s must-see, must-share stories. No. 10, are you hungry for "Hunger Games"?
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
JENNIFER LAWRENCE, ACTRESS: We have to go before they kill us. They will kill us.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
CURRY: "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" is opening in theaters. And if the early buzz turns out to be right, it may become one of the biggest blockbusters of all time, A.J.
HAMMER: Oh, yes. Going to be huge.
Now Natasha, I just got taste of the early frenzy Wednesday night here in New York City. I was right there at the red carpet premiere. Jennifer Lawrence -- look at her -- dazzling everyone, wearing a Dior jacket over a bra. Very fashion forward.
And when I spoke with stars Sam Claflin, Jenna Malone and Jeffrey Wright, I had to ask them some burning questions we needed the answers to.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: If you were to participate in an actual "Hunger Game," what celebrity do you think would be a formidable opponent?
SAM CLAFLIN, ACTOR: I`d say Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson would be pretty -- pretty...
HAMMER: You would -- you`d be able to take him?
CLAFLIN: I think he looks intimidating.
HAMMER: The "Sexiest Man Alive" cover is out with Liam inside. Liam and Adam Levine in the "Hunger Games competition. Who`s winning? It`s obvious, right?
JENNA MALONE, ACTRESS: It`s hard, because they`re both of my friends. It`s really hard to...
HAMMER: Well, then you`ve got a lot of pressure riding on you right now. I think they would actually end up in a Peeta-Katniss situation.
JEFFREY WRIGHT, ACTOR: Who I may want to have as an ally, I think, you know as opposed to an adversary, Chris Walken for some reason comes to mind. You look like you`d do all right, as well.
HAMMER: I`m working on it.
(END VIDEO CIP
WRIGHT: Yes. That`s a very nice compliment coming from Jeffrey, because he would certainly know what makes a survivor. Jeffrey plays Beetee, who`s a tribute that survived in the 75th Hunger Games and won another, Natasha.
CURRY: Yes. You are super fit, A.J.
But there`s a lot more to know about these "Hunger Games." So for all of you who might not be huge fans yet. I think we need to give everyone here "The Hunger Games" lowdown. Everything that you probably always wanted to know, but you just re too scared to ask.
Here`s producer A.J. Willingham with a down and dirty "Hunger Games guide in the ALJTV.com original video. Check it out.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
A.J. WILLINGHAM, HLN PRODUCER: Hey, guys. It`s A.J. from HLNTV.com. "Catching Fire" comes out this weekend. And if you`re like me, you`re already working on your Katniss costume. And you`re super excited to see it.
But if you`re not like me, you may not be that familiar with "The Hunger Games" at all. So we have created "The Hunger Games" in 60 seconds or less.
It is a televised fight-to-the-death match in which young tributes chosen from the 12 districts of Panem kill each other. It is orchestrated by the capital, the ruling faction -- to quell rebellion amongst the struggling districts and keep all the power to themselves.
This is our heroine, Katniss Everdeen, a young girl from District 12. You will notice her beautiful brown hair, which I have colored in with a Kit- Kat, because I didn`t have a brown crayon.
She, along with another young man named Peeta, are chosen to represent District 12 in the Hunger Games. Love triangle. They end up being the last two tributes alive in the arena. Usually one of them would have to kill the other, but that would be very, very, very sad.
And you see all the people in the capital, they love the Hunger Games. They love seeing all the drama. They love rooting for their district tributes. They love mourning them when they die. And so to see these two star-crossed lovers as they see them, trying to kill each other would be so sad. So Katniss, outsmarts the system and offers to commit suicide using poison berries. Of course, the people in the capital would not approve of that, so the game is called off and they are both named victors.
So what you have to look forward to in "Catching Fire," President Snow is still mad at Katniss, who`s still loved by the people of the capital and the people of Panem. So President Snow changes the rules of the Hunger Games and sends Katniss and Peeta back into the arena to fight for their lives yet a second time.
Meanwhile, the seeds of rebellion have already been sown in the district, so we have a civil war brewing.
And that`s your "Hunger Games in 60 Seconds or Less.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: Now I completely understand everything.
CURRY: Right. That was a great little lowdown there. She did way better than I would have if I would have had it. And then there`s Lenny Kravitz. And then there`s Lenny. It`s really good.
HAMMER: Well, you know, so many reviews for "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" have been terrific, calling the movie amazing and such a thriller.
Well, now another thriller takes us to No. 9 in our Countdown. It`s TV thriller "Major Crimes."
(NE VIDEO
So all this week I`ve been having so much fun taking you to the sets of TV`s biggest thrillers, to learn all of the behind-the-scenes secrets of the shows. And TNT`s smash hit "Major Crimes" is no exception. This is where I learned the secrets of how they make the crimes seem to real.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER (voice-over): TNT`s "Major Crimes" is shot right in Los Angeles.
MARY MCDONNELL, ACTRESS: Why wait four days between murders and hang around with rotting bodies?
HAMMER: A drama about the detectives in the Los Angeles Police Department`s Major Crimes division.
MCDONNELL: Contact media relations. I have some strings to attach.
HAMMER: And when we went on set to see how "Major Crimes" makes its magic it was, well, magic.
(on camera): We`re speaking in our inside voices because they`re actually rolling in the other room. We could get in trouble for speaking.
MCDONNELL: We won`t get in trouble because I`m the boss. Yes.
HAMMER (voice-over): She sure is. Mary McDonnell plays Captain Sharon Raydor, the head of Major Crimes. Her character is a spin-off from three seasons on another L.A.-based crime drama, "The Closer" with Kyra Sedgwick.
MCDONNELL: Two samples off each person, please.
The very first thing I did when I came on "The Closer," as the head tech, I was on the phone with Gil Garcetti and Rick Wallace, one of our producers, talking through internal affairs. The relationship of internal affairs to major crimes. Why internal affairs wouldn`t care.
Consulting with that Gil. Best known as part of the prosecution team for one of L.A.`s most notable and most notorious real-life crime dramas: the O.J. Simpson murder case.
I was amazed by the extensive research that goes into making these gruesome murder stories come to life on screen.
NADINE VELAZQUEZ, ACTRESS: An actual deputy attorney and ask her questions.
HAMMER: Nadine Velazquez plays D.A. Emma Rios. And Nadine took me to the set where many of the most pivotal scenes are shot.
VELAZQUEZ: Guess where we`re going.
HAMMER: We going into the main deal?
VELAZQUEZ: Yes.
HAMMER: Main office.
VELAZQUEZ: This is called the murder room. It is a real murder room.
HAMMER: Real officer?
VELAZQUEZ: Not a real officer.
HAMMER: OK. Just checking.
(voice-over): The murder room is where the Major Crimes unit, of course, works to solve murders.
This is how it looks on TV.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Eric Riley raped Natey`s (ph) daughter.
HAMMER: And this is how it looks from my vantage point as I watched them rehearse a scene.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And action.
MCDONNELL: So somebody watched.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Our possible targets down to what?
MCDONNELL: Bombing it -- what is it?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Blowing it up.
MCDONNELL: Before blowing it up.
HAMMER: So who is telling Mary what to say? We went behind the set of the set to find out.
VELAZQUEZ: Oz is back here.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I am Oz.
HAMMER: Oz? Where`s Nadine taking me?
VELAZQUEZ: To the wizard hangs out back here.
HAMMER: That`s the script supervisor. She`ll remain anonymous, like the Wizard. She makes sure everything is done exactly by the book, the script.
(on camera): Is it word for word?
VELAZQUEZ: Yes.
HAMMER: If you -- if you miss a word?
VELAZQUEZ: If you miss a word, you get reminded.
HAMMER: I personally can`t imagine having to get everything word for word.
VELAZQUEZ: It`s pretty much word for word.
HAMMER (voice-over): When every word is read precisely and the scenes are edited, and the music is added, it`s polished and dramatic.
TONY DENISON, ACTOR: You take this to court, you lose all day long.
HAMMER: Tony Denison plays Detective Andy Flynn.
(on camera): So thank you for showing us your desk. This is your desk in the murder room here.
DENISON: Yes. Detective Lieutenant Andy Flynn.
HAMMER: One of the things that`s so compelling about this show, aside from the characters and the terrific acting in it, is Los Angeles itself. What is it about this town that it just goes hand in hand with the kind of TV that you guys do so well?
DENISON: A lot of people walking around with broken dreams and broken hearts. And it makes for sometimes people who are maybe difficult to deal with. And they keep a lot of stuff bottled up, and it comes out.
HAMMER: Stories of those people are what keeps the show going. That and a few other tricks.
(on camera): One of the crew members chooses -- don`t show their face. They choose to take their nap here. And we discovered them. And Nadine says this is where you hide and take your naps. Perfect. Thank you. Sorry. Back to sleep.
(voice-over): But there is nothing sleepy about "Major Crimes." Once the show is done, only real drama and some very real killer action.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Help! Help!
(END VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: So cool being there.
And you can catch "Major Crimes" every Monday night on TNT.
Well, Kim Kardashian is going ballistic on all of her haters. She`s fighting claims that she used cosmetic tricks to get the post-baby body that she flaunts in Kanye`s new video.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
KARDASHIAN (singing): I`m falling in love.
(on camera): Uh-huh, honey.
WEST (rapping): I want to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) you hard on the sink.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: OK. Well, Kim credits hard work and discipline. What do you think? I think that the new Bob Dylan music video blows Kimye`s effort out of water.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
BOB DYLAN, MUSICIAN (singing): How does it feel? How does it feel to be on your own.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: This is so awesome. It`s an interactive video for Dylan`s "Rolling Stone." It makes you think you`re flipping through TV channels, with reality stars, news reporters and TV hosts who are lip-syncing the words of the classic song. Well, two of those real-life TV hosts in the video, Drew and Jonathan Scott. Of course, you know them both -- both best as HGTV`s "Property Brothers." They`re right here. We`re talking about this groundbreaking video and their part in it.
What do you think: Dylan or Kim? Which star is going to be no. 1?
This is SBT on HLN.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
CURRY: Welcome back to the "Top Ten Countdown." We are now at No. 8. And it`s a tough-talking Kim Kardashian, lashing out over claims that she used cosmetic tricks to get her pre-baby body back.
HAMMER: How dare people accuse her of this, Natasha? A magazine source is claiming that Kim has had a long list of secret cosmetic procedures, including fillers, stretch mark treatments and fat-reducing ultrasound procedures. I didn`t even know you could get that. This was at a reported five grand a session.
But Kim is denying those reports, and she`s doing it in a string of angry tweets. Here`s among what she`s saying: "This is false. I worked so hard to train myself to eat right and healthy. I`m so proud of my accomplishment, and no one will take this away from me with fake reports."
Marianne Garvey, who is the co-host of VH-1`s "Gossip Table," is here with me in New York. Now Marianne, you did see, of course, Kim flaunting her body...
MARIANNE GARVEY, CO-HOST, VH-1`S "GOSSIP TABLE": Oh, yes.
HAMMER: ... in the Kanye West video. I have a feeling we`re all -- there it is. All right.
GARVEY: Can`t avoid it.
HAMMER: Can`t see enough of that. You know, I say if you got it, flaunt it. No. 1, are you buying these reports at all?
GARVEY: I mean, it could go both ways, because she did come out and get mad at this, and she really doesn`t get mad at anything. I mean, think of what this family has gone through.
HAMMER: Yes.
GARVEY: They put everything in the public. So she is fighting back. So she has a point.
But on the other hand, she does everything on her show. Like she gets blood facials.
HAMMER: Blood facials.
GARVEY: She gets her butt x-rayed. She gets -- so what wouldn`t she do? It`s hard to tell. It`s really hard.
HAMMER: Let`s talk to Jawn Murray about this as we continue to be distracted by this very -- I mean, the video is just -- It blows me away every time I see it.
Jawn is the editor in chief of AlwaysAList.com. He`s in D.C.
Marianne makes a great point, Jawn. So much has been said about Kim Kardashian. People talking about her sex tape and her failed relationships over the years. I`m kind of surprised that it`s these weight loss claims that really set her off in such a forceful way.
MURRAY: Well, you know, she is Kanye`s baby`s mama now. So she`s got to take on some of his edge. He`s always flying off the handle on Twitter. I was on this show talking about his beef with Jimmy Kimmel that started when he went off on Twitter.
So Kim is putting her foot down. "How dare you guys say I paid for beauty?" I mean, she only paid to get her hairline taken back. She only paid for so many other things. This is one of the few times I do think she`s telling the truth.
HAMMER: Yes.
MURRAY: But I like this edgier, feisty Kim.
HAMMER: Kanye not only has her back, clearly, in this video. I actually have her back, as well. I believe, look, these magazines, they print things like this all the time.
GARVEY: Yes.
HAMMER: If there was something concrete and they wanted to make a big deal out of it, maybe it would be more believable.
GARVEY: I mean, they did list the procedures and the prices, but Kim claims she was going to Pilates next door. So she could have been doing that to lose the weight. She may never have stepped into this doctor`s office. Who knows, you know, with these magazines?
HAMMER: I`m sitting here with sympathy for Kim. I mean, are your minds blown, everybody?
Marianne, Jawn, thank you both so much.
Kim K.`s man has his own rant. This time, however, the self-proclaimed genius gets a genius in-your-face smack-down. Kanye West is fighting with an Internet mogul. The result might actually be the best toilet humor joke ever.
Plus, have you seen the death-defying Jean-Claude Van Damme commercial, this one, where he`s splitting in mid-air between two Volvo trucks? Have you wondered what it might look like if Channing Tatum took a shot at it? I know I have.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
CHANNING TATUM, ACTOR: I`ve had my ups and downs. Being an undercover cop, that`s what made me what I am today. Surviving high school is no easy task. Neither is being a college freshman at my age.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: I can`t wait to show this to you. A brilliant spoof. Everybody`s talking about it. Cracking up over Kanye or Channing? What will be no. 1 on our "Top Ten Countdown"?
This is SBT on HLN.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
CURRY: Welcome back to SBT. I`m Natasha Curry. And it`s time now for No. 7 on the countdown, MJB`s amazing slim-down.
Mary J. Blige wanted to be happy with her 1994 hit song. Now she`s talking about the dramatic reason that she wants to be healthy. And check out her cover for "Shape" magazine. I was just admiring it at the grocery store. Wow, she looks good.
Mary says the death of Whitney Houston devastated her, and it made her wanted to change her life. Mary, who struggled with addiction, tells "Shape" that she stopped drinking about a year ago and hit the gym with a personal trainer. Mary says that she feels like she can conquer the world with her new body, A.J. And why not?
HAMMER: I bet she can. Yes, she looks terrific.
All right. Now at No. 6 on our countdown, the doctor is in. The doctor is Dr. Billy Goldberg, who`s the host of "THE DOSE WITH DR. BILLY." Now, the show`s going to premiere Sunday, December 1 at 8:30 p.m. Eastern here on HLN. It takes on your health concerns in a very unique and often very funny way, including Dr. Billy making celebrity house calls.
Well, when I made a house call to -- excuse me -- to Dr. Billy -- probably should have gotten a lozenge -- and it turned out that he had an incredible connection to me going back to when we were kids. I mean, when we were really young.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Congratulations on being part of HLN. This is very exciting.
BILLY GOLDBERG, HOST, "THE DOSE WITH DR. BILLY": Thank you. It`s unusual for me to be in this world. I`m used to the E.R.
HAMMER: Yes. Well, this is also a little reunion. We should tell people.
GOLDBERG: Yes.
HAMMER: This is a little Jewish geography going on here. I walk in, Dr. Billy tells me, "You know, we went to nursery school together."
GOLDBERG: We were friends from nursery school. I was going to surprise you at mid-interview with it.
HAMMER: You beat me up.
GOLDBERG: I was not a bully.
HAMMER: You picked on me. No.
GOLDBERG: We played together at my mom`s.
HAMMER: Were friends.
I get the impression we`re going to see a lot of surprises. I was very thrilled to learn that the great Julianne Moore is a part of your first episode, learning to deal with her sleep issues. I`m wondering how the heck you got her to open up about, really, a personal issue, you know, dealing with not being able to sleep.
GOLDBERG: Well, it helps when she`s married to your best friend.
JULIANNE MOORE, ACTRESS: Hi, Dr. Billy.
GOLDBERG (voice-over): I enlisted my friend and neighbor, Julianne Moore, who kind agreed to try a few out.
(on camera): It`s a wearable sleeping pad. You want to slip into it?
You look wonderful.
MOORE: I`m not sleepy.
GOLDBERG: What are you feeling?
MOORE: Hot.
GOLDBERG; There are these weird products out there that people try to use to help themselves sleep better. So we thought we would take a couple of those crazy products and test them out with her in kind of a lighthearted way. Because we have a lot of science in the show, but we want some fun in the process, so you can laugh and learn. We`re calling it "edutainment."
HAMMER: Edutainment. I like that.
Was she a good patient?
GOLDBERG: She`s a wonderful patient.
HAMMER: Now I`d like to play a little segment that we like to call here on SBT, "Get to Know Dr. Billy." Are you ready?
GOLDBERG: I`m ready.
HAMMER: Some rapid-fire questions for you. First thing that comes to your mind when I ask you, and I`ll start with "A," which TV hospital would you rather work at? County General on "E.R." or Seattle Grace from "Grey`s Anatomy"?
GOLDBERG: I would go to "County General," but I would rather be in the hospital on "Scrubs." That`s my favorite.
HAMMER: That was not an option. He goes off the page. That`s what we just learned about him.
Which fictional TV doctor would you rather have treat you? Dr. McCoy from "Star Trek," of course, or "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman"?
GOLDBERG: Dr. McCoy.
HAMMER: Because?
GOLDBERG: Tricorder. He can cure anything.
HAMMER: Right. We need more -- We`re getting close to that technology, aren`t we?
GOLDBERG: We talked to somebody about that. He says 20 years away. You`ll have a tricorder for the common cold.
HAMMER: Does anybody call you Bones?
GOLDBERG: No.
HAMMER: OK.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: I think I`d go with Bones.

CURRY: Hey, A.J., let`s get to our number five now on our countdown of today`s top ten must see, must share stories of the day. These adorable guys, the Property Brothers. They`re mash up with Bob Dylan. For "Like a "Rolling Stone."
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE (singing): Like a complete unknown like a rolling stone.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
CURRY: Real estate agent Drew and his licensed contractor twin brother Jonathan Star on HGTV`s Property Brothers and brother versus brother. And now they`re starring in an unbelievable interactive Bob Dylan mash-up. It`s going crazy viral.
HAMMER: Yeah, and Natasha, of course, they are not just adorable. As you said, they are officially sexy now because Drew and Jonathan were also just named two of "People" magazine`s sexiest men alive. I mean come on. And here they are with us. This is crazy. So, look at you guys.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We need to do one more of these.
HAMMER: You got this amazing viral video with Bill. And you were named two of the sexiest men alive. This is quite a week for you.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It`s been a busy week. But I mean we`re flattered to, you know, have been called "two of the sexiest men alive."
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Unlike Kim I have no problem admitting I`ve had a lot of work done in this music video and I`m showing it all off.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Yes.
HAMMER: Perfect. Perfect. Well, the video - I mean talk about just an incredible piece of work. It`s really revolutionary. So, let`s watch it together. A good friend Jeanne Moos from CNN as the AFQ for "SBT."
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
JEANNE MOOS, CNN CORRESPONDENT: If only we could ask Dylan himself, to hear his classic .
BOB DYLAN (singing): Like a rolling stone.
MOOS: turned into an interactive channel surf.
DYLAN: Now you don`t talk so loud.
MOOS: From selling dust busters on a fictitious shop TV to a fake talk show.
DYLAN: He`s not selling any alibis.
MOOS: The song "Rolling Stone" named the greatest song of all time finally has a music video.
DYLAN: And Napoleon in rigs.
MOOS: Bob Dylan`s management contacted a digital technology company called Interlude seeking its expertise mixing music with interactive technology.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: We were both so excited about working on like such a legendary song. And were so frightened.
MOOS: It`s scary messing with the work of an idol.
DYLAN: . to be on your own.
MOOS: Interludes Technology lets you watch the song on 16 different channels. Some of the programming is real. The price is right, for instance, with Drew Carey.
DYLAN: You used to be so amused.
MOOS: But most of the programming is made up like the Cuisine Channel featuring actress .
DYLAN: Once upon a time it`s been so fun.
MOOS: You just surf by clicking on the channel buttons changing from a reality show .
DYLAN: Like a complete unknown .
MOOS: . to news about a stabbing with the victim singing.
DYLAN: But now you realize .
MOOS: The stabbing victim also happens to be the director.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I`m wearing the same sweater.
MOOS: Music fans seem torn. Some say it`s genius. Some say it`s selling out.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Nobody made money.
MOOS: Interlude did the music video for free to demonstrate its technology. Though the video was timed to coincide with the release of Dylan`s 47-CD boxed set. And if you get really sick of all that surfing, you can always do this. Just tune to the music classics channel, where you can listen to Dylan belt it out the old fashioned way.
DYLAN: No now you don`t talk so loud.
MOOS: Jeanne Moos, CNN, New York.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
HAMMER: This completely blows me away. I`ve been watching it all day trying to see all the different channels. Thank you for that, Jeanne, by the way. And Drew and Jonathan, it`s so cool you guys were part of this. I want to take a look at more at how Dylan worked your HGTV show Property Brothers you into this video. You guys actually got your own channel. Very cool. Roll it.
(MUSIC)
HAMMER: Jonathan, help me out. Let us understand how this is done. Did you guys have to lip sync that especially for the video? I assume that`s what it was, it wasn`t editing magic or anything.
JONATHAN SCOTT, PROPERTY BROTHERS: We actually filmed a whole series of scenes where we had that song blaring. We were just lip synching to the song. I think neighbors thought we were throwing a house party or something. It was on a loop, but it was great, it was a blast.
DREW SCOTT, PROPERTY BROTHERS: The whole thing there, we basically were told they wanted to feel like our own show. And I actually direct episodes of "Property Brothers." So working with the production company, with Sony, we took it. We lip synced. They wanted to make it look like our mouths just happened to be moving to the lyrics but we`re still doing our own show.
HAMMER: Yes, that`s why I think it`s so cool. You`re thinking how did this work out? I watched your show and I thought it was from an episode. But of course in "Like a Rolling Stone," Dylan is constantly asking throughout the song, how does it feel? So I am here now to do the same with you guys, and here is our first question. How does it feel to be the official in that official music video for what`s affectionately called the greatest song of all time, Drew?
D. SCOTT: It feels amazing. We were honored. When they first came to us with the idea, I didn`t even need to hear any more detail, we said yes. In fact, we thought there`s no way that song didn`t have a music video already. I had no idea that it didn`t. This was such a cool concept to be a part of.
HAMMER: Jonathan, I have to imagine, when you get a call to participate in anything that Dylan has to do with, come on, how does it feel?
D. SCOTT: We`ll do it.
J. SCOTT: It`s revolutionary. Nobody has done this before, and we`re very tech savvy guys, very interactive through social media with our fans, and so this was a concept when they brought it to us, like this is incredible. And yes, we wanted to be a part of it, because I`m hoping more artists will come on board. And some people did say, oh, it`s a sellout. Not at all. This is a song that just hits every generation. The lyrics, they apply to everybody. Even when we were shooting it and we were saying, how does it feel to be without a home? That`s the conversation that we have with the families on our show all the time.
D. SCOTT: The lyrics are universal. The song is from 1962, 1965, but even today young, old, everyone can relate. All the channels when you watch it actually looks like it could have to do with the show. I mean, how does it feel to be without a home? It fit perfectly for us.
HAMMER: This next question didn`t fit into the song, so we`re breaking it out separately. We got to know, because this is big news. How does it feel to just have been named in "People" magazine sexiest man alive issue, Drew?
D. SCOTT: Absolutely flattered. There`s some big shots in there, some really talented guys, some ruggedly handsome guys.
J. SCOTT: This finally means that Drew has a good excuse for getting butt implants.
D. SCOTT: Yes, it was my butt implants that really did it, I`m sure.
HAMMER: That`s what took you guys over the hedge. All right, let`s get to our next question. How does it feel to have to share everything? Look at you guys. You share a business, two TV shows on HGTV, "Property Brothers" and "Brother Versus Brother." Now the sexiest man alive title. Jonathan, you ever get tired of sharing with Drew?
J. SCOTT: They just put me in as an afterthought.
(CROSSTALK)
J. SCOTT: We don`t share everything. We have very different personalities. But we also have the same sense of humor, great work ethic together. We have got our own identities but we have also got this great duality that I think is perfect.
D. SCOTT: I`m taking sexiest man from Monday through Friday, and he can have it Saturday and Sunday.
HAMMER: Perfect. I feel this is a little self-indulgent of me, but while I have you guys here, which is rare, here is a question I`ve been wanting to ask you. I`m in the midst of a very big renovation, and for my kitchen, for you guys, how does it feel, white quarts countertop? I`ve seen it on your show. This is my plan. How does it feel?
J. SCOTT: It feels classic and elegant. And quartz of course is a material that needs zero maintenance. You never have to maintain it. Everybody else out there, they put in marble or they put in granite, and then they never maintain it, and that`s why it`s susceptible to (inaudible).
D. SCOTT: Here is a question for you. How does that feel when I send Jonathan over to you to do the rest of the renovation?
HAMMER: Come on, man, I need all the help I can get. By the way, low maintenance, that`s me. Everyone thinks I`m high maintenance, not true. Jonathan, Drew, great to see you both, thanks for being here. Congratulations on everything. You can check them out on HGTV`s Property Brothers and Brother Versus Brother. Natasha, very cool.
CURRY: They`re just so stinking cute. Sexy at that. Thanks, AJ.
Another viral video is number four on the countdown. It`s pretty Van Damme hilarious.
(MUSIC)
CURRY: That amazing commercial of action star Jean-Claude Van Damme doing an amazing split between two moving Volvo trucks. It`s spawned a ton of spoofs, and now Channing Tatum is doing the same. While filming a sequel to "21 Jump Street," he attempts to recreate Van Damme`s stunt, and the results are side-splitting. Watch.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
(MUSIC)
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: (EXPLETIVE DELETED), (EXPLETIVE DELETED).
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: That was so perfect. You should have heard me laughing out loud first time I watched that today. By the way, if you think that`s funny, do we have something I could show? I was hoping we could roll this in. Could this be? Is this really crack smoking Toronto Mayor Rob Ford? Let me look at this guy and look what he`s doing. Yeah.
CURRY: Steady. Steady.
HAMMER: It`s not actually him. It`s just really good special effects.
All right, we got to move on, because our countdown is about to get very candid. "SBT" going one-on-one with new celebrity mom, Fergie.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And does that still happen?
FERGIE: Of course.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So is he like bagging on the diaper duty and not changing diapers?
FERGIE: Oh, no, no, he does it all, he does it all. He changes diapers while the game`s on.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: Fergie letting loose and sharing some stunning mommy secrets right here on SBT. You got to hear how she came up with her son`s super cool name Axl Jack. But will Fergie`s confession top Kanye`s brand new war? This time Kanye facing off with online retailer Zappos. He`s fighting a shoe company. We`re going to reveal why the self-proclaimed genius is losing a battle of wits against them. What will be no. 1? This is SBT on HLN.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
CURRY: Welcome back to our top ten countdown tonight. Now number three. The sexiest man alive`s turn as the funniest man alive.
HAMMER: Yes, Adam Levine just went on to "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and showed us he`s not just really hot, but he`s also really funny. Jimmy actually presented Adam with an award for being so darn good looking after being announced as "People" magazine`s sexiest man alive, and you have to watch Adam fighting back giggles to accept this thing.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
ADAM LEVINE: It`s a tremendous honor. Unbelievable. A lot of people kind of trivialize this kind of thing. They think it`s shallow, they think it`s just a silly media stunt used to sell magazines and perpetuate the image of Hollywood being based on looks, and that`s totally true. It is, but I`m completely cool with that. This award actually means everything to me. Becoming this cool, confident and seductive has been quite a journey.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
CURRY: Adam Levine leads us to number two in our countdown now. "SBT" just went one-on-one with Fergie. You better believe we asked her what she thinks about Adam being named "People`s" sexiest man alive. "SBT" producer Mara Raphael got Fergie to spill some serious secrets about that and a whole lot more. For example, what her hubby, Josh Duhamel, is like as a daddy. Here are Fergie`s candid mommy confessions.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
FERGIE: I think Adam Levine`s killing it. He`s sexy. But you know what, I have my vote in for another hot daddy that I see a lot.
(crosstalk)
MARA RAPHAEL, PRODUCER: I`m thinking that Josh may get his turn. He`s got everything (inaudible).
FERGIE: He should.
RAPHAEL: I know you and Josh got to know each other on the set of "Vegas" in 2004. And SHOWBIZ was on the set of "Vegas" in 2004, and I actually have a little clip of Josh on the set of "Vegas" with us. Check it out.
JOSH DUHAMEL: Welcome "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT". You`re on the set of "Las Vegas."
RAPHAEL: Does he look exactly the same to you? Does he look different?
FERGIE: Oh my gosh.
RAPHAEL: That was right when you met him. And you guys got - you started dating.
FERGIE: Yes. That`s my honey.
RAPHAEL: Does he look the same?
FERGIE: To me he does.
RAPHAEL: Not a wrinkle? Not a wrinkle out of place.
FERGIE: It`s not even fair.
RAPHAEL: This is what he told us about what he likes to watch on TV.
DUHAMEL: I would say if I`m usually watching TV it`s usually some kind of a sporting event, whether it be golf, basketball, football is probably my favorite.
RAPHAEL: We were sort of hoping he would say said he watched "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT," but that didn`t work out.
FERGIE: Still, he does, though, religiously.
RAPHAEL: All the time.
FERGIE: Yes. But the sports thing is true.
RAPHAEL: And does that still happen?
FERGIE: Of course.
RAPHAEL: So is he like bagging on the diaper duty and not changing diapers and just watching sports?
FERGIE: OH, no, he does it all. He does it all. He changes diapers while the game`s on.
RAPHAEL: And has it been kind of neat to see the evolution of him changing into a father?
FERGIE: It has. I always thought he would be great dad. He wanted children and the way he spoke about it I really believed he was going to be. But to really walk the walk, it`s just so beautiful to see.
RAPHAEL: And what about your evolution as a mom? Were you just so surprised by the feelings?
FERGIE: Everyone was telling me about these great feelings. And I wanted to feel it. You know, and it really is like a drug. It`s like an addiction. If I go an hour or so without seeing him, it`s just -- I miss him. He smiles at me, it melts my heart.
RAPHAEL: I want to hear how you came up with the Axl name because I heard it was a dream.
FERGIE: Yes. It was a dream. It was really weird. It was this festival, this outdoor festival. And randomly, it`s a dream, Jim Morrison and Bob Marley and Axl Rose were all singing at the same festival. And I`m in the audience. Just in the pit, and I was listening to music, really vibing to it. And I hear, boom. And I feel, boom. And I wake up and it was my son kicking me. I went, oh my gosh. He`s enjoying the music with me. It was really this connection.
(CROSSTALK)
FERGIE: I told Josh, and we had already come up with the name Jack to name after my uncle who had passed. And he was like Morrison, Marley, Axl. Axl Jack, that`s it, it rhymes. You know what I mean? It had all of this, it was a Norwegian name. And of course my connection with Slash and how I always vocally idolized Axl, so it was just a lot of things that kind of made sense.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
CURRY: It looks like they`re both enjoying being a parent so much. And I have to say, AJ, that a guy changing a diaper, a baby`s diaper, a dad doing that, there`s nothing sexier than that. It makes you want to have another baby.
HAMMER: Especially when the baby`s the coach and the football game is on the TV. Kind of cool how he handled that. No, great seeing how well they`re all doing.
There`s been some fierce competition for the number one spot on our countdown for these mommy confessions, the sexiest man alive. So if those stories aren`t no. 1, what could be? Stay put. I`m revealing that next. This is "SBT" on HLN.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
HAMMER: We`re now down to number one. It`s our big reveal on our top ten countdown. Kanye zaps Zappos. I`m happy to say Zappos zapped back. Zappos of course is the incredibly popular, wildly successful online shoe and clothing shop. But listen to how Kanye West dissed Zappos in an interview with writer Brett Estanelos (ph) on Brett`s radio show.
(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)
KANYE WEST: I got into this giant argument with the head of Zappos. He`s trying to tell me what I needed to focus on. Meanwhile he sells all this [EXPLETIVE DELETED] product to everyone. His whole thing is based off of selling [EXPLETIVE DELETED] product.
(END VIDEO CLIP)
HAMMER: What are you talking about, Kanye? Zappos chief, I`m happy to say, is not taking any of Kanye`s, you know what. Marianne Garvey from VH1`s "Gossip Table" joins me now, along with Jawn Murray from AlwaysAlist.com. I was so happy to see when Zappos CEO responded with this statement. "Kanye West says Zappos sells sugar (sic) product. It`s true." And then he included this great picture, look at this, yes, there you have a toilet and a plunger right there on the Zappos site. John, I have to say Kanye really stepped into this one.
JAWN MURRAY, ALWAYSALIST.COM: Pun intended, huh, AJ? He created the most inadvertent advertising campaign for Zappos. I love the fact they are playing off of it. Here is the thing, Kanye usually fights with people and it becomes an ugly situation. They said no, we`re going to make lemonade out of these lemons. And use it to our advantage.
HAMMER: Let me show one of the reviews that`s actually posted. They did like these, they looked like real reviews up there for the toilet and plunger. Someone writing, "this sugar (sic) product is amazing. It totally beats out any new music videos you`re bound to see." Taking a stab at Kanye`s music video there, Marianne.
MARIANNE GARVEY, GOSSIP TABLE: His quote sounded like he was talking about his girlfriend`s family. All they do is sell whatever product. Their clothing line and perfumes.
HAMMER: You know what`s really funny now, Kanye is probably fuming. He`s probably fuming that he got jabbed at. Great having you here. Thank you. Thank you, Jawn, for being here too.
You are going to need to get your tissues out. I`ll give you a moment. We`re about to bring you a seriously powerful new video from Christina Aguilera.
(MUSIC)
HAMMER: This is incredible. Christina teaming up with A Great Big World with their hit song "Say Something." I am telling you, the results tug at your heart. This is "SBT" on HLN.
(COMMERCIAL BREAK)
HAMMER: You`ve waited patiently. It`s finally time for your moment of awesomeness. Christina Aguilera just teamed up with A Great Big World, the result is one of the most powerful videos I`ve seen in a long time.
CURRY: It really is, AJ, and I`ve got to warn you, you`re going to want to bust out your tissues, because this video for the brand new song "Say Something" will probably make you bawl your eyes out. Check out this amazing collaboration.
(MUSIC)
HAMMER: Thanks for watching. You can catch "SBT" Monday through Thursday at 6:00 p.m. Eastern and 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific. I`m AJ Hammer. HLN continues right now.
