Susan Levy Encourages People with Information About Her Daughter to Call or Email

SUSAN LEVY, MOTHER OF CHANDRA LEVY: Anywhere back East, anyone who may have worked within the context of the Bureau of Prison or those people who may have worked in Mr. Congress's (sic) that please, anybody who would like to help out, and they will remain anonymous, to call the following, it's an e-mail: levy@dejlaw.com or the phone number, which is 1-800-860-6552. I appreciate -- Dr. Levy and myself and my son would appreciate any help, any way we can get to bring our daughter home.

QUESTION: Is this something new, Mrs. Levy?

LEVY: No. There is nothing new, but we just want to keep the search intense. And we want to bring my daughter home. This has gone on for 11 weeks. But we feel that there are people out there who might know something, maybe sitting on information that could be helpful and they would have the character and the courage enough to come forward and help us bring our daughter back safely to us.

QUESTION: Mrs. Levy, what are your thoughts about the fact that the reward for your daughter being found is now over $200,000?

LEVY: It's fine. I appreciate everyone who's out there to try to help bring her home. Thank you.

QUESTION: Do you think it will take that kind of incentive to bring somebody out to speak out?

LEVY: I don't have any experience in this sort of thing before and I'm not a sociologist. So that's the best way I can answer that. I just hope that someone out there will have a kind heart, and will come forward and, you know, in our society it's unfortunate but sometimes money speaks and money does move action.

Again, I'm only talking from the perspective of a parent. A heart is broken, and we -- our most precious treasure is our child. OK.

ALLEN: Susan Levy doing her best to keep here daughter's story out there appealing for help for anyone who might have information to e-mail the Levy family. Chandra Levy has been missing for three months now. And police say they have few leads. However, the FBI, as we have been reporting, is going to put together a psychological profile with the help of Congressman Gary Condit who has reportedly said he had a several-month affair with the intern.

They want to know Chandra Levy's state of mind just before she disappeared. Gary Condit cooperating with that effort.
