A.J. HAMMER, HOST: Right now on the "Top Ten Countdown," Miley Cyrus and Kanye West snubbed. So did their wild, naked headline-grabbing antics cost them one of music`s highest honors?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(MUSIC: "CONFIDENT")

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Confident Justin. Justin Bieber releases the latest track in his Music Monday series, called "Confident." But now, is Justin really taking a break? No videos, no performances? Is this a good idea?

SBT starts right now.

Hello and thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer.

We are kicking off our "Top Ten Countdown" of today`s must-see must- share stories with No. 10, two of music`s megastars coming up short.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(MUSIC: MILEY CYRUS`S "WRECKING BALL")

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. Think about it for a second. Miley and Kanye both had a banner year filled with lots of headlines, even more album sales. Miley, of course, had her VMA twerkfest, her big break up, her lighting up some kind of a funny cigarette on stage in Amsterdam. You remember that?

And Kanye, he became a dad and got engaged, and then he lashed out at fashion giants and Jimmy Kimmel.

But did their antics cost them their Grammy noms? With me right now in D.C. is Jawn Murray. He`s the editor-in-chief of AlwaysAList.com. From Hollywood, Nicki Boyer, the host of Yahoo!`s "Daytime in No time."

And Jawn, let me throw this out to you. First, Miley did get a shout- out at the Grammy nominations but not a single nod. Do you think her antics are to blame?

JAWN MURRAY, EDITOR-IN-CHIEF, ALWAYSALIST.COM: Absolutely. I mean, stunts and stunts and stunts don`t equate to critical acclaim. Your peers have to respect the music. And when you put so much infamous -- emphasis on wanting to be an adult and not on the art, then people will show you what they think of it.

HAMMER: And she has said outright every move she makes is calculated. In fact, listen to what she revealed about that to MTV.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MILEY CYRUS, SINGER: I don`t pay attention to the negative. Because I`ve seen this play out so many -- how many times have we seen this play out in pop music? You know now. You know what happens. Madonna has done it. Britney has done it. Every VMA performance, anyone that performs. You know, anyone that performs, that`s what you`re looking for. You`re wanting to make history.

Me and Robin the whole time said, "We`re about to make history right now." It`s amazing, I think now, we`re three days later and people are still talking about it. They`re overthinking it. You`re thinking about it more than I thought about it when I did it. I didn`t even think about it, because that`s just me.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. And she sure did make history, Nicki, but not a single Grammy nomination. Do you at least think that, at least in the sense of no Grammy nods, her strategy backfired. Because I have to think that`s something she`d really love.

NICKI BOYER, HOST, YAHOO!`S "DAYTIME IN NO TIME": I think she would absolutely love a Grammy. That is at the end of the day, when we`re talking about longevity and what people are talking about, I think she`s probably going to be OK at the end of the day with saying, "Hey, I`m watching HLN, SHOWBIZ TONIGHT. And instead of talking about who was nominated, they`re talking about the fact that I wasn`t nominated."

So here we are still talking about Miley Cyrus.

HAMMER: Yes.

BOYER: I think at tend end of the day she kind of wins.

HAMMER: Well, yes, but at the same time, I think all artists who at least want integrity know that having a Grammy still, to this day, it goes hand in hand with artist integrity. You know, there is still some cache to it still.

BOYER: There is.

HAMMER: And Miley mentions Madonna and Britney making history on the Video Music Awards like she did. But here`s the thing. If you look at them, Madonna, despite what you might imagine, never really has gotten a whole lot of love from the Grammys. It wasn`t until 1999 when she finally won a Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album. That was for "Ray of Light." That was actually her first big Grammy win.

Before that, she did win a Grammy for Best Long Form Music Video for her Blond Ambition world tour. That was all the way back in 1992, but that wasn`t a big category.

Britney nominated in 2000 for Best New Artist. Didn`t get that. Nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album in 2001 and `03, didn`t win. Ten years later, Britney finally gets a Grammy for Best Dance Recording. That was for "Toxic."

Jawn, do think that Miley is reconsidering her strategy now?

MURRAY: I think she should. I think Cyndi Lauper is a great example of someone who used stunts at the beginning of her career, but then she went towards legitimacy. And now she`s considered a song stylist who`s recorded multiple genres of music and is known more for her voice than her psychedelic hair colors.

And so you have to make the decision what do you really want? Because a lot of artists have disappeared who took the Miley approach at the beginning.

HAMMER: I have a feeling Kanye West wasn`t frustrated at all when he got shut out, because he didn`t get -- he didn`t get completely shut out. He did get a couple of nominations but not in the biggest categories that everybody really wants to be a part of.

He`s been making a lot of noise this year, as well. Of course, he and Kim had their baby together. He pulled off that big engagement production, taking up an entire baseball stadium to propose, and then there`s that music video from "Bound 2." Can`t resist an opportunity to show you this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KIM KARDASHIAN, REALITY TV STAR (singing): I`m falling in love.

KANYE WEST, HIP-HOP STAR: Bam!

KARDASHIAN (speaking): Uh-huh, honey.

WEST: I want to (EXPLETIVE DELETED) you hard on the sink.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Any chance I get. "Yeezus," his album, did not get a nomination for Album of the Year. He didn`t get a Song of the Year nod for "Black Skinhead" or "New Slaves," but he did pick up nods for Best Rap Album and Best Rap Song.

Nicki, what about Kanye? Do you think it was his headlines that kept him out of the major categories?

BOYER: I think deep down the Grammys know that they have to pick and choose when they`re going to engage with Kanye and when they`re not going to engage with Kanye. I think it is a very calculated decision. He is going to have something to say about it this year, about not being nominated for Best Album of the Year. He`s going to find something to complain about. He`s going to do some crazy antics on the stage.

HAMMER: No.

BOYER: And we`re all going to be watching.

HAMMER: No, no. No, no, no,no. He`s not allowed to jump up on stage. And you know Taylor Swift did get the Best Album nomination, not Kanye. Oh, boy. Look out.

Let`s move on to No. 9 in our countdown. It`s Bieber`s big break. It`s a big day for Justin Bieber. He just released brand-new -- a brand- new song as he`s getting ready to take his very first break since he was 12 years old. I mean, this is incredible to me.

This is going on while his mom, Pattie, revealed a bit about Justin while answering fan questions on Twitter. And then Justin went on to make his own revelations about dealing with bullying. Bieber bullied, yes.

But still, through it all, he does remain confident, which happens to be the title of his new song. Check it out.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(MUSIC: JUSTIN BIEBER`S "CONFIDENT")

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: OK. Well, there`s about 15 seconds of it for you, Jawn, but do you like it? Are you digging the new single from Justin Bieber?

MURRAY: I like the song, and I`m confident that it might do very well at radio, A.J.

HAMMER: Well, all right. We`ll see. Nicki, do you have the same confidence as Jawn?

BOYER (singing): I`m confident, no, no, no. Don`t like it.

MURRAY: Sing, Nicki, sing.

BOYER (speaking): It just feels like he`s having a little bit of an identity crisis as to who he is...

HAMMER: All right.

BOYER: ... and where he wants his music to go.

HAMMER: I`ve got to run you through the auto tune, I think, there, Nicki. Sorry.

Bieber, by the way, also just spoke with Ryan Seacrest on Ryan`s radio show. He said he feels like the public bullies him. You`ve got to listen to this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BIEBER (via phone): People don`t get to see me and know that I`m really a 19-year-old boy. I`m becoming a man, but I`m still 19. I`m still finding myself. And, you know, when I have the media attacking me every day, it`s -- you know, it`s no less of bullying than, you know -- than what happens in schools.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Yes, Justin saying it`s no different than if he were walking down the school hallway and somebody threw him up against the locker. Jawn, do you feel sympathy for Justin?

MURRAY: Not at all. Because the reality is, he`s filthy rich. If he wanted to go find himself, he has enough money where he can go spend six months on an island and grow up.

HAMMER: OK. All right, that`s fair enough. If you have all the money in the world, then we have no sympathy if you`re getting bullied. Come on.

MURRAY: We`re not bullying him. Stop it, A.J.

HAMMER: Yes, all right. Timed with all of this, by the way, his mom, Pattie Mallette, has been reminiscing about Justin`s childhood with fans on Twitter. I want to -- I want to read something that she wrote.

"I would tuck him in, read to him, pray with him and talk and giggle sometimes for an hour or more. Sigh, I miss that." A little reminiscing going on.

Seems like Bieber actually could really use some time with his mom right now. I don`t know if that`s what he`s doing in his time off. His movie, "Believe," is going to open up on Christmas day. But then it sounds like he`s taking some time off. What do you think, Nicki? Any downside to Justin taking a very well-deserved break?

BOYER: I -- he needs a break. I think he needs a moment. He needs some self-reflection. And I think he needs some time just to be a person. Listen, no kid who wants to be a big star really knows the road that they`re going to endure. And I think he could use a little bit of reflection time. And he hasn`t had much of that, because he`s been very busy making headlines and doing -- doing things he probably shouldn`t be doing. I think he could use a bit of a break.

HAMMER: Yes, John, I think it`s long overdue. And I actually think it can do him a lot of good to just step back, breathe a little bit, maybe do some meditation, and reflect on everything.

MURRAY: Absolutely. Get a new circle of friends. Put a shirt on when you`re going in and out of club. I know the little girls like it, but the rest of us don`t want to see the bird chest. I think he needs to stop having these wild parties where drugs are being photographed. He needs to watch his actions and leave those porn stars alone.

HAMMER: Hold on: Bird chest. Is that bullying, Jawn? Come on. Be careful, be careful. He feels bullied.

MURRAY: Here we go. Here we go.

HAMMER: All right. Jawn, Nicki, thank you guys very much.

Well, long before there was Kimye, we had Speidi. Remember them? They were reality TV`s most notorious couple, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt from "The Hills."

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SPENCER PRATT, REALITY TV STAR: Holli, this is my house. You keep defending her I`m going to ask you to leave.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s my mom.

PRATT: Well, you can defend her off of our property in about five seconds.

HEIDI MONTAG, REALITY TV STAR: Just take a breath. Take a breath.

PRATT: Thank you. I`m being so serious right now. I will personally carry you off this property.

PRATT: Stop it. You`re fine. Take a breath. Take a breath.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: From instant fame to a lost fortune. So Heidi and Spencer claim that they`ve blown through a whopping $10 million. Well, they are here, and they`re going to tell me all about "The Hills" and valleys of fame and how they once compared themselves to Beyonce and Jay-Z. Will the former reality TV duo top our countdown?

Also this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WOLF BLITZER, CNN ANCHOR: To this day he calls me Wolf Blister.

ANDERSON COOPER, CNN ANCHOR: He calls me Stoopy Andrews. It`s not funny. It doesn`t sound like my name.

CHRIS CUOMO, CNN ANCHOR: He won`t call me anything. He refuses to acknowledge me as a human being.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: CNN anchors coming clean about anchorman Ron Burgundy. It`s raw, uncut, with Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper and Chris Cuomo airing Ron out.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

COOPER: Welcome back to SBT. I`m A.J. Hammer.

Oh, that tongue. The twerk. That crazy lip-synching cat. No. 8 on our must-see, must-share countdown. Miley Cyrus mania -- listen to this -- Miley Cyrus just dethroned Kim Kardashian as the most searched person on Yahoo! this year. Kim K. slipped all the way down to the No. 2 spot. And I`m thinking if 2013 is any indication, Miley won`t stop getting our attention in 2014 either.

Tyler Perry`s alter ego, Madea, has gone to jail, been in witness protection. Now she`s brightening up the holidays.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TYLER PERRY, ACTOR/COMEDIAN: This is Christmas. You have to be nice to people. Pass it on, nice. I didn`t take my medicine this morning.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What medicine?

PERRY: Five milligrams of don`t choke that ho.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: That is why Tyler Perry`s "The Madea Christmas" is No. 7 on the SBT countdown. Well, I got into the spirit with Tyler and his beautiful co-star, Tika Sumpter. And this movie is a riot, for sure. Tyler and Tika tell me that`s just the half of it. They tell me about the moments that were, well, too raw to make it onscreen. Don`t worry: there are plenty of laughs to go around, and there is one big surprise in the film that you better make time for.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: I`m sorry that you clearly don`t have any fun doing these movies.

TIKA SUMPTER, ACTRESS: I hate him.

HAMMER: It`s terrible, right?

SUMPTER: Can`t stand him.

PERRY: It`s awful.

SUMPTER: Horrible.

HAMMER: I don`t know how you get any work done or anything. You must use up so much extra time with people busting out with all the improvisation. I mean, we get to see a great blooper reel at the end. Stay for the credits.

How do you get things done on time?

PERRY: Let me tell you something, I had to hold -- I couldn`t put all credits in because some of them are NC-17. I mean, Madea and Larry the Cable Guy.

HAMMER: Will you ever release some of that NC-17 stuff?

PERRY: No.

HAMMER: Please. Please.

PERRY: That`s just for my...

SUMPTER: That`s for his private.

PERRY: My private viewing around the house when I have a bunch of family around.

HAMMER: And I`m sure none of that would involve Tika?

SUMPTER: No.

HAMMER: No.

SUMPTER: None of it involves myself.

HAMMER: And he actually directs the scenes, some of them, anyway, in full Madea get up?

SUMPTER: Yes, he does.

HAMMER: That has to be disarming.

SUMPTER: It`s actually unpleasant.

PERRY: yes, tell me about it.

HAMMER: And of course, the crowd goes wild when Sweet Brown shows up on screen.

First of all, ain`t nobody got time for that.

SWEET BROWN, YOUTUBE SENSATION: Ain`t nobody got time for that.

HAMMER: The moment you see a YouTube sensation like Sweet Brown appear in the universe, do you instantly say, "OK, I need to figure out how to get this woman into something"?

PERRY: I kind of feel like I was a bit responsible for her going so wild because I saw it very early on and then put it out on my Facebook page.

HAMMER: That`s right, yes.

PERRY: And so having her be a part of it, it was so -- oh, my gosh, it was so funny.

SUMPTER: She`s so sweet, too.

PERRY: So sweet, so fun. But she showed up with her manager and her sister.

HAMMER: She`s gone all Hollywood, has she?

PERRY: She has a manager and an assistant.

HAMMER: Breaking news.

PERRY: Breaking news.

HAMMER: Can you go into Sweet Brown`s rider for me? Can you tell me a little something that`s in there that she had to have?

PERRY: Barbecue.

HAMMER: I thought somebody was barbecuing!

PERRY: I had to have barbecue.

SUMPTER: And cold pop.

PERRY: And a cold pop.

HAMMER: Can you give me your best Sweet Brown?

SUMPTER: Ain`t nobody got time for that.

HAMMER: That`s pretty good. Tyler.

PERRY: Yours is better. Let`s see: I woke up to go get a cold pop and I said, Lord Jesus, it`s a fire.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

HAMMER: So much fun speaking with Tika and Tyler. But this was really the best part. Do we have the photo, Charles? Can you put this up? There it is, me telling Madea my holiday wish list. We were both a little busy. That`s why we`re on the phone there.

Should I tweet this out as my Christmas card or send it out? Well, you tweet me and tell me if you like it. I`m very proud of that moment.

All right. Tuesday on SBT, 6 p.m. Eastern, much more with Tyler Perry. Now this guy`s made around $100 million this year alone. So what does Tyler want for Christmas?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PERRY: I`m the easiest person to get a gift for.

SUMPTER: yes. I know what to get you.

PERRY: What do you give me?

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: You do not want to miss Tyler`s touching answer what to get him. This Tuesday here on SBT.

All right. Moving on now to Ellen`s scandalous, nearly naked Christmas card. Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi have their own Kimye moment, just like in the wild "Bound 2" video.

Plus, it`s an SBT video exclusive.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TAY ALLYN, SINGER (singing): Dirty is not a crime. I`m a busy girl

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Ah, yes. Your first look at the new video for "Clean My Room." This is for Tay Allyn, who brought the world the viral video his, "Mass Text." Tay right here, talking about being the viral star that people love to hate and why she`s getting the last laugh.

Which must-see, must-share moment`s going to be No. 1? This is SBT on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(MUSIC: "THE SOUND OF MUSIC")

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: The Twitterverse was alive with all kinds of smack talk about Carrie Underwood. Carrie took on the iconic role of Maria in the live TV version of "The Sound of Music."

And from the moment Carrie got the role it seemed like everyone had something negative to say. It actually kind of ticked me off. Even the family that the musical is based on had no faith in Carrie.

Well, the whooping 18 million viewers had Carrie Underwood laughing all the way to the bank. She was a hit as Maria. At Nol. 6 on our countdown, Carrie is one of our favorite things.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CARRIE UNDERWOOD, SINGER (singing): Cream-colored ponies and crisp apple strudel, doorbells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles. Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wing, these are a few of my favorite things.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: With me again, Nicki Boyer, the host of Yahoo!`s "Daytime in No Time."

And Nicki, look, the Internet is the place to express yourself. If you don`t like something, say something. That`s OK. But the vitriol really blew me away.

BOYER: Yes.

HAMMER: Were you with the haters or did you like it?

BOYER: Well, you know, I wasn`t a fan, but I was not as big of a hater to where I needed to go on Twitter and be mean-spirited about it. I think, unfortunately, my Christmas gift to Carrie Underwood would be just a thicker skin. I think she`s going to learn some lessons in these next few months about what it`s like to do something that`s a little -- it`s -- she took a chance.

HAMMER: She did take a chance.

BOYER: It wasn`t in the "American Idol" room.

HAMMER: And good for her.

BOYER: It was a live event.

HAMMER: And she`s used to criticism. Let`s face it. But "Saturday Night Live" had a lot of fun at her expense and the live production`s expense.

BOYER: Right.

HAMMER: Let`s look at that.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TARAN KILLAM, CAST MEMBER, NBC`S "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE": Time to meet the children. Children.

CECILY STRONG, CAST MEMBER, NBC`S "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE": Liesl.

BECK BENNETT, CAST MEMBER, NBC`S "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE": Freidrich.

NASIM PEDRAD, CAST MEMBER, NBC`S "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE": Louisa.

BOBBY MOYNIHAN, CAST MEMBER, NBC`S "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE": Kirk.

NOEL WELLS, CAST MEMBER, NBC`S "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE": Gretl.

KRISTEN WIIG, FORMER CAST MEMBER, NBC`S "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE": And I`m Dooneese.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: I have to believe even Carrie is laughing at that.

All right, Nicki. Thanks so much.

BOYER: Thank you.

HAMMER: Well, was this the sound of reality disaster?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PRATT: Holli, this is my house. You keep defending her I`m going to ask you to leave.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s my mom.

PRATT: Well, you can defend her off of our property in about five seconds.

MONTAG: Just take a breath. Take a breath.

PRATT: I`m being so serious right now. I will personally carry you off this property.

MONTAG: You`re fine. Take a breath. Take a breath.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, they built their reality fame on "The Hills" with out-of-control drama like that. Several years and millions of bucks later, are the stars finally in control of their lives?

The reality couple is right here tonight, telling me why blowing through 10 million bucks may have been the best thing that ever happened to them. Will that revelation top our countdown?

Plus, Ron Burgundy`s secrets revealed by CNN anchors.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BLITZER: To this day, he calls me Wolf Blister.

ANDERSON: He calls he Stoopy Andrews. It`s not funny. It doesn`t sound like my name.

CUOMO: He won`t call me anything. He refuses to acknowledge me as a human being.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

COOPER: Wolf, Anderson, Chris, they know things, bad things that the world really needs to know about Ron Burgundy, and soon you will, too.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

(MUSIC: TAY ALLYN`S "CLEAN MA ROOM")

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Right now, the :Top Ten Countdown." Is that the new queen of the viral video? Tay Allyn`s viral smash "Mass Text" collected two million hits this summer and just about as many haters. Now Tay`s got a message for all of them: a brand-new video. It`s premiering right here on SBT. You don`t want to miss it, in moments. Tay is revealing all about her instant fame and why you either love her or hate her.

MTV made Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt famous for all the wrong reasons. Blowing money, blowing off friends and getting round after round of plastic surgery. Well, now the famous reality couple is right here on "SBT" revealing how they are making amends and changing their lives. "SBT" continues right now.

Welcome back. Thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer. So, we are counting down today`s top ten, must see, must share stories. We`re up to number five with Speidi Spencer. The reality TV`s most notorious couple, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, better known of course, as Speidi, are now coming clean about their real reality these days, or they hit instant fame as you remember on "The Hills" about seven years ago. Spencer became reality TV`s biggest villain. And then just three years ago, Heidi made headlines with her all in one day ten procedure plastic surgery marathon. It`s 2013, and the couple is now claiming that they blew through a whopping $10 million. Now they are starring in a brand new special on E!. It`s called "Aftershock: Heidi and Spencer." So, what is their reality like now? Wait till you hear what they just told me.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

SPENCER PRATT: We just thought we were Jay-Z and Beyonce. I really feel like, you know, we didn`t think about long term. You know, in the moment it was just like the money was coming so fast and there`s so much fame and you just can`t imagine it just all, it`s just like a light switch turning off. So, you know, and we were just reckless with our money.

HEIDI MONTAG: Yeah, and it`s hard. And then you have agents and managers and lawyers and I mean you don`t get to keep all the money. And then you have security and hair and makeup and clothes. And it just really adds up a lot quicker than you realize.

HAMMER: But you guys were definitely out there spending. I mean give me an idea, some of the examples of things you were just letting the cash fly on, was it private jets, fancy cars? What were you doing?

PRATT: Well, we have four little puppies and we always felt so bad, you know, having the puppies be under the airplane. So, we would get private jets just so we could bring our puppies, which, you know, at the time there was logic for that. But when you`re spending 60,000 each way on gas because you`re like we`re already getting a private jet. We have got to get the G-5 if we`re going to be on a jet. No, I don`t think that was the right move. But, you know, besides that, we`d go out to dinner and we`d order, you know, hot cut, we`d always order screaming eagle red wine which was, you know, $4,000 a bottle, and we`d share with all our friends and not always get like, this much in my glass. That was a great $4,000 sip.

HAMMER: You know, hearing you guys detail all of this, it`s easy to see how you could blow through $10 million, but you are probably seeing, there are a lot of people who are actually pretty skeptical about your claims of being broke. So, what would do you say to those people?

MONTAG: I would definitely say broke is a very extreme word. I think that we have been fortunate enough to have a few shows since "The Hills" and a few opportunities. So, I certainly wouldn`t say that we`re broke, but we`re definitely not rich.

HAMMER: Well, hopefully you made some money from your special on E! And in this special, you are talking about lots of stuff, but one of the things that really stuck out to me was how you talk about never really being able to show the real you or you weren`t able to in all those years on TV. Let`s take a look.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PRATT: I don`t think we`ve ever got to be the real Heidi and Spencer on TV.

MONTAG: Nobody has any idea what we been through. The season to - I should have just quit. How do we keep paying for everything? The negativity.

PRATT: The other day somebody tried to fight me.

MONTAG: I definitely regret those ten procedures. That was my low point.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: So, are you hoping people here will see this and maybe have some sympathy for you guys?

MONTAG: I don`t necessarily think sympathy, but just for us to be able to explain kind of what happened and behind the scenes and more from our point of view. You know, there`s been so much outside perspective of what happens and who we are and everything like that. So, it`s finally kind of a chance for us to be able to narrate our own stories and lives of what was really going on.

(EVT)

HAMMER: And it takes us to viral video super star Tay Allyn. And number four on our countdown. Tay`s first mega viral video "Mass Text" got more than 2 million hits. I know your remember this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TAY ALLYN: I get your mass text, I`m in your contact. Why didn`t I get your mass text? I`m in your contact.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Is it growing on you? Is it? Well, "Mass Text" blew up this summer. It was called the new worst video ever. People said it made Rebecca Black`s "Friday, Friday, Friday" seem like a masterpiece. Well, now Tay is back with brand new video "We Don`t Care about the Haters." We`re premiering Tay`s new video right here, right now on "SBT". Tay`s joining me from Austin by telephone. Hey, Tay.

TAY ALLYN: Hi, how are you?

HAMMER: Great, great to have you here. And listen, before we do the big reveal and play your brand new song. We`re over excited about this. You have got to tell me, why did you decide to just hang in there, persevere and make a new video after all of that hating that you got for "Mass Text?"

ALLYN: Well, A.J., my message is all about making the ordinary the extraordinary. I grew up in a small town in Texas a normal girl. And when I was deciding what to write my pop songs about, I think that I could only write what I know. And what I know, is that I hate being left out of the mass texts and that my room is always messy. It is filthy right now. But I`m talking to you right now on "SHOWBIZ TONIGHT." So, obviously I`m still having success, even in the mess.

HAMMER: And nothing ordinary about that. Good for you. And you reference now your new song, which is called "Clean My Room." And while this is playing - I`d actually like you to do a little cleaning. It`s premiered right now for the very first time on "SBT." Let`s roll it.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

TAY ALLYN (singing): My friends are everywhere. Free moments are so spare. We want to go have fun.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: No, I`m actually feeling a little inspired to clean up the mess I made here in the studio. Do you think I should - with all these papers everywhere, I got a mess going on? Tay, thank you for helping me out. But really now, let`s break it down for a second. It`s a song about cleaning your room. And I mean this is in the best possible way when I ask, why this song?

ALLYN: Because it`s true. My dreams are coming true right now talking on the phone with you. And I have a messy room at home. I think that it`s very important to be able to look at what you`re doing in your everyday life and just say, you know, maybe my room is dirty, but I can be a successful, strong woman and have many successes in this world without having to clean it. And, you know, in terms of the mass text hatred, people are watching it. It`s getting a reaction. They`re passionate about it. And my fans get it. The people who stood by me and stood with me understand that you can make pop music this wonderful relatable thing that we can jam to over cleaning our room .

HAMMER: Yeah!

ALLYN: Without having to talk about sex and drugs and partying.

HAMMER: That`s right! That`s right!

ALLYN: Everyone`s life!

HAMMER: Look at you, Tay! Your dreams are coming true. And if "SBT" is the small part of that, we`re happy to do that. Tay Allen, thank you so much and good luck.

ALLYN: Thank you.

HAMMER: All right. Well, as we move on, the fake new anchor Ron Burgundy has trashed some of our favorite newsmen at CNN. And there`s a problem.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WOLF BLITZER, CNN ANCHOR: To this day he calls me Wolf Blister.

COOPER ANDERSON, CNN ANCHOR: He calls me Stupy Andrews. It`s not funny. It doesn`t even sound like my name.

UM: He won`t call me anything. He refuses to acknowledge me as a human being.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: Well, Chris. You have got to hear the real story about Ron`s off camera bad - you have got Wolf, you`ve got Anderson. And my buddy Chris Cuomo. I`m just messing with you, Chris. They`re all revealing another side of Ron. Plus, are Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke about to get their twerk on again? Oh, no. Miley and Robin are reuniting, sort of, on the famous "Jingle Ball" tour. They`re singing on the same stage for a bunch of shows over the holidays. So, is it time for them to give it encore? The MTV performance that sent shockwaves around the world? Will the truth about Ron, that newsman or the Miley/Robin reunion be number one on the countdown? This is "SBT" on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: We`re back with our top ten countdown of today`s must see, must share stories. Right now, it`s our big number three. Don`t know if I ever needed to see this. But it`s a lot of fun. HLN`s Robin Meade becomes a man, at least for a day. It`s all part of a great holiday weekend morning express where our own Robin Meade is spilling the beans on some of Hollywood`s best kept secrets. And Robin as a man is just a must see. She has got the look now, the walk, the talk. She has got it all and with the help of makeup artist, Roy Wooley, she totally pulls it off. Even when you see it, you`re probably not going to believe it. So, just roll it.

ROBIN MEADE: Thank you. In the spirit of "Madea", I don`t know who but somebody decided, hey, let`s make Robin into a man. So, the benefits for you at home is that you`ll get to see the transformation of what does it take to make someone appear to be a member of the opposite gender on screen.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

ROY WOOLEY, MAKE UP ARTIST: Most male faces are shaped a little bit differently than female faces. And also, this will give her a little bit of a different look so she doesn`t look like Robin anymore.

MEADE: Now, this is no easy because I`ll tell you right now, I`m all woman. And the application process takes hours as Roy puts on layers and layers of prosthetics on my face.

(on camera): When did you figure out - oh my god, I want to do this for a living?

WOOLEY: Whenever I was 17. Me and a friend of mine stuck into the theater to see "An American Werewolf in London." And whenever I saw the transformation scene, remember, the guy turned into the werewolf, it`s like, wow. I was a senior in high school at that point. And it was like somebody got paid to do that for a living.

MEADE: So, have you done any studying of Tyler Perry how he transforms into Madea?

WOOLEY: Actually .

MEADE: Clothes and makeup or .

WOOLEY: No, no. That`s full blown prosthetics. It`s easier to turn a male into a female.

MEADE: Isn`t that funny?

WOOLEY: It is. But it`s - you can do that with just make up, a lot of the time if they have the right face for it. It`s not as much of a challenge because you`re also making them older. So, you can hide a lot of things in wrinkles.

MEADE: I want to be - like .

WOOLEY: Yeah!

MEADE: Little weird spastic guy.

WOOLEY: That`s great.

MEADE (voice over): OK, you can look one way but I don`t know how to act like a guy. So, we called on the acting abilities of Steve Coulter, one of the top acting instructors in Atlanta`s Alliance Theater.

(on camera): I want to be like a little spitting and coughing.

STEVE COULTER, ACTING INSTRUCTOR: Coughing is good. You want to get some phlegm in there.

MEADE: Yeah. Yeah.

COULTER: Phlegm is already good.

(LAUGHTER)

MEADE (voice over): You know, as my look came together, the problem was I was going to still sound like me. So, we got Steve to try to teach me how to try to sound like a man.

COULTER: Gave me a nasal gruff.

MEADE (on camera): I`ll be leaving today.

COULTER: Keep it that nice really kind of strange voice. That`s a nice, yeah.

MEADE: Upper?

COULTER: Upper register. The nice and gruff.

MEADE: (inaudible)

COULTER: There you go. I`ve got - remember that - I got it, I got it, I got it.

MEADE (voice over): OK. After you learn to talk like a man, you got to walk like a man. That may have been the most difficult part. I had no swagger.

COULTER: Rolling like a little - relaxing. There you go.

MEADE: The moment arrived. America, brace yourself.

(on camera): I look so gross.

(voice over): You know, I`ll say this that being a guy isn`t easy. First came the makeup. Then I was told how to act like a man.

COULTER: Remember your voice.

MEADE: I got it, I got it, I got it, I got it.

COULTER: And now would it work. Now, I`m being set into an HLN staff meeting where nobody is supposed to know that`s me. They have some hidden cameras up here recording the whole thing. The staff meeting is about our New Year`s Eve special. And they`re brainstorming. They want ideas. I`ll tell you what - I gave them some of the worst ideas they have ever heard.

MEADE: What about marionettes?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Oh, yeah, that`s a great idea.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I love the viral video of the plane crash.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We`ll work that in. Just provide us with someone.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Mother!

MEADE: God, it`s dry in here, isn`t it?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Are you a kind of girl that likes tequila?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I`m with research.

(LAUGHTER)

MEADE (voice over): There`s a lot of giggling going on. So, I got to spill the beans sooner or later.

MEADE (on camera): Can I say who I am now?

(LAUGHTER)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We thought it was a sick person at first. MEADE: It makes me really grateful that I`m a girl!

(LAUGHTER)

MEADE: The scary thing is when he takes this off my real face.

(LAUGHTER)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

MEADE: I did not enjoy that one bit, A.J.

(LAUGHTER)

MEADE: Thank God I`m a woman. I`m all woman, baby.

HAMMER: Yeah. Yeah. Beautiful woman. Beautiful woman. Ugly man. Sorry, Robin, you know I love you. Be sure to catch Robin revealing more Hollywood secrets all this week on morning express. Maybe we can get her on "Duck Dynasty."

What we`ve had, a Hollywood gender bending magic and we had a Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt making - right here on SBT. But if those amazing stories weren`t number one on our countdown, what could be? The big reveal is next. The is "SBT" on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: OK, we need to choose a new clip. I`m very offended on behalf of sinks everywhere. That`s how they roll, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. In Kanye`s "Bound 2" video, it has become an inspiration of sorts for some other big names in Hollywood. And with that our top ten countdown continues with number two. Ellen DeGeneres now unveiling what some are already dubbing the holiday card of the year.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP) ELLEN DEGENERES: Portia and I did a card this year and it was based on - it was inspired by Kim and Kanye`s music video if you saw it. This is our holiday card this year.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: They`re not talking trash about sinks. Doesn`t get much better than that. Jawn Murray is the editor in chief of AlwaysAList.com. He is with us from Washington. In Hollywood, Nikki Boyer, the host of Yahoo`s Daytime in No Time. To you first, Jawn. How do you like to pop open your mail and find this Christmas card waiting for you?

MURRAY: I`m loving it. I wish I could get one. Oprah and I were going to do a similar one. It looks like we`re going to have to go back to the drawing board.

HAMMER: Oh, yes, you might want to rethink that. Oh, gosh, why did you have to put that image in my head? Nikki, here you have them side by side now. I think - I don`t know who does it better, actually.

BOYER: It`s priceless. It`s so festive. I love it. I`m going to go with Ellen and Portia. I would much rather look at them on my fridge. I`m just going to go ahead and say that.

HAMMER: Yes, and Jawn`s big smile says he feels exactly the same way.

MURRAY: Ditto.

HAMMER: We`re now down to the big reveal. Are you ready? Here we go, no. 1 on our countdown. Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke together again, thank goodness. This time it was for the Kiss FM jingle ball. A bit awkward, perhaps, but this time around, there was no, I repeat no twerking involved, at least between the two of them. To be sure, there was twerking going on at this show.

Jawn, of course, they were all the buzz after their performance at the VMAs. People still talk about that. It`s going to go down as one of the most notorious dances of the year, shall we say? This was their big chance for an encore. I have to say I think it was a missed opportunity.

MURRAY: I don`t want to see a repeat of that ever. No more foam hands. Look, she`s singing about wrecking ball, but she`s no home wrecker. They weren`t together. It was a little awkward in the photos. But keep them apart.

HAMMER: And if you look at the difference in how they pulled it off, it could have been a twerk fest part two, Nikki, but instead, you had them keeping their distance from one another. They`re keeping their hands behind their backs. It`s completely different, right?

BOYER: Totally different. And I think they may have grown up just a little bit since the VMAs. I`m glad they did.

HAMMER: Despite that, you know that since that moment, regardless of how people felt about it, regardless of what Robin Thicke really felt about it, I have a feeling backstage, when nobody is looking, they are patting each other on the back. Because obviously, despite the drama that followed their twerking, record sales went through the roof. Jawn, you know they`re high fiving.

MURRAY: Absolutely. Both of them, they said they set out to make history. They did. It may have cost Miley Cyrus a Grammy, but at least we`re still talking about her, and it`s almost the end of year.

HAMMER: There you go. And no foam fingers were hurt in the making of the Kiss FM jingle ball. All right, Jawn, Nikki, thank you both so much.

I hope you are ready, because we have got the truth about the fake newsman, Ron Burgundy, and it`s coming from some very real CNN news anchors.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

WOLF BLITZER, CNN: To this day he calls me Wolf Blister.

ANDERSON COOPER, CNN: He calls me Stupy Andrews. It`s not funny. It doesn`t even sound like my name.

CHRIS CUOMO, CNN: He won`t call me anything. He refuses to acknowledge me as a human being.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: We`re getting to the bottom of this. Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper and Chris Cuomo coming clean about what Ron Burgundy is really like off camera. You have got to hear the real story about Ron from our friends over at CNN. This is "SBT" on HLN.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

HAMMER: Okay. Right now my good friends over at CNN reveal the truth about Ron Burgundy, everyone`s favorite fake newsman. That`s right, CNN`s Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper and Chris Cuomo not afraid to finally speak out about Ron`s bad boy behavior. Sure, Ron`s a pure pleasure when he is on camera, but now you`re about to hear what he`s like when that red camera light is off.

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

BLITZER: To this day he calls me Wolf Blister.

COOPER: He calls me Stupy Andrews. It`s not funny. Doesn`t even sound like my name.

CUOMO: Won`t call me anything. He refuses to acknowledge me as a human being.

BLITZER: Ron Burgundy literally tried to poison me.

CUOMO: So I`m celebrating the premier of "New Day" at Leads, this news bar for anchors in midtown, Ron comes in looking all cocky. I watch him walk all the way to the back, and he goes into the bathroom. Nothing really happens after that. That`s the end of that story.

BLITZER: Where do you even buy poison?

CUOMO: We have all done some regrettable things to get where we are today, he`s just done them better.

COOPER: That`s what makes him who he is. He`s the most legendary news anchor (inaudible).

(END VIDEO CLIP)

HAMMER: He is the most legendary newsman. It`s good to finally get to the bottom of it and know the truth, thanks to Wolf, thanks to Anderson, and of course, thanks to Chris Cuomo. Now we know. Thank you for watching. I`m A.J. Hammer. You can watch SBT live every Monday through Thursday at 6:00 p.m. Eastern and 11:00 p.m. Eastern and Pacific. HLN continues right now.
