LEON HARRIS, CNN ANCHOR: We want to let people know we have gotten word on the hockey rink rage trial we are covering in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the son of -- Quinlan Junta, the son of this man here, the defendant, Thomas Junta, is now on the stand.

Let's listen in.

QUESTION: Is there a difference between stick practice and contact sports?

QUINLAN JUNTA, SON OF DEFENDANT: Yes.

QUESTION: OK, can you just tell this jury the difference.

JUNTA: In stick practice, you just like skate around, no hitting, no slashing, just like messing around. In contact hockey, you can hit with your shoulders and stuff.

QUESTION: OK. Speak up a little bit loudly. My hearing is not as good as yours.

JUNTA: In stick practice, you skate around and have fun, and in checking hockey, you can hit.

QUESTION: OK.

On this day in question, do you recall what type of equipment you had on?

JUNTA: I had a helmet, skates and gloves.

QUESTION: Did you have any shin pads?

JUNTA: No.

QUESTION: Did you have any hockey pants?

JUNTA: No.

QUESTION: Elbow pads?

JUNTA: No. JUNTA: OK.

And the reason you didn't have all of that equipment was what?

JUNTA: Because I thought I was just going to be playing a friendly game.

QUESTION: OK. Now, at some point and time, did you go on the ice?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: And after you got on the ice, did you guys pair up so you could have a little bit of a pickup game?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: OK.

And do you recall who -- from what town, if you remember, the other guys were from?

JUNTA: Midfield.

QUESTION: And at some point in time, did you start having a little game?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: How many were on your team?

JUNTA: Three or four.

QUESTION: OK.

And were there any adults?

JUNTA: Yes, on their team.

QUESTION: OK.

And how many -- other than the adult on their team, how many were on their team?

JUNTA: I think like four.

QUESTION: OK, so you just tried to even it off?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Now, at some point in time during the game, were you or Lynnfield scoring points?

JUNTA: In the beginning, it was like tied, and then, like, we started beating them. And then they like started hitting us when we were beating them. QUESTION: When you say started beating, you mean outscoring them?

JUNTA: Yes, outscoring them.

QUESTION: OK. Do you recall whether they were younger or older than you?

JUNTA: They were older.

QUESTION: OK. Now, when you say after you started outscoring them, they started getting more physical?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Can you tell us what that was?

JUNTA: They were hitting us with -- they were slashing, tripping, and cross checking...

QUESTION: OK.

JUNTA: ... and elbowing.

QUESTION: All right. Now at some point in time in this pickup game, did something happen on the end of the ice away from the locker rooms?

JUNTA: Yes. The Lynnfield people jumped on my friend Travis and started hitting him. And they were slashing him with the sticks.

QUESTION: Where was Travis' body at that time.

JUNTA: He was leaning against the boards.

QUESTION: OK.

Do you recall how many boys were involved in that fight?

JUNTA: One from our side, that was Travis, and I think it was all of them from the other side.

QUESTION: OK. And where were you at that time?

JUNTA: I was like skating around on the other end. Then I was skating -- coming down when I saw the fight.

QUESTION: So when you saw the fight, did you skate in the direction of where it was?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: And what were you going to do?

JUNTA: I was going to pull some of them off of him so he could, like, get away. QUESTION: OK. And when you were looking in the direction of that fight, could you just help us out a little, Quinny, would you go to the diagram and point to the jurors where you saw this fight going on, just approximately?

JUNTA: Right there.

QUESTION: OK. You just return to the stand. I notice you have got a cast on your right hand. Did you get that hurt in hockey?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: When you skated down the ice and you saw the fight there, do you recall seeing your dad at that time?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: And what do you recall seeing your dad do or say?

JUNTA: I saw my dad come down. And he said, Sully (ph) get the kids off of him and stuff.

QUESTION: OK. And the individual now known as Mr. Costin, what if anything did you hear Mr. Costin say?

JUNTA: He said hockey's about hitting.

QUESTION: OK.

And what if anything did your dad say to that?

JUNTA: My dad said that's (EXPLETIVE DELETED). It's about having fun.

QUESTION: OK. And did you see where your dad went from there?

JUNTA: Yes, he went back down to our locker room and told us to hurry up.

QUESTION: OK. Now was skating practice most over?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: OK. And were you at some point in time skating down the ice to get off the ice?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: What if anything happened to you at that time?

JUNTA: I got elbowed in the face.

QUESTION: OK. Do you recall who elbowed you in the face?

JUNTA: Yes, one of the Lynnfield players.

QUESTION: And as a result of getting that elbow in the face, what if anything happened to you?

JUNTA: I started crying.

QUESTION: OK. And at some point, did you skate off the ice shortly after that?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: And when you skated off, who were you with?

JUNTA: I was by myself at first. Then, a couple minutes later, Travis and Gary came off.

QUESTION: OK.

And where did you go, if anywhere?

JUNTA: To the locker room.

QUESTION: OK.

And when you went into the locker room, what locker room did you go in?

JUNTA: Locker room number two.

QUESTION: And when you went in there in locker room number two, where were your friends?

JUNTA: They were coming into the locker room.

QUESTION: OK. And were you still hurt at that time?

JUNTA: A little bit.

QUESTION: Were you crying?

JUNTA: No.

QUESTION: OK. And did your dad at some point come into that locker room.

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: And do you recall what, if anything, he said to you at that time?

JUNTA: Don't take those -- defend yourself, don't take those cheap shots.

QUESTION: OK. And you heard him say that?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: And at some point in time after he said that, did you hear any other male make any comments? JUNTA: Not that I remember.

QUESTION: OK. Do you recall your dad -- was your dad in the locker room or in the doorway at that time?

JUNTA: In like the doorway.

QUESTION: OK.

Do you recall if any of the Lynnfield boys were in there at that time?

JUNTA: Yes, they were swearing at us.

QUESTION: What do you mean they were swearing?

JUNTA: They were calling us (EXPLETIVE DELETED) and saying f-you to us.

QUESTION: OK. Did you at that point, that time, see your dad say anything or hear anything from the coming out of the other locker room, other than that the kids swearing at you?

Did you hear Mr. Costin say anything?

JUNTA: I don't remember.

QUESTION: OK. Did you see your dad turn into the doorway or do anything at that time?

JUNTA: He had talked to him.

QUESTION: OK. I'm sorry, I did not get that.

JUNTA: Talked to him.

QUESTION: Talked to who?

JUNTA: Mr. Costin.

QUESTION: OK.

And what did you see or hear next?

JUNTA: I heard my dad say keep your skates down.

QUESTION: OK.

Were you able to see what was going on between these two individuals?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Where were you in the locker room?

JUNTA: I was standing in between like the doorway right when you come out.

QUESTION: Was anything blocking your view when you were observing your dad and Mr. Costin?

JUNTA: No.

QUESTION: OK.

And what did you see, if anything, Mr. Costin doing in that hallway?

JUNTA: He was kicking at my dad and trying to go get at his neck.

QUESTION: OK. Did you -- when you say get at his neck, what did you observe?

JUNTA: He tried to, like -- he, like, pulled off his chain.

QUESTION: OK. And what did you see your dad do, if anything?

JUNTA: He like, just like held him back.

QUESTION: OK. Did you see anyone come in to break up that fight?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: And do you recall what that person or persons looked like?

JUNTA: I don't remember what he looked like. I think his name was Ryan Carr (ph).

QUESTION: OK. Was that a male?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: All right. And did you see Ryan Carr (ph) step in front of your dad or anything like that?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: And when he did that, what did your father do, if anything?

JUNTA: He just backed up.

QUESTION: OK. Did he return to your locker room?

JUNTA: No, he went outside.

QUESTION: Did he say anything to you before he went outside.

JUNTA: He told us to hurry up.

QUESTION: OK. And he then left the locker room area?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Now, you were still in the locker room?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Was Travis still there?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Had Garrett left, or was he with you?

JUNTA: He left with my dad.

QUESTION: OK. Now, at some point in time, did something -- by the way, Quinny, did you ever go over the facts of this case with your mom?

JUNTA: No.

QUESTION: Did you ever go over facts of the case with your dad?

JUNTA: No.

QUESTION: When you were in that locker room, your dad and Garrett had left?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: OK. Did you then hear something or did something attract your attention to something outside of the locker room?

JUNTA: Yes. Garrett like yelled, and I saw Mr. Costin on my dad's back.

QUESTION: When Garrett yelled, you were in the locker room?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: What did you do?

JUNTA: I ran out into the area where it was.

QUESTION: OK. And when you ran out into the -- out of the locker room, were you looking in what direction?

JUNTA: I was looking towards like the lobby door.

QUESTION: Towards the lobby door. Was anything blocking your view?

JUNTA: No.

QUESTION: OK. Could you at that time tell us who you saw first?

JUNTA: I saw my dad, and then I saw Mr. Costin on his back.

QUESTION: You saw Mr. Costin on his back?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Did you see your dad move one way or another at that time?

JUNTA: I saw him flip him over his like shoulders.

QUESTION: OK. And did he wind up somewhere?

JUNTA: Yes. He went on the floor.

QUESTION: OK. And what did you do next?

JUNTA: I just like stood there.

QUESTION: Did you see your dad on the floor?

JUNTA: Yes, he was on his knees.

QUESTION: He was on his knees. And did you see Mr. Costin?

JUNTA: Yes, he was laying on his back.

QUESTION: What, if anything, was Mr. Costin doing with his body at that time?

JUNTA: He was trying to punch and kick off my dad to get him off, like, his hands off him.

QUESTION: OK. And, what, if anything, was your dad doing at that time?

JUNTA: My dad hit him three quick times, really quick.

QUESTION: Are you sure of that?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Were you right there when that happened?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: OK. And after he hit him, according to you, did you see someone else run over to that area?

JUNTA: Yes. I saw Ryan Carr (ph) come get my dad by the shoulders and pull him off.

QUESTION: OK. And what did your dad do when Ryan Carr came running over and grab him by the shoulders.

JUNTA: He just got up.

QUESTION: And were you able to see your father at that time?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: OK. And did you observe any injuries to him at that time?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Were those the injuries -- had you observed any injuries to him prior to that fight?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: OK. In the locker room area?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Can you tell us what you observed about your dad's injuries?

JUNTA: I saw my dad had, like, a cut right here and his shirt was ripped. And he had like a red mark around his neck.

QUESTION: OK. Now after your dad got up from this lobby floor fight, did he go over to you?

JUNTA: Yes. He said to us, hurry up, let's go.

QUESTION: OK. And did you return to the locker room because you had a problem with your -- with tape on your legs at that time?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Was your dad with you?

JUNTA: I don't remember.

QUESTION: OK. And at some point in time, did you leave the locker room area?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: And where did you go?

JUNTA: I went to -- into the lobby door where, like, the pro shop is. And a lady said to my dad to give me -- give me the kids.

QUESTION: Who were you with at that time?

JUNTA: I was with my dad and Travis and Garrett.

QUESTION: OK. And did she say she wanted you to go with her?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: OK. And did you want to go with her? JUNTA: No.

QUESTION: Did your dad tell to you go with her?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Now where did you go with her after that?

JUNTA: I went to the office.

QUESTION: And who was in the office, if anyone?

JUNTA: The lady who wanted us, Garrett, Travis and me.

QUESTION: OK. Can you describe what you were feeling or how you were -- what your composure was at that time?

JUNTA: I wanted to see my dad.

QUESTION: Were you upset?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Were you crying?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Did you observe Travis?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Was he upset?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Was he crying?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Did you observe Garrett Collins (ph)?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: And what did you observe about him?

JUNTA: He was crying too.

QUESTION: OK. And at some point in time, did you have on that day, did you talk to some police officers?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: And did you tell them basically what you observed?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: Now, at some point in time, did you leave that rink?

JUNTA: Yes, later that day.

QUESTION: How did you leave and with whom?

JUNTA: I think I left with Mrs. Corums (ph).

QUESTION: OK. And where did you go?

JUNTA: I went to their house.

QUESTION: OK. Now, Quinny, some time after this tragic accident, did you and your dad and your family and Garrett Collins (ph) go out for breakfast one morning?

JUNTA: Yes.

QUESTION: And at that breakfast, did your dad say something to you about this fight?

JUNTA: Yes, he said I apologize...

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Just give me one second. Don't answer that question. Next question, please.

QUESTION: OK. When you earlier on discussed today, slashing. What does that mean in hockey?

JUNTA: It means when you take two hands and you swing it like a golf club or a baseball bat.

QUESTION: And when you said you observed someone doing that, was it anyone on your team?

JUNTA: No.

QUESTION: I have no further questions, your honor.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Thank you.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Hi, Quinlan, how are you?

JUNTA: Good, how are you?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Quinlan, the hockey team that you're on, is checking allowed on that hockey team?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And in July of 2000, when you were playing hockey, was hockey -- was checking allowed at that time on your team? Were you old enough for checking?

JUNTA: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And, Quinlan, is it fair to that say you have been taking part in quite a few stick practices?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Is it fair to say sometimes there is checking at stick practice?

JUNTA: That was the only time I've checked.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: That's the only time you've checked?

JUNTA: I've got it, yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. Now, when you -- when these -- during the game, when the game started to get rough, and -- did you stop playing the game, you and Garrett and Travis?

JUNTA: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did any of the other kids stop playing the game when it started to get rough?

JUNTA: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did you know the ages of the kids that you were playing against?

JUNTA: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So is it fair to say you're not sure whether or not they were older than you on that day.

JUNTA: I, like, knew they were like in peewees.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. Had you seen them before in peewees?

JUNTA: I've played against them before.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. And when you played against them, you had played against them before that day?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So you knew at least some of the kids were older than you?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Is it fair to say you didn't know all of the ages of the kids you were playing with that day?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Now, you said that you were at the other end of the ice when you noticed that there was some kids up by the entrance, the far end entrance?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And is it fair to say that when you noticed what was going on, you started skating towards that incident?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And you don't know how many kids were involved in that incident when it first broke out?

JUNTA: It was all the Lynnfield kids and one of our kids.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And you knew that as you were skating over?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did you actually see that?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I thought you said that you weren't looking in that direction until after you saw the group.

JUNTA: I saw it when I was skating down.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. But when you were skating down, you saw a bunch of kids against the rink, isn't that right?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. And did you see what happened before that, before the kids gathered?

JUNTA: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: When your -- you said that when you were getting off the ice or towards the end, that you got elbowed or you got hit?

JUNTA: Yes, I got elbowed in the face.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And when -- where were you at that point when that happened?

JUNTA: I was right about the blue line coming towards that end.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And you are pointing to the blue line closest to the locker rooms?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. And then you skated off the ice?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And you said that when you got to the locker room, you weren't crying? JUNTA: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: When you went into the locker room, do you remember an adult, a man, who was sitting close to the door taking off his skates?

JUNTA: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You said that you heard your dad say something about keep your skates down?

JUNTA: Oh, yes. That's when Travis and Garrett came in.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. So Travis and Garrett come into the locker room.

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Is it fair to say that they opened up the door, and then you heard your dad say keep your skates down?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So your dad, had he come to the locker room first before you heard your dad say that?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. And when he came to the locker room, he told you that you had to get tough, isn't that right?

JUNTA: He told me to defend myself.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did he shut the door after he said that, to the locker room?

JUNTA: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Is it fair to say that Travis and Garrett are coming in at the same time that your dad is turning around?

JUNTA: No. They were already in there when he said it to me.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. So Travis and Garrett are in the locker room when your dad said that to you?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And at some point, did your dad turn around and address another adult?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did you hear what your dad said when he turned around and addressed the other adult?

JUNTA: Not that I remember.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did you hear what the adult said to him before he addressed or afterwards?

JUNTA: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: So the next thing that you recall is your dad saying, keep your skates down?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Is it fair to say, Quinlan, when your dad was telling you that you had to defend yourself, that he was using a loud voice?

JUNTA: I don't remember if it was loud or quiet.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You don't remember if it was loud or quiet?

JUNTA: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Now you said that you saw a man who was trying to get your dad's neck. You said he pulled off your dad's chain?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did you see that happen?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Is it fair to say that he grabbed your dad's chain and pulled it?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And you said your dad held him back?

JUNTA: He just like keeping him off so he can't kick him.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. And where was the man when your dad was holding him so he couldn't kick him?

JUNTA: He was against the wall.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Do you recall which wall that was?

JUNTA: It was right in between like little to the right of locker room two.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. Can you show us which wall on that diagram, Quinlan? OK. You pointed to the back wall between the two locker rooms?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Now, do you recall what the man was doing when your dad had a hold of him?

JUNTA: He was trying to kick him and hit him.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And when you say he was trying to kick him, was he on the ground when he was doing that?

JUNTA: Not really.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: When you say, not really, was he partially on the ground when he was trying to do that.

JUNTA: He was, like, leaning against the wall.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. So the man was...

JUNTA: Like down.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I'm sorry.

JUNTA: He was like leaning again the wall, down further. He wasn't totally on the ground.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. So, fair to say he was partly down the wall?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Leaning against the wall?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And he was kicking up at your dad?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Fair to say, Quinlan, that the man appeared off balance?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. You said that Garrett left with your dad the same time -- a man broke it up and you said you thought that the man was Ryan Carr.

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did you see anybody else trying to break it up?

JUNTA: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And after it was broken up, you went back into the locker room?

JUNTA: Yes, to finish getting off my stuff.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. Were you able to take off all your stuff off?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And did Garrett -- Garrett left with your dad?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: The next thing you hear, Quinlan, is Garrett yelled?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And you came out of the locker room?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And you said that you saw Mr. Costin on your father's back?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Can you show us on the diagram where your dad was when you saw him with Mr. Costin on his back?

JUNTA: Right there.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. And you're pointing to the area, almost the area between the two doors but a little bit towards the locker room?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. And you saw your dad flip Mr. Costin off his back?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: What's the next thing you saw?

JUNTA: I saw them fall, and my dad went to his knees.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Now, when your dad went to his knees, is it fair to say that he was over Mr. Costin?

JUNTA: No, he was not over him.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. Was he kneeling next to Mr. Costin?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And Mr. Costin is on the ground face up?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And you said that you saw him punching up and kicking up to get your father off him?

JUNTA: Yes, my dad was holding him down on his hands so he couldn't hit him.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. Where was your dad holding him?

JUNTA: Right about here.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. And you are pointing to -- for the record, your honor -- he's pointing to the middle of his chest. Is that right, Quinlan?

JUNTA: About there, yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. And you said that you saw your dad hit Mr. Costin with three quick punches?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Fair to say you saw him hit him to the left side of Mr. Costin's face?

JUNTA: Yes, right around there.

JUNTA: Yes.

JUNTA: He came to get us and he told us to hurry up, then we came with him.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Now where were you when he came to get you?

JUNTA: I was in the locker room with Travis.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. So you're in the locker room with Travis. And your dad came down to the locker room?

JUNTA: Yes, because after the fight broke out, I went back into the locker room with Travis.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You didn't go up to your dad after the fight? You turned and went into the locker room?

JUNTA: Yes, I went up to him. Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. You ended up back in the locker room?

JUNTA: Yes. I went in to get my friend Travis because he was in there crying.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And Travis was in the locker room?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Was he in the locker room the entire time, Quinlan?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Did he ever come out and stand by you during the fight?

JUNTA: No.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You said that a lady -- and I had a hard time hearing you, Quinlan, so I may have this wrong. Correct me if I'm wrong -- but you said that a lady stopped you and your dad by the pro shop?

JUNTA: Yes, they were in the pro shop.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: In the lobby area?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. And when she stopped you in front of the pro shop in the lobby area, did she tell your dad that she wanted your dad to let you and the other two boys go with her?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And then she took you into the office area?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And you said that you and Garrett and Travis, all three of you were crying?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And was the woman trying to comfort you? Was she nice to you?

JUNTA: She was nice and she was trying to call Travis's mom because he wanted her.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Because Travis wanted to talk to his mom?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Is it fair to say, Quinlan, that you were upset when you saw your dad in the fight?

JUNTA: Yes, because I never seen anything else like that before. UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: And did you -- when you saw your dad in the locker room area with Mr. Costin in a fight, you yelled out to him, dad, stop, didn't you?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: You also were asked about going to breakfast after this incident with your dad and Garrett Collins (ph) was with you?

JUNTA: Yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: How long after this incident did your dad take you and Garrett to breakfast?

JUNTA: I don't remember how long, but I just remember he did take us out.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Fair to say, a couple days after the incident?

JUNTA: Around there, yes.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I have nothing further, your honor.
