RENAY SAN MIGUEL, CNN ANCHOR: An exciting day for cycling. American Lance Armstrong has just won his fourth straight Tour de France title, as we told you earlier. He had a huge lead over the competition. Patrick Snell with CNN Sports joins us now live by phone with more on this -- Patrick.

PATRICK SNELL, CNN SPORTS: Yes, it's all over. The fourth consecutive Tour de France title for Lance Armstrong. Pretty comfortable in the end, really. He finished 43rd on today's final stage Sunday right here in the heart of the French capital.

(UNINTELLIGIBLE) overall lead over his nearest rival, the Spaniard Belocqiu (ph) of seven minutes and 17 seconds. It was a victorious stroll through the heart of Paris, through the Champs d'Elysees, the nine-lap finale to achieve what he's become so accustomed to. And the Texan has secured his fourth straight Tour de France title in emphatic style. The question now is, of course, how much longer will he go on? How much more hunger does he have to try to maybe go on and win his fifth tour title? That remains to be seen for the moment.

SAN MIGUEL: Patrick Snell with CNN Sports, reporting, as we've told you, American Lance Armstrong winning his fourth straight Tour de France title.
