CAROL LIN, CNN ANCHOR: We want to take you back to Terre Haute, Indiana, where the Bureau of Prisons is giving a news conference right now on what will exactly happen regarding the execution of Juan Raul Garza.

JIM CROSS, BUREAU OF PRISONS: ... as I mentioned, speaking with a spiritual adviser.

I'll take one final question.

QUESTION: The spiritual adviser is a minister? Can you confirm that?

CROSS: Inmate Garza will have a spiritual adviser in the inmate witness room.

LIN: That was Jim Cross with the Bureau of Prisons talking about how the morning will be conducted for inmate Juan Raul Garza. He is to be only the second federal prisoner to be executed in nearly 40 years, second to Tim McVeigh, who was executed last week.
