New Invention Allows Lithuanians To Sunbathe Year Round

ASIEH NAMDAR, CNN ANCHOR: As summer approaches in the Northern Hemisphere, many are looking forward to those sun tans they can only wish for during the winter.
SHIHAB RATTANSI, CNN ANCHOR: Except in Lithuania, where people seem to be getting tans in the dead of winter. LNK shows us a new invention they say allows people to catch sun rays, even in the North Pole.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
AUDRIUS LELKAITIS, LNK CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): This guy says he hates cold and prefers the sun. The relax sun rays (UNINTELLIGIBLE).
This device only looks expensive; it costs a little bit more than $50. One can make such things using building materials in several hours; and it is ready to be used almost instantly. Of course, clear sky and the sun are necessary. The snow is melting not because of the heat of the body, even if the weather temperature is below 0, the temperature in the center can go as high as 30 degrees Celsius.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE (through translator): No, not more me. 30 degrees Celsius -- I would have headaches all the time! After all, it's unhealthy to sun bathe at my age.
LELKAITIS: Inventor of the sun bath, (UNINTELLIGIBLE), such things struck when he sat in solemn one winter day.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE (through translator): If we like it, then why wouldn't anybody else? It's such a pleasure.
LELKAITIS: He invented the idea with a head (UNINTELLIGIBLE) and named it Windsun. He insists he has now plans to patent it, and considers it a gift to mankind. He advises not to over sunbathe. According to him, 20 minutes is enough for the first time, because it might be dangerous to the skin. He recommends wearing a hat and putting sun glasses on. Creators say they hope such sun baths will become popular in winter resorts.
QUESTION: So you think it's possible to get warm sitting near it?
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE (through translator): Yes, I shall take my coat off.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE (through translator): We have to go home now.
