BILL HEMMER, CNN ANCHOR: Let's get to London, 10 Downing Street. Here is Blix and ElBaradei after a meeting with the British prime minister, Tony Blair. We anticipate possibly working their way over to the microphone, and if indeed that happens, we'll certainly bring it to you live.
Richard Roth has been traveling with Hans Blix virtually nonstop for the past three weeks running, and Richard is there at 10 Downing Street as well.
A critical meeting today with Blair, because this weekend, Blix and ElBaradei go back to Iraq, back to Baghdad, meeting with high- ranking Iraqi officials, not Saddam Hussein, we're told, but high- ranking administration officials in Iraq to deliver what has been said now somewhat of an ultimatum -- might be a bit too strong, the world ultimatum. But what they want essentially, two things: the surveillance overflights that Ambassador Wilson just talked about, and also interviewing these scientists in private without the Iraqi minders present.
Let's listen in London now.

MOHAMED ELBARADEI, INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC ENERGY AGENCY: Well, as you know, we are going over the weekend to Baghdad. We are coming from New York. I think the message coming from the Security Council is very clear that Iraq is not cooperating fully, that they need to show lots of change in terms of cooperation. That message also coming from the Security Council (UNINTELLIGIBLE), and that we need to (UNINTELLIGIBLE) progress in our report (UNINTELLIGIBLE) due on the 14th of this month.
So, our mission I think (UNINTELLIGIBLE), and we hope will (UNINTELLIGIBLE) full 100 percent cooperation (UNINTELLIGIBLE) from Iraq. And we have the (UNINTELLIGIBLE) the prime minister, the foreign secretary, and we are trying again to see how we can do every possible way to encourage the Iraqi regime to be (UNINTELLIGIBLE).
HANS BLIX, CHIEF U.N. WEAPONS INSPECTOR: (UNINTELLIGIBLE) all of us (UNINTELLIGIBLE) cooperation, the first cooperation of substance we have had. (UNINTELLIGIBLE) cooperation (UNINTELLIGIBLE). And what I've not heard is the Iraqi side either to (UNINTELLIGIBLE) prohibited items (UNINTELLIGIBLE). At this point, we do not feel that they've had (UNINTELLIGIBLE).
HEMMER: Let's get away from this at 10 Downing Street. A couple of things we did pick up on. Mohamed ElBaradei saying that Iraq now must show drastic change. And he also talked about full 100 percent cooperation.
They will be in Baghdad again this weekend. It's back to the U.N. on the 14th of February here in New York City.
We'll get away from London now after hearing that.
