British Open's Final Round Under Way

HEIDI COLLINS, CNN ANCHOR: At this hour, all the leaders are on the course for the final round of the British Open. Thirteen golfers began the day four -- excuse me, began the day four strokes or less from the lead, all well within striking distance. Patrick Snell now joins us now, with more from Royal St. George's in southeast England. But only one guy under par at this time, right?
PATRICK SNELL, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Actually, no. We have all sorts of drama at the top of the leaderboard. At the moment, there are no golfers under par at the moment.
Let me quickly tell you about Tiger, first of all. Tiger Woods is currently on the fourth hole, and the world number one has opened up very solidly indeed with three straight pars. Perhaps not as threatening as he'd like to be early on, but he's right up there. He is currently one over par, Tiger Woods, for the championship. Solid start for Woods.
But he is currently one behind two players, Denmark's Thomas Bjorn, who was the overnight leader. And also, Vijay Singh has made his move, too; he is level over par, as well. Davis Love is two over par, opening up with two bogeys.
What about Britain's Nick Faldo, six-time major winner? He is on the seventh hole at the moment and he is one over par. So he himself, who has won the British Open three times, just one shot off the pace, Heidi.
COLLINS: That's very exciting. This would be a possible other tournament for him to put in his side of the scorecard, so to say. Thanks so much for talking to us, Patrick Snell, from the British Open this morning. Lots of drama, as you say.
