This comes as Israelis are returning from Kenya following Thursday's double attacks. CNN's Chris Burns is in Jerusalem as Israel takes stock of these recent attacks -- Chris.
CHRIS BURNS, CNN CORRESPONDENT: That's right, Kris. The grim but relieved return of about 250 more Israelis back from Kenya aboard some four C-130 transport planes overnight. Those planes bringing in those vacationers who had hoped that they would have a beautiful vacation. Of course, shattered by that terrorist attack and the funeral for the three Israelis who were killed in the attack are to be buried on Sunday, that being the two brothers, 12 and 13 years old, plus the Israeli man. They are to be buried on Sunday.

This travel warning as you mentioned is for -- from the Israeli Foreign Ministry -- is saying that the people who travel to these countries should be extra vigilant. Not telling them not to go, but to be very, very careful. And very discreet. Also about their nationalities. When they go to Kenya, of course. To the Sinai in Egypt. To South Africa, Ethiopia. Many of these places being very, very favorite vacation spots among Israelis.

Meanwhile, violence in the Middle East here. A Palestinian young boy was killed -- 16 years old -- shot and killed. According to Palestinians, by Israeli soldiers. Israeli Army is looking into that -- it is in Northern Gaza. The Palestinians say that he was bird hunting. However, it's also reported that he was on a road to a settlement. This comes a day after a settlement -- a Jewish settlement in Gaza was fired on where an Israeli and two Thai workers were injured.

Meanwhile, a Palestinian militant leader was arrested in the West Bank, yesterday. The Israelis say today now that they have arrested him, Majid Al Masri, 28 years old. The head of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades in Nablus. The Al Aqsa Brigades, of course, claim that shooting against the Israeli polling station on Thursday that killed six Israelis -- Kris.
