WOLF BLITZER, CNN ANCHOR: And let's go to the United Nations Security Council. Just outside, Guinea's envoy is now speaking. He is one of six undecided members of the Security Council.

MAMADY TRAORE, GUINEAN AMBASSADOR TO U.N.: ... about what's happening there also. So you have to wait until the (UNINTELLIGIBLE) delegation came to us and tell us if they want us to examine the new draft resolution, if there's new draft resolution (ph). And then to tell us also when they want the Security Council to vote on resolution -- on that resolution.

QUESTION: What kind of amendments would you like to see to the resolution?

TRAORE: Not me. I don't know. We are waiting for -- certainly, a new draft resolution with some amendments. I cannot tell you anything about disarmament because they have decided certainly when they had some consultation with maybe some delegation (UNINTELLIGIBLE) that this draft resolution could not be adopted as it is, maybe. So I don't know exactly what are they going to tell us in the few days, coming few days. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe before tomorrow. I don't know yet.

QUESTION: Mr. Ambassador, have you scheduled another series of consultations? Perhaps, while this open debate is going on, you could be consulting on the sidelines?

TRAORE: No. No, because to me...
