DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: This is about the time of day when we bring you the daily comments from Chandra Levy's parents. They tend to step outside their home in Modesto, California, and make some comments before heading off to work.

Here is Dr. Levy, Chandra Levy's father, and some comments he had just a few minutes ago.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Sir, is there anything new this morning in the investigation in Chandra's disappearance you can talk about?

DR. ROBERT LEVY, CHANDRA LEVY'S FATHER: Nothing we can talk about right now. You'll just have to call back to Washington.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Doctor, last night you and your wife were on "Larry King Live." and you said that Mr. Condit, "has a lot of knowledge, and clearly has not shown concern about Chandra or for you and your wife." Can you elaborate on that, sir?

LEVY: No, I can't really go into detail right now.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Last night in a televised interview, Abbe Lowell, speaking about Congressman Condit said, "I don't know that there's a person in Washington who was done more to help police than Mr. Condit." Your reaction?

LEVY: Right. Let the statement speak for itself.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: One more question for you, sir. Abbe Lowell also said last night that if you and your wife wanted to meet with Mr. Condit that he, meaning Mr. Condit, would like to do so? Do you believe that's the case, and if so would you meet with him?

LEVY: I just don't know. I don't know if that's true. Thank you.
