Men's Wimbledon Final Under Way

KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: Now to Wimbledon, where there will soon be a new men's champ. CNN's Jim Boulden is live outside Center Court for us once again. Hi, Jim.

JIM BOULDEN, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Hi, good morning Kyra. I can tell you already that Lleyton Hewitt has started in a blistering pace. First of all, he won the toss and he elected to have the Argentinian David Nalbandian serve, which seemed to be a good move because he immediately double faulted and Lleyton Hewitt broke him and took the first game. Now Hewitt has just won the second game as well, so it's two games to love.

Lleyton Hewitt, the world's number one from Australia is already on top. It's not really a surprise. He was number one here as well, seated number one. He's playing David Nalbandian from Argentina who is number 28 seated here, 32 in the world.

Nalbandian told his mother last week he'd probably be home by now watching the final, but instead he's here. It's a big, big deal that he is here. No one from Argentina has ever been in the finals. Nobody from South America has won it since I think something like 1959.

And having said that, also no one has ever made it to the Center Court final having been in the first time they've ever been to Wimbledon.

So it's a big, big deal for him; however, most of the money is on Lleyton Hewitt and again, he has already started off on a blistering pace -- Kyra.

PHILLIPS: Hey, how about those Williams sisters. All the focus was on them yesterday. Now today, what's next? I bet a lot of money riding on them too.

BOULDEN: Exactly. As soon as this match is over here at Center Court with Lleyton Hewitt, we will get Venus Williams and Serena Williams together in the doubles final for ladies.

Now they had to play a ladies doubles yesterday after they played their singles match. Of course, Serena won that singles match. A few hours later, they were back on court together for the semifinal. They had no problem winning that. Now today, this afternoon, they have to play the finals in the ladies doubles, and the money still is on them that's right, but they are the number three seed here. The number two seed is who they have to play. So, it may be a bit tougher match than what we're seeing right now in the men's singles -- Kyra.
