Levy's Speak After a Couple of Weeks of Silence

LEON HARRIS, CNN ANCHOR: We've left both presidents and we are now in the front yard of the Levy family in Modesto, California.

SUSAN LEVY, CHANDRA'S MOTHER: My daughter comes home, that she is alive. We try to keep hope and faith.

ROBERT LEVY, CHANDRA'S FATHER: And we just want to find her and find out what happened.

QUESTION: This is the first time you have spoken in a couple of weeks. Why?

R. LEVY: Well, it's just...

S. LEVY: We're grieving in a lot of ways. We're trying to make sense of a lot of things. It's hard to make sense of anything. And we just had a lot of prayers and hopes that we can get her back home. That's where we're at right now.

QUESTION: You know, the attention has been elsewhere for a while. How does that made you feel?

S. LEVY: We have no comments on that at this point.

R. LEVY: Yes. We just...

QUESTION: What are your plans now?

R. LEVY: Just to...

S. LEVY: Bob's going to go to work. I'm going to exercise. And we're going to keep our prayers going. That's what our plans are right now.

QUESTION: Do you plan any sort of public statement at some point about all of the -- all the facets of this?

S. LEVY: That May be coming forth later.

R. LEVY: Thank you.

S. LEVY: Not right now. Thank you.
